Abstract
本发明公开了一种环保型家用地毯及其制备方法,包括基底层、聚四氟乙烯防水层、玻璃纤维防火层、聚苯乙烯防腐层、防滑胶条、聚氨酯橡胶耐磨层、抗菌涂层、尼龙绒面、尼龙勾面、防静电涂层和绒毛层,所述基底层的底部通过环保型丙烯酸胶水连接有聚苯乙烯防腐层,且聚苯乙烯防腐层的底部通过环保型丙烯酸胶水连接有防滑胶条。本发明设置了聚苯乙烯防腐层、防滑胶条、玻璃纤维防火层、聚四氟乙烯防水层、聚氨酯橡胶耐磨层、抗菌涂层和防静电涂层,可提高本地毯的防腐、防滑、防火、防水、耐磨、抗菌和防静电性能,且聚四氟乙烯防水层等部件均为可降解材料,在提高了其使用寿命的同时也提高了本地毯的环保性。

技术领域
本发明涉及地毯技术领域,具体为一种环保型家用地毯及其制备方法。
背景技术
地毯是以棉、麻、毛、丝、草等天然纤维或化学合成纤维类原料,经手工或机械工艺进行编结、栽绒或纺织而成的地面铺敷物,它是世界范围内具有悠久历史传统的工艺美术品类之一,覆盖于住宅、宾馆、体育馆、展览厅、车辆、船舶、飞机等的地面,有减少噪声、隔热和装饰效果,因此在日常生活中应用十分广泛,但现有的地毯,其防腐、防滑、防火、防水等性能差,且废弃后不容易降解,从而降低了其使用寿命和整体环保性,为此,我们提出一种环保型家用地毯。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种环保型家用地毯及其制备方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种环保型家用地毯,包括基底层、聚四氟乙烯防水层、玻璃纤维防火层、聚苯乙烯防腐层、防滑胶条、聚氨酯橡胶耐磨层、抗菌涂层、尼龙绒面、尼龙勾面、防静电涂层和绒毛层,所述基底层的底部通过环保型丙烯酸胶水连接有聚苯乙烯防腐层,且聚苯乙烯防腐层的底部通过环保型丙烯酸胶水连接有防滑胶条,所述基底层的顶部通过环保型丙烯酸胶水连接有玻璃纤维防火层,且玻璃纤维防火层的顶部通过环保型丙烯酸胶水连接有聚四氟乙烯防水层,所述聚四氟乙烯防水层的顶部通过环保型丙烯酸胶水连接有聚氨酯橡胶耐磨层,且聚氨酯橡胶耐磨层的上表面涂设有抗菌涂层,所述聚氨酯橡胶耐磨层的顶部通过环保型丙烯酸胶水连接有尼龙绒面,且尼龙绒面的顶部粘连有尼龙勾面,所述尼龙勾面的上表面涂设有防静电涂层,且尼龙勾面的顶部通过环保型丙烯酸胶水连接有绒毛层。
优选的,所述防滑胶条的长度与基底层的宽度相同,且防滑胶条为20~30cm等距设置。
优选的,所述抗菌涂层由2-甲基-丙酸甲酯、顺丁烯二酸二仲辛酯磺酸钠、氧化钙、三氯异氰尿酸、盐酸、有机硅流平剂、助溶剂、稳定剂和防冻剂组成,重量份数的组分为:2-甲基-丙酸甲酯5~10份;顺丁烯二酸二仲辛酯磺酸钠3~7份;氧化钙4~8份;三氯异氰尿酸60~70份;盐酸5~8份;有机硅流平剂4~7份;助溶剂10~15份;稳定剂7~15份;防冻剂2~8份。
优选的,所述防静电涂层由环氧树脂、十八烷基咪唑啉、烷基季铵盐、双酚A二缩水甘油醚、聚氨酯树脂、乙氧基化烷基胺、聚乙二醇环氧甘油醚和有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂组成,其重量份数的组分为:环氧树脂45~60份;十八烷基咪唑啉15~20份;烷基季铵盐10~20份;双酚A二缩水甘油醚3~7份;聚氨酯树脂2~5份;乙氧基化烷基胺20~30份;聚乙二醇环氧甘油醚5~10份;有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂2~5份。
一种环保型家用地毯的制备方法,其制备方法包括以下步骤:
A、将聚苯乙烯防腐层通过环保型丙烯酸胶水连接在基底层的底部;
B、将玻璃纤维防火层通过环保型丙烯酸胶水连接在基底层的顶部;
C、将聚四氟乙烯防水层通过环保型丙烯酸胶水连接在玻璃纤维防火层的顶部;
D、将聚氨酯橡胶耐磨层通过环保型丙烯酸胶水连接在聚四氟乙烯防水层的顶部;
E、先将抗菌涂层先涂设在聚氨酯橡胶耐磨层的上表面,待其完全干燥后,将尼龙绒面通过环保型丙烯酸胶水连接在聚氨酯橡胶耐磨层的顶部;
F、先将尼龙勾面与尼龙绒面的顶部粘连,然后将防静电涂层涂设在尼龙勾面的上表面,待其完全干燥后,将绒毛层通过环保型丙烯酸胶水连接在尼龙勾面的顶部;
G、送入压辊机内进行压实处理;
H、将防滑胶条通过环保型丙烯酸胶水连接在聚苯乙烯防腐层的底部;
I、对地毯进行干燥处理;
J、根据需要对地毯进行裁切处理;
K、检验合格后包装入库。
优选的,所述干燥温度控制在150~180℃之间,且干燥时间控制在40~60min之间。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
1、本发明在基底层的底部通过环保型丙烯酸胶水连接了聚苯乙烯防腐层,可提高本地毯的防腐性能,在聚苯乙烯防腐层的底部通过环保型丙烯酸胶水连接了防滑胶条,可提高本地毯的防滑性能,在基底层的顶部通过环保型丙烯酸胶水连接了玻璃纤维防火层,可提高本地毯的防火性能,在玻璃纤维防火层的顶部通过环保型丙烯酸胶水连接了聚四氟乙烯防水层,可提高本地毯的防水性能,在聚四氟乙烯防水层的顶部通过环保型丙烯酸胶水连接了聚氨酯橡胶耐磨层,可提高本地毯的耐磨性能,在聚氨酯橡胶耐磨层的上表面涂设了抗菌涂层,可使本地毯具有超强的抗菌性能,在尼龙勾面的上表面涂设了防静电涂层,可提高本地毯的防静电性能。
2、本发明将尼龙绒面与尼龙勾面粘连,可方便人们对绒毛层的拆卸,从而方便了人们对本地毯的清洗,为人们的使用带来极大的便利。

一种环保型家用地毯的制备方法,其制备方法包括以下步骤:
A、将聚苯乙烯防腐层4通过环保型丙烯酸胶水连接在基底层1的底部;
B、将玻璃纤维防火层3通过环保型丙烯酸胶水连接在基底层1的顶部;
C、将聚四氟乙烯防水层2通过环保型丙烯酸胶水连接在玻璃纤维防火层3的顶部;
D、将聚氨酯橡胶耐磨层6通过环保型丙烯酸胶水连接在聚四氟乙烯防水层2的顶部;
E、先将抗菌涂层7先涂设在聚氨酯橡胶耐磨层6的上表面,待其完全干燥后,将尼龙绒面8通过环保型丙烯酸胶水连接在聚氨酯橡胶耐磨层6的顶部;
F、先将尼龙勾面9与尼龙绒面8的顶部粘连,然后将防静电涂层10涂设在尼龙勾面9的上表面,待其完全干燥后,将绒毛层11通过环保型丙烯酸胶水连接在尼龙勾面9的顶部;
G、送入压辊机内进行压实处理;

请参阅图1,一种环保型家用地毯,包括基底层1、聚四氟乙烯防水层2、玻璃纤维防火层3、聚苯乙烯防腐层4、防滑胶条5、聚氨酯橡胶耐磨层6、抗菌涂层7、尼龙绒面8、尼龙勾面9、防静电涂层10和绒毛层11,基底层1的底部通过环保型丙烯酸胶水连接有聚苯乙烯防腐层4,可提高本地毯的防腐性能,且聚苯乙烯防腐层4的底部通过环保型丙烯酸胶水连接有防滑胶条5,可提高本地毯的防滑性能,防滑胶条5的长度与基底层1的宽度相同,且防滑胶条5为30cm等距设置,基底层1的顶部通过环保型丙烯酸胶水连接有玻璃纤维防火层3,可提高本地毯的防火性能,且玻璃纤维防火层3的顶部通过环保型丙烯酸胶水连接有聚四氟乙烯防水层2,可提高本地毯的防水性能,聚四氟乙烯防水层2的顶部通过环保型丙烯酸胶水连接有聚氨酯橡胶耐磨层6,可提高本地毯的耐磨性能,且聚氨酯橡胶耐磨层6的上表面涂设有抗菌涂层7,可使本地毯具有超强的抗菌性能,且聚四氟乙烯防水层2等部件均为可降解材料,在提高了其使用寿命的同时也提高了本地毯的环保性,抗菌涂层7由2-甲基-丙酸甲酯、顺丁烯二酸二仲辛酯磺酸钠、氧化钙、三氯异氰尿酸、盐酸、有机硅流平剂、助溶剂、稳定剂和防冻剂组成,重量份数的组分为:2-甲基-丙酸甲酯10份;顺丁烯二酸二仲辛酯磺酸钠7份;氧化钙8份;三氯异氰尿酸70份;盐酸8份;有机硅流平剂7份;助溶剂15份;稳定剂15份;防冻剂8份,聚氨酯橡胶耐磨层6的顶部通过环保型丙烯酸胶水连接有尼龙绒面8,且尼龙绒面8的顶部粘连有尼龙勾面9,可方便人们对绒毛层11的拆卸,从而方便了人们对本地毯的清洗,为人们的使用带来极大的便利,尼龙勾面9的上表面涂设有防静电涂层10,可提高本地毯的防静电性能,防静电涂层10由环氧树脂、十八烷基咪唑啉、烷基季铵盐、双酚A二缩水甘油醚、聚氨酯树脂、乙氧基化烷基胺、聚乙二醇环氧甘油醚和有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂组成,其重量份数的组分为:环氧树脂60份;十八烷基咪唑啉20份;烷基季铵盐20份;双酚A二缩水甘油醚7份;聚氨酯树脂5份;乙氧基化烷基胺30份;聚乙二醇环氧甘油醚10份;有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂5份,且尼龙勾面9的顶部通过环保型丙烯酸胶水连接有绒毛层11。
一种环保型家用地毯的制备方法,其制备方法包括以下步骤:
A、将聚苯乙烯防腐层4通过环保型丙烯酸胶水连接在基底层1的底部;
B、将玻璃纤维防火层3通过环保型丙烯酸胶水连接在基底层1的顶部;
C、将聚四氟乙烯防水层2通过环保型丙烯酸胶水连接在玻璃纤维防火层3的顶部;
D、将聚氨酯橡胶耐磨层6通过环保型丙烯酸胶水连接在聚四氟乙烯防水层2的顶部;
E、先将抗菌涂层7先涂设在聚氨酯橡胶耐磨层6的上表面,待其完全干燥后,将尼龙绒面8通过环保型丙烯酸胶水连接在聚氨酯橡胶耐磨层6的顶部;
F、先将尼龙勾面9与尼龙绒面8的顶部粘连,然后将防静电涂层10涂设在尼龙勾面9的上表面,待其完全干燥后,将绒毛层11通过环保型丙烯酸胶水连接在尼龙勾面9的顶部;
G、送入压辊机内进行压实处理;
H、将防滑胶条5通过环保型丙烯酸胶水连接在聚苯乙烯防腐层4的底部;
I、对地毯进行干燥处理;
J、根据需要对地毯进行裁切处理;
K、检验合格后包装入库。
干燥温度为180℃,且干燥时间为40min。
使用时,在基底层1的底部通过环保型丙烯酸胶水连接了聚苯乙烯防腐层4,可提高本地毯的防腐性能,在聚苯乙烯防腐层4的底部通过环保型丙烯酸胶水连接了防滑胶条5,可提高本地毯的防滑性能,在基底层1的顶部通过环保型丙烯酸胶水连接了玻璃纤维防火层3,可提高本地毯的防火性能,在玻璃纤维防火层3的顶部通过环保型丙烯酸胶水连接了聚四氟乙烯防水层2,可提高本地毯的防水性能,在聚四氟乙烯防水层2的顶部通过环保型丙烯酸胶水连接了聚氨酯橡胶耐磨层6,可提高本地毯的耐磨性能,在聚氨酯橡胶耐磨层6的上表面涂设了抗菌涂层7,可使本地毯具有超强的抗菌性能,在尼龙勾面9的上表面涂设了防静电涂层10,可提高本地毯的防静电性能,且聚四氟乙烯防水层2等部件均为可降解材料,在提高了其使用寿命的同时也提高了本地毯的环保性,同时将尼龙绒面8与尼龙勾面9粘连,可方便人们对绒毛层11的拆卸,从而方便了人们对本地毯的清洗,为人们的使用带来极大的便利。

Claims (6)
1.一种环保型家用地毯,包括基底层(1)、聚四氟乙烯防水层(2)、玻璃纤维防火层(3)、聚苯乙烯防腐层(4)、防滑胶条(5)、聚氨酯橡胶耐磨层(6)、抗菌涂层(7)、尼龙绒面(8)、尼龙勾面(9)、防静电涂层(10)和绒毛层(11),其特征在于:所述基底层(1)的底部通过环保型丙烯酸胶水连接有聚苯乙烯防腐层(4),且聚苯乙烯防腐层(4)的底部通过环保型丙烯酸胶水连接有防滑胶条(5),所述基底层(1)的顶部通过环保型丙烯酸胶水连接有玻璃纤维防火层(3),且玻璃纤维防火层(3)的顶部通过环保型丙烯酸胶水连接有聚四氟乙烯防水层(2),所述聚四氟乙烯防水层(2)的顶部通过环保型丙烯酸胶水连接有聚氨酯橡胶耐磨层(6),且聚氨酯橡胶耐磨层(6)的上表面涂设有抗菌涂层(7),所述聚氨酯橡胶耐磨层(6)的顶部通过环保型丙烯酸胶水连接有尼龙绒面(8),且尼龙绒面(8)的顶部粘连有尼龙勾面(9),所述尼龙勾面(9)的上表面涂设有防静电涂层(10),且尼龙勾面(9)的顶部通过环保型丙烯酸胶水连接有绒毛层(11)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型家用地毯,其特征在于:所述防滑胶条(5)的长度与基底层(1)的宽度相同,且防滑胶条(5)为20~30cm等距设置。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型家用地毯,其特征在于:所述抗菌涂层(7)由2-甲基-丙酸甲酯、顺丁烯二酸二仲辛酯磺酸钠、氧化钙、三氯异氰尿酸、盐酸、有机硅流平剂、助溶剂、稳定剂和防冻剂组成,重量份数的组分为:2-甲基-丙酸甲酯5~10份;顺丁烯二酸二仲辛酯磺酸钠3~7份;氧化钙4~8份;三氯异氰尿酸60~70份;盐酸5~8份;有机硅流平剂4~7份;助溶剂10~15份;稳定剂7~15份;防冻剂2~8份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型家用地毯,其特征在于:所述防静电涂层(10)由环氧树脂、十八烷基咪唑啉、烷基季铵盐、双酚A二缩水甘油醚、聚氨酯树脂、乙氧基化烷基胺、聚乙二醇环氧甘油醚和有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂组成,其重量份数的组分为:环氧树脂45~60份;十八烷基咪唑啉15~20份;烷基季铵盐10~20份;双酚A二缩水甘油醚3~7份;聚氨酯树脂2~5份;乙氧基化烷基胺20~30份;聚乙二醇环氧甘油醚5~10份;有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂2~5份。
5.一种环保型家用地毯的制备方法,其特征在于:其制备方法包括以下步骤:
A、将聚苯乙烯防腐层(4)通过环保型丙烯酸胶水连接在基底层(1)的底部;
B、将玻璃纤维防火层(3)通过环保型丙烯酸胶水连接在基底层(1)的顶部;
C、将聚四氟乙烯防水层(2)通过环保型丙烯酸胶水连接在玻璃纤维防火层(3)的顶部;
D、将聚氨酯橡胶耐磨层(6)通过环保型丙烯酸胶水连接在聚四氟乙烯防水层(2)的顶部;
E、先将抗菌涂层(7)先涂设在聚氨酯橡胶耐磨层(6)的上表面,待其完全干燥后,将尼龙绒面(8)通过环保型丙烯酸胶水连接在聚氨酯橡胶耐磨层(6)的顶部;
F、先将尼龙勾面(9)与尼龙绒面(8)的顶部粘连,然后将防静电涂层(10)涂设在尼龙勾面(9)的上表面,待其完全干燥后,将绒毛层(11)通过环保型丙烯酸胶水连接在尼龙勾面(9)的顶部;
G、送入压辊机内进行压实处理;
H、将防滑胶条(5)通过环保型丙烯酸胶水连接在聚苯乙烯防腐层(4)的底部;
I、对地毯进行干燥处理;
J、根据需要对地毯进行裁切处理;
K、检验合格后包装入库。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型家用地毯的制备方法,其特征在于:所述干燥温度控制在150~180℃之间,且干燥时间控制在40~60min之间。
