For another example, the deviation between the available time period of the alternative vehicle and the requested parking time period indicated by the reservation request information may refer to whether the available time period of the alternative vehicle intersects with the requested parking time period indicated by the reservation request information, or whether a starting or ending time point of one time period is continuous with an ending or starting time point of another time period.
For another example, the deviation between the pickup location of the candidate vehicle and the request pickup location indicated by the reservation request information may be a distance between the two locations.
Therefore, when there is no free vehicle which completely matches the vehicle taking place, the vehicle using time period and the vehicle type requested by the requesting person, the scheme of the embodiment can automatically turn to search for other available vehicles as the alternative vehicles, and by distinguishing the three deviations, the free vehicle which is close to the vehicle information requested to be reserved is searched as the alternative vehicle near the vehicle taking place as far as possible near the time point indicated by the vehicle using time period requested by the requesting person.
Further, the vehicle information may further include a vehicle age and a mileage.
In step S206, the first prompt message may be sent to the application program, or may also be sent to the intelligent device of the requester through a short message, so that the user may select whether to reserve the candidate vehicle.

Further, the second prompt message may further include vehicle information such as the age, mileage, engine parameters, and the like of each matched idle vehicle, so as to provide more references for the user to select.
The second prompt message may be sent to the application program, or may also be sent to the intelligent device of the requester in a short message or the like.
The selection instruction may be used to instruct the requester to finally determine vehicle information of a reserved free vehicle.
In one implementation, when the determination result of the step S202 is negative, that is, the requester does not have driving qualification, the reservation request information is rejected.
In one implementation, the authentication operation of step S202 may be performed when the user registers the application program, and the authentication result of the authentication is bound to an account of the user when the user logs in the application program. and when the judgment result shows that the time point of the vehicle taking request information falls into the reserved vehicle taking time period and the distance between the current position of the vehicle taking person and the reserved vehicle taking place is smaller than a preset threshold value, allowing the vehicle taking person to take the vehicle pointed by the reserved information.
Therefore, the effect that the vehicle cannot be taken in the non-reservation time period and the user cannot be taken near the reserved vehicle in real time can be achieved.
In a specific implementation, the current location of the vehicle pickup person may be determined according to a first Global Positioning System (GPS) device associated with the vehicle pickup person, the reserved vehicle pickup location may be determined according to a second GPS device associated with the vehicle to which the reservation information points, and the preset threshold may be determined according to real-time accuracy of the first GPS device and real-time accuracy of the second GPS device.
For example, the preset threshold may be a sum of a real-time accuracy of the first GPS device and a real-time accuracy of the second GPS device.
The first GPS device may multiplex a GPS positioning device in the user's smart device. The second GPS device may be located in a car.
Specifically, two parameters, namely a positioning point and an accuracy, can be obtained through GPS positioning, wherein the positioning point is a longitude and latitude coordinate, and the accuracy is usually a distance. That is, the true position of the object to be located is normally distributed in a circular area with the locating point as the center and the precision as the radius.
In order to more accurately ensure that the user is at the side of the vehicle when taking the vehicle, the positioning point a and the positioning point precision a determined by the first GPS device, and the positioning point B and the positioning point precision B determined by the second GPS device are obtained according to the scheme of the embodiment. If the distance AB from the vehicle of the vehicle (i.e., the straight-line distance from the anchor point A to the anchor point B) is less than or equal to the sum of the accuracies of the two anchor points (i.e., a + B), the vehicle of the vehicle can be considered to be beside the vehicle.
Therefore, the preset threshold value can be adjusted in time according to the signal quality of the GPS equipment, and the judgment on the distance between the vehicle taking person and the reserved vehicle is more accurate.
Specifically, in the car taking stage, identity verification is carried out according to the real-time face image of the car taking person and the pre-stored face image of the reservation person, the fact that the car taking person is the reservation person is guaranteed, and the problem that whether the car taking person is the reservation person or not cannot be discriminated in the prior art is effectively solved.
Furthermore, the pre-stored face image of the reservation person is also recorded and stored after being subjected to identity authentication in advance, so that only the person who passes the identity authentication can reserve the vehicle.
Furthermore, reservation information is recorded through the pre-authentication, and a user does not need to upload certificate information again in the vehicle taking stage, so that the operation complexity of the user is reduced, and the user experience is optimized.
In one implementation, the step S104 may include the steps of: and transferring the control authority of the automobile to intelligent equipment associated with the driver. Therefore, the automobile can be used by the reservation person without the need of off-line delivery of the automobile key.
For example, the vehicle-taking person may control various functions of the vehicle through the application program.
In step S105, a warning message may be sent to the background monitoring staff to prompt the abnormal vehicle pickup request.
In the step S105, a third prompting message may be sent to the vehicle pickup person, where the third prompting message is used to prompt the vehicle pickup time period and/or the vehicle pickup place reserved by the vehicle pickup person.
The authentication process in the car using stage will be described in detail below.
In a specific implementation, after the step S104, the method according to this embodiment may further include the step of: during driving, acquiring a real-time face image of a driver at preset intervals; carrying out image recognition on the real-time face image of the driver, and comparing the real-time face image of the driver with the real-time face image of the person to be taken; and sending warning information when the comparison result shows that the driver does not accord with the vehicle-taking person.
For example, the warning information can be sent to monitoring personnel so that relevant personnel can process the warning information in time.
For another example, the real-time face image of the driver may be captured based on a camera installed in the automobile.
In one implementation, the background server does not store the real-time images collected in the vehicle during driving, but preferably records the comparison result, the emotion judgment result of the driver and other result data so as to better protect the privacy of the user.
By the above, by adopting the scheme of the embodiment, the verification object is differentially determined at different stages so as to realize more accurate identity verification by matching with the verification purpose at each stage, and the safety of the whole flow of reserving and taking the vehicle is ensured.
Specifically, in the reservation stage, the identity card and the driving license are authenticated to ensure that the user is a real user and has driving qualification.
And in the vehicle taking stage, the vehicle taking user and the reservation user are ensured to be the same person through matching the vehicle taking person with the face of the identity card provided during reservation so as to ensure the safety of test driving.
In the vehicle entering stage (namely the vehicle using stage), the same person is ensured for the driver and the vehicle taker by matching the faces of the driver and the vehicle taker, so that the subsequent data analysis is accurate.
In a typical application scenario, the background server may be a cloud server (hereinafter referred to as a cloud); the application program installed on the intelligent device associated with the user can communicate with the cloud server to send the information generated by the user side, such as vehicle taking request information and reservation request information, to the cloud server and receive the information fed back by the cloud server. The car may have the car networking box (also referred to as a chain box) pre-installed thereon, which is powered by the car.
Further, when the automobile is not started, the car networking box can be in a standby state (also called a low power consumption state), and in response to receiving a control instruction sent by the cloud server, the car networking box is switched to a working state and makes a corresponding response action. For example, in the car taking stage, after the identity verification is passed, the car networking box can unlock a car door lock of the car so as to enable the user to enter the car. For another example, in the vehicle using stage, the car networking box may control a camera installed in the car to collect image information of people in the car.
In one implementation, the internet of vehicle box may be mounted in any suitable location on the vehicle, such as near the driver's seat of the vehicle.
Fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of an appointed car taking device based on identity authentication according to an embodiment of the present invention. Those skilled in the art will understand that the reserved car taking device 3 based on identity authentication (hereinafter, referred to as the reserved car taking device 3) according to the present embodiment may be used to implement the method technical solution described in the above embodiments shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2.
Specifically, referring to fig. 3, the reserved car taking device 3 according to the present embodiment may include: the receiving module 31 is configured to receive vehicle taking request information, where the vehicle taking request information includes reservation information and a real-time human face image of a vehicle taking person; the acquisition module 32 is configured to acquire a pre-stored face image of the reservation person according to the reservation information, where an association relationship between the reservation information and the pre-stored face image of the reservation person is established after identity authentication is performed in advance; a comparison and judgment module 33, configured to perform image recognition and comparison on the real-time face image of the person taking person and the pre-stored face image of the reservation person, respectively, so as to judge whether the person taking person and the reservation person coincide with each other; and the control module 34 allows the vehicle taker to take the vehicle to which the reservation information points when the judgment result shows that the vehicle taker is in line with the reservation person.
For more details of the operation principle and the operation mode of the reserved car taking device 3, reference may be made to the description in fig. 1 and fig. 2, and details are not repeated here.
Further, the embodiment of the present invention also discloses a storage medium, on which computer instructions are stored, and when the computer instructions are executed, the technical solution of the method described in the embodiments shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2 is executed. Preferably, the storage medium may include a computer-readable storage medium such as a non-volatile (non-volatile) memory or a non-transitory (non-transient) memory. The storage medium may include ROM, RAM, magnetic or optical disks, etc.
Further, an embodiment of the present invention further discloses a terminal, which includes a memory and a processor, where the memory stores computer instructions capable of being executed on the processor, and the processor executes the technical solution of the method in the embodiment shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2 when executing the computer instructions. Preferably, the terminal may be a smart device.
Although the present invention is disclosed above, the present invention is not limited thereto. Various changes and modifications may be effected therein by one skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims.

Claims (13)

1. An appointed car taking method based on identity authentication is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving vehicle taking request information, wherein the vehicle taking request information comprises reservation information and a real-time human face image of a vehicle taking person;
acquiring a pre-stored face image of a reservation person according to the reservation information, wherein the association relationship between the reservation information and the pre-stored face image of the reservation person is established after identity authentication in advance;
respectively carrying out image recognition and comparison on the real-time face image of the person taking person and the pre-stored face image of the reservation person so as to judge whether the person taking person and the reservation person are consistent;
and when the judgment result shows that the vehicle-taking person is consistent with the reservation person, allowing the vehicle-taking person to take the vehicle pointed by the reservation information.
2. The reserved vehicle taking method according to claim 1, wherein the process of establishing the association relationship between the reservation information and the pre-stored face image of the reservation person comprises:
receiving reservation request information, and judging whether an idle vehicle matched with the reservation request information exists or not, wherein the reservation request information comprises vehicle information of a vehicle requesting reservation, a vehicle taking request place and a vehicle taking request time period; before/at the same time/after,
receiving identity information of a requester who sends the reservation request information, and judging whether the requester has driving qualification or not according to the identity information;
when the judgment result shows that the matched free vehicle exists and the requester has the driving qualification, extracting a face image from the identity information as a pre-stored face image of the reservation person, and generating reservation information at least based on the vehicle information of the free vehicle;
and establishing an association relation between the reservation information and the pre-stored face image of the reservation person.
3. The reserved vehicle pickup method according to claim 2, wherein the identity information comprises: an identification card image and a driving license image; the determining whether the requestor has driving qualifications according to the identity information includes:
carrying out image recognition on the identity card image to obtain a first image recognition result;
performing real-name authentication on the applicant based on the first image recognition result;
when the real-name authentication is successful, carrying out image recognition on the driving license image to obtain a second image recognition result;
comparing the first image recognition result with the second image recognition result;
and if the comparison is consistent, determining that the requester has driving qualification.
4. The reserved vehicle taking method according to claim 2, further comprising:
and sending reservation success information in response to the establishment of the association relationship between the reservation information and the pre-stored face images of the reservation persons, wherein the reservation success information at least comprises vehicle information of the idle vehicles.
5. The reserved vehicle taking method according to claim 2, wherein the process of establishing the association relationship between the reservation information and the pre-stored face image of the reservation person further comprises:
when the judgment result shows that no matched free vehicle exists and the requester has driving qualification, determining an alternative vehicle according to the reservation request information, wherein at least one of a deviation between the vehicle information of the alternative vehicle and the vehicle information of the vehicle requesting reservation indicated by the reservation request information, a deviation between the available time period of the alternative vehicle and the requested vehicle taking time period indicated by the reservation request information, and a deviation between the vehicle taking place of the alternative vehicle and the requested vehicle taking place indicated by the reservation request information is within a preset tolerable error range;
sending first prompt information, wherein the first prompt information comprises vehicle information, available time periods and vehicle taking places of the alternative vehicles;
in response to receiving the acceptance instruction of the requester, generating the reservation information based on at least vehicle information of the alternative vehicle.
6. The reserved vehicle taking method according to claim 2, wherein the process of establishing the association relationship between the reservation information and the pre-stored face image of the reservation person further comprises:
when the judgment result shows that a plurality of matched idle vehicles exist, second prompt information is sent, wherein the second prompt information comprises vehicle information of the matched idle vehicles;
and in response to receiving a selection instruction of the requester, generating the reservation information at least based on the vehicle information of the idle vehicle selected by the requester.
7. The reserved car taking method according to claim 1, wherein the reserved information comprises a reserved car taking time period and a reserved car taking place; when the judgment result shows that the vehicle-taking person is consistent with the reservation person, before the vehicle-taking person is allowed to take the vehicle pointed by the reservation information, the method further comprises the following steps:
judging whether the time point of receiving the vehicle taking request information falls into the reserved vehicle using time period or not; at the same time/before/after,
judging whether the distance between the current position of the vehicle-taking person and the reserved vehicle-taking place is smaller than a preset threshold value or not;
the allowing the person taking the car to take the car pointed by the reservation information comprises the following steps:
and when the judgment result shows that the time point of the vehicle taking request information falls into the reserved vehicle taking time period and the distance between the current position of the vehicle taking person and the reserved vehicle taking place is smaller than a preset threshold value, allowing the vehicle taking person to take the vehicle pointed by the reserved information.

The reserved vehicle taking method according to claim 7, wherein the current position of the vehicle taker is determined according to a first GPS device associated with the vehicle taker, the reserved vehicle taking place is determined according to a second GPS device associated with the vehicle to which the reservation information points, and the preset threshold is determined according to the real-time accuracy of the first GPS device and the real-time accuracy of the second GPS device.
9. The reserved vehicle taking method according to claim 1, further comprising:
during driving, acquiring a real-time face image of a driver at preset intervals;
carrying out image recognition on the real-time face image of the driver, and comparing the real-time face image of the driver with the real-time face image of the person to be taken;
and sending warning information when the comparison result shows that the driver does not accord with the vehicle-taking person.
10. The reserved car taking method according to claim 1, wherein the allowing the car taker to take the car to which the reservation information is directed comprises:
and transferring the control authority of the automobile to intelligent equipment associated with the driver.
