The checking of the request information carried by the trial reservation request by the management device may include checking the information signed by the object trial agreement in the request information (e.g., determining whether the trial agreement is signed by the trial user), checking the trial permission of the object requested by the trial user in the request information (e.g., determining whether the trial permission of the object requested by the trial user matches with the credit level of the trial user), and checking the identity information of the trial user in the request information (e.g., determining whether the identity information of the trial user is authentic and perfect), etc. Therefore, it can be understood that the success of the management device in checking the request information may refer to the success in checking each item of the request information (such as information that may include the signed object trial protocol, the object trial authority requested by the trial, the identity information of the trial, and the like).
Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a schematic interface diagram of an appointment result interface provided in the present application. As shown in fig. 6, the appointment result interface belongs to a terminal interface of the terminal device, and if the trial user successfully appoints the trial object, and the terminal device obtains an appointment success message sent by the management device, the terminal device may display the appointment success message in the appointment result interface, where the appointment success message may include that "you have successfully appointed and tried, please go to XX shop in XX street XX in XX by 10 am to 12 am on 9 months and 9 days to try on the driving by themselves, and the license plate number of the driving trial vehicle is XX, and the model is XX. Therefore, the trial user can go to the trial store during the object trial period to try out the trial object according to the reservation success message. In other words, the management device may generate a reservation failure message or a reservation success message as a trial reservation result to be returned to the terminal device, and for one trial reservation request, if the reservation failure message is generated, there is no reservation success message, and if the reservation success message is generated, there is no reservation failure message.
Optionally, the request information may further include a trial period of the object requested by the user for the trial object (e.g. a period from 9 am to 11 am on 11 days of 12 months), and therefore, the trial object allocated to the user indicated by the reservation success message may be a trial object that is matched by the management device among the plurality of trial objects to be scheduled and is in an idle state during the trial period of the object. The plurality of trial objects to be tested may include all trial objects which are owned by the enterprise to which the application program belongs and which can be reserved for trial, and the trial object in the idle state in the object trial period may refer to the trial object which is not reserved for trial in the object trial period and is not used for maintenance in the object trial period.
Optionally, if there are a plurality of trial objects in the idle state in the object trial period and meeting the object model requested by the user, one trial object may be randomly selected from the plurality of trial objects and allocated to the user.
If the terminal device receives the reservation success message, the subsequent trial user may use the terminal device (i.e., the request device) to enable the trial object matched therewith in the reserved trial period of the object through the identity information of the trial user, that is, start the trial object to try the trial object, where the process may specifically refer to the following description in the embodiment corresponding to fig. 7.

The terminal device may initiate an enabling request for the allocated trial objects on an object trial interface, where the enabling request may be used to request the driving object to open the vehicle door, and the enabling request may carry a target identifier of the trial user in the application program. For example, the object trial interface may include an enabling control (e.g., an enabling button) for the trial object, and after the user triggers (e.g., clicks, double-clicks, voice triggers, or sliding triggers) the enabling control, the terminal device may generate the enabling request.

After the target trial object obtains the enabling request, the target identification of the trial user can be analyzed from the enabling request, the reservation information can further include the trial period of the object requested by the trial user, and if the target trial object detects that the moment of obtaining the enabling request is within the trial period of the object and the analyzed target identification and the object identification of the target trial object (the object identification can be directly obtained by the target trial object) have a trial relationship (such as the trial relationship included in the reservation information), the target trial object can unlock the vehicle door of the target trial object.
Otherwise, if the target trial object detects that the moment of acquiring the enabling request is not in the object trial period, or, when the analyzed target identifier and the target identifier of the target trial object (the target identifier can be directly acquired by the target trial object) do not have the trial relationship (for example, the trial relationship included in the reservation information is not provided), the target trial object may not unlock the door of the target trial object, but may return a prompt message indicating that the trial has failed to the terminal device, the terminal device may output (e.g., display or voice broadcast) the prompt message, the prompt information may contain a reason for trial failure, such as "the current time is not within the trial period of the vehicle that you reserved (i.e., the subject trial period)", and such as "the vehicle that you reserved for trial is not the current vehicle".
Optionally, after the vehicle door of the target trial object is unlocked, the trial user can get on the vehicle, and after getting on the vehicle, the target trial object needs to confirm whether the person getting on the vehicle is the trial user, if the target trial object needs to verify the identity information of the trial user, and when the identity information of the trial user passes the verification, the vehicle motor of the target trial object is started.
For example, after a test person gets on the vehicle, the target trial object may output an information verification interface, the target trial object may verify the identity information of the test person in the information verification interface, and if the verification is successful, the target trial object may start the vehicle motor of the target trial object to allow the test person to drive.
Optionally, the information verification interfaces output by the target trial object may be two types, one type is a first information verification interface, and the other type is a second information verification interface, that is, the target trial object may verify the identity information of the trial user through any one of the two information verification interfaces, in other words, the two information verification interfaces provide two ways of verifying the identity information of the trial user.
The identity information of the test person can comprise biological sign information and/or a communication number of the test person, the verification of the identity information of the test person through the first information verification interface can mean that the biological sign information of the test person is verified through the first information verification interface, and the verification of the identity information of the test person through the second information verification interface can mean that the communication number of the test person is verified through the second information verification interface. The following is specifically described:
the first way of confirming whether the person who gets on the vehicle is the person himself or herself may be to confirm through the biological sign information of the person: the target trial object can output the first information verification interface, and the first information verification interface is an interface for verifying whether the person who gets on the vehicle is the person.
Because the identity information of the trial user can contain the biological sign information of the trial user, the target trial object can collect the biological sign information of the trial user who gets on the bus through the first information verification interface, and can verify the collected biological sign information, for example, whether the collected biological sign information is matched with the biological sign information contained in the identity information of the trial user in the reservation information (if the biological sign information of the same person is matched), if the biological sign information is matched, the collected biological sign information is verified to be passed, that is, the identity information of the trial user is verified to be passed in the first information verification interface, the target trial object can start the vehicle motor of the target trial object, the target trial object which starts the vehicle motor can be driven, and the trial user can directly drive the target trial object which starts the vehicle motor, a trial process for the target trial object is initiated.
If the biological sign information includes face information of the test person, the target test object may have face acquisition equipment (such as a camera device) for acquiring the face information of the test person; if the biological sign information comprises pupil information of the test person, the target test object can be provided with a pupil acquisition device, and the pupil information of the test person is acquired through the pupil acquisition device; if the biological sign information comprises fingerprint information of the test person, the target test object can be provided with fingerprint acquisition equipment, and the fingerprint information of the test person is acquired through the fingerprint acquisition equipment; if the biological sign information comprises voiceprint information of the test person, the target test object can be provided with voiceprint acquisition equipment, and the voiceprint information of the test person is acquired through the fingerprint acquisition equipment.
A second way of confirming whether the person who gets on the vehicle is the person himself or herself may be to confirm through the communication number of the person: the target trial object can output the second information verification interface, and the second information verification interface is an interface for verifying whether the person who gets on the vehicle is the person.
Since the identity information of the trial user may include the communication number of the trial user, and the card number of the communication card in the terminal device of the trial user may be the communication number of the trial user (that is, the device to which the communication number of the trial user belongs is the terminal device of the trial user), the target trial object may request the management device to send the verification code (which may be referred to as verification information) for the trial vehicle to the communication number of the trial user through the second information verification interface. For example, the second information verification interface may include a control for sending the verification code, and a test person may click the control, to request the management device to generate verification information (such as the verification code), send the verification information to the target trial object and the terminal device at the same time, and send the verification information to the terminal device (which may be in the form of a short message), that is, send the verification information to the communication number of the test person.
The target trial object can also obtain verification information (namely a verification code, which can be a short message verification code obtained by the trial user through the terminal device) input by the trial user on the second information verification interface, and can compare whether the verification information input by the trial user is the same as the verification information given by the management device.
If the target trial object compares that the verification information input by the trial user is the same as the verification information given by the management equipment (namely, the verification codes are the same), the verification information obtained on the second information verification interface is verified to be passed, the communication number of the trial user is verified to be passed, namely, the identity information of the trial user is verified to be passed on the second information verification interface, the target trial object can start the vehicle motor of the target trial object, the target trial object with the vehicle motor started can be driven, the trial user can directly drive the target trial object with the vehicle motor started, and the trial process of the target trial object is started.
Optionally, the target trial object may further set the reservation information provided by the management device as invalid information when it is detected that the trial of the target trial object by the trial user is completed (for example, it is detected that the trial period of the object is expired or the trial of the trial object by the trial user is performed and the vehicle is closed); alternatively, the target trial object may further set the reservation information provided by the management device as invalid information when receiving a trial end instruction sent by the requesting device (i.e., the terminal device), where the trial end instruction may be generated by the user through a control related to end of trial in the application program of the terminal device.
After the reservation information is set as the invalid information, the target trial object cannot subsequently verify the identity of the trial user through the reservation information, which indicates that the trial user cannot start the target trial object through the own identity information, that is, the trial user cannot try the target trial object any more, if the trial user needs to try the trial object, a trial reservation request for the trial object needs to be initiated again, and the process may refer to the process described in the embodiment corresponding to fig. 3.
Referring to fig. 8, fig. 8 is a schematic view of a scene for trial use of a trial object according to the present application. The terminal device (i.e., the request device) may establish a close-range communication connection with the target trial object, at this time, both the vehicle door and the vehicle motor of the target trial object are in a closed state (it may be understood that the vehicle door is in a locked state, and the vehicle motor is in a closed state), and then the terminal device may initiate an enabling request to the target trial object through the close-range communication connection with the target trial object.
After the target trial object obtains the enabling request, whether the target identification of the trial user is matched with the object identification of the target trial object through the enabling request (if the target trial object has a trial relation), and if the target trial object is matched with the object identification of the trial user, the vehicle door can be opened. At this time, the vehicle door of the target trial object is in an open state (namely, an unlocked state), and the vehicle motor is still in a closed state.
And then the trial user can input the information required for identity confirmation (if the identity is confirmed through the verification code, the information can be verification information, if the identity is confirmed through the biological sign information, the information can be biological sign information) to the target trial object (namely, in the vehicle), the target trial object can verify the acquired information (such as the verification information or the biological sign information), if the verification is passed, the target trial object can automatically start the vehicle motor, at the moment, the vehicle door and the vehicle motor of the target trial object are both in an open state (the vehicle door can be understood to be in an unlocked state, and the vehicle motor is in an open state), and the trial user can start to trial drive the target trial object.

Referring to fig. 9, fig. 9 is a schematic flow chart of trial use of a subject provided in the present application. As shown in fig. 9, the unmanned APP (software) is the application program for reserving the trial object, the unmanned APP and the trial management software may be the same program or different programs, and the trial management software is used for auditing and managing the reservation process related to the trial object by the staff of the trial object. If the unmanned APP and the trial management software are the same program, the operating authority can be determined according to the user account logged in the program; for example, if the user account of the trial user is registered in the program, the user account has the operation authority of performing trial reservation on the trial object; for another example, if the user account of the staff who is directed to the trial object is registered in the program, the user account has an operation authority for verifying and managing the appointment process of the trial object by the trial user.
The test-driving management server may refer to the management device (i.e., a backend device of an application program for a trial object), and the vehicle-mounted system may refer to a vehicle-mounted system (i.e., a system of a vehicle-mounted terminal) of the trial object allocated to the trial user.
Therefore, firstly, the test driver can reserve the test driving in the unmanned APP (for example, initiate a trial reservation request), and can sign a test driving agreement (for example, sign an object trial agreement) and upload a certificate (for example, upload a driver's license identity card) on line in the process of reserving the test driving. Furthermore, the unmanned APP can give a trial reservation request to the trial driving management software, the trial driving management software can generate a trial driving order in real time, the trial driving management software can output the trial driving order to allow a trial driving manager (such as a worker of a trial object) to approve (the trial driving order can be approved by the worker or can be automatically approved by the system (such as whether the trial reservation request submitted by an approval test user is legal) and the approval is successful, the trial driving management server can generate a trial driving order id (i.e. a trial driving order identifier for uniquely identifying the corresponding trial driving order) and arrange a specified trial driving id (i.e. an object identifier of the trial driving order object) to allocate a vehicle for trial driving (i.e. the trial object) to the trial user, and further, the trial driving management server can synchronize information such as the trial driving order id to the vehicle system for trial driving allocated to the trial driver, the use permission (such as object trial permission) of the distributed test-driven vehicle in a specified period (such as object trial period) can be opened, and the use permission in the specified period is given to the vehicle-mounted machine system; meanwhile, the test driving management server may also return a notification (which may be a reservation success message) to the unmanned APP.
Then, after receiving the notification, the unmanned APP may enable the vehicle test to arrive at the test driving within a specified time limit (e.g., at a test driving store (test driving point) of the test driving), and initiate a vehicle door to the test driving request through a bluetooth mode (e.g., initiate an initiation request to the test driving through a bluetooth communication connection), after obtaining the initiation request, the vehicle system may compare whether a user id (e.g., a target identifier of the test user in the initiation request) and the test driving time are satisfied (e.g., whether the current time of the test user in the initiation request is within the specified time limit, if so, it is satisfied, if not, it is not satisfied), and if so, the vehicle system may open the vehicle door (the vehicle system may also match whether the test user and the test driving have a trial relationship, specifically, see the above description).
Further, the test user can start the vehicle by getting on (starting after the verification of the biometric information or the verification information is passed after getting on), and start the test driving process for the test driving. Claims (14)

1. A method for processing object information, the method comprising:
displaying a trial reservation interface, wherein the trial reservation interface is used for initiating a trial reservation request;
receiving request information of the trial reservation request input in the trial reservation interface, wherein the request information comprises identity information of a trial user;
responding to the trial reservation request, and displaying a trial reservation result; the trial reservation result comprises a reservation success message which is used for indicating that trial objects are distributed based on the request information of the trial reservation request and indicating the requesting equipment to enable the trial objects based on the identity information of the trial users.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the reservation interface comprises a protocol signing interface; the protocol signing interface comprises an object trial protocol for a trial object;
the displaying a trial reservation result in response to the trial reservation request includes:
and if a confirmation signing instruction of the trial user for the object trial agreement is received on the agreement signing interface, responding to the trial reservation request and displaying the trial reservation result.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the request information further comprises object model information for trial objects requested by the trial users; the reservation success message is also used for indicating that a trial relation between the trial user and the allocated trial object is established; the object model of the trial object having the trial relationship with the trial user is the object model indicated by the object model information.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the request information further includes the trial rights of the object requested by the user for the trial object; the displaying a trial reservation result in response to the trial reservation request includes:
and if the credit level of the trial user is matched with the requested object trial permission, responding to the trial reservation request and displaying a trial reservation result.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein said displaying a trial reservation result in response to said trial reservation request comprises:
sending the trial reservation request to management equipment of a trial object, so that the management equipment generates a reservation success message after checking the request information carried by the trial reservation request;
and receiving the reservation success message returned by the management equipment, and displaying the reservation success message.

The method of claim 5, wherein the request information further comprises a trial period of the subject for the trial subject requested by the user; the trial object allocated to the test user indicated by the reservation success message is a trial object which is matched by the management device among the plurality of trial objects to be scheduled and is in an idle state in the object trial period, and the trial object allocated to the test user is a vehicle matched by the management device for the test driving of the test user.

The method of claim 6, wherein the trial objects allocated to the trial users indicated by the reservation success message are target trial objects; the reservation success message is also used for indicating that a trial relation between the target identification of the trial user and the target identification of the target trial object is established; the reservation information containing the identity information of the trial user and the trial relation is provided for the target trial object by the management equipment;
the method further comprises the following steps:
outputting an object trial interface;
initiating an enabling request on the object trial interface; the enabling request carries the target identification of the test user;
sending the enabling request to the target trial object, so that when the target trial object detects that the target identification carried by the enabling request and the object identification have the trial relation, the vehicle door of the target trial object is unlocked;
the target trial object is further used for outputting an information verification interface, and when the identity information of the trial user is verified through the information verification interface, a vehicle motor of the target trial object is started.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein sending the enabling request to the target trial object comprises:
establishing a close range communication connection with the target trial object;
sending the enabling request to the target trial object based on the established close range communication connection.

The method as claimed in claim 7, wherein the target trial object is further configured to set the reservation information provided by the management device as invalid information upon detecting that the trial of the target trial object is completed by the user; or, the target trial object is further configured to set the reservation information provided by the management device as invalid information when receiving a trial end instruction sent by the request device.
10. The method according to claim 1, wherein the identity information of the test subject includes identification information and biological sign information of the test subject; the biological sign information includes at least one of the following information of the human subject: the face information of the test person, the pupil information of the test person, the fingerprint information of the test person and the voiceprint information of the test person.
11. An apparatus for processing object information, the apparatus comprising:

14. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that the computer-readable storage medium stores a computer program adapted to be loaded by a processor and to perform the method of any of claims 1-10.
