Abstract
The invention discloses a broad-spectrum spherical active carbon toothpaste and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the technical field of daily chemicals. Consists of abrasive, purificant, humectant, thickener, foaming agent, sweetener, essence, deionized water and broad-spectrum spherical active carbon in the weight ratio of 1 to 0.001-0.03 to 0.5-0.8 to 0.05-0.5 to 0.06-0.1 to 0.01-0.05 to 0.005-0.01 to 0.2-0.8 to 0.15-0.99. By adding broad-spectrum spherical active carbon into the toothpaste, on one hand, the toothpaste has the function of whitening teeth by utilizing the characteristics of high strength and high sphericity, the defect of strong adhesion between the powdered active carbon toothpaste and the teeth is avoided, and the water consumption for washing and rinsing is reduced; on the other hand, the advantages of the pore size distribution of the antibacterial deodorant are larger than the molecular diameter of bacteria or viruses, so that the bacteria or viruses are extremely strongly adsorbed, and the aims of deodorization, inflammation diminishing and sterilization are fulfilled.

Background
The toothpaste belongs to a dentifrice, and is a cleaning product which is commonly used in daily life and is used for protecting the oral hygiene. With the increasing attention of people on tooth whitening, inflammation diminishing, bacteria removing, caries prevention and the like, the multifunctional toothpaste is developed vigorously. Plastic beads have been used in toothpaste for polishing teeth and whitening teeth earlier and widely. Although the plastic microspheres have ideal whitening effect, the components of the plastic microspheres are mainly high molecular polymers such as polyethylene and the like, and are difficult to degrade, so that the products are definitely required to be eliminated in the international range. Bengqingyang et al (patent publication No. CN 107550742A) disclose a cosmetic microbead prepared from natural renewable resources, which, despite the problem of surface environmental pollution, only has the functions of polishing and removing cutin, has single use and has no effect on inflammation diminishing, deodorization, etc. The active carbon toothpaste popular in recent years can improve the effects of whitening, preventing bad breath, periodontitis and the like. Liu Yun Zhen (patent publication No. CN 110664629A) adds powdered activated carbon into toothpaste, although it has a certain action on oral inflammation and sterilization, its actual use effect is not ideal. The better adsorption performance of the powdered activated carbon on the surface of the tooth leads to overlong washing cycle, and a large amount of water is needed to be washed clean, thus leading to the waste of water resources. Meanwhile, the powdery activated carbon has nano-scale particles, and the particles can contact blood if entering intestines and stomach during the washing process, so that serious blood sequelae are caused. To avoid the above phenomenon, wuxing et al [ patent publication No. CN105147530A ] prepared a spherical carbon toothpaste using pitch-based spherical carbon instead of powdered activated carbon. Although the toothpaste has the whitening function, the asphalt-based spherical carbon has the pore size distribution of less than 1.5nm, most molecules such as inflammation and bacteria have the diameter of more than 10nm, so that the actual functions of deodorization, inflammation diminishing and sterilization of the asphalt-based spherical carbon are extremely low. Based on the research and analysis, the broad-spectrum spherical active carbon toothpaste with high strength and wide pore size distribution can play a role in whitening, can adsorb different inflammatory molecules in micro-sized and large-sized tissues by utilizing the unique pore size, and has important application value.

Aiming at the problems, the invention provides a broad-spectrum spherical active carbon toothpaste and a preparation method thereof.
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the traditional toothpaste and provides a broad-spectrum spherical active carbon toothpaste which has the functions of whitening and preventing periodontitis, gingivitis, tooth bleeding and oral odor and a preparation method thereof.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a broad-spectrum spherical active carbon toothpaste is prepared from abrasive, purificant, humectant, thickener, foaming agent, sweetening agent, essence, deionized water and broad-spectrum spherical active carbon at a weight ratio of 1:0.001-0.03:0.5-0.8:0.05-0.5:0.06-0.1:0.01-0.05:0.005-0.01:0.2-0.8: 0.15-0.99.
Further, the pore size distribution of the broad spectrum type spherical activated carbon is 1-3nm and 10-100 nm.
Further, the sphericity of the broad-spectrum spherical activated carbon is 95-99%; the mechanical strength is 17-30N/cm2。
Further, the raw material of the broad-spectrum spherical activated carbon is any one of phenolic resin, ion exchange resin and macroporous adsorption resin.
A preparation method of a broad-spectrum spherical active carbon toothpaste comprises the following steps:

5. the preparation process of the toothpaste can not cause great change of the viscosity of the toothpaste in the preparation process of other formulas of the toothpaste, namely, the whole process for preparing the toothpaste can not be influenced.

Example 1
Mixing abrasive 10g, purificant 0.01g, and antiseptic 5gWetting agent, 0.5g thickener, 0.6g foaming agent, 0.1g sweetener, 0.05g essence, 2g deionized water, 1.5g broad-spectrum spherical active carbon (pore size distribution: 1-2.5nm and 10-100nm [ see figure 1 ]](ii) a Sphericity: 95% [ see FIG. 2 ]](ii) a Mechanical strength: 17N/cm2) Respectively weighing, adding into high speed stirrer, stirring at 100rpm at 20 deg.C for 10 hr to obtain broad spectrum spherical active carbon toothpaste with viscosity of 1850 mPas [ see FIGS. 3 and 4 ]]. Example 2
10g of abrasive, 0.1g of purificant, 6g of humectant, 2g of thickener, 0.8g of foaming agent, 0.2g of sweetener, 0.07g of essence, 3g of deionized water and 3.33g of broad-spectrum spherical active carbon (pore diameter distribution: 1-3nm and 50-100 nm; sphericity: 96%; mechanical strength: 20N/cm)2) Respectively weighing and metering, adding the above raw materials into a high-speed stirrer, stirring at 500rpm at 25 deg.C for 5 hr to obtain broad-spectrum spherical active carbon toothpaste with viscosity of 2000 mPas. The removal rates of the compound preparation on streptococcus A, anaerobic streptococcus, staphylococcus epidermidis, neisseria, lactobacillus, spirochete and candida are respectively 55%, 59%, 57%, 67%, 70%, 58% and 68%.
Example 3
10g of abrasive, 0.2g of purificant, 7g of humectant, 4g of thickener, 0.9g of foaming agent, 0.3g of sweetener, 0.08g of essence, 5g of deionized water and 6.05g of broad-spectrum spherical active carbon (pore diameter distribution: 1-3nm and 10-100 nm; sphericity: 98%; mechanical strength: 25N/cm)2) Respectively weighing, adding the above materials into a high-speed stirrer at stirring speed of 800rpm and at 28 deg.CStirring for 3h to finally form the broad-spectrum spherical activated carbon toothpaste with the viscosity of 1680 mPas. The removal rates of the compound preparation on streptococcus A, anaerobic streptococcus, staphylococcus epidermidis, neisseria, lactobacillus, spirochete and candida are respectively 78%, 80%, 68%, 83%, 82%, 66% and 80%.
Example 4
10g of abrasive, 0.3g of purificant, 8g of humectant, 5g of thickener, 1g of foaming agent, 0.5g of sweetener, 0.1g of essence, 8g of deionized water and 9.9g of broad-spectrum spherical active carbon (pore diameter distribution: 1-1.5nm and 20-50 nm; sphericity: 99%; mechanical strength: 30N/cm)2) Respectively weighing and metering, adding the above raw materials into a high-speed stirrer, stirring at 1000rpm at 30 deg.C for 1h, and finally forming the broad-spectrum spherical active carbon toothpaste with viscosity of 1500 mPas. The removal rates of the compound preparation on streptococcus A, anaerobic streptococcus, staphylococcus epidermidis, neisseria, lactobacillus, spirochete and candida are respectively 90%, 95%, 83%, 91%, 93%, 84% and 89%.
