Abstract
本发明涉及一种带有漏液保护的汽车制动液贮液罐,属于汽车制动系统技术领域的零部件。阀门控制杆与锥形出油口穿接,阀门控制杆位于贮液罐本体内的一端与O型密封圈密封套接,该O型密封圈与锥形出油口密封连接,阀弹簧套接在阀门控制杆的外部,该阀弹簧一端与锥形出油口外部顶接、另一端与阀门控制杆中部顶接。优点是结构新颖,在原有贮液罐的出油口增加了阀门控制杆、阀弹簧、O型密封圈,增加的零件数量少,且成本也少,各零件装配方便,可拆卸,易操作,使其与主缸装配时,阀门打开;发生事故与主缸断开时,阀门关闭,防止贮液罐内部的制动液泄漏,还可以与现有贮液罐互换,按客户要求进行更替。

技术领域
本发明属于汽车制动系统技术领域的零部件,尤其是一种带有漏液保护的汽车制动液贮液罐。
背景技术
制动液贮液罐是汽车制动系统中的关键部件,它的主要作用之一就是为液压制动系统提供制动液,为汽车提供制动力,其出油口处的结构见图3,该结构十分简单,出油口为圆柱形通孔,没有漏液保护结构。
在汽车碰撞后,贮液罐由于受到外力作用,会从制动主缸上脱落,其内部制动液会泄漏,造成污染环境,极限状态下可能会产生助燃的作用。
发明内容
本发明提供一种带有漏液保护的汽车制动液贮液罐,以解决现有贮液罐存在的在发生事故时,贮液罐内部制动液泄漏的问题。
本发明采取的技术方案是:包括贮液罐本体、阀门控制杆、阀弹簧、O型密封圈和锥形出油口,其中阀门控制杆与锥形出油口穿接,阀门控制杆位于贮液罐本体内的一端与O型密封圈密封套接,该O型密封圈与锥形出油口密封连接,阀弹簧套接在阀门控制杆的外部,该阀弹簧一端与锥形出油口外部顶接、另一端与阀门控制杆中部顶接。
所述锥形出油口内侧的斜面为光滑的密封面。
本发明的优点是结构新颖,在原有贮液罐的出油口增加了阀门控制杆、阀弹簧、O型密封圈,增加的零件数量少,且成本也少,各零件装配方便,可拆卸,易操作,使其与主缸装配时,阀门打开;发生事故与主缸断开时,阀门关闭,防止贮液罐内部的制动液泄漏,还可以与现有贮液罐互换,按客户要求进行更替。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,包括贮液罐本体1、阀门控制杆2、阀弹簧3、O型密封圈4和锥形出油口5,其中阀门控制杆2与锥形出油口5穿接,阀门控制杆2位于贮液罐本体1内的一端与O型密封圈4密封套接,该O型密封圈4与锥形出油口5密封连接,阀弹簧3套接在阀门控制杆2的外部,该阀弹簧3一端与锥形出油口5外部顶接、另一端与阀门控制杆2中部顶接;
所述锥形出油口5内侧的斜面为光滑的密封面,不能有任何缺损或划伤,且不能在此处进行模具分型。
工作原理:
如图1所示,此时为自由状态,阀门控制杆2在阀弹簧3的作用下,使O型密封圈4紧紧靠近锥形出油口5的密封面,形成密封状态,贮液罐内部的制动液无法流出;
如图2所示,当本发明与制动主缸6装配后,阀门控制杆2向贮液罐本休1内部方向移动,使O型密封圈4完全离开锥形出油口5的密封面,阀门打开,制动液正常从贮液罐中流出到制动主缸;
当发生事故导致贮液罐与主缸脱离后,阀门控制杆2向主缸方向运动后,使O型密封圈4完全贴合锥形出油口5的密封面,阀门关闭,防止贮液罐内部的制动液泄漏;
此外,锥形出油口5最小内径与现有贮液罐出油口内径一致,可使更改前与更改后的贮液罐互换。

1.一种带有漏液保护的汽车制动液贮液罐,其特征在于:包括贮液罐本体、阀门控制杆、阀弹簧、O型密封圈和锥形出油口,其中阀门控制杆与锥形出油口穿接,阀门控制杆位于贮液罐本体内的一端与O型密封圈密封套接,该O型密封圈与锥形出油口密封连接,阀弹簧套接在阀门控制杆的外部,该阀弹簧一端与锥形出油口外部顶接、另一端与阀门控制杆中部顶接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种带有漏液保护的汽车制动液贮液罐,其特征在于:所述锥形出油口内侧的斜面为光滑的密封面。
