(2) adding distilled water and a PBS solution into the material to be extracted obtained in the step (1), soaking for 3 hours, then decocting for 35 minutes with slow fire for the first time, filtering, and collecting the first filtrate; adding distilled water with the weight 10 times of that of the filter residue and PBS (phosphate buffer solution) with the pH value of 7.4 into the filter residue, decocting for 35 minutes with slow fire for the second time, filtering, and collecting the second filtrate; combining the first filtrate and the second filtrate to form an extract; the adding amount ratio of the distilled water to the PBS solution is 1:1, and the temperature of slow fire is 65-75 ℃;
(3) weighing ginseng and salvia miltiorrhiza according to a proportion, respectively crushing to 100-200 meshes, then mixing, uniformly mixing to form a material to be extracted, soaking the material to be extracted for 14 hours by using 90% ethanol as a solvent, filtering, collecting filtrate, recovering ethanol, concentrating into paste, drying in vacuum, crushing to form two mixed powders of ginseng and salvia miltiorrhiza;
(4) adding the two mixed powders obtained in the step (3) and pearls into the extracting solution obtained in the step (2), uniformly mixing to form a material to be concentrated, concentrating at 60-70 ℃ until the mass of the material to be concentrated is 60% of that of the material to be concentrated, filtering with a 400-mesh sieve again, sterilizing with high-pressure steam, cooling, and subpackaging to obtain the eye-protecting liquid.
Example 3
The embodiment provides an eye-protecting solution, which is prepared from the following raw materials:
5g of ginseng, 2g of mulberry leaf, 2g of angelica dahurica, 3g of salvia miltiorrhiza, 3g of rhizoma acori graminei, 5g of pearl, 5g of concha haliotidis, 2g of coptis chinensis, 2g of angelica sinensis, 3g of wolfberry fruit and 6g of poria cocos;
the preparation method of the eye-protecting liquid comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing folium Mori, radix Angelicae Dahuricae, rhizoma Acori Graminei, Concha Haliotidis, Coptidis rhizoma, radix Angelicae sinensis, fructus Lycii and Poria in proportion, respectively pulverizing to 80-100 mesh, mixing, and mixing to obtain the material to be extracted;
(2) adding distilled water and a PBS solution into the material to be extracted obtained in the step (1), soaking for 4 hours, then decocting for 40 minutes with slow fire for the first time, filtering, and collecting the first filtrate; adding distilled water with the weight 8 times of that of the filter residue and PBS (phosphate buffer solution) with the pH value of 7.4 into the filter residue, decocting for 40 minutes with slow fire for the second time, filtering, and collecting the second filtrate; combining the first filtrate and the second filtrate to form an extract; the adding amount ratio of the distilled water to the PBS solution is 1:1, and the temperature of slow fire is 65-75 ℃;
(3) weighing ginseng and salvia miltiorrhiza according to a proportion, respectively crushing to 100-200 meshes, then mixing, uniformly mixing to form a material to be extracted, soaking the material to be extracted for 12 hours by using 85% ethanol as a solvent, filtering, collecting filtrate, recovering ethanol, concentrating into paste, drying in vacuum, crushing to form two mixed powders of ginseng and salvia miltiorrhiza;
(4) adding the two mixed powders obtained in the step (3) and pearls into the extracting solution obtained in the step (2), uniformly mixing to form a material to be concentrated, concentrating at 60-70 ℃ until the mass of the material to be concentrated is 60% of that of the material to be concentrated, filtering with a 400-mesh sieve again, sterilizing with high-pressure steam, cooling, and subpackaging to obtain the eye-protecting liquid.

1. The eye-protecting solution is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials: ginseng, mulberry leaf, angelica dahurica, salvia miltiorrhiza, grassleaf sweelflag rhizome, pearl, abalone shell, coptis chinensis, angelica, medlar and tuckahoe.

The eye-protecting solution according to claim 1, wherein the eye-protecting solution is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: the eye protection solution is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 4-6 parts of ginseng, 1-3 parts of mulberry leaf, 1-3 parts of angelica dahurica, 2-4 parts of salvia miltiorrhiza, 2-4 parts of rhizoma acori graminei, 4-6 parts of pearl, 4-6 parts of abalone shell, 1-3 parts of coptis chinensis, 1-3 parts of angelica sinensis, 2-5 parts of wolfberry fruit and 4-8 parts of poria cocos.

The eye-protecting solution according to claim 2, wherein the eye-protecting solution is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 5 parts of ginseng, 2 parts of mulberry leaf, 2 parts of angelica dahurica, 3 parts of salvia miltiorrhiza, 3 parts of grassleaf sweelflag rhizome, 5 parts of pearl, 5 parts of abalone shell, 2 parts of coptis chinensis, 2 parts of angelica, 3 parts of medlar and 6 parts of tuckahoe.
4. The eye-protecting solution according to claims 1-3, wherein the pearl is pearl powder, and the particle fineness of the pearl powder is 100-200 meshes.
5. The method of preparing eye-care solution according to any one of claims 1 to 4, comprising the steps of:
(1) weighing mulberry leaves, angelica dahurica, rhizoma acori graminei, concha haliotidis, coptis chinensis, angelica sinensis, wolfberry fruits and poria cocos according to a proportion, respectively crushing, then mixing, and uniformly mixing to form a material to be extracted;
(2) adding distilled water and a PBS solution into the material to be extracted obtained in the step (1), soaking for 3-5 hours, then decocting for 35-45 minutes with slow fire for the first time, filtering, and collecting the first filtrate; adding distilled water and PBS solution into the filter residue, decocting with slow fire for 35-45 min for the second time, filtering, and collecting the second filtrate; combining the first filtrate and the second filtrate to form an extract;
(3) weighing ginseng and salvia miltiorrhiza according to a proportion, respectively crushing to 100-200 meshes, then mixing, uniformly mixing to form a material to be extracted, soaking the material to be extracted for 10-14 hours by using 60-90% ethanol as a solvent, filtering, collecting filtrate, recovering ethanol, concentrating into paste, vacuum drying, crushing to form two mixed powders of ginseng and salvia miltiorrhiza;
(4) and (3) adding the two mixed powders obtained in the step (3) and pearls into the extracting solution obtained in the step (2), uniformly mixing, concentrating, filtering again, sterilizing, cooling and subpackaging to obtain the eye protection solution.
6. The method for preparing eye-protecting liquid according to claim 7, wherein in the step (1), the fineness of the crushed particles is 80-100 meshes.
7. The method of claim 7, wherein the ratio of the distilled water to the PBS solution in step (2) is 1:1.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein the mild fire is at a temperature of 65-75 ℃ in step (2).
9. The method for preparing eye-protecting liquid according to claim 7, wherein in the step (4), the pearl is added into the extracting solution, the pearl and the extracting solution are uniformly mixed to form a material to be concentrated, and the material to be concentrated is concentrated at 60-70 ℃ until the mass of the material to be concentrated is 60%; the sterilization adopts high-pressure steam sterilization.
10. The method of claim 7, wherein the filtration is 400 mesh.
