1. A car rental management system, comprising: the system comprises:
the outside automobile body scanning unit (100) is used for scanning the outside automobile body before and after automobile leasing;
the automobile outside body cleaning unit (200) is used for cleaning the automobile body before automobile leasing;
the automobile leasing system further comprises an automobile leasing operation terminal (300) which is used for recording related information before and after automobile leasing, receiving automobile body scanning information transmitted by the automobile body scanning unit (100) outside the automobile and uploading the automobile body scanning information to the leasing management server system (400) together; simultaneously controlling a vehicle body cleaning unit (200) outside the vehicle;
wherein, the lease management server system (400) is communicated with the automobile lease operation terminal (300); the system is used for storing relevant information in the whole process of leasing, and simultaneously finishing comparison of the appearance of the car body after the leasing is finished;
the automobile outer side automobile body cleaning unit (200) comprises a transparent automobile body outer cover (201), an outer cover lifting control motor (202), a chain (203), an automobile washing nozzle (204) and a drying spray head (205); the outer cover lifting control motor (202) is connected through a chain (203) and drives the position of the vehicle body outer cover (201) to lift; a plurality of groups of car washing nozzles (204) and drying spray heads (205) are arranged in the car body outer cover (201); the car washing nozzle (204) is connected with an external car washing system through a pipeline; the drying spray head (205) is communicated with an external hot air device through management and is used for outputting hot air.

The car rental management system of claim 1, wherein: the automobile outer side body scanning unit (100) comprises an annular track (101), a rail trolley (102), a camera (103) and a camera support (104); the camera (103) is connected with the rail trolley (102) through a camera support (104), and the rail trolley (102) drives the camera (103) to move along the annular track (101).

The car rental management system of claim 1, wherein; the system further comprises an automatic photographing unit for the automobile outer body, wherein the automatic photographing unit for the automobile outer body is composed of a plurality of movable cameras (500) and respectively corresponds to the front side, the rear side, the left side, the right side and the top of the automobile outer body.

The car rental management system of claim 1, wherein: the automobile leasing operation terminal (300) comprises a control module (301), a touch and display unit (302), a communication module (303), a storage module (304), a collection unit (305) and an output execution unit (306); the signal input end of the acquisition unit (305) is respectively connected with the camera (500) and the video camera (103); the output end of the acquisition unit (305) is connected with the control module (301), and the control module (301) is respectively connected with the touch and display unit (302), the communication module (303), the storage module (304) and the output execution unit (306); the output execution unit (306) is connected with and controls the outer cover lifting control motor (202), the car washing nozzle (204) and the drying spray head (205).
5. The car rental management system of claim 1, wherein: the automobile leasing operation terminal (300) is also externally connected with a leasing personnel identity identification unit (307).
6. The car rental management system of claim 5, wherein: the leasing personnel identification unit (307) is a fingerprint recognizer or an identification card recognizer.
7. A car lease management operation method is characterized in that; the operation was as follows:

c, controlling the rail trolley (102) to drive the camera (103) to move along the annular rail (101), controlling the camera (103) to shoot along the periphery of the car body through the car leasing operation terminal (300), and recording the situation around the car body; then uploading to the lease management server system (400);
d, controlling a plurality of cameras (500) corresponding to the automatic automobile body photographing units on the outer side of the automobile to photograph the outer side of the automobile through the automobile leasing operation terminal (300); then uploading to the lease management server system (400);
e, after the vehicle renting is finished, the personnel drive the rented vehicle to the corresponding vehicle platform (601) in the shed (600); starting the video camera (103) and the cameras (500) again to shoot and photograph the periphery of the vehicle body, and uploading the images to the rental management server system (400); the rental management server system (400) performs identification comparison according to the camera shooting and the photo transmitted from front to back and is used for judging whether the outer side of the vehicle is damaged or not; and if the camera information and the photo information transmitted before and after are judged to be consistent, the rental of the archived vehicle is finished.
