因此,很多纺织品生产厂家已开发单亲单防面料,此种面料现在的生产技术一般采用涂层的方式赋予织物正面具有一定的疏水性,而反面具有一定的亲水性。当人体穿上这样的衣服特别是在出汗时,一方面由于贴肤面具有一定的亲水性,汗液在皮肤以及织物的摩擦作用下较容易被织物吸收后蒸发,保证了织物穿着的舒适性;另一方面由于织物外层具有一定的疏水性,因此具有一定的防污功能,另外当人体的汗液被吸收后,也不会在织物的正面产生明显的“汗斑”,从而避免不雅现象的产生。该面料穿着舒适,是一种具有鲜明特点的高档纯棉商务面料。虽然在合理的浆料体系以及工艺条件控制下,精确控制拒水浆料在织物内部的渗透程度,使拒水浆料还未达到织物反面的时候进行烘干,尽可能的保证织物反面原有的亲水性,但由于面料比较轻薄,反面亲水性因面料厚薄程度不同受不同程度影响。
中国专利CN 102912639 A公开一种双面异能服装面料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:对织物的一面进行圆网印花防水整理步骤,将疏水剂施加到织物的一面,所述疏水剂为聚醚酯弹性体90-110g/kg、脂肪族异氰酸酯聚氨酯20-30k/kg、铝锆酸酯偶联剂2-5g/kg;然后再对织物的另一面进行浸轧法亲水整理步骤。该专利中面料的防水透气性是借助于圆网印花的工艺路径实现,整理加工后面料只是具备防水透气的性能,面料不具备免烫的特性。
中国专利CN 102493190 A公开一种单亲单防服装面料的整理工艺,织物的织造步骤;前处理步骤:对织造后所获得的织物依次进行精练、染色、皂洗和烘干;圆网印花防水整理步骤;浸轧法亲水整理步骤,即得完成对单亲单防服装面料的整理。该专利中面料的单亲单防性能是借助于圆网印花的工艺路径实现,整理加工后面料只是具备单亲单防的性能,而不具备免烫的特性。
常规单亲单防面料存在亲水面吸水性差、整体抗皱效果差、耐水洗性能差、手感粗糙等问题,目前,亟需提供一种能够实现一面防水另一面亲水的双面异性效果且具有良好的抗皱免烫性及耐洗性的双面异性潮交联免烫面料的制备方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种双面异性潮交联免烫面料的制备方法,生产操作简单,生产加工流程短,适应大批量、快节奏的生产模式,制得的双面异性潮交联免烫面料能够实现一面防水另一面亲水的双面异性效果,且具有良好的抗皱免烫性及耐洗性。
本发明所述的双面异性潮交联免烫面料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)在面料的一面刮涂防水浆,烘干;
(2)将刮涂防水浆的面料进行焙烘整理;
(3)将焙烘整理后的面料浸轧潮交联整理剂,烘干;
(4)将烘干后的面料恒温堆置;
(5)对堆置后的面料进行水洗、定型、预缩整理,得到双面异性潮交联免烫面料。
步骤(1)中所述的面料为经纬向纱线均为纯棉纱线的面料或棉纤维与纤维素纤维的交织面料,面料的克重为110-280g/m2
所述的纤维素纤维为粘胶、麻、天丝或莫代尔中的一种。
步骤(1)中所述的防水浆由如下重量百分比的原料制成:
防水剂 8-20%
增稠剂 5.5-10%
水 71-84%。
所述的防水剂为氟碳丙烯酸酯类聚合物,优选为拓纳碳6三防助剂CLEAN或江苏瑞阳安泰的无氟防水助剂WR-7000。
所述的增稠剂为水溶性聚丙烯酸酯或水溶性聚氨酯中的一种或两种,优选为传化化工提供的增稠剂TF-315。
步骤(1)中所述的防水浆的粘度为10000-30000Pa.s,烘干温度为110-130℃。
步骤(2)中所述的焙烘温度为150-170℃。
步骤(3)中所述的潮交联整理剂包括潮交联树脂和催化剂,潮交联树脂用量为100-180g/l,催化剂用量为潮交联树脂质量的30-50%;潮交联树脂为含有亲水性聚合物链段的改性醚化2D树脂,催化剂为盐酸与金属盐化合物的混合水溶液,盐酸与金属盐化合物的质量比为1:1-3,金属盐化合物为氯化镁、氯化铝或硫酸锌中的一种。
所述的潮交联整理剂还包括吸水柔软剂,吸水柔软剂为亲水性聚硅氧烷化合物,吸水柔软剂用量为1-10g/l。
步骤(3)中所述的烘干温度为70-100℃,浸轧潮交联整理剂的车速为30-60m/min。
步骤(4)中所述的烘干后的面料的湿度为5.5-9.5%,恒温堆置温度为30-50℃,恒温堆置时间为10-24h。
步骤(5)中所述的水洗温度为60-80℃。
本发明所述的双面异性潮交联免烫面料的制备方法借助于涂层设备刮涂防水浆,常规设备进行焙烘整理,然后进行树脂交联整理,提高面料抗皱效果及亲水性,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)刮涂防水浆:把防水剂、增稠剂与水放入带有搅拌器的料桶内配制合适粘度的防水浆,且保证防水浆现配现用;选用合适的刮刀距离、车速等指标,精确控制防水浆在织物内部的渗透程度,保证防水浆还未达到整理面料反面的时候烘干;
(2)将刮涂防水浆的面料进行常规焙烘整理;
(3)将经过焙烘后的面料浸轧潮交联树脂和催化剂(还可以加入吸水柔软剂),选用的树脂和柔软剂为不影响面料防水性的吸水树脂及柔软剂,过程中控制树脂及柔软剂的用量以免影响面料的防水效果;浸轧潮交联树脂后将面料一定温度下烘干至一定湿度;
(4)将烘干至一定湿度的面料恒温堆置一定时间;
(5)一定条件下对堆置后的潮交联整理面料水洗、定型、预缩整理,得到双面异性潮交联免烫面料。
步骤(1)中所述的防水剂不含PFOS以及PFOA,符合环保要求。
步骤(1)中所述的刮涂防水浆选用的设备为立信门富士TexCoat涂层设备,刮涂防水浆时刮刀与面料间的距离为-1mm—-15mm(刮刀与面料间的距离为负值代表刮刀在面料水平面以下,赋予面料一定张力,同时控制刮涂防水浆的厚度);涂层时TEXcoat设备的车速为20-50m/min。
步骤(2)中所述的焙烘车速为30-60m/min。
步骤(3)中所述的潮交联树脂需选用吸水性优良且不影响防水效果的专用树脂,优选吸水树脂RB(巴斯夫);吸水柔软剂为不影响防水效果的专用柔软剂,优选为淄博鲁瑞精细化工的氨基硅油改性柔软剂SMI-60;烘干车速为30-60m/min。
步骤(5)中所述的水洗温度为60-80℃,水洗所用纯碱用量为10-20g/l(以水的体积为基准),水洗车速为30-60m/min。
本发明主要是选用不影响面料拒水效果的吸水树脂交联剂以及吸水柔软剂,改善单亲单防面料亲水面吸水性同时提高面料抗皱效果以及耐洗性,防水浆体系对织物进行涂层后不影响织物的透气性,开发出高品质的双面异性免烫面料。
本发明具体包括防水涂层整理、焙烘、浸轧树脂及柔软剂、恒温堆置、水洗五个步骤。防水涂层整理时,要选用合适的防水剂,过程中合理控制防水剂用量、防水浆粘度以及刮刀距离,防止防水浆渗透到织物另一面影响面料的吸水性;浸轧的树脂及柔软剂的种类以及用量要进行合理调整,在改善面料抗皱效果及吸水性的同时不影响面料防水性能。采用本发明方法整理加工后的面料能够实现一面防水另一面亲水的双面异性效果,且面料具有良好的抗皱免烫性及耐洗性。
本发明将常规单亲单防面料进一步浸轧合适用量的吸水树脂交联剂、吸水柔软剂改善面料的吸水性,最终开发出一种双面异性免烫面料。
本发明的有益效果如下:
1、生产流程短且易操作,加工效率高;
2、可提高单亲单防面料吸水面的吸水性、整体抗皱效果、耐洗性;
3、可适应大批量、快节奏的生产模式。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明做进一步描述。
实施例1
(1)配制防水浆:将防水剂CLEAN 11%(质量百分比)、增稠剂TF-315 5.5%(质量百分比)、水83.5%(质量百分比),加入到调浆桶,搅拌至防水剂与增稠剂完全融合,粘度为14000Pa.s;
(2)选用的面料为纯棉面料,经纬向纱支为40支,经纬密度为160*72根/inch,面料克重为137g/m2
(3)刮涂防水浆:刮刀距离选用-6mm,TexCoat涂层设备车速为40m/min,必须精确控制防水浆在织物内部的渗透程度,烘房温度为110℃;
(4)刮涂防水浆烘干后进行焙烘整理,烘房温度为150℃,车速为40m/min;
(5)将经防水涂层整理后的面料在常规定型机上浸轧吸水树脂RB(巴斯夫),树脂用量为120g/l,催化剂为盐酸与氯化镁的混合水溶液(盐酸与氯化镁的质量比为1:1),催化剂用量为树脂质量的40%,烘房温度为70℃,车速40m/min,面料落布湿度为6.5%;
(6)浸轧潮交联树脂的面料恒温堆置温度为38℃,堆置时间为16h;
(7)浸轧潮交联树脂恒温堆置后面料需进行水洗处理,水洗温度为70℃,纯碱用量为10g/l,车速为50m/min。
(8)后续根据工艺要求进行洗后定型,预缩整理,即得面料成品。
实施例2
(1)配制防水浆:将防水剂WR-7000 15%(质量百分比)、增稠剂TF-315 7.5%(质量百分比)、水77.5%(质量百分比),加入到调浆桶,搅拌至防水剂与增稠剂完全融合,粘度为18000Pa.s;
(2)选用的面料为棉纤维与麻的交织面料,面料克重为160g/m2
(3)刮涂防水浆:刮刀距离选用-9mm,TexCoat涂层设备车速为35m/min,必须精确控制防水浆在织物内部的渗透程度,烘房温度为120℃;
(4)刮涂防水浆烘干后进行焙烘整理,烘房温度为155℃,车速为40m/min;
(5)将经防水涂层整理后的面料在常规定型机上浸轧吸水树脂RB,树脂用量为150g/l,吸水柔软剂SMI-60,吸水柔软剂用量为5g/l,催化剂为盐酸与硫酸锌的混合水溶液(盐酸与硫酸锌的质量比为1:2),催化剂用量为树脂质量的45%,烘房温度为80℃,车速40m/min,面料落布湿度为6.5%;
(6)浸轧潮交联树脂的面料恒温堆置温度为40℃,堆置时间为20h;
(7)浸轧潮交联树脂恒温堆置后面料需进行水洗处理,水洗温度为75℃,纯碱用量为15g/l,车速为50m/min。
(8)后续根据工艺要求进行洗后定型,预缩整理,即得面料成品。
实施例3
(1)配制防水浆:将防水剂CLEAN 18%(质量百分比)、增稠剂TF-315 10%(质量百分比)、水72%(质量百分比),加入到调浆桶,搅拌至防水剂与增稠剂完全融合,粘度为24000Pa.s;
(2)选用的面料为棉纤维与天丝的交织面料,面料克重为200g/m2
(3)刮涂防水浆:刮刀距离选用-11mm,TexCoat涂层设备车速为30m/min,必须精确控制防水浆在织物内部的渗透程度,烘房温度为130℃;
(4)刮涂防水浆烘干后进行焙烘整理,烘房温度为155℃,车速为30m/min;
(5)将经防水涂层整理后的面料在常规定型机上浸轧吸水树脂RB,树脂用量为160g/l,催化剂为盐酸与氯化铝的混合水溶液(盐酸与氯化铝的质量比1:1),催化剂用量为树脂质量的50%,烘房温度为100℃,车速35m/min,面料落布湿度为6.5%;
(6)浸轧潮交联树脂的面料恒温堆置温度为40℃,堆置时间为20h;
(7)浸轧潮交联树脂恒温堆置后面料需进行水洗处理,水洗温度为75℃,纯碱用量为15g/l,车速为40m/min。
(8)后续根据工艺要求进行洗后定型,预缩整理,即得面料成品。
实施例1-3面料成品的性能测试结果见表1。

由表1中的测试数据可知,采用本发明的加工工艺整理加工后的面料具有良好的免烫效果,且面料呈现一面防水、一面亲水的两面异性。

Claims (10)

1.一种双面异性潮交联免烫面料的制备方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
(1)在面料的一面刮涂防水浆,烘干;
(2)将刮涂防水浆的面料进行焙烘整理;
(3)将焙烘整理后的面料浸轧潮交联整理剂,烘干;
(4)将烘干后的面料恒温堆置;
(5)对堆置后的面料进行水洗、定型、预缩整理,得到双面异性潮交联免烫面料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双面异性潮交联免烫面料的制备方法,其特征在于步骤(1)中所述的面料为经纬向纱线均为纯棉纱线的面料或棉纤维与纤维素纤维的交织面料,面料的克重为110-280g/m2,防水浆的粘度为10000-30000Pa.s,烘干温度为110-130℃。
3.根据权利要求1所述的双面异性潮交联免烫面料的制备方法,其特征在于步骤(1)中所述的防水浆由如下重量百分比的原料制成:
防水剂 8-20%
增稠剂 5.5-10%
水 71-84%。
4.根据权利要求3所述的双面异性潮交联免烫面料的制备方法,其特征在于所述的防水剂为氟碳丙烯酸酯类聚合物,增稠剂为水溶性聚丙烯酸酯或水溶性聚氨酯中的一种或两种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的双面异性潮交联免烫面料的制备方法,其特征在于步骤(2)中所述的焙烘温度为150-170℃。
6.根据权利要求1所述的双面异性潮交联免烫面料的制备方法,其特征在于步骤(3)中所述的潮交联整理剂包括潮交联树脂和催化剂,潮交联树脂用量为100-180g/l,催化剂用量为潮交联树脂质量的30-50%;潮交联树脂为含有亲水性聚合物链段的改性醚化2D树脂,催化剂为盐酸与金属盐化合物的混合水溶液。
7.根据权利要求6所述的双面异性潮交联免烫面料的制备方法,其特征在于所述的潮交联整理剂还包括吸水柔软剂,吸水柔软剂为亲水性聚硅氧烷化合物,吸水柔软剂用量为1-10g/l。
8.根据权利要求1所述的双面异性潮交联免烫面料的制备方法,其特征在于步骤(3)中所述的烘干温度为70-100℃。
9.根据权利要求1所述的双面异性潮交联免烫面料的制备方法,其特征在于步骤(4)中所述的烘干后的面料的湿度为5.5-9.5%,恒温堆置温度为30-50℃,恒温堆置时间为10-24h。
10.根据权利要求1所述的双面异性潮交联免烫面料的制备方法,其特征在于步骤(5)中所述的水洗温度为60-80℃。
