Abstract
本发明公开一种五养归源中草药养发组合物,由肺经合剂、心经合剂、脾经合剂、肝经合剂、肾经合剂以及复合纳米抗菌颗粒制备而成。本发明利用五种属性的养发护发制剂在头皮和头发上的作用,协调五脏运行,调理气血,以内及外,把五行运行的最终目标归为一体,即五养归源,源就是健康有序的相生调理,共同调理人体头皮及发囊,以达到头皮头发的健康生长,以减少和避免头发干燥、枯黄、分叉、断裂、脱落、无光泽的现象。有养发护发、促进生发、滋养调理头皮、去屑、止痒、去油、杀菌、防脱发等作用,使头发保持乌黑、光泽、柔顺,有效防止或减缓脱发,与目前市面上的普通洗发制剂相比,具有环保、养发、护发、不损害头发等优点。

本发明涉及日化用品技术领域,具体涉及一种五养归源中草药养发组合物及其制剂。
背景技术
随着生活水平的提高,健康意识的普及,现在中国城市居民的洗发频率也开始越来越接近发达国家水平,达到3-3.5次/周。但要真正与正确健康的生活观念接轨,一味地增加洗发次数是远远不够的,我们需要了解的是如何科学地去洗发、护发。我们目前赖以生存的环境中,污染伴随工业化发展达到前所未有的严重,灰尘、紫外线、化学物以及各种微生物(细菌、霉菌/酵母菌)无时无刻不在侵袭着我们的头发,诱发多种发类问题,如头皮屑、头皮发痒、头发分叉、头发干枯等。
脱发症是皮肤科中的常发病,据国家有关部门颁布的健康指数,在中国的成年人群中,脱发发病率高达30%。随着工作压力的加重,生活节奏的加快,环境影响及染发和烫发等造型产品的使用与普及等,脱发患者逐步出现了年轻化的迹象,并以每年17.5%的速度递增。临床医学对脱发原因进行多方面的解释,但其根本是因为毛囊的萎缩与退化,无法使其吸收周围头发养分,毛发自然不再生长。目前中西医从这个角度出发,研究出多种药物来诱导退化的毛囊恢复生长,并使生长期延长。目前最常用的用于治疗脱发的药物包括米诺地尔和非那雄胺等,通过长期的临床应用,虽然这些药物效果较好,但副作用多,适用人群少,且得长期大量使用,女性使用非那雄胺导致胚胎先天性畸形的高风险,而男性使用会出现性欲减退、阳痿等副作用,为了维持预防脱发的效果而终身服药带来的压力导致其在实际临床应用中受到严重限制。
现有的洗发水或洗发膏中掺杂有对人体头发以及皮肤具有伤害性的化学物质,其虽然短期的洗发护发效果较好,但是不易清洗,容易残留,长期使用并不可取;针对头屑,有些产品添加了化学抗菌剂,这些化学抗菌剂会对头皮的角质层造成损伤,不利于使用者的健康;市面上也有产品添加了中草药,但往往添加了其他表面活性剂。
中医学根据五行之特性,用以说明五脏的某些生理特性和功能作用。如木性可曲可直,条顺而畅达,肝属木,故肝喜条达而恶抑郁,并有疏泄之功能;火性温热而炎上,心属火,故心阳有温煦之功能,心火易于上炎;土性敦厚,有生化万物之特性,脾属土,故脾有消化水谷,运输精微,营养五脏六腑、四肢百骸的功能,又为气血生化之源;金性清肃收敛,肺属金,故肺具有清宣肃降之功能;水性润下,有下行、闭藏之性,肾属水,故肾主水液代谢之蒸化排泄,并有藏精功能。
中医学认为五脏的功能活动不是孤立的,而是相互联系着的。五脏是人体生理活动的中心。五脏之间在生理上相互联系、相互协调,共同完成整体的生理活动。五脏配属五行,不仅阐明了五脏的某些功能特点,而且认为五脏之间存在着相互资生和相互制约的联系,并由此说明五脏之每一脏都与其它四脏发生着关系,从而概括出五脏的整体联系。
脏腑之间的相互制约关系,如肺气肃降,气机调畅,可以抑制肝气之上逆和肝阳之上亢,此即金克木;肝气的条达,可以疏泄脾湿之壅滞,此即木克土;脾气运化,可以调节肾主水功能,以防止水湿之泛滥,此即土克水;肾水的滋润,上济于心,以制约心火的亢炎,此即水克火;心之阳热,可以制约肺气的清肃太过,此即火克金。亦可看出,五脏之间在生理功能上的相互制约,亦是运用五行相克理论来阐明的。
总之,五脏之间的生克关系,说明每一个脏在功能上均有他脏资助,因而本脏不至于虚损;又能制约其它脏,因而使它脏不致过亢;若本脏之气过盛,则有他脏之气制约之;而本脏之气虚损,则又有他脏之气以滋养之。可见,通过这种生克关系,即把脏腑紧密地联结成一个整体,从而维持了人体内环境的协调统一。
头发与五脏的关系十分密切,头发的枯荣能直接反映出五脏气血的盛衰。五脏的生理病理变化直接影响头发的变化,而头发的变化又能反映出人的情志、生理和病理变化。七情过极,亦可引起头发的变化,如忧愁思虑过度引起早白、脱发。头发由黑变灰,由灰变白是机体气血由盛转衰的过程。
发的生长根源于肾,肾藏精,精化血,精血旺盛,则毛发粗壮而润泽。由于发为肾之外侯,所以发的生长与脱落,润泽与枯槁,常能反映肾精的盛衰。反之,临床所见未老先衰,年少而头发枯槁,早脱早白等,则与肾精不足有关,应从肾论治。
肝具有调畅全身气机和血液运行的功能,肝的疏泄功能正常,则气机调畅,气血调和、经脉通利,则心情舒畅,情志活动正常;肝的功能失常则全身气机和血液运行不畅,影响血的生成,头发无以滋养,则出现头发问题。
脾的主要生理机能主运化、主统血,脾气升清。如果脾的功能出现问题,则出现气血生化无源精气血津液生化不足则头发无以滋养,故头发疾病出现。如:小儿脾的消化功能不好则会出现头发稀少、头发干黄的情况,就是常说的“黄毛丫头”;成人的脾功能不好则也会出现相关问题。
心主血脉,一是心气推动血液在全身的运行,另一个是心有生血的作用,即所谓“奉心化赤”;心阳推动营气,津液化生血液。心还主藏神志,心气不足、心血亏虚的人,神就不得养,除了出现心烦、失眠、多梦的症状外,还引起脱发、白发的现象。心与头发的关系主要表现在,心阳化营气和津液为血液,血液充足则头发得到营养;如果心的功能出现问题,则血液的生成产生问题,头发不得滋养,产生头发、头皮问题。
肺在体合皮,其华在毛,主要有二,一是肺气宣发,宣散卫气于皮毛,发回卫气的温分肉,充皮肤,肺腠理,防御外邪侵袭;二是肺气宣发,输精于皮毛,滋养皮毛;若肺精亏、肺气虚,即可致卫表不固而见自汗或易感冒,又可因皮毛失润而见枯槁。肺气、肺精亏虚则水谷精微不能灌注于心,心阳无以化血,则血液生化无源,头发无以滋养。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的缺陷,提供一种五养归源中草药养发组合物及其制剂。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
本发明的五养归源中草药养发组合物,由肺经合剂、心经合剂、脾经合剂、肝经合剂、肾经合剂以及复合纳米抗菌颗粒组成;
所述肺经合剂由如下重量份的原料组成:问荆20-50份、紫苏10-60份、干姜5-20份、半边莲10-35份、瓜蒌20-45份、红参10-30份、灯芯草20-50份、桑白皮10-35份、侧柏叶15-30份、厚朴20-50份;
所述心经合剂由如下重量份的原料组成:夜交藤10-30份、麦冬20-30份、竹叶20-45份、川芎20-45份、石菖蒲30-60份、制附子5-15份、白蔹20-40份、五味子20-40份、莲子15-35份;
所述脾经合剂由如下重量份的原料组成:使君子15-40份、大黄20-50份、炙甘草30-60份、冰片15-30份、茯苓20-50份、泽兰15-45份、老鹳草8-28份、广藿香15-36份、莱菔子28-50份、郁李仁20-50份、吴茱萸15-30份、白术25-68份;

牛膝,为苋科植物牛膝Achyranthes bidentata Blume.的干燥根。苦、酸,平。归肝、肾经。补肝肾,强筋骨,逐瘀通经,引血下行。用于腰膝酸痛,筋骨无力,经闭症瘕,肝阳眩晕。

优选地,所述复合纳米抗菌颗粒的粒径不超过30nm。
本发明还可将肺经合剂活性成分、心经合剂活性成分、脾经合剂活性成分、肝经合剂活性成分、肾经合剂活性成分与复合纳米抗菌颗粒以及精细化工上可接受的载体配合制成外用制剂,如洗发液、洗发膏、洗发乳、洗发露等。
精细化工上可接受的载体包括但不限于以下助剂:
表面活性剂:AES、AESA、K12、K12A、CAB、SHD、APG、咪唑啉、氨基酸。
调理剂:P-7、P-10、TC-90、阳离子瓜尔胶、季铵化蛋白、高级醇、羊毛脂、乳化硅油、甘油、留兰香油。
增稠剂:NaCl、NH4Cl及其他盐类、6501、CMEA、638、DOE-120、羟乙基纤维素、羟丙基甲基纤维素、丙烯酸、丙烯酸酯类、卡波姆。
发泡剂:二甲苯磺酸钠。
稳泡剂:聚氧化乙烯、6501、CMEA。
保湿剂:各种蛋白、D-泛醇、糖苷类。
去屑剂:甘宝素、ZPT、OCT、DP-300。
螯合剂:EDTA。

中医五行是中国传统的五行学说在中医方面的运用。五行学说是古人创造的一种哲学思想,以日常生活的五种物质:金、木、水、火、土元素,作为构成宇宙万物及各种自然现象变化的基础。它是用来阐释事物之间相互关系的抽象概念,具有广泛的涵义,并非仅指五种具体物质本身。五行学说是以五种物质的功能属性来归纳事物或现象的属性,并以五者之间的相互滋生、相互制约来论述和推演事物或现象之间的相互关系及运动变化规律。五行学说在中医学的应用,主要是以五行的特性来分析研究机体的脏腑、经络、生理功能的五行属性和相互关系,以及阐释它们在病理情况下的相互影响。
凡具有生长、升发、条达舒畅等作用或性质的事物,均归属于木;具有温热、升腾作用或性质的事物,均归属于火;具有承载、生化、受纳作用的事物,均归属于土;具有清洁、肃降、收敛等作用的事物,均归属于金;具有寒凉、滋润、向下运行的事物,均归属于水。五行学说在中医学中既用作在理论上的阐释,又具有指导临床的实际意义。
因此,本发明人利用“金、木、水、火、土”的五行特性,选择对应肾经、肝经、心经、脾经、肺经的中药材进行制备养发洗发制剂。锁阳、积雪草、豨莶草、路路通、淫羊藿、牡丹皮、海桐皮、补骨脂、商陆、大戟、牛膝、知母、细辛主属肾经,具有补肾阳、强筋骨、通经活络、温肾助阳、生津润燥等功效,肾能藏精,肝能藏血,肾精可以化生肝血,此即肾水滋养肝木,即水生木。
丁公藤、穿破石、杜仲、牛黄、夏枯草、钩藤、肉桂、野菊花、鹅不食草、续断、茜草、虎杖主属肝经,具有清心开窍、清热平肝、补火助阳、散瘀止痛等功效,肝藏血,心主血脉,肝之贮藏血液和调节血量功能正常,则有助于心主血脉功能的正常发挥,此即肝木上济心火,即木生火。
夜交藤、麦冬、竹叶、川芎、石菖蒲、制附子、白蔹、五味子、莲子主属心经,具有消痞散结、凉血滋阴、润肺清心、清热除烦、补肾宁心等功效,心主血脉,又主神志,脾主运化,为气血生化之源,又主统血,心之阳热可以温运脾阳,心主血脉功能正常,血能荣脾,脾才能发挥主运化、生血、统血之功能,此即心火温运脾土,即火生土。
使君子、大黄、炙甘草、冰片、茯苓、泽兰、老鹳草、广藿香、莱菔子、郁李仁、吴茱萸、白术主属脾经,具有补脾止泻、和胃益气、健脾宁心、润燥滑肠、燥湿利水等作用,脾能转输精微,益气以充肺,从而维持肺主气之功能,并使之宣肃正常,此为脾气生养肺气,即土生金。
问荆、紫苏、干姜、半边莲、瓜蒌、红参、灯芯草、桑白皮、侧柏叶、厚朴主属肺经,具有回阳通脉、理气涤痰,宽胸散结、泻肺平喘、行气、降逆等功效,肺主气,职司清肃,肾主藏精纳气,肺气肃降则有助于肾精之闭藏和气之摄纳,肺气肃降,水道通调,又能促进肾主水功能的发挥,此即肺金滋养肾水,即金生水。
由此可以看出,五脏之间相互资生的关系,即是运用五行相生的理论来阐明的。
发明人提取上述中药材中的活性成分制成“五养归源”中草药养发洗发制剂,把五行运行的最终目标归为一体,即五养归源,源就是健康有序的相生调理,共同调理人体头皮及发囊,以达到头皮头发的健康生长,以减少和避免头发干燥、枯黄、分叉、断裂、脱落、无光泽的现象。有养发护发、促进生发、滋养调理头皮、去屑、止痒、去油、杀菌、防脱发等作用,使头发保持乌黑、光泽、柔顺,有效防止或减缓脱发,与目前市面上的普通洗发制剂相比,具有环保、养发、护发、不损害头发等优点。
本发明由于采用了上述技术方案,具有以下有益效果:
1、本发明利用五种属性的养发护发制剂在头皮和头发上的作用,协调五脏运行,调理气血,以内及外,把五行运行的最终目标归为一体,即五养归源,源就是健康有序的相生调理,共同调理人体头皮及发囊,以达到头皮头发的健康生长,以减少和避免头发干燥、枯黄、分叉、断裂、脱落、无光泽的现象。有养发护发、促进生发、滋养调理头皮、去屑、止痒、去油、杀菌、防脱发等作用,使头发保持乌黑、光泽、柔顺,有效防止或减缓脱发,与目前市面上的普通洗发制剂相比,具有环保、养发、护发、不损害头发等优点。
2、本发明采用最原始的植物洗发原提取物,与普通的洗发制剂基质调配而成,使铲平增加了天然的表面活性剂及去屑止痒剂,减少了化工合成类的表面活性剂及杀菌、去屑、止痒剂,从而减少了化学物质对头发、头皮的伤害。天然的表面活性剂能迅速去除头发中的油污及头屑,清除过多的油脂分泌,排出损害毛发的有害物质,对头皮刺激温和、生发育发效果好、适于长期使用。
3、本发明添加的复合纳米抗菌颗粒具有除尘、抑菌、除菌以及消除疲劳的作用。具有强力光谱杀菌作用的纳米银颗粒抗菌效果持久,可以杀死细菌、病毒、真菌等微生物,并能有效地控制顽固的、耐药的抗菌菌株菌群,极少量的银就能杀死大量的致病生物体,因此,在洗发制剂中添加了纳米颗粒,在洗发时可以按摩头皮、促进血液循环,还能保持头皮环境健康,消除头发毛发毛囊疾病,减少因头皮油脂分泌过多造成的脱发、油发等现象,使头发耿介柔软、光泽、乌黑润泽。
4、本发明采用“超微粉碎+冷爆”技术,破坏中药材细粉中的植物细胞壁,在低温或常温下对其进行加压并保压,然后在瞬间泄压至常压,在低温或常温下有效破坏中药材的表面和内部结构,使其结构变得疏松,可在低温或常温下快速提取其中的天然活性成分,避免了热效应对植物天然活性成分的破坏,加快了活性成分的浸出率,提高了提取效率,缩短操作时间且减少了有机溶剂的使用,降低了能耗和物耗,大大控制了生产成本,更为绿色环保。
5、本发明还提供另一种中药材活性成分的制备方法,将中药材经过水提后先分离出其中的非水溶性挥发窑部分,再对水溶性活性成分进行浓缩。最大程度地保留了中药材中各种有效成分,提升了洗发制剂的防脱发、生发、育发效果。
综上所述,本发明的养发制剂能有效改善头皮和头发的各种消极现象,提高头皮和头发健康,制备方法简单便捷,中药材活性成分的提取率高,具有广阔的推广应用前景。

肺经合剂活性成分:称取问荆20kg、紫苏10kg、干姜5kg、半边莲10kg、瓜蒌20kg、红参10kg、灯芯草20kg、桑白皮10kg、侧柏叶15kg、厚朴20kg;
将上述药材混合,粉碎后进一步粉碎成粒径为1μm的粉体,放入高压罐中,在20℃下加压使高压罐内压力达到20MPa并保压5min,然后将高压罐在0.1s内泄压至常压,收集高压罐内的物料,加入提取溶剂,在18℃下浸泡并搅拌,过滤,取滤液,重复上述步骤1次,合并滤液,在50℃下浓缩滤液至相对密度为1.20的浓缩液,得到肺经合剂活性成分;
心经合剂活性成分:称取夜交藤10kg、麦冬20kg、竹叶20kg、川芎20kg、石菖蒲30kg、制附子5kg、白蔹20kg、五味子20kg、莲子15kg;
脾经合剂活性成分:称取使君子15kg、大黄20kg、炙甘草30kg、冰片15kg、茯苓20kg、泽兰15kg、老鹳草8kg、广藿香15kg、莱菔子28kg、郁李仁20kg、吴茱萸15kg、白术25kg;

将上述心经合剂活性成分、脾经合剂活性成分、肝经合剂活性成分、肾经合剂活性成分的原料别按照肺经合剂活性成分的提取方法进行处理,得到心经合剂活性成分、脾经合剂活性成分、肝经合剂活性成分、肾经合剂活性成分;将上述5个活性成分合并,混合均匀,再按照1:1000的固液比加入粒径为30nm的复合纳米抗菌颗粒,所述复合纳米抗菌颗粒为纳米银颗粒、纳米二氧化钛颗粒以及纳米二氧化硅颗粒按1:2:1的重量比混合而成,混合均匀,得到五养归源中草药养发洗发水,使用前摇匀。
实施例2
一种五养归源中草药养发洗发水,由肺经合剂活性成分、心经合剂活性成分、脾经合剂活性成分、肝经合剂活性成分、肾经合剂活性成分以及复合纳米抗菌颗粒制备而成,具体步骤如下:
肺经合剂活性成分:称取问荆28kg、紫苏20kg、干姜8kg、半边莲15kg、瓜蒌25kg、红参14kg、灯芯草26kg、桑白皮15kg、侧柏叶18kg、厚朴26kg;
将上述药材混合,粉碎后进一步粉碎成粒径为3μm的粉体,放入高压罐中,在23℃下加压使高压罐内压力达到18MPa并保压7min,然后将高压罐在0.2s内泄压至常压,收集高压罐内的物料,加入提取溶剂,在20℃下浸泡并搅拌,过滤,取滤液,重复上述步骤2次,合并滤液,在46℃下浓缩滤液至相对密度为1.10的浓缩液,得到肺经合剂活性成分;

实施例3
一种五养归源中草药养发洗发水,由肺经合剂活性成分、心经合剂活性成分、脾经合剂活性成分、肝经合剂活性成分、肾经合剂活性成分以及复合纳米抗菌颗粒制备而成,具体步骤如下:
肺经合剂活性成分:称取问荆32kg、紫苏30kg、干姜11kg、半边莲20kg、瓜蒌30kg、红参18kg、灯芯草32kg、桑白皮20kg、侧柏叶21kg、厚朴32kg;
将上述药材混合,粉碎后进一步粉碎成粒径为5μm的粉体,放入高压罐中,在25℃下加压使高压罐内压力达到15MPa并保压9min,然后将高压罐在0.3s内泄压至常压,收集高压罐内的物料,加入提取溶剂,在22℃下浸泡并搅拌,过滤,取滤液,重复上述步骤2次,合并滤液,在40℃下浓缩滤液至相对密度为1.05的浓缩液,得到肺经合剂活性成分;
心经合剂活性成分:称取夜交藤18kg、麦冬24kg、竹叶30kg、川芎30kg、石菖蒲42kg、制附子9kg、白蔹28kg、五味子28kg、莲子23kg;

将上述心经合剂活性成分、脾经合剂活性成分、肝经合剂活性成分、肾经合剂活性成分的原料别按照肺经合剂活性成分的提取方法进行处理,得到心经合剂活性成分、脾经合剂活性成分、肝经合剂活性成分、肾经合剂活性成分;将上述5个活性成分合并,混合均匀,再按照3:1000的固液比加入粒径为27nm的复合纳米抗菌颗粒,得到洗发水有效成分,所述复合纳米抗菌颗粒为纳米银颗粒、纳米二氧化钛颗粒以及纳米二氧化硅颗粒按10:3:4的重量比混合而成。
将阳离子瓜尔胶边搅拌边在6501中分散,加入TC-90,然后加入CAB搅拌均匀备用;将洗发水有效成分和柠檬酸、EDTA加入去离子水中,搅拌加热,缓慢升温,边搅拌边加入氯化铵和去离子水,升温至50℃,待所有原料完全溶解后冷却,降温,静置消泡,制得本发明五养归源中草药养发洗发水。
实施例4
一种五养归源中草药养发洗发露,由肺经合剂活性成分、心经合剂活性成分、脾经合剂活性成分、肝经合剂活性成分、肾经合剂活性成分以及复合纳米抗菌颗粒制备而成,具体步骤如下:
肺经合剂活性成分:称取问荆38kg、紫苏40kg、干姜14kg、半边莲25kg、瓜蒌35kg、红参22kg、灯芯草36kg、桑白皮25kg、侧柏叶23g、厚朴38kg;
将上述肺经合剂活性成分的原材料粉碎,混合后加水提取2次,每次加水量相当于肺经合剂原料总重量的10倍、8倍,每次提取时间为3h、2h,合并提取液,过滤,离心,静置2h,取上清液密封保存,得到肺经合剂挥发油;下层液浓缩至70℃时相对密度为1.10的清膏,得到肺经合剂活性成分清膏;

分别将心经合剂活性成分、脾经合剂活性成分、肝经合剂活性成分、肾经合剂活性成分的原材料按照肺经合剂活性成分原材料的提取方法进行处理,得到心经合剂活性成分清膏、脾经合剂活性成分清膏、肝经合剂活性成分清膏、肾经合剂活性成分清膏。将上述清膏混合后再按照4:1000的质量比加入粒径为20nm的复合纳米抗菌颗粒,得到洗发露有效成分,所述复合纳米抗菌颗粒为纳米银颗粒、纳米二氧化钛颗粒以及纳米二氧化硅颗粒按7:2.5:3的重量比混合而成。
取卡波姆和丙烯酸加入去离子水中,充分溶胀后加入咪唑啉、甘油、二甲苯磺酸钠、CMEA、甘宝素和EDTA,以及洗发露有效成分,在60℃、以300rpm转速搅拌2h,冷却至室温,得到五养归源中草药养发洗发露。
实施例5
一种五养归源中草药养发洗发乳,由肺经合剂活性成分、心经合剂活性成分、脾经合剂活性成分、肝经合剂活性成分、肾经合剂活性成分以及复合纳米抗菌颗粒制备而成,具体步骤如下:
肺经合剂活性成分:称取问荆45kg、紫苏50kg、干姜18kg、半边莲30kg、瓜蒌40kg、红参26kg、灯芯草43kg、桑白皮30kg、侧柏叶28kg、厚朴45kg;
将上述肺经合剂活性成分的原材料粉碎,混合后加水提取3次,每次加水量相当于肺经合剂原料总重量的10倍、9倍、8倍,每次提取时间为3h、2h、1h,合并提取液,过滤,离心,静置3.5h,取上清液密封保存,得到肺经合剂挥发油;下层液浓缩至75℃时相对密度为1.15的清膏,得到肺经合剂活性成分清膏;
心经合剂活性成分:称取夜交藤27kg、麦冬28kg、竹叶40kg、川芎40kg、石菖蒲54kg、制附子14kg、白蔹36kg、五味子36kg、莲子30kg;
脾经合剂活性成分:称取使君子35kg、大黄46kg、炙甘草55kg、冰片28kg、茯苓43kg、泽兰40kg、老鹳草25kg、广藿香32kg、莱菔子45kg、郁李仁45kg、吴茱萸25kg、白术60kg;
肝经合剂活性成分:称取丁公藤45kg、穿破石34kg、杜仲35kg、牛黄36kg、夏枯草17kg、钩藤17kg、肉桂26kg、野菊花52kg、鹅不食草45kg、续断35kg、茜草30kg、虎杖35kg;
肾经合剂活性成分:称取锁阳60kg、积雪草36kg、豨莶草50kg、路路通42kg、淫羊藿40kg、牡丹皮45kg、海桐皮34kg、补骨脂40kg、商陆26kg、大戟33kg、牛膝45kg、知母42kg、细辛55kg;
分别将心经合剂活性成分、脾经合剂活性成分、肝经合剂活性成分、肾经合剂活性成分的原材料按照肺经合剂活性成分原材料的提取方法进行处理,得到心经合剂活性成分清膏、脾经合剂活性成分清膏、肝经合剂活性成分清膏、肾经合剂活性成分清膏。将上述清膏混合后再按照5:1000的质量比加入粒径为25nm的复合纳米抗菌颗粒,得到洗发乳有效成分,所述复合纳米抗菌颗粒为纳米银颗粒、纳米二氧化钛颗粒以及纳米二氧化硅颗粒按9:3:2的重量比混合而成。
将洗发乳有效成分与甘油、留兰香油隔水密封加热至80℃,搅拌均匀后作为油相,在700rpm的转速下加入农乳100号,再搅拌15min后冷却至室温,静置12h后,即得本发明五养归源中草药养发洗发乳。
实施例6
一种五养归源中草药养发洗发膏,由肺经合剂活性成分、心经合剂活性成分、脾经合剂活性成分、肝经合剂活性成分、肾经合剂活性成分以及复合纳米抗菌颗粒制备而成,具体步骤如下:
肺经合剂活性成分:称取问荆50kg、紫苏60kg、干姜20kg、半边莲35kg、瓜蒌45kg、红参30kg、灯芯草50kg、桑白皮35kg、侧柏叶30kg、厚朴50kg;
将上述肺经合剂活性成分的原材料粉碎,混合后加水提取3次,每次加水量相当于肺经合剂原料总重量的10倍、8倍、8倍,每次提取时间为3h、1h、1h,合并提取液,过滤,离心,静置5h,取上清液密封保存,得到肺经合剂挥发油;下层液浓缩至80℃时相对密度为1.20的清膏,得到肺经合剂活性成分清膏;
心经合剂活性成分:称取夜交藤30kg、麦冬30kg、竹叶45kg、川芎45kg、石菖蒲60kg、制附子15kg、白蔹40kg、五味子406kg、莲子35kg;
脾经合剂活性成分:称取使君子40kg、大黄50kg、炙甘草60kg、冰片30kg、茯苓50kg、泽兰50kg、老鹳草28kg、广藿香36kg、莱菔子50kg、郁李仁50kg、吴茱萸30kg、白术68kg;
肝经合剂活性成分:称取丁公藤50kg、穿破石38kg、杜仲40kg、牛黄40kg、夏枯草20kg、钩藤20kg、肉桂30kg、野菊花60kg、鹅不食草50kg、续断40kg、茜草35kg、虎杖45kg;
肾经合剂活性成分:称取锁阳68kg、积雪草40kg、豨莶草60kg、路路通50kg、淫羊藿45kg、牡丹皮45kg、海桐皮38kg、补骨脂45kg、商陆30kg、大戟35kg、牛膝50kg、知母45kg、细辛60kg;
分别将心经合剂活性成分、脾经合剂活性成分、肝经合剂活性成分、肾经合剂活性成分的原材料按照肺经合剂活性成分原材料的提取方法进行处理,得到心经合剂活性成分清膏、脾经合剂活性成分清膏、肝经合剂活性成分清膏、肾经合剂活性成分清膏。将上述清膏混合后再按照5:1000的质量比加入粒径为20nm的复合纳米抗菌颗粒,得到洗发膏有效成分,所述复合纳米抗菌颗粒为纳米银颗粒、纳米二氧化钛颗粒以及纳米二氧化硅颗粒按4:3:3的重量比混合而成。
取阳离子瓜尔胶加入到去离子水中,在搅拌条件下70℃水浴加热,待其充分溶胀,得到凝胶液a;取十二烷基硫酸钠加入到去离子水中,在搅拌条件下70℃水浴加热,待其充分溶胀,得到溶液b;按1:1:1的重量比称取海藻酸钠、甲基纤维素和冰晶,加入到去离子水中,在搅拌条件下70℃水浴加热,待其充分溶胀,得到凝胶液c;
取橄榄油、甘油、留兰香油和乳化剂AC-4022,混合后加入去离子水,在搅拌条件下60℃加入,混合均匀,得到油相;将油相缓慢加入60℃的去离子水中,得到乳剂基质;将洗发膏有效成分加入乳剂基质中,再继续加入凝胶液a、凝胶液c和溶液b,搅拌2h,得到本发明五养归源中草药养发洗发膏。
五养归源养发制剂综合效果试验
选取300名18-60岁年龄段的志愿者,其中男286例,女314例,给予本发明实施例4的洗发露进行洗发。每三天洗一次,试验时间2个月,各项使用效果总分为5分,5分为最高分,表示很好,非常满意;4分为较好,3分为可以接受;3分以下为不好,不能接受。结果见表1。

如表1所示,本发明的五养归源中草药养发洗发露有很好的的润泽性、湿梳性,可以改善毛囊,具有固发、生发、防脱的作用,改善因头发干枯引起的难梳理的问题,使用后头发清爽柔顺,头皮干净,光滑不毛躁,志愿者非常满意。
96%的志愿者在使用5次后脱发、头皮屑、发痒、发黄的症状明显减轻,继续使用5-10次,发质有明显改善,发色变得乌黑发亮,发根发白的情况有所改善。
典型案例
案例1
徐XX,女,29岁,长期进行脑力劳动,经常性脱发,头发容易出油,发质枯黄黯淡,使用市面上的各类防脱洗发水无明显改善,使用本发明实施例5的洗发乳半个月后,头皮出油情况明显减少,由之前的每天洗头改成每3-4天洗一次头,发丝变得强韧,不易断,仅有少量掉发,发色转黑。
案例2
邓XX,男,38岁,脂溢性发质,工作压力大,头顶毛发稀疏,脱发现象比较严重,3个月前开始使用本发明实施例6的洗发膏,脱发现象日趋减少,而且还长出了些许新的头发。
王X,女,50岁,大部分头发根部已经花白,头发脆弱易断,脱发情况严重,发质黯淡无光泽,自2019年1月使用本发明实施例1的洗发水,头发花白速度减慢,发丝弹性增强,光滑亮泽,现几乎无脱发。
Claims (7)
1.一种五养归源中草药养发组合物,其特征在于,由肺经合剂、心经合剂、脾经合剂、肝经合剂、肾经合剂以及复合纳米抗菌颗粒组成;
所述肺经合剂由如下重量份的原料组成:问荆20-50份、紫苏10-60份、干姜5-20份、半边莲10-35份、瓜蒌20-45份、红参10-30份、灯芯草20-50份、桑白皮10-35份、侧柏叶15-30份、厚朴20-50份;
所述心经合剂由如下重量份的原料组成:夜交藤10-30份、麦冬20-30份、竹叶20-45份、川芎20-45份、石菖蒲30-60份、制附子5-15份、白蔹20-40份、五味子20-40份、莲子15-35份;
所述脾经合剂由如下重量份的原料组成:使君子15-40份、大黄20-50份、炙甘草30-60份、冰片15-30份、茯苓20-50份、泽兰15-45份、老鹳草8-28份、广藿香15-36份、莱菔子28-50份、郁李仁20-50份、吴茱萸15-30份、白术25-68份;
所述肝经合剂由如下重量份的原料组成:丁公藤20-50份、穿破石18-38份、杜仲15-40份、牛黄20-40份、夏枯草5-20份、钩藤5-20份、肉桂10-30份、野菊花20-60份、鹅不食草20-50份、续断10-40份、茜草8-35份、虎杖10-45份;
所述肾经合剂由如下重量份的原料组成:锁阳28-68份、积雪草20-40份、豨莶草10-60份、路路通10-50份、淫羊藿15-45份、牡丹皮20-45份、海桐皮18-38份、补骨脂15-45份、商陆10-30份、大戟15-35份、牛膝25-50份、知母30-45份、细辛20-60份;
所述复合纳米抗菌颗粒为纳米银颗粒、纳米二氧化钛颗粒以及纳米二氧化硅颗粒按1-10:2-3:1-4的重量比混合而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的五养归源中草药养发组合物,其特征在于,所述肺经合剂、心经合剂、脾经合剂、肝经合剂、肾经合剂的活性成分的制备方法如下:
肺经合剂活性成分:按重量份称取肺经合剂的原料,混合,粉碎后进一步粉碎成粒径为1-5μm的粉体,放入高压罐中,在20-25℃下加压使高压罐内压力达到15-20MPa并保压5-9min,然后将高压罐在0.1-0.3s内泄压至常压,收集高压罐内的物料,加入提取溶剂,在18-22℃下浸泡并搅拌,过滤,取滤液,重复上述步骤1-2次,合并滤液,在40-50℃下浓缩滤液至相对密度为1.05-1.20的浓缩液,得到肺经合剂活性成分;
心经合剂活性成分:按重量份称取心经合剂的原料,混合,粉碎后进一步粉碎成粒径为1-5μm的粉体,放入高压罐中,在20-25℃下加压使高压罐内压力达到15-20MPa并保压5-9min,然后将高压罐在0.1-0.3s内泄压至常压,收集高压罐内的物料,加入提取溶剂,在18-22℃下浸泡并搅拌,过滤,取滤液,重复上述步骤1-2次,合并滤液,在40-50℃下浓缩滤液至相对密度为1.05-1.20的浓缩液,得到心经合剂活性成分;
脾经合剂活性成分:按重量份称取脾经合剂的原料,混合,粉碎后进一步粉碎成粒径为1-5μm的粉体,放入高压罐中,在20-25℃下加压使高压罐内压力达到15-20MPa并保压5-9min,然后将高压罐在0.1-0.3s内泄压至常压,收集高压罐内的物料,加入提取溶剂,在18-22℃下浸泡并搅拌,过滤,取滤液,重复上述步骤1-2次,合并滤液,在40-50℃下浓缩滤液至相对密度为1.05-1.20的浓缩液,得到脾经合剂活性成分;
肝经合剂活性成分:按重量份称取肝经合剂的原料,混合,粉碎后进一步粉碎成粒径为1-5μm的粉体,放入高压罐中,在20-25℃下加压使高压罐内压力达到15-20MPa并保压5-9min,然后将高压罐在0.1-0.3s内泄压至常压,收集高压罐内的物料,加入提取溶剂,在18-22℃下浸泡并搅拌,过滤,取滤液,重复上述步骤1-2次,合并滤液,在40-50℃下浓缩滤液至相对密度为1.05-1.20的浓缩液,得到肝经合剂活性成分;
肾经合剂活性成分:按重量份称取肝经合剂的原料,混合,粉碎后进一步粉碎成粒径为1-5μm的粉体,放入高压罐中,在20-25℃下加压使高压罐内压力达到15-20MPa并保压5-9min,然后将高压罐在0.1-0.3s内泄压至常压,收集高压罐内的物料,加入提取溶剂,在18-22℃下浸泡并搅拌,过滤,取滤液,重复上述步骤1-2次,合并滤液,在40-50℃下浓缩滤液至相对密度为1.05-1.20的浓缩液,得到肾经合剂活性成分。
3.根据权利要求2所述的五养归源中草药养发组合物,其特征在于,所述提取溶剂为水或无水乙醇;所述物料与提取溶剂的料液比为1:4-60。
4.根据权利要求2所述的五养归源中草药养发组合物,其特征在于,所述五养归源中草药养发组合物的制备方法如下:将肺经合剂活性成分、心经合剂活性成分、脾经合剂活性成分、肝经合剂活性成分、肾经合剂活性成分与复合纳米抗菌颗粒混合均匀,即得;复合纳米抗菌颗粒与上述5个活性成分总体积的固液比为1-5:1000。
5.根据权利要求1所述的五养归源中草药养发组合物,其特征在于,所述肺经合剂、心经合剂、脾经合剂、肝经合剂、肾经合剂的活性成分的制备方法如下:
肺经合剂活性成分:将肺经合剂的原料粉碎、混合后加水提取2-3次,每次加水量相当于肺经合剂原料总重量的8-10倍,每次提取时间为1-3h,合并提取液,过滤,离心,静置2-5h,取上清液密封保存,得到肺经合剂挥发油;下层液浓缩至70-80℃时相对密度为1.10-1.20的清膏,得到肺经合剂活性成分清膏;
心经合剂活性成分:将心经合剂的原料粉碎、混合后加水提取2-3次,每次加水量相当于心经合剂原料总重量的8-10倍,每次提取时间为1-3h,合并提取液,过滤,离心,静置2-5h,取上清液密封保存,得到心经合剂挥发油;下层液浓缩至70-80℃时相对密度为1.10-1.20的清膏,得到心经合剂活性成分清膏;
脾经合剂活性成分:将脾经合剂的原料粉碎、混合后加水提取2-3次,每次加水量相当于脾经合剂原料总重量的8-10倍,每次提取时间为1-3h,合并提取液,过滤,离心,静置2-5h,取上清液密封保存,得到脾经合剂挥发油;下层液浓缩至70-80℃时相对密度为1.10-1.20的清膏,得到脾经合剂活性成分清膏;
肝经合剂活性成分:将肝经合剂的原料粉碎、混合后加水提取2-3次,每次加水量相当于肝经合剂原料总重量的8-10倍,每次提取时间为1-3h,合并提取液,过滤,离心,静置2-5h,取上清液密封保存,得到肝经合剂挥发油;下层液浓缩至70-80℃时相对密度为1.10-1.20的清膏,得到肝经合剂活性成分清膏;
肾经合剂活性成分:将肾经合剂的原料粉碎、混合后加水提取2-3次,每次加水量相当于肾经合剂原料总重量的8-10倍,每次提取时间为1-3h,合并提取液,过滤,离心,静置2-5h,取上清液密封保存,得到肾经合剂挥发油;下层液浓缩至70-80℃时相对密度为1.10-1.20的清膏,得到肾经合剂活性成分清膏。
6.一种五养归源中草药养发制剂,其特征在于,由权利要求2或5所述的肺经合剂活性成分、心经合剂活性成分、脾经合剂活性成分、肝经合剂活性成分、肾经合剂活性成分与复合纳米抗菌颗粒以及精细化工上可接受的载体配合制备而成。
7.根据权利要求1或4所述的五养归源中草药养发组合物,其特征在于,所述复合纳米抗菌颗粒的粒径不超过30nm。
