本发明涉及中成药领域，为克服治疗脱发药物的副作用问题和达到更有效的治疗效果，本发明提供一种可促进头发生长的药物组合物，其特征是，由以下重量份配比的药材原料制得：当归20～25份、枸杞子4～8份、生地黄15～20份、人参6～10份、黑芝麻16～20份、何首乌20～25份、赤芍15～20份、生姜15～20份、墨旱莲6～10份、桑椹子8～12份、五加皮8～12份。本发明药物组合物能够渗透皮层直接为皮层细胞所吸收，改善头发的营养状态，调节机体内分泌和性激素平衡，刺激人体黑色素生成。本发明的药物组合物在临床实验中效果非常显著，一个月的时间就可以感觉到新毛发的产生，三个月就感觉到了扎手的毛发。

背景技术
目前，由于工作压力大，生活节奏快，脱发成为困扰中青年人的一个大问题，据调查，在我国白领阶层中，有20％以上的经受着脱发的困扰。主要原因是在精神压力的作用下，人体立毛肌收缩、头发直立，植物神经或中枢神经机能发生紊乱，毛囊毛乳头发生改变和营养不良，从而导致毛发生长功能抑制，毛发进入休止期而出现脱发。目前对脱发主要采用米诺地尔酊外擦,非那雄胺口服的方法，但是这两种药物副作用大，也有一些人尝试用中药来防止脱发和促进头发生长，但效果均不理想。
发明内容
为克服治疗脱发药物的副作用问题和达到更有效的治疗效果，本发明提供一种可促进头发生长的药物组合物及其制备方法。
本发明的可促进头发生长的药物组合物由以下重量份配比的药材原料制得：
当归20～25份、枸杞子4～8份、生地黄15～20份、人参6～10份、黑芝麻16～20份、何首乌20～25份、赤芍15～20份、生姜15～20份、墨旱莲6～10份、桑椹子8～12份、五加皮8～12份。
为了更好地实现本发明，所述药材原料的重量份配比优选：
当归22～24份、枸杞子5～7份、生地黄16～18份、人参7～9份、黑芝麻17～19份、何首乌22～24份、赤芍16～18份、生姜16～18份、墨旱莲7～9份、桑椹子9～11份、五加皮9～11份。
本发明的另一优选方案是，所述药材原料的重量份配比：当归23份、枸杞子6份、生地黄17份、人参8份、黑芝麻18份、何首乌23份、赤芍17份、生姜17份、墨旱莲8份、桑椹子10份、五加皮10份。
本发明所述药物组合物的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
(1)将枸杞子、生地黄、人参、何首乌、赤芍、生姜、墨旱莲、桑椹子、五加皮粉碎后加10～40倍重量水煎煮，过滤，得滤液Ⅰ备用；
(2)将当归粉碎用体积浓度为70％的乙醇浸泡3～7天，70％乙醇的用量为当归质量的2～3倍，将浸泡液过滤，得滤液Ⅱ备用；
(3)将黑芝麻捣碎用体积浓度75％的乙醇浸泡3～7天，75％乙醇的用量为黑芝麻质量的2～3倍，将浸泡液过滤，得滤液Ⅲ备用；
(4)将滤液Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ合并，然后加入体积浓度为95％的乙醇，使药液中乙醇的质量终浓度达到70％～80％。
另一优选方案是：所述步骤(1)中煎煮是每次加30倍质量的水煎煮。
另一优选方案是，所述步骤(4)中，乙醇的质量终浓度为75％。
本发明所述的煎煮为中药领域常规的煎煮方法，即将药材粉碎后加水，然后武火加热至沸腾，沸腾后文火煮10～20分钟。
本发明的药物组合物治疗脱发时的使用方法为：用棉球蘸取本发明药物，反复擦拭脱发处，每天早晚各一次，一个月为一疗程。
本发明所用的生地黄来源于玄参科植物地黄的干燥根，生地黄为鲜品的干燥品，能滋阴
生津，治阴虚津亏诸症。生地黄苦寒清热，甘寒质润养阴，有清热凉血、养阴生津、润
肠之功效。
何首乌为蓼科植物何首乌Polygonum multiflorum Thunb.的干燥块根，性微温，味甘、涩，归肝、肾经，具有补益精血，养肝安神，强筋骨，固肾乌须的功能。
赤芍：英文名为red paeony root，为双子叶植物药毛茛科植物芍药(野生种)、草芍药、川赤芍等的根，具有行瘀，止痛，凉血，消肿。
生姜为姜科多年生草本植物姜的新鲜根茎，生姜在体外有杀灭阴道滴虫及抑制皮肤真菌作用。
墨旱莲：英文名为Herba Ecluptae，为菊科植物鳢肠Eclipta prostrata L.的干燥地上部分,味甘、酸，寒，归肾、肝经，具有滋补肝肾，凉血止血之功效。
本发明与现有技术相比，具有以下优点：
(1)本发明药物组合物以乙醇为溶剂，乙醇是较强的溶解剂，具有挥发作用，其性善行，和血，能松弛、渗透皮层，75％的乙醇能杀死头皮上的真菌，还具有消肿、清除污垢的功能；
(2)本发明药物组合物中含有多种人体所必需的氨基酸和微量元素，能够渗透皮层直接为皮层细胞所吸收，增强毛囊营养供给，改善头发的营养状态，促进头皮血液循环和药物吸收；
(3)本发明药物组合物中还含有促进细胞分裂和生长的激素，能够促进毛囊迅速恢复和竖毛肌形成，促进皮脂代谢，调节机体内分泌和性激素平衡，刺激人体黑色素生成；
(4)本发明药物组合物能有效激活休眠细胞，使皮肤毛囊的活力得以明显改善，皮肤厚度明显增厚，从而能够刺激皮肤的生长和毛发的生长；
(5)本发明的药物组合物在临床实验中效果非常显著，一个月的时间就可以感觉到新毛发的产生，三个月就感觉到了扎手的毛发。
具体实施方式
以下列举本发明一些优选的实施例，以助于进一步理解本发明，但本发明的范围并不局
限于此。
实施例1
按质量份取当归23份、枸杞子6份、生地黄17份、人参8份、黑芝麻18份、何首乌23份、赤芍17份、生姜17份、墨旱莲8份、桑椹子10份、五加皮10份。；
(1)将枸杞子、生地黄、人参、何首乌、赤芍、生姜、墨旱莲、桑椹子、五加皮粉碎后每次加30倍重量水煎煮，煎煮2次，过滤，合并滤液得滤液Ⅰ备用；
(2)将当归粉碎后加体积浓度为70％的乙醇浸泡5天，70％乙醇的加入量为当归重量的2.5倍，过滤，得滤液Ⅱ备用；
(3)将黑芝麻捣碎用体积浓度为75％的乙醇(75％乙醇的加入量为黑芝麻重量的2.5倍)浸泡5天，过滤，得滤液Ⅲ备用；
(4)将滤液Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ合并，然后加入体积浓度为95％的乙醇，使药液中乙醇的质量终浓度为75％即得本发明的药物组合物。
实施例2
按质量份取当归22份、枸杞子5份、生地黄1份、人参7份、黑芝麻17份、何首乌22份、赤芍16份、生姜16份、墨旱莲7份、桑椹子9份、五加皮9份。
(1)将枸杞子、生地黄、人参、何首乌、赤芍、生姜、墨旱莲、桑椹子、五加皮粉碎后每次加30倍重量水煎煮，煎煮2次，过滤，合并滤液得滤液Ⅰ备用；
(2)将当归粉碎后加体积浓度为70％的乙醇浸泡5天，70％乙醇的加入量为当归重量的2.5倍，过滤，得滤液Ⅱ备用；
(3)将黑芝麻捣碎用体积浓度为75％的乙醇(75％乙醇的加入量为黑芝麻重量的2.5倍)浸泡5天，过滤，得滤液Ⅲ备用；
(4)将滤液Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ合并，然后加入体积浓度为95％的乙醇，使药液中乙醇的质量终浓度为75％即得本发明的药物组合物。
实施例3
按质量份取当归24份、枸杞子7份、生地黄18份、人参9份、黑芝麻19份、何首乌24份、赤芍18份、生姜18份、墨旱莲9份、桑椹子11份、五加皮11份；
(1)将枸杞子、生地黄、人参、何首乌、赤芍、生姜、墨旱莲、桑椹子、五加皮粉碎后每次加30倍重量水煎煮(先武火加热至沸腾，然后再文火煮15分钟)，煎煮2次，过滤，合并滤液得滤液Ⅰ备用；
(2)将当归粉碎后用70％乙醇(70％乙醇的用量是当归质量的2倍)浸泡5天，将浸泡液过滤，得滤液Ⅱ备用；
(3)将黑芝麻捣碎用75％乙醇(用量是黑芝麻质量的2倍)浸泡5天，将浸泡液过滤，得滤液Ⅲ备用；
(4)将滤液Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ合并，然后加入体积浓度95％乙醇，使药液中乙醇的质量终浓度为75％即得本发明的药物组合物。
实施例4
应用例：用实施例1所制备的药物组合物对20名脱发患者(其中男性15名，女性5名，年龄范围是20～50岁，脱发程度从微秃至几乎全秃)进行治疗，用药方法为用棉签将本药液涂搽患处，每天早晚各一次，每次涂搽0.5～5分钟，一个月为一疗程。用药一个疗程后，19名患者的脱发处有明显的毛发生长，另外1名患者在两个第二个疗程中也有明显的毛发生长，三个疗程后，手摸患者的原脱发处，都可以感觉到有扎手的毛发生长。并且用药后患者的身体已经患处没有任何异样。说明本发明的药物组合物对脱发的治疗切实有效并且没有副作用。
Claims (6)
1.一种可促进头发生长的药物组合物，其特征是，由以下重量份配比的药材原料制得：
当归20～25份、枸杞子4～8份、生地黄15～20份、人参6～10份、黑芝麻16～20份、何首乌20～25份、赤芍15～20份、生姜15～20份、墨旱莲6～10份、桑椹子8～12份、五加皮8～12份。
2.根据权利要求1所述可促进头发生长的药物组合物，其特征是，由以下重量份配比的药材原料制得：
当归22～24份、枸杞子5～7份、生地黄16～18份、人参7～9份、黑芝麻17～19份、何首乌22～24份、赤芍16～18份、生姜16～18份、墨旱莲7～9份、桑椹子9～11份、五加皮9～11份。
3.根据权利要求1所述可促进头发生长的药物组合物，其特征是，由以下重量份配比的药材原料制得：当归23份、枸杞子6份、生地黄17份、人参8份、黑芝麻18份、何首乌23份、赤芍17份、生姜17份、墨旱莲8份、桑椹子10份、五加皮10份。
4.根据权利要求1－3任意一项权利要求所述可促进头发生长的药物组合物的制备方法，其特征是，包括以下步骤：
(1)将枸杞子、生地黄、人参、何首乌、赤芍、生姜、墨旱莲、桑椹子、五加皮粉碎后加10～40倍重量水煎煮，过滤，得滤液Ⅰ备用；
(2)将当归粉碎用体积浓度为70％的乙醇浸泡3～7天，70％乙醇的用量为当归质量的2～3倍，将浸泡液过滤，得滤液Ⅱ备用；
(3)将黑芝麻捣碎用体积浓度75％的乙醇浸泡3～7天，75％乙醇的用量为黑芝麻质量的2～3倍，将浸泡液过滤，得滤液Ⅲ备用；
(4)将滤液Ⅰ、Ⅱ和Ⅲ合并，然后加入体积浓度为95％的乙醇，使药液中乙醇的质量终浓度达到70％～80％。
5.根据权利要求4所述可促进头发生长的药物组合物的制备方法，其特征是，所述步骤(1)中煎煮是每次加30倍质量的水煎煮。
6.根据权利要求4所述可促进头发生长的药物组合物的制备方法，其特征是，所述步骤(4)中，乙醇的质量终浓度为75％。
