本发明涉及用于由短纤维(staple fiber)或纤维束形成纤维垫的装置和方法。
背景技术
在纺织工业中,除了通过落纱机生产无纺布之外,空气动力学无纺布生产已经存在了几十年。这里,通常,纤维从最后一个滚筒吸出,并被吸到筛选滚筒(screening drum)或筛选带上,例如US3,906,588。在高表面重量的情况下,筛或滚筒上的单侧抽吸是不够的。因此,使用了如AT 207674中的两个筛选滚筒、或一个筛选带和一个筛选滚筒。采用这些结构,难以改变所形成的无纺垫被压在一起的程度。如果筛选带和抽吸滚筒结合,抽吸点偏移,且纤维以一定角度沉积。这导致不希望的搭叠效应(shingle effect)。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种可易于调节的沉积系统,其避免了搭叠效应。
为此,本发明提供了一种根据权利要求1的装置和一种根据权利要求6的方法。

具体实施方式
首先基于图1描述本发明。
分梳辊(opening roller)或分离辊(knock-off roller)1将在刀2处分离的纤维/纤维束(flocks)传送到由筛选带3在两侧形成的轴。填充水平监测器9防止轴的过度填充,并可影响填充量。
下落的纤维由循环筛选带3压紧。设置抽吸装置4以防止纤维在筛选带处滑过并确保灰尘逸出。筛选带之间的距离可以在出口10处调节。筛选带的筛选表面相对于纤维输送方向在吸力侧呈现的角度α可以在0°与30°之间。筛选带形成平行锥轴的两侧、或者在材料运送方向上形成平行锥轴的两侧。抽吸装置4与各筛选带3相关联,使得抽吸装置4在轴的区域中沿着筛选带3的至少一部分垂直延伸或在所述角度下延伸。抽吸装置4设置在筛选带3的背离纤维流的一侧处,从而产生穿过筛选带3的抽吸流,该抽吸流将纤维吸向筛选带3,并通过筛选带3抽吸灰尘等。
有利的是,将偏转辊6设置在、比偏转辊7和11离传送带8更远的距离处,以防止待传送的纤维垫被压缩。
不是由筛选带形成的传送轴的两侧是由楔形壁形成,优选由透明塑料形成。这导致角度β。
带可设置有自动的内部和外部清洁。
带优选地在上辊5处由齿轮马达驱动。筛选带3的带速度比传送带8的速度慢至多20%。为了进一步压紧垫,速度也可以快达100%。

Claims (10)

其特征在于
所述轴的两个相对侧由在材料运送方向上可移动的抽吸筛选带(3)组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其中,从所述材料运送方向看,所述筛选带(3)相对于输送方向以0°至25°的角度彼此靠近。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的装置,其中,能够调节两个筛选带(3)之间的距离。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的装置,其中,最靠近传送带(8)的两个偏转辊(7,11)到所述传送带(8)的距离不同。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的装置,其中,所述筛选带(3)的速度在传送带(8)的速度的80%与200%之间。
