背景技术
中国是一个具有悠久历史的文明古国,农业发展的历史进程非常久远,农业生产过程中,人们自会取用小麦、水稻、玉米、薯类、油菜和棉花这些农作物的籽实,其余的茎叶(穗)等部分被称为秸秆,过去农业生产水平低、产量低,秸秆数量少,人们对秸秆的认知不广泛,所以一般都是喂养牲畜、作为燃料或于堆沤肥外,随着科学技术的发展,人民对秸秆的认知水平提升,所以开始研究各种利用秸秆的防止,对秸秆的利用率也逐步提升,秸秆富含氮、磷、钾、钙、镁和有机质等,是一种具有多用途的可再生的生物资源,秸秆也是一种粗饲料,将这些秸秆进行各种加工处理,就可以制作成燃料或各种饲料,还可以利用秸秆,为农田增加养分,实现可持续发展:
传统的原料粗磨生产线,由于生产过程中会产生大量的粉尘,无法很好的对这些粉尘进行处理,除尘效果差,会影响工作人员的身体健康,且在生产过程中这些粉尘会沉积在工作区域,不便于进行清洁,影响工作。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种应用于纳米级研磨系统的原料粗磨生产线,以解决上述背景技术中提出除尘效果差的问题。

优选的,所述除铁结构包括有固定块、刮板、减速电机、主动滚筒、卸料皮带和从动滚筒,所述固定块固定连接在橡胶输送带的顶端,所述固定块内部的一侧活动连接有从动滚筒,所述固定块内部的另一侧活动连接有主动滚筒,且主动滚筒顶端的一侧固定连接有减速电机,所述主动滚筒与从动滚筒的外侧缠绕有卸料皮带,所述固定块顶端的两侧均固定连接有刮板。

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该种应用于纳米级研磨系统的原料粗磨生产线结构合理,具有以下优点:
(1)通过在壳体的一端固定连接有出风口,利用出风口与风机进行连接,风机启动通过连接管对外壳和橡胶输送带顶端的浮尘进行吸附,利用均匀设置的布袋对浮尘进行过滤,浮尘会沾粘到布袋上,通过固定槽可将盖体拆除,对盖体进行清理或更换,增加过滤效果,防止浮尘散布到工作区域,影响工作;
(2)通过在固定块的一端固定连接有减速电机,减速电机启动带动主动滚筒转动,在卸料皮带的作用下可带动从动滚筒转动,卸料皮带可对物料内部的铁磁性杂质进行吸附,刮板对铁磁性杂质进行刮除,将杂质刮到卸料箱的内部,可将秸秆内部的铁磁性杂质去除,防止铁磁性杂质破坏秸秆的使用途径;
(3)通过在出风口的一端连接有风机,风机启动通过连接管对外壳和橡胶输送带顶端的浮尘进行吸附,利用均匀设置的布袋对浮尘进行过滤,浮尘会沾粘到布袋上,通过固定槽可将盖体拆除,对盖体进行清理或更换,增加过滤效果,防止浮尘散布到工作区域。

外壳2内部的一端设置有空腔25,且空腔25内部的一侧固定连接有第一齿轮27,空腔25内部的另一侧固定连接有第二齿轮29,且第二齿轮29的一端与伺服电机28的一端固定连接,第二齿轮29 的另一端与第一齿轮27的一端均固定连接有碎料棍26,第一齿轮 27与第二齿轮29尺寸一致,且齿轮数相等,第一齿轮27与第二齿轮29之间构成啮合结构,起到传动作用;
橡胶输送带6的顶端设置有除铁结构3,除铁结构3包括有固定块 301、刮板302、减速电机303、主动滚筒304、卸料皮带305和从动滚筒306,固定块301固定连接在橡胶输送带6的顶端,固定块301 内部的一侧活动连接有从动滚筒306,固定块301内部的另一侧活动连接有主动滚筒304,且主动滚筒304顶端的一侧固定连接有减速电机303,该减速电机303型号可为ZD2412,主动滚筒304与从动滚筒306的外侧缠绕有卸料皮带305,固定块301顶端的两侧均固定连接有刮板302;
刮板302呈倾斜设置,刮板302与卸料皮带305紧密贴合,可将铁磁性杂质刮除;
刮板302的一侧均固定连接有支撑轮,卸料皮带305缠绕在主动滚筒304、从动滚筒306与支撑轮的外侧,支撑轮关于固定块301 的垂直中心线对称分布,使转动更顺畅,秸秆输入外壳2的内部,伺服电机28启动带动第二齿轮29转动,第二齿轮29与第一齿轮27 相互啮合,从而可带动碎料棍26相互转动,对物料进行粗磨,粗磨后的物料通过出料口8掉落到橡胶输送带6的内部,粗磨过程中防尘板22可防止浮尘飞溅,橡胶输送带6启动将物料进行输出,输出过程中,减速电机303启动带动主动滚筒304转动,在卸料皮带305 的作用下可带动从动滚筒306转动,卸料皮带305可对物料内部的铁磁性杂质进行吸附,当铁磁性杂质转移到上方后,刮板302对铁磁性杂质进行刮除,将杂质刮到卸料箱7的内部;
橡胶输送带6的一端固定连接有卸料箱7,外壳2的顶端与橡胶输送带6的顶端均固定连接有连接管5,连接管5的一端固定连接有壳体4,且壳体4的底端固定连接有支撑脚13,壳体4内部的顶端设置有过滤结构12,过滤结构12包括有盖体1201、支撑架1202、布袋1203和固定槽1204,固定槽1204设置在壳体4的顶端,固定槽1204的内部活动连接有盖体1201,且盖体1201的底端均匀固定连接有布袋1203,布袋1203的底端固定连接有支撑架1202;
布袋1203厚度均匀,布袋1203在盖体1201上呈等间距分布,使过滤更彻底,去除杂质后将秸秆向橡胶输送带6的一侧输出,输出过程中,通过出风口15与风机连接,风机启动通过连接管5对外壳2和橡胶输送带6顶端的浮尘进行吸附,利用均匀设置的布袋1203 对浮尘进行过滤,浮尘会沾粘到布袋1203上,通过固定槽1204可将盖体1201拆除,对盖体1201进行清理或更换;
壳体4的内部固定连接有多空隔板17,壳体4内部的底端设置有集灰腔16,且集灰腔16的底端固定连接有出灰口14,壳体4的一端固定连接有出风口15。
工作原理:使用时,该装置采用外接电源,首先,将防尘板22 通过卡块24固定到卡槽23的内部,链板输送带20启动将秸秆输入外壳2的内部,输入过程中,挡板18可防止秸秆掉落,毛刷1904对链板输送带20进行洗刷,将洗刷下的杂质储存在抽板1903的顶端,当使用一段时间后,抓住把手1905,将抽板1903通过滑块1902和滑槽1901的限位抽出,对抽板1903的顶端进行清理;
之后,秸秆输入外壳2的内部,伺服电机28启动带动第二齿轮 29转动,第二齿轮29与第一齿轮27相互啮合,从而可带动碎料棍 26相互转动,对物料进行粗磨,粗磨后的物料通过出料口8掉落到橡胶输送带6的内部,粗磨过程中防尘板22可防止浮尘飞溅,橡胶输送带6启动将物料进行输出,输出过程中,减速电机303启动带动主动滚筒304转动,在卸料皮带305的作用下可带动从动滚筒306转动,卸料皮带305可对物料内部的铁磁性杂质进行吸附,当铁磁性杂质转移到上方后,刮板302对铁磁性杂质进行刮除,将杂质刮到卸料箱7的内部;
最后,去除杂质后将秸秆向橡胶输送带6的一侧输出,输出过程中,通过出风口15与风机连接,风机启动通过连接管5对外壳2 和橡胶输送带6顶端的浮尘进行吸附,利用均匀设置的布袋1203对浮尘进行过滤,浮尘会沾粘到布袋1203上,通过固定槽1204可将盖体1201拆除,对盖体1201进行清理或更换。

Claims (10)
1.一种应用于纳米级研磨系统的原料粗磨生产线,包括外壳(2)、除铁结构(3)、第一行走梯(9)和进料架(11),其特征在于:所述进料架(11)的两端均固定连接有挡板(18),所述进料架(11)的内部固定连接有链板输送带(20),所述进料架(11)内部的底端设置有清理结构(19),所述进料架(11)的一端固定连接有第二行走梯(10),所述进料架(11)的一侧固定连接有外壳(2),且外壳(2)的一端固定连接有第一行走梯(9),所述第一行走梯(9)与第二行走梯(10)的顶端均固定连接有扶手(1),所述外壳(2)的一侧设置有进料口(21),所述外壳(2)的底端固定连接有出料口(8),且出料口(8)的底端固定连接有橡胶输送带(6),所述外壳(2)的一端固定连接有伺服电机(28),所述外壳(2)的顶端固定连接有卡槽(23),且卡槽(23)的内部活动连接有卡块(24),所述卡槽(23)的一侧固定连接有防尘板(22),所述外壳(2)内部的一端设置有空腔(25),且空腔(25)内部的一侧固定连接有第一齿轮(27),所述空腔(25)内部的另一侧固定连接有第二齿轮(29),且第二齿轮(29)的一端与伺服电机(28)的一端固定连接,所述第二齿轮(29)的另一端与第一齿轮(27)的一端均固定连接有碎料棍(26),所述橡胶输送带(6)的顶端设置有除铁结构(3),所述橡胶输送带(6)的一端固定连接有卸料箱(7),所述外壳(2)的顶端与橡胶输送带(6)的顶端均固定连接有连接管(5),所述连接管(5)的一端固定连接有壳体(4),且壳体(4)的底端固定连接有支撑脚(13),所述壳体(4)内部的顶端设置有过滤结构(12),所述过滤结构(12)包括有盖体(1201)、支撑架(1202)、布袋(1203)和固定槽(1204),所述固定槽(1204)设置在壳体(4)的顶端,所述固定槽(1204)的内部活动连接有盖体(1201),且盖体(1201)的底端均匀固定连接有布袋(1203),所述布袋(1203)的底端固定连接有支撑架(1202),所述壳体(4)的内部固定连接有多空隔板(17),所述壳体(4)内部的底端设置有集灰腔(16),且集灰腔(16)的底端固定连接有出灰口(14),所述壳体(4)的一端固定连接有出风口(15)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种应用于纳米级研磨系统的原料粗磨生产线,其特征在于:所述除铁结构(3)包括有固定块(301)、刮板(302)、减速电机(303)、主动滚筒(304)、卸料皮带(305)和从动滚筒(306),所述固定块(301)固定连接在橡胶输送带(6)的顶端,所述固定块(301)内部的一侧活动连接有从动滚筒(306),所述固定块(301)内部的另一侧活动连接有主动滚筒(304),且主动滚筒(304)顶端的一侧固定连接有减速电机(303),所述主动滚筒(304)与从动滚筒(306)的外侧缠绕有卸料皮带(305),所述固定块(301)顶端的两侧均固定连接有刮板(302)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种应用于纳米级研磨系统的原料粗磨生产线,其特征在于:所述刮板(302)呈倾斜设置,刮板(302)与卸料皮带(305)紧密贴合,可将铁磁性杂质刮除。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种应用于纳米级研磨系统的原料粗磨生产线,其特征在于:所述刮板(302)的一侧均固定连接有支撑轮,卸料皮带(305)缠绕在主动滚筒(304)、从动滚筒(306)与支撑轮的外侧,支撑轮关于固定块(301)的垂直中心线对称分布。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种应用于纳米级研磨系统的原料粗磨生产线,其特征在于:所述布袋(1203)厚度均匀,所述布袋(1203)在盖体(1201)上呈等间距分布。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种应用于纳米级研磨系统的原料粗磨生产线,其特征在于:所述清理结构(19)包括有滑槽(1901)、滑块(1902)、抽板(1903)、毛刷(1904)和把手(1905),所述滑槽(1901)均设置在进料架(11)内部底端的两端,所述滑槽(1901)的顶端活动连接有抽板(1903),且抽板(1903)底部的两端均固定连接有滑块(1902),所述抽板(1903)的一侧固定连接有把手(1905),所述抽板(1903)的顶端固定连接有毛刷(1904)。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种应用于纳米级研磨系统的原料粗磨生产线,其特征在于:所述滑槽(1901)与滑块(1902)均关于进料架(11)的垂直中心线对称分布,所述滑槽(1901)与滑块(1902)之间构成滑动结构。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种应用于纳米级研磨系统的原料粗磨生产线,其特征在于:所述防尘板(22)与卡块(24)之间构成活动连接,且防尘板(22)与卡块(24)之间呈旋转结构。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种应用于纳米级研磨系统的原料粗磨生产线,其特征在于:所述卡槽(23)与卡块(24)之间相互配合,所述卡槽(23)与卡块(24)之间构成卡合结构。
10.根据权利要求5所述的一种应用于纳米级研磨系统的原料粗磨生产线,其特征在于:所述第一齿轮(27)与第二齿轮(29)尺寸一致,且齿轮数相等,所述第一齿轮(27)与第二齿轮(29)之间构成啮合结构。
