Abstract
本发明公开一种头皮和头发护理中药洗发液,由包括以下重量份的原料组成:首乌9~25份、当归5~13份、郁金1~5份、姜黄1~5份、灵芝2~12份、墨旱莲7~23份、川芎3~7份、黑芝麻19~33份、侧柏叶19~33份、油茶籽7~13份、买麻藤1~5份、艾草2~10份、柠檬1~3份。本发明还公开一种头皮和头发护理中药洗发液的制备方法,将油茶籽榨油,将墨旱莲、侧柏叶、买麻藤、艾草制成清膏Ⅰ;将姜黄、黑芝麻制成清膏Ⅱ,将首乌、当归、灵芝、郁金、川芎、油茶籽制成清膏Ⅲ,柠檬制成柠檬酸,然后合并清膏Ⅰ、清膏Ⅱ、清膏Ⅲ、油茶籽油、柠檬酸,入辅料混合即得。本发明能够改善头皮微循环系统,为头发提供良好的环境。

技术领域
本发明属于中药护发技术领域,具体涉及一种头皮和头发护理中药洗发液及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着现代社会人们生活水平的提高,生活节奏的加快,人们的工作、生活和精神压力日益增大,以及现代人生活习惯比较混乱,熬夜、重口味饮食等,导致脱发白发人群日益增多,给人们带来较大困扰。尤其是年轻人的脱发白发问题和癌症病人治疗过程中的脱发现象,加重人们的心理、生理负担。
目前,西医治脱发,男性主要常口服非那雄安片,外用米诺地尔酊,具有严重的副作用及不良反应;女性主要是口服环丙孕酮,同样会产生副作用及用药期间的不良反应。对于出现皮脂分泌异常的脱发患者,西医通常采用外用二硫化硒洗剂,可引起接触性皮炎、头发或头皮干燥、头发脱色,并同时口服维生素B族、抗组胺类药物。
在中医临床上,目前治疗脱发白发常用口服药物,如乌发丸、七宝美髯丸、养血生发胶囊等。疗效不显著,并且容易对肝、肾造成负担,且如果不能长期服用,就达不到理想的效果。
目前的洗发护发市场往往只注重发质的维护,而忽略掉头皮的保养,而头皮护理不当就容易发生多油、头屑、瘙痒、过敏、脱发等现象,尽管很多人意识到这点,但至今还没有专门针对头皮及头发护理的产品,直接作用于头皮,产生治疗作用,并且可以长期、持续给药,避免口服药物的引起的不良反应。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供一种头皮和头发护理中药洗发液及其制备方法,能够改善头皮微循环系统,为头发提供一个良好的环境,改善头发多油、头屑、脱发,头皮瘙痒、过敏等现象,从养发润发到防脱止脱到巩固发根再生黑发,从根本上解决头发问题。
为了解决以上技术问题,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种头皮和头发的护理洗发液,由包括以下重量份的原料制备而成:首乌9~25份、当归5~13份、郁金1~5份、姜黄1~5份、灵芝2~12份、墨旱莲7~23份、川芎3~7份、黑芝麻19~33份、侧柏叶19~33份、油茶籽7~13份、买麻藤1~5份、艾草2~10份、柠檬1~3份。
进一步,所述的头皮和头发护理中药洗发液,由包括以下重量份的原料制备而成:首乌15~20份、当归7~10份、郁金2~4份、姜黄2~4份、灵芝5~10份、墨旱莲10~20份、川芎4~6份、黑芝麻20~30份、侧柏叶20~30份、油茶籽8~12份、买麻藤2~3份、艾草3~7份、柠檬1~2份。
一种头皮和头发护理中药洗发液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
A.取新鲜油茶籽,压榨获得油茶籽油;
B.取墨旱莲、侧柏叶、买麻藤、艾草粉碎成粗粉,加入溶剂Ⅰ,料液比为1:20~50,浸渍,渗漉至漉液无生物碱反应,浓缩制成清膏Ⅰ;
C.取姜黄、黑芝麻磨成细粉,加入溶剂Ⅱ,料液比为1:20~50,浸渍,回流提取1~3次,浓缩制成清膏Ⅱ;
D.取首乌、当归、灵芝、郁金、川芎,加入溶剂Ⅲ,料液比为1:20~40,烧开后文火煎煮1-3小时,煎液过滤,滤渣加入溶剂Ⅲ,料液比为1:10~30,继续烧开后文火煎煮1-3小时,煎液过滤,合并滤液,加入溶剂Ⅳ,使滤液中溶剂Ⅳ的质量分数达到60~70%,静置20-26小时,取上清液过滤,滤液浓缩制成清膏Ⅲ;
E.取柠檬,加入溶剂Ⅴ,料液比为1:20~40,在65~75℃下恒温加热0.5~1.2h,边加热边搅拌,加热结束后进行抽滤,滤饼加入溶剂Ⅴ,料液比为1:10~30,继续在65~75℃下恒温加热0.5~1.2h,加热结束后进行抽滤,合并滤液,浓缩,获得柠檬酸;
F.合并清膏Ⅰ、清膏Ⅱ、清膏Ⅲ,与油茶籽油混合,获得活性成分混合物,向活性成分混合物加入辅料,混合均匀,加入柠檬酸调节pH值至6~7,即得。
进一步,所述的溶剂Ⅰ、溶剂Ⅱ均为体积分数为50~70%的乙醇溶液;所述的溶剂Ⅳ为体积分数为75~95%的乙醇溶液;所述的溶剂Ⅲ、溶剂Ⅴ为水。
进一步,所述的步骤B和步骤C中,浸渍时间为0.2~2小时。
进一步,所述的步骤C中,回流提取时间为1~3小时。
进一步,所述的步骤E中,先采用纱布进行粗滤,再将滤液进行抽滤。
进一步,所述的步骤F中,辅料包括甘油、表面活性剂、防腐剂。
进一步,所述的表面活性剂为氨基酸表面活性剂;所述的防腐剂为山梨酸钾或苯甲酸钠。

首乌,【拉丁学名】Fallopia multiflora,【别名】野苗、交藤、交茎、夜合、地精、桃柳藤、赤葛、九真藤、芮草、蛇草、陈知白、马肝石、九真藤、疮帚、何首乌、狗卵子、红首乌、三峡何首乌、夜交藤、赤首乌、守乌等。为蓼科植物。【性味】苦;甘;涩;性微温。【归经】肝;肾经。【功能主治】养血滋阴;润肠通便;截疟;祛风;解毒。主血虚头昏目眩;心悸;失眠;肝肾阴虚之腰膝酸软;须发早白;耳鸣;遗精;肠燥便秘;久疟体虚;风疹瘙痒;疮痈;瘰疬;痔疮。
当归,【拉丁学名】Angelica sinensis.【别名】秦归、云归、西当归、岷当归、干归、山蕲、白蕲、文无。多年生草本。【性味】甘、辛、温。【归经】归肝、心、脾经。【功能主治】补血;活血;调经止痛;润燥滑肠。主血虚诸证;月经不调;经闭;痛经;症瘕结聚;崩漏;虚寒腹痛;痿痹;肌肤麻木;肠燥便难;赤痢后重;痈疽疮疡;跌扑损伤。
灵芝,【拉丁学名】Ganoderma Lucidum(Leyss.ex Fr.)Karst..【别名】赤芝、红芝、丹芝、瑞草、木灵芝、菌灵芝、万年蕈、灵芝草。为多孔菌科真菌灵芝的子实体。【性味】性温,味淡。【功能主治】1.心神不宁,失眠,惊悸。该品味甘性平,入心经,能补心血、益心气、安心神,故可用治气血不足、心神失养所致的心神不宁、失眠、惊悸、多梦、健忘、体倦神疲、食少等症。可单用研末吞服,或与当归、白芍、酸枣仁、柏子仁、龙眼肉等同用。2.咳喘痰多。该品味甘能补,性平偏温,入肺经,补益肺气,温肺化痰,止咳平喘,常可治痰饮证,见形寒咳嗽、痰多气喘者,尤其对痰湿型或虚寒型疗效较好。可单用或与党参、五味子、干姜、半夏等益气敛肺,温阳化饮药同用。3.虚劳症。该品有补养气血作用,故常用治虚劳短气、不思饮食、手足逆冷、或烦躁口干等症,常与山茱萸、人参、地黄等补虚药配伍,如紫芝丸(《圣济总录》)。
郁金,中药名。【别名】秦川郁金、广郁金。为姜科植物温郁金Curcuma rcenyujinY,H.Chenet C.Ling、姜黄Curcuma longaL.、广西莪术Curcumakwangsiensis S.G.Lee etC.F.Liang或蓬莪术Curcuma pha eocaulis Val.的干燥块根。【性味】辛苦,凉。【归经】入心、肺、肝经。【功能主治】行气解郁,凉血破瘀。治胸腹胁肋诸痛,失心癫狂,热病神昏,吐血,衄血,尿血,血淋,妇女倒经,黄疸。
姜黄,【拉丁学名】Curcuma longa L.【别名】黄姜、毛姜黄、宝鼎香、黄丝郁。姜黄芭蕉目,姜科、姜黄属多年生草本植物。【性味】辛苦,温。【归经】入脾、肝经。【功能主治】破血,行气,通经,止痛。治心腹痞满胀痛,臂痛,症瘕,妇女血瘀经闭,产后瘀停腹痛,跌扑损伤,痈肿。
墨旱莲,中药材名。【别名】金陵草(《千金月令》),莲子草(《唐本草》),旱莲草、旱莲子(《本草图经》),白旱莲(《履巉岩本草》),猢孙头(《居家必用事类全集》),莲草(《滇南本草》),墨斗草(《医学正传》),墨烟草、墨菜、猪牙草(《纲目》),白花草、白花蟛蜞菊(《岭南采药录》),墨记菜(《现代实用中药》),野水凤仙(《药材资料汇编》),摘头乌、滴落乌(《浙江中药手册》),水风仙草(《江苏植药志》),黑墨草(《广西药植图志》),黑头草、古城墨(《广西中药志》),水旱蓬、冰冻草(《湖南药物志》),节节乌、跳鱼草、假日头花仔。为菊科植物鳢肠的全草。【性味】甘酸,凉。【归经】入肝、肾经。【功能主治】凉血,止血,补肾,益阴。治吐血,咳血,衄血,尿血,便血,血痢,刀伤出血,须发早白,白喉,淋浊,带下,阴部湿痒。
川芎,【拉丁学名】Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort.【别名】山鞠穷、芎藭、香果、胡藭、芎藭、雀脑芎、京芎、贯芎、生川军。多年生草本。【性味】辛、温。【归经】入肝、胆经。【功能主治】行气开郁,祛除风燥湿,活血止痛。治风冷头痛旋晕,胁痛腹疼,寒痹筋挛,经闭,难产,产后瘀阻块痛,痈疽疮疡。用于月经不调,经闭痛经,瘕腹痛,胸胁刺痛,跌扑肿痛,头痛,风湿痹痛。
侧柏叶,【拉丁学名】Platycladusorientalis.【别名】香柏、扁柏、柏树。为柏科植物侧柏PLatycladus orientalis(L.)Franco的干燥枝梢和叶。【性味】苦、涩,寒。【归经】归肺、肝、脾经。【功能主治】用于吐血,衄血,咯血,便血,崩漏下血,肺热咳嗽,血热脱发,须发早白。
买麻藤,【拉丁学名】Gnetum montanum Markgr.【别名】倪藤,买子藤(《广东通志》),驳骨藤(《陆川本草》),大节藤、乌骨风、麻骨风、黑藤、鸡节藤、鹤膝风、小木米藤(《广西药植名录》),脱节藤、竹节藤(广州部队《常用中草药手册》),接骨藤(《全展选编·外科》)。为买麻藤科植物,小叶买麻藤的茎、叶或根。【性味】苦,温。【归经】归肝、心、脾经。【功能主治】祛风除湿,活血散瘀。茎叶:治跌打损伤,风湿骨痛。根:治鹤膝风。
艾草,【拉丁学名】Artemisia argyi H.Lév.&Vaniot。【别名】冰台、遏草、香艾、蕲艾、艾蒿、艾﹑灸草﹑医草﹑黄草、艾绒等。多年生草本或略成半灌木状,植株有浓烈香气。【性味】苦、辛、温。【归经】入脾、肝、肾。【功能主治】有调经止血﹑安胎止崩﹑散寒除湿之效。治月经不调﹑经痛腹痛﹑流产﹑子宫出血,根治风湿性关节炎﹑头风﹑月内风等。
柠檬,【拉丁学名】lemon。【别名】柠果、洋柠檬、益母果。芸香科柑橘属植物。【性味】苦、温、无毒。【功能主治】生津、止渴、祛暑;疏滞、健胃、止痛、治郁滞腹痛不思饮食。
油茶籽,【外文名】Camellia seed。是油茶树的果实。油茶树属山茶科山茶属常绿小乔木,是我国特有的木本类植物油资源。油茶籽油来源于山茶科植物油茶或小叶油茶(Oil-tea camellia)的成熟种子,经压榨法、浸出法等油脂提炼技术法得到的脂肪油,是我国最古老的木本食用植物油之一,也是世界四大木本植物油之一。油茶籽油的主要成份是油酸和亚油酸为主的不饱和和脂肪酸,其含量达90%以上,油酸含量超过80%,极易被人体吸收;还含有丰富的维生素A、E、D、K和其它抗氧化剂。《纲目拾遗》记载:“茶油可明目亮发、润肠通便、清热化湿、杀虫解毒。”
黑芝麻,【别名】胡麻,油麻,巨胜,脂麻。为胡麻科脂麻的黑色种子,性味归经:甘,平。归肝、肾、大肠经。功能主治:补肝肾,益精血,润肠燥。用于头晕眼花,耳鸣耳聋,须发早白,病后脱发,肠燥便秘。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
1.中医的个体分型治疗是以“通、补、解”疗法为基础,通过“通、补、解”疗法可以使头皮毛细血管扩张畅通、毛发能够得到更多的营养成分和微量元素以及头皮毛细血管痉挛缓解毛发得到更过的营养供应。本发明充分利用中药的四气五味、功效主治和配伍原则,主要以首乌、当归、郁金、姜黄、川芎、侧柏叶行气活血、温通经脉,使头皮毛细血管扩张畅通,淤积在静脉内的淤血消散回流,使毛乳头微循环得到改善,让毛发毛乳头营养和微量元素能够得到更好的吸收,即中医疗法中的“通”;同时,以灵芝、墨旱莲、黑芝麻补肾补血,发为血之余,肾为先天之本,通过补肾益气血产生更多的毛发营养和微量元素,使毛发得到更过的营养成分和微量元素,即中医疗法中的“补”;以买麻藤、艾草祛风止痒,改善由于生活工作压力大、环境污染、睡眠质量差等因素造成的头皮毛细血管痉挛至其毛发供血不足,释放头皮压力,缓解头部疲劳,恢复头皮活力,使毛发得到充分的营养供应,即中医疗法中的“解”。
2.油茶籽油含有丰富的维生素,不仅极易被人体吸收,增强营养,而且能直接作用于头发,使得头发顺滑有光泽。柠檬不仅能够作为芳香剂,而且柠檬酸可以作为pH值调节剂,把洗发液整体pH值调节成弱酸性,更适合人类头皮环境;并且,柠檬酸属于果酸的一种,还具有加快角质更新的作用,可以增加头皮弹性,减缓头皮老化,一举三得。辅料中,甘油具有保湿、润滑的作用;氨基酸表面活性剂兼具去污发泡功能,温和地保护头皮发丝,减少头皮损伤,降低头皮敏感程度,同时还具备保湿、滋养、护理三重功效。
3.本发明中,郁金和姜黄不仅有行气活血之功,且二者在临床应用上存在差异:郁金含挥发油、姜黄素、姜黄酮等,能减轻主动脉及冠状动脉内膜斑块的形成和脂质沉积,姜黄素能促进胆汁分泌和排泄,对多种致病菌有抑制作用;姜黄含挥发油,油中含姜黄酮、姜油烯、去氢姜黄酮、姜黄素等,能使主动脉中胆固醇、甘油三酯含量降低,能增强心肌营养性血流量,增加纤溶酶活性,抑制血小板聚积,姜黄素还具有抗炎及抗病原微生物作用。由于郁金和姜黄之间的差异,使得其与买麻藤、艾草配伍时能够产生协同作用,综合改善头皮微环境,起到养发固发的作用。
4.由表4的数据可见,郁金、姜黄、买麻藤、艾草均有提高头皮弹性和头皮水分的作用,但郁金、姜黄、买麻藤、艾草一起作用的效果更优于郁金、姜黄、买麻藤、艾草分别单独作用效果的叠加,因此郁金、姜黄、买麻藤、艾草之间具有协同增效作用,协同提高头皮弹性和头皮水分的效果。

为便于更好地理解本发明,通过以下实例加以说明,这些实例属于本发明的保护范围,但不限制本发明的保护范围。
下面通过更具体实施例对本发明进行说明。
实施例1
一种头皮和头发护理中药洗发液,由包括以下重量的原料制备而成:首乌9g、当归5g、郁金1g、姜黄1g、灵芝2g、墨旱莲7g、川芎3g、黑芝麻19g、侧柏叶19g、油茶籽7g、买麻藤1g、艾草2g、柠檬1g。
上述头皮和头发护理中药洗发液的制备方法包括以下步骤:
A.取新鲜油茶籽,压榨获得油茶籽油;
B.取墨旱莲、侧柏叶、买麻藤、艾草粉碎成粗粉,加入体积分数为50%的乙醇溶液,料液比为1:20,浸渍0.2小时,渗漉至漉液无生物碱反应,浓缩制成清膏Ⅰ;
C.取姜黄、黑芝麻磨成细粉,加入体积分数为50%的乙醇溶液,料液比为1:20,浸渍0.2小时,回流提取1~3次,浓缩制成清膏Ⅱ;
D.取首乌、当归、灵芝、郁金、川芎,加入水,料液比为1:20,烧开后文火煎煮1小时,煎液过滤,滤渣加入水,料液比为1:10,继续烧开后文火煎煮1小时,煎液过滤,合并滤液,加入体积分数为75%的乙醇溶液,使滤液中醇的质量分数达到60%,静置20小时,取上清液过滤,滤液浓缩制成清膏Ⅲ;
E.取柠檬,加入水,料液比为1:20,在65℃下恒温加热0.5h,边加热边搅拌,加热结束后先采用纱布进行粗滤,再将滤液进行抽滤,滤饼加入水,料液比为1:10,继续在65℃下恒温加热0.5h,加热结束后先采用纱布进行粗滤,再将滤液进行抽滤,合并滤液,浓缩,获得柠檬酸;
F.合并清膏Ⅰ、清膏Ⅱ、清膏Ⅲ,与油茶籽油混合,获得活性成分混合物,向活性成分混合物加入甘油、椰子油谷氨酸钠、山梨酸钾,使得活性成分混合物占物料总量的10%,混合均匀,加入柠檬酸调节pH值至6,即得。
实施例2
一种头皮和头发护理中药洗发液,由包括以下重量的原料制备而成:首乌15g、当归7g、郁金2g、姜黄2g、灵芝5g、墨旱莲10g、川芎4g、黑芝麻20g、侧柏叶20g、油茶籽8g、买麻藤2g、艾草3g、柠檬2g。
上述头皮和头发护理中药洗发液的制备方法包括以下步骤:
A.取新鲜油茶籽,压榨获得油茶籽油;
B.取墨旱莲、侧柏叶、买麻藤、艾草粉碎成粗粉,加入体积分数为60%的乙醇溶液,料液比为1:30,浸渍1小时,渗漉至漉液无生物碱反应,浓缩制成清膏Ⅰ;
C.取姜黄、黑芝麻磨成细粉,加入体积分数为60%的乙醇溶液,料液比为1:30,浸渍1小时,回流提取2次,浓缩制成清膏Ⅱ;
D.取首乌、当归、灵芝、郁金、川芎,加入水,料液比为1:30,烧开后文火煎煮2小时,煎液过滤,滤渣加入水,料液比为1:20,继续烧开后文火煎煮2小时,煎液过滤,合并滤液,加入体积分数为80%的乙醇溶液,使滤液中醇的质量分数达到65%,静置22小时,取上清液过滤,滤液浓缩制成清膏Ⅲ;
E.取柠檬,加入水,料液比为1:30,在68℃下恒温加热0.8h,边加热边搅拌,加热结束后先采用纱布进行粗滤,再将滤液进行抽滤,滤饼加入水,料液比为1:20,继续在68℃下恒温加热0.8h,加热结束后先采用纱布进行粗滤,再将滤液进行抽滤,合并滤液,浓缩,获得柠檬酸;
F.合并清膏Ⅰ、清膏Ⅱ、清膏Ⅲ,与油茶籽油混合,获得活性成分混合物,向活性成分混合物加入甘油、月桂油甘氨酸钾、苯甲酸钠,使得活性成分混合物占物料总量的30%,混合均匀,加入柠檬酸调节pH值至6.2,即得。
实施例3
一种头皮和头发护理中药洗发液,由包括以下重量的原料制备而成:首乌20g、当归10g、郁金4g、姜黄4g、灵芝10g、墨旱莲20g、川芎6g、黑芝麻30g、侧柏叶30g、油茶籽12g、买麻藤3g、艾草7g、柠檬2g。
上述头皮和头发护理中药洗发液的制备方法包括以下步骤:
A.取新鲜油茶籽,压榨获得油茶籽油;
B.取墨旱莲、侧柏叶、买麻藤、艾草粉碎成粗粉,加入体积分数为65%的乙醇溶液,料液比为1:40,浸渍1.5小时,渗漉至漉液无生物碱反应,浓缩制成清膏Ⅰ;
C.取姜黄、黑芝麻磨成细粉,加入体积分数为65%的乙醇溶液,料液比为1:40,浸渍1.5小时,回流提取3次,浓缩制成清膏Ⅱ;
D.取首乌、当归、灵芝、郁金、川芎、油茶籽,加入水,料液比为1:35,烧开后文火煎煮3小时,煎液过滤,滤渣加入水,料液比为1:25,继续烧开后文火煎煮3小时,煎液过滤,合并滤液,加入体积分数为90%的乙醇溶液,使滤液中醇的质量分数达到68%,静置24小时,取上清液过滤,滤液浓缩制成清膏Ⅲ;
E.取柠檬,加入水,料液比为1:35,在70℃下恒温加热1h,边加热边搅拌,加热结束后先采用纱布进行粗滤,再将滤液进行抽滤,滤饼加入水,料液比为1:25,继续在70℃下恒温加热1h,加热结束后先采用纱布进行粗滤,再将滤液进行抽滤,合并滤液,浓缩,获得柠檬酸;
F.合并清膏Ⅰ、清膏Ⅱ、清膏Ⅲ,与油茶籽油混合,获得活性成分混合物,向活性成分混合物加入甘油、棕榈油谷氨酸三乙醇胺、山梨酸钾,使得活性成分混合物占物料总量的50%,混合均匀,加入柠檬酸调节pH值至6.5,即得。
实施例4
一种头皮和头发护理中药洗发液,由包括以下重量的原料制备而成:首乌25g、当归13g、郁金5g、姜黄5g、灵芝12g、墨旱莲23g、川芎7g、黑芝麻33g、侧柏叶33g、油茶籽13g、买麻藤5g、艾草10g、柠檬3g。
上述头皮和头发护理中药洗发液的制备方法包括以下步骤:
A.取墨旱莲、侧柏叶、买麻藤、艾草粉碎成粗粉,加入体积分数为70%的乙醇溶液,料液比为1:50,浸渍2小时,渗漉至漉液无生物碱反应,浓缩制成清膏Ⅰ;
B.取姜黄、黑芝麻磨成细粉,加入体积分数为70%的乙醇溶液,料液比为1:50,浸渍2小时,回流提取3次,浓缩制成清膏Ⅱ;
C.取首乌、当归、灵芝、郁金、川芎、油茶籽,加入水,料液比为1:40,烧开后文火煎煮3小时,煎液过滤,滤渣加入水,料液比为1:30,继续烧开后文火煎煮3小时,煎液过滤,合并滤液,加入体积分数为95%的乙醇溶液,使滤液中醇的质量分数达到70%,静置26小时,取上清液过滤,滤液浓缩制成清膏Ⅲ;
D.取柠檬,加入水,料液比为1:40,在75℃下恒温加热1.2h,边加热边搅拌,加热结束后先采用纱布进行粗滤,再将滤液进行抽滤,滤饼加入水,料液比为1:30,继续在75℃下恒温加热1.2h,加热结束后先采用纱布进行粗滤,再将滤液进行抽滤,合并滤液,浓缩,获得柠檬酸;
E.合并清膏Ⅰ、清膏Ⅱ、清膏Ⅲ,与油茶籽油混合,获得活性成分混合物,向活性成分混合物加入甘油、椰子油甘氨酸钾、苯甲酸钠,使得活性成分混合物占物料总量的80%,混合均匀,加入柠檬酸调节pH值至7,即得。

与实施例2基本相同,唯有不同的是制备原料缺少郁金、姜黄、买麻藤、艾草。
对比例2
与实施例2基本相同,唯有不同的是制备原料中缺少郁金。
对比例3
与实施例2基本相同,唯有不同的是制备原料中缺少姜黄。
对比例4
与实施例2基本相同,唯有不同的是制备原料中缺少买麻藤。

与实施例2基本相同,唯有不同的是制备原料中缺少艾草。
实施例4稳定性实验
1、实验目的
通过观察分析研究实施例1~4所制得的洗发液的耐热性和耐寒性,进而评价其稳定性。
2、实验方法
将实施例1~4所制得的洗发液,分别经30天耐热(40℃)和耐寒(-10℃)进行考察,观察其有无分层现象。
3、实验结果
稳定性实验结果如表1所示。

由表1可知,本发明实施例1~4所制得的洗发液均无分层现象,说明其具有良好的稳定性。
实施例5急性皮肤刺激性实验
1、实验目的
通过对比分析评价实施例1~4所制得的洗发液对皮肤的刺激性。
2、实验方法
采用实施例3的洗发液进行家兔急性皮肤刺激性试验。健康白色家兔共4只,体重2.0-3.0kg,用于急性皮肤刺激性试验。
急性皮肤刺激性实验方法与步骤按照《化妆品卫生规范2015版》中的皮肤刺激性实验方法与步骤进行。其中试验组2只为涂抹本实施例3的洗发液,对照组2只不涂抹任何样品。
根据《化妆品卫生规范2015版》,于清除洗发液后1、24、48和72h观察涂抹部位皮肤反应,按照皮肤刺激反应评分表进行评分,以家兔积分的平均值进行综合评价,根据24、48和72h各观察点最高积分均值,按照皮肤刺激强度等级表判定皮肤刺激强度。
3、实验结果
急性皮肤刺激性试验结果参见表2。

从表3可知,实施例3所制得的洗发液对家兔急性皮肤刺激性试验反应在24、48和72h最高积分为0,小于0.5。这说明实施例3所制得的对皮肤无刺激性,安全性高。
实施例6眼刺激性实验
1、实验目的
通过对比分析评价实施例3所制得的洗发液对眼的刺激性。
2、实验方法
采用实施例3所制得的洗发液进行家兔化妆品的眼刺激性实验。取健康白色家兔共4只,体重1.8-2.5kg,用于眼刺激性试验。
眼刺激性实验方法与步骤按照《化妆品卫生规范2015版》中的眼刺激性实验方法与步骤进行。全部家兔的左眼作为试验组,右眼作为对照组,其中试验组的结膜囊中滴入0.1mL实施例3的洗发液样品,对照组不滴加任何样品。30s后冲洗,冲洗后分别于1h、24h、48h、72h、4d、7d后观察,根据《化妆品卫生规范2015版》眼损害的评分标准表进行评分,根据原料眼刺激反应等级表和产品眼刺激性反应等级判定眼刺激强度。
3、实验结果
实施例3所制得的洗发液对家兔进行眼刺激性试验结果参见表3。

由表3可知:实施例3制得的洗发露对眼为无刺激性,属于性能较优的护发品。
实施例7头皮活力实验
1、实验目的
对实施例1~4和对比例1~5的组合物进行头皮活力测试。主要通过仪器测试头皮弹性与头皮水分来进行评测。
2、实验方法
(1)头皮弹性的测定方法为:测试环境要保持温度25℃,空气相对湿度40%,受试者在测试前3小时内勿从事剧烈运动,无明显出汗现象,测试前静坐30分钟后洗发,4小时后,使用Sebumeter SM 810测量仪测试头部皮肤弹性比值。
(2)头皮水分的测定方法为:测试环境要保持温度25℃,空气相对湿度40%,受试者在测试前3小时内勿从事剧烈运动,无明显出汗现象,测试前静坐30分钟后洗发,4小时后,使用Comeometer CM825测量仪测试头顶头皮水分含量。
(3)受试者入选标准:
A、测试志愿者180名,男女不限,年龄25~60岁,每个配方20人,共9组;
B、志愿者存在脱发、断发、白发、损伤、枯燥、细弱、开叉、头皮屑、头油等不同程度的头发头皮问题;
C、每组志愿者分别试用实施例1~4和对比例1~5的洗发液样品,每周使用2~3次,共12周,分别对比使用前和使用12周后的头皮弹性与水分情况进行跟踪测试,考查每个志愿者的头皮活力情况,通过仪器测试头皮弹性指数与头部皮肤的水分情况来进行记录,最终结果取记录值的平均值。
(4)测试评分标准:由仪器读取数据。评分分为1、2、3、4、5五个等级,其中1是头皮活力情况完全没有得到改善,2是头皮活力情况改善不明显,3是头皮活力情况稍有改善,4是头皮活力情况改善良好,5是头皮活力情况改善明显,且以0.1分为间隔评估改善情况,最后试用12周后综合每组20人的评分平均值,计算结果见表4测试评分结果。

由表1可知:实施例3为最优实施例;
(1)与实施例2相比,在其他制备条件相同的基础上,对比例1中的制备原料中缺少郁金、姜黄、买麻藤、艾草,头皮弹性降低%,头皮水分降低%。
(2)与实施例2相比,在其他制备条件相同的基础上,对比例2中的制备原料中缺少郁金,头皮弹性降低7%,头皮水分降低1%。
(3)与实施例2相比,在其他制备条件相同的基础上,对比例3中的制备原料中缺少姜黄,头皮弹性降低8%,头皮水分降低1.1%。
(4)与实施例2相比,在其他制备条件相同的基础上,对比例4的制备原料中缺少买麻藤,头皮弹性降低11%,头皮水分降低1.7%。
(5)与实施例2相比,在其他制备条件相同的基础上,对比例5的制备原料中缺少艾草,头皮弹性降低6%,头皮水分降低0.9%。
(6)由(1)可知,与实施例2相比,郁金、姜黄、买麻藤、艾草一起作用时可将头皮弹性提高36%,头皮水分提高5.2%;由(2)可知,郁金单独作用时,可将头皮弹性提高7%,头皮水分提高3.2%;由(3)可知,姜黄单独作用时,可将头皮弹性提高8%,头皮水分提高3.4%;由(4)可知,买麻藤单独作用时,可将头皮弹性提高11%,头皮水分提高4%;由(5)可知,艾草单独作用时,可将头皮弹性提高6%,头皮水分提高3.6%;由此可以计算郁金、姜黄、买麻藤、艾草一起作用时比郁金、姜黄、买麻藤、艾草分别单独作用时,头皮弹性增效作用增加了:[36-(7+8+11+6)]÷(7+8+11+6)×100%=12.5%>10%;头皮水分增效作用增加了:[5.2-(1+1.1+1.7+0.9)]÷(1+1.1+1.7+0.9)×100%=10.6%>10%。因此郁金、姜黄、买麻藤、艾草一起使用时产生了协同作用,协同提高了头皮弹性和头皮水分,使得头皮环境得以改善。
实施例8临床试用效果
1、实验目的
通过对比分析评价实施例3和对比例1~5所制得的洗发液的养发固发效果。
2、实验方法
A、测试志愿者120名,男女不限,年龄25~60岁,分为6组,每个配方20人;
B、志愿者存在脱发、断发、白发、损伤、枯燥、细弱、开叉、头皮屑、头油等不同程度的头发头皮问题;
C、每组志愿者分别试用实施例3和对比例1~5的洗发液样品,每周使用2~3次。
3、测试疗程
试用时间为一个月,于一个月后收集试用效果反馈信息。
4、判断标准
头皮舒适度:自身感觉头皮舒服、无瘙痒、无头屑为有效;自身感觉没太大变化或者头皮瘙痒增加或者头屑增加为无效;
头发柔顺度:头发易梳,不易打结,头发有光泽、无油腻感为有效;自身感觉没太多变化或者易打结,头发无光泽为无效;
脱发程度:洗头时掉的头发减少或者梳头发时掉的头发减少以及掉落在地上头发比以前减少为有效;头发脱落的数量没有明显变化或者脱发增多为无效。
三、实验结果
上述洗发液的临床试验结果参见表5和表6。

从表5、6可看出:无论是干性头发、油性头发还是混合性头发,实施例3所制得的洗发液能有效地增加头皮的舒适度,头发的柔顺度,减少脱发;当原料中缺少郁金、姜黄、买麻藤和/或艾草时,头皮的舒适度、头发的柔顺度都有所降低,脱发程度都有所增加。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已,并不用于限制本发明,对于本领域的技术人员来说,本发明可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (10)
1.一种头皮和头发护理中药洗发液,其特征在于,由包括以下重量份的原料制备而成:首乌9~25份、当归5~13份、郁金1~5份、姜黄1~5份、灵芝2~12份、墨旱莲7~23份、川芎3~7份、黑芝麻19~33份、侧柏叶19~33份、油茶籽7~13份、买麻藤1~5份、艾草2~10份、柠檬1~3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的头皮和头发护理中药洗发液,其特征在于,由包括以下重量份的原料制备而成:首乌15~20份、当归7~10份、郁金2~4份、姜黄2~4份、灵芝5~10份、墨旱莲10~20份、川芎4~6份、黑芝麻20~30份、侧柏叶20~30份、油茶籽8~12份、买麻藤2~3份、艾草3~7份、柠檬1~2份。
3.一种根据权利要求1或2所述的头皮和头发护理中药洗发液的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
A.取新鲜油茶籽,压榨获得油茶籽油;
B.取墨旱莲、侧柏叶、买麻藤、艾草粉碎成粗粉,加入溶剂Ⅰ,料液比为1:20~50,浸渍,渗漉至漉液无生物碱反应,浓缩制成清膏Ⅰ;
C.取姜黄、黑芝麻磨成细粉,加入溶剂Ⅱ,料液比为1:20~50,浸渍,回流提取1~3次,浓缩制成清膏Ⅱ;
D.取首乌、当归、灵芝、郁金、川芎,加入溶剂Ⅲ,料液比为1:20~40,烧开后文火煎煮1-3小时,煎液过滤,滤渣加入溶剂Ⅲ,料液比为1:10~30,继续烧开后文火煎煮1-3小时,煎液过滤,合并滤液,加入溶剂Ⅳ,使滤液中溶剂Ⅳ的质量分数达到60~70%,静置20-26小时,取上清液过滤,滤液浓缩制成清膏Ⅲ;
E.取柠檬,加入溶剂Ⅴ,料液比为1:20~40,在65~75℃下恒温加热0.5~1.2h,边加热边搅拌,加热结束后进行抽滤,滤饼加入溶剂Ⅴ,料液比为1:10~30,继续在65~75℃下恒温加热0.5~1.2h,加热结束后进行抽滤,合并滤液,浓缩,获得柠檬酸;
F.合并清膏Ⅰ、清膏Ⅱ、清膏Ⅲ,与油茶籽油混合,获得活性成分混合物,向活性成分混合物加入辅料,混合均匀,加入柠檬酸调节pH值至6~7,即得。
4.根据权利要求3所述的头皮和头发护理中药洗发液的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的溶剂Ⅰ、溶剂Ⅱ均为体积分数为50~70%的乙醇溶液;所述的溶剂Ⅳ为体积分数为75~95%的乙醇溶液;所述的溶剂Ⅲ、溶剂Ⅴ为水。
5.根据权利要求3所述的头皮和头发护理中药洗发液的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的步骤B和步骤C中,浸渍时间为0.2~2小时。
6.根据权利要求3所述的头皮和头发护理中药洗发液的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的步骤C中,回流提取时间为1~3小时。
7.根据权利要求3所述的头皮和头发护理中药洗发液的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的步骤E中,先采用纱布进行粗滤,再将滤液进行抽滤。
8.根据权利要求3所述的头皮和头发护理中药洗发液的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的步骤F中,辅料包括甘油、表面活性剂、防腐剂。
9.根据权利要求8所述的头皮和头发护理中药洗发液的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的表面活性剂为氨基酸表面活性剂;所述的防腐剂为山梨酸钾或苯甲酸钠。
10.根据权利要求3所述的头皮和头发护理中药洗发液的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的步骤F中,活性成分混合物占物料总量的10~80%。
