Further, 7 mixed extracts with the water content of less than or equal to 5 percent and yellow to light yellow powder are obtained by adopting a HZ-LPG5L type high-speed centrifugal spray dryer, and the extracts are processed by tabletting, granulating, pelleting, blending with the dilution ratio (m: V) of 1: 80-200 times and packaging, so that the dendrobium flower pseudo-ginseng flower stem and leaf throat clearing buccal tablet, the dendrobium flower pseudo-ginseng flower stem and leaf throat clearing and benefiting granule, the dendrobium flower pseudo-ginseng flower stem and leaf throat clearing and benefiting pill, the dendrobium flower pseudo-ginseng flower stem and leaf throat clearing and benefiting beverage and the like can be obtained, and the dendrobium flower pseudo-ginseng flower stem and leaf throat clearing and benefiting beverage has the effects of clearing and benefiting throat, activating blood and diminishing swelling, reducing phlegm and relieving cough, improving immunity, resisting aging, clearing free radicals, reducing blood sugar and the like after. The dendrobium flower and pseudo-ginseng flower stem and leaf throat clearing preparation obtained by the process has scientific component proportion, convenient use and good effect.
The obtained throat-clearing preparation containing stem and leaf of Notoginseng flower of herba Dendrobii as main ingredient is detected by UPLC, LC-MS/MS, and the result is shown in figure 2, figure 3 and table 1.
The major active ingredients detected by the high performance liquid chromatography and mass spectrometry techniques of fig. 2 and 3, fig. 2 shows: the throat clearing preparation with stem and leaf of Notoginseng as main component and its preparation process contains 16 kinds of amino acids including arginine, aspartic acid, glycine and other essential amino acids and arginine, tyrosine and other effective amino acids in total amount of 6.580 mg/g. By detection, table 1 shows: the content of potassium element (K) is highest in the throat-clearing preparation taking stem leaves of the dendrobium flower pseudo-ginseng flower as main components, and calcium element (Ca), phosphorus element (P) and magnesium element (Mg) are the next components; the most vitamin B group types are detected in 15 vitamins, namely 12 vitamins in total, namely vitamin B1/B2/B3/B4/B5/B6/B7/B8/B9/B12/C/K1, wherein the content of vitamin B4 is the highest; as can be seen from the analysis of fig. 3, 478 metabolites including flavones (124), lipids (61), amino acids and their derivatives (53), phenolic acids (49), alkaloids (46), organic acids (41), nucleotides and their derivatives (35), lignans and coumarin (17), terpenes (3), and others (49) were also detected in the throat-clearing and throat-benefiting preparation containing stems and leaves of notoginseng flower of dendrobium nobile. In a word, through comprehensive analysis of the throat clearing and benefiting preparation taking the stem leaves of the dendrobium flower pseudo-ginseng flower as the main component, the throat clearing and benefiting preparation contains protein, 16 main amino acids, carbohydrate, 9 mineral elements, 15 vitamins, 11 fatty acids and other nutritional components, and the throat clearing and benefiting preparation taking the stem leaves of the dendrobium flower pseudo-ginseng flower as the main component has higher nutritional value and efficacy.

Example two
The extract with dendrobium officinale flowers and pseudo-ginseng flower stems and leaves as main raw materials is processed by adopting the process of the first embodiment, the extract with powdery dendrobium officinale flowers and pseudo-ginseng flower stems and leaves as main raw materials is tabletted by adopting a tablet press to prepare the throat clearing buccal tablets with 0.2-0.5g of dendrobium officinale flowers and pseudo-ginseng flower stems and leaves per tablet, and the throat clearing buccal tablets are sealed and subpackaged by using food-grade PET bottles or aluminum bottles to obtain finished products.
EXAMPLE III
The extract with the dendrobium officinale flower and the pseudo-ginseng flower stem and leaf as main raw materials is processed by adopting the process of the first embodiment, the extract with the powdery dendrobium officinale flower and pseudo-ginseng flower stem and leaf as main raw materials is processed by adopting a pill making machine through a traditional pill making process, and each granule of the extract is 1-6 g of dendrobium officinale flower and pseudo-ginseng flower stem and leaf throat clearing and benefiting pills, and the finished dendrobium officinale flower and pseudo-ginseng flower stem and leaf throat clearing and benefiting pills are obtained by hermetically subpackaging the pills in food-grade PET bottles or aluminum bottles and the like.
Example four
The extract with dendrobium officinale flower and pseudo-ginseng flower stem and leaf as main raw materials is processed and prepared by adopting the process of the first embodiment, purified water is used as a solvent, the blending ratio (m: V) is 1: 80-200 times, the powdered extract with dendrobium officinale flower and pseudo-ginseng flower stem and leaf as main raw materials is blended into the drink with dendrobium officinale flower and pseudo-ginseng flower stem and leaf for clearing and benefiting throat, the drink is packaged in a food-grade PET bottle or aluminum bottle or food-grade glass bottle in a sealing mode, and the finished drink with dendrobium officinale flower, pseudo-ginseng flower stem and leaf for clearing and benefiting throat is obtained after sterilization.

Claims (4)
1. A throat clearing preparation taking stem leaves of flowers of dendrobium nobile and pseudo-ginseng as main components is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 30-40% of dendrobium flower, 20-30% of pseudo-ginseng flower stem and leaf, 3-10% of mint, 5-15% of loquat leaf, 3-10% of mulberry leaf, 5-10% of platycodon grandiflorum and 5-15% of honeysuckle.
2. The preparation for clearing heat from throat with stem and leaf of dendrobium flower pseudo-ginseng flower as main components according to claim 1 is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 30% of dendrobium flower, 20% of pseudo-ginseng flower stem and leaf, 5% of mint, 15% of loquat leaf, 5% of mulberry leaf, 10% of platycodon grandiflorum and 15% of honeysuckle flower.
3. A process for preparing the preparation taking stem leaves of the flowers of dendrobium nobile and pseudo-ginseng as main components for clearing heat from throat according to claim 1 or 2, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) selecting raw materials: selecting dried high-quality dendrobium flowers, pseudo-ginseng flower stems and leaves, mint, loquat leaves, mulberry leaves, platycodon grandiflorum and honeysuckle as raw materials, removing impurities, cleaning, and mixing to obtain a mixed raw material;
(2) extraction: extracting the mixed raw materials with 30-70% edible ethanol as solvent at a material liquid mass ratio of 1:10-1:25 for 2 times by using JHBE-50T flash extraction instrument, extracting for 3-5min each time, and mixing extractive solutions;
(3) and (3) filtering and concentrating: filtering the extractive solution, collecting filtrate, and concentrating under reduced pressure at 30-50 deg.C and vacuum degree of-0.8 to 1/3-1/5 of filtrate volume to obtain concentrated solution;
(4) spray drying: instantly spray-drying the concentrated solution at 140 deg.C under 100-; the spray dryer is HZ-LPG5L type high-speed centrifugal spray dryer;
(5) the dendrobium flower and pseudo-ginseng flower stem and leaf throat clearing preparation is prepared into an oral preparation: and (3) processing the mixed extract mainly prepared from the stem and leaf of the dendrobium flower pseudo-ginseng flower obtained in the step (4) according to a conventional process, and tabletting into tablets with the weight of 0.2-0.5g per tablet, or preparing into any one of granules, pills, granules or capsules.
4. The process according to claim 3, wherein the mixed extract mainly comprising stems and leaves of the flowers of dendrobium nobile and pseudo-ginseng flowers obtained in the step (4) is diluted and blended according to the mass volume ratio of 1: 80-200 times to obtain the beverage for clearing heat from throat and benefiting throat.
