The invention discloses an air-purifying and antibacterial water-based crack sealer which consists of a component A and a component B in a volume ratio of 1: 1, wherein the component A comprises the following components in parts by weight: 88-95 parts of water-based epoxy resin and 5-12 parts of hydrophilic fumed silica; the component B comprises the following components in parts by weight: 80 parts of modified hydrophilic curing agent, 1-5 parts of nano-silver, 1-5 parts of anion powder, 5-8 parts of hydrophilic fumed silica and 3-10 parts of toner, wherein the weight of the anion powder is 0.8-1.2 times of that of the nano-silver. According to the invention, the nano-silver and the anion powder are added into the water-based crack beautifying agent, so that the water-based crack beautifying agent has the effects of eliminating air odor and sterilizing, and has high-efficiency antibacterial performance which is not possessed by pure nano-silver by adjusting the optimal proportion, thereby greatly improving the comprehensive performance of the product.

The nano bactericidal mildew-proof water-based epoxy crack sealer can effectively inhibit and kill harmful bacteria and has spectral property and long-acting property.
The applicant also discloses in CN109486456A a novel negative ion releasing type nano water-based epoxy crack sealer, which is composed of a component a and a component B according to the volume ratio of 1: 1, wherein the weight percentages of the components in the component a are as follows: 80-90% of water-based epoxy resin, 3-5% of diluent, 0.01-0.1% of anti-yellowing agent, 2-10% of thixotropic agent and 0.01-0.05% of defoaming agent; the component B comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 70-90% of water-based epoxy curing agent, 0.01-0.2% of coupling agent, 2-10% of thixotropic agent, 5-10% of nano anion powder and 5-25% of pearlescent pigment. The negative ion release type nanometer water-based epoxy seam beautifying agent can effectively eliminate indoor peculiar smell and various harmful gases.

Preferably, the anion powder is selected from more than one of tourmaline, medical stone, illite and six-ring stone, and the particle size is 2000-4000 meshes.
More preferably, the anion powder is tourmaline powder, and the particle size of the anion powder is more preferably 4000 meshes.
Still more preferably, in the component B, the weight ratio of the tourmaline powder to the nano silver is 1: 1.
the waterborne epoxy resin is selected from at least one of low molecular weight hydrophilic epoxy resin, hydrophilic self-emulsifying epoxy resin and modified waterborne epoxy emulsion.

Example 1

7 parts of hydrophilic fumed silica.
B component
80 parts of modified hydrophilic curing agent,
3 portions of nano silver,
3 portions of anion powder,
6 parts of hydrophilic fumed silica,
8 parts of toner.
The modified hydrophilic curing agent comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 15% of water-based epoxy resin, 26% of benzyl alcohol and 59% of isophorone diamine. The anion powder is 4000-mesh tourmaline powder.
The component A is prepared by the following method: the waterborne epoxy resin is added into a stirring kettle with vacuum in proportion at one time, the rotating speed is adjusted to about 800rpm, the hydrophilic fumed silica (the specific surface area is 200 square meters per gram) is added in batches, and the high-speed dispersion is carried out. Stirring was continued for about 10 minutes after the fumed silica was completely dissolved. The rotation speed is reduced to about 400rpm, the vacuum is opened (the vacuum degree is minus 0.09MPa), and the vacuum defoamation is carried out for 1 hour. And (6) discharging.

The component A and the component B are respectively filled into 400ml double-tube rubber bottles by a full-automatic or semi-automatic filling machine. The A, B components are mixed according to the volume ratio of 1: 1 to obtain the water-based crack sealing agent for purifying air and resisting bacteria.
Examples 2 to 12
In the component B, the addition amounts of the anion powder are respectively 0 part, 0.3 part, 0.9 part, 1.5 parts, 2.4 parts, 2.7 parts, 3.3 parts, 3.6 parts, 4.5 parts, 6 parts and 9 parts, and the rest is the same as that of the component B in the example 1.
Application examples
The antibacterial activity of the aqueous caulking agents prepared in examples 1 to 12 was measured according to the standard of JISZ2801-2010, and the specific data are shown in table 1:

Test results show that the antibacterial performance of the crack sealer is gradually enhanced along with the increase of the dosage of the anion powder under the condition that the dosage of the nano silver is not changed, and the mass ratio of the antibacterial performance to the dosage of the anion powder is 1: 1, the water-based crack beautifying agent only containing nano silver is nearly 3 times. Thereafter, the antibacterial activity gradually decreases with further increase of the amount of the anion powder. The specific mechanism is not clear, on one hand, the bacteriostatic and bactericidal functions of the anion powder after being ultrafined are improved, on the other hand, the anion powder and the nano-silver have a certain synergistic effect, and particularly, the unit bactericidal amount of the nano-silver is increased by adsorbing and enriching bacteria on the surface of the tourmaline due to the trigonal crystal system polyhedral structure, so that the antibacterial activity is greatly improved. When the dosage of the anion powder exceeds a certain proportion, a space blocking or shielding effect on the nano silver can be formed, and the antibacterial effect is not favorably exerted. In a word, by adjusting a proper proportion, the water-based crack sealing agent disclosed by the invention can show excellent antibacterial performance, can generate negative ions to purify air and has excellent comprehensive performance.
