Description
技术领域
本发明的目的在于提供一种模板结构锚固系统,特别是对于具有无三脚架的支杆的结构而言是很方便的。
更具体而言,本发明提出了支杆和锚固杆(其用于增强支杆的竖直特性)之间的紧固组件的开发,该紧固组件因其特定结构使得操作人员可以快速、容易地放置锚固杆。
背景技术
用于放置在屋顶模板结构的支杆之间的锚固杆的楔形夹或联结装置在现有技术中是已知的。这些锚固夹或联结装置(例如,专利申请WO2014159512中所示的)用于紧固放置在其中一个支杆的底部与邻近支杆的上端之间的锚固杆,从而将锚固杆变成对角支撑元件,防止模板的方形结构因侧向冲击而坍塌。
这些夹具的缺点在于,为了将它们放置在支杆的上端,操作人员必须在高处踩着使得他们可以够着支杆上端的工作装置,这样会带来风险和时间损失。此外,这种类型的夹具仅适用于木质或部分可变形的杆,这是因为紧固阻力由楔形件包绕杆时其产生的摩擦所组成。
因此,仍需要一种制造便宜、使用坚固、放置快速且适用于任何类型的杆的支杆锚固系统或组件。本发明有助于解决现有的缺陷。
发明内容
本发明的支杆锚固系统对应于由以下部件构成的组件:
-公元件,包括用于连接支杆的头部和至少一个销的基座,所述基座和所述销被配置成使得在使用时所述销垂直于含有要进行锚固的两个支杆的平面,所述销在端部具有突起;
-母元件,其由具有扁平面(flat surface)的杆组成,所述扁平面包括与所述杆的纵向维度垂直且宽度小于所述突起的宽度的狭槽、及至少一个其宽度大于所述销的宽度的部分,该部分包括用于将所述销引入所述狭槽就位的开口,使得在使用时,所述开口位于较所述狭槽低的位置处且所述销紧固在所述狭槽的上部区域。
由于所述锚固系统的这种结构,操作人员无需在高处踩着任何工作装置来触及支杆上端,而只需要握住所述杆,并移动其上端来将所述销插入所述狭槽即可。一旦将所述销插入所述狭槽内,就可通过其它已知方法将所述杆的另一端固定至邻近支杆的底部,例如,当所述杆具有矩形横截面时通过楔形夹,或者当所述杆具有圆形轮廓时通过EN74双旋转扣件(EN74double swivel coupler)。由于所述杆自身的重量,所述销被紧固在狭槽上端;并且,鉴于所述狭槽垂直于所述杆的纵向维度,其会施加对角应力,从而防止模板的方形结构因侧向推力而倒塌。最后,由于所述突起,所述狭槽不能沿横向离开所述销,而只有在操作人员打算向上移动狭槽至锚固杆打开时锚固杆才能被拆卸下来。
在一个可能的实施例中,所述扁平面可由与所述杆相连的板组成。在这种情况下,所述杆可具有矩形横截面,无论其是空心还是实心的,或者可具有圆形轮廓。当所述杆具有矩形横截面时,所述板可包括以90度角设置的侧面,以便于将所述板放置并紧固在所述杆上。类似地,所述板可包括纵向定位挡块,其相对于所述杆呈纵向,例如,其能够由通过模切产生的以90度角弯曲的部分组成。当所述杆具有圆形轮廓时,其可包括位于端部的纵向开孔,所述板插入并紧固在该开孔中。
在另一可能的实施例中,所述扁平面可由所述杆自身的一部分组成。在这种情况下,所述杆优选具有中空剖面,无论其是圆形或矩形,其中,该部分由型材的压制成层状形状的一端组成,或者由型材自身的其中一个面组成,无论该面是具有矩形轮廓的面还是已被展平的具有圆形轮廓的面。
关于所述狭槽,其宽度可随着远离所述开口而减小,这就意味着所述狭槽的端部可具有比所述销的宽度还小的宽度。这样,所述销可在不到达所述狭槽的端部的情况下紧固至所述狭槽,使接头没有横向游隙。这种解决方案可防止模板结构中的令操作人员感到不舒服的震动。
优选地,所述母元件包括与所述第一狭槽对称的第二狭槽,所述开口位于这两个狭槽之间。在这种情况下,所述开口可优选由所述两个狭槽之间的中心孔组成,该中心孔的尺寸大于所述突起,所述两个狭槽和所述中心孔重叠,形成单个闭合的开孔(cut-out)。这样,所述杆的要被所述销插入穿过的一侧是不相干的,因为它还可位于位于所述开口上方的狭槽中,但可提高狭槽轮廓的鲁棒性。
此外,所述母元件还可包括两个以上的狭槽,该些狭槽沿所述母元件的纵向分布,使得能够调节其放置位置。

如图1所示,本发明的第一优选实施例在使用时对应于由以下部件构成的组件:
-公元件(1),与支杆(p)的头部相连;及
-母元件(2),包括杆(21),杆(21)的上端通过板(22)紧固至公元件(1),杆(21)的另一端在该示例中通过楔形夹(wedge clamp)连接至邻近支杆的下部区域。
如图2所示,公元件(1)包括用于与支杆(p)的头部相连的基座(11)和彼此呈直角分布且在端部具有突起(13)的四个销(12)。母元件(2)包括杆(21),杆(21)例如是实心的且具有矩形横截面,杆(21)具有板(22),板(22)包括狭槽(23),在该示例中,狭槽(23)是双的且对称的,其纵向维度垂直于杆(21)的纵向维度。该狭槽具有开口(24),开口(24)在该示例中为中心孔形状,其直径大于突起(13)的直径,并且其与狭槽(12)重叠,形成单个闭合的开孔(cut-out)。狭槽(23)的宽度随着远离开口(24)而减小,由大于销(12)的宽度的宽度减小至小于销(12)的宽度的宽度,使得销(12)在到达狭槽(23)的端部之前不久紧固在狭槽(23)中。

Claims (13)
1.一种模板支杆锚固系统,其特征在于,其包括:
-公元件(1),包括用于连接支杆(p)的头部和至少一个销(12)的基座(11),所述基座(11)和所述销(12)被配置成使得在使用时所述销(12)垂直于含有要在彼此之间进行锚固的两个支杆(p)的平面,所述销(12)在端部具有突起(13);
-母元件(2,2’),其包括具有扁平面的杆(21,21’),所述扁平面包括与所述杆(21,21’)的纵向维度垂直且宽度小于所述突起(13)的宽度的狭槽(23,23’)、及至少一个其宽度大于所述销(12)的宽度的部分,该部分包括用于将所述销(12)引入所述狭槽(23,23’)就位的开口(24,24’),使得在使用时,所述开口(24,24’)位于较所述狭槽(23,23’)低的位置处且所述销(12)紧固在所述狭槽(23,23’)的上部区域。
