Abstract
The invention discloses an intelligent sweeping robot garbage disposal structure which comprises a main machine head, wherein a sweeping head for sweeping is arranged on one side of the main machine head, a mop head is arranged on the other side of the main machine head, a garbage collection port is arranged on the position, opposite to the mop head, of the main machine head, and the garbage collection port is communicated with a garbage storage device through a garbage disposal pipeline. By using the garbage disposal structure of the intelligent sweeping robot, the rolling mop can clean the garbage blade constantly by scraping and pulling while doing work, so that the working quality of the intelligent sweeping robot is favorably ensured, and the working efficiency is also considered; greatly reduces human factors and liberates productivity.

By using the garbage disposal structure of the intelligent floor sweeping robot, when the intelligent floor sweeping robot operates, the rolling mop performs uniform-speed circular motion, the upper and lower scraping and pulling garbage blades are driven to perform real-time cleaning on the rolling mop, and when the rolling mop performs work, the real-time cleaning is realized by scraping and pulling the garbage blades, so that the working quality of the intelligent floor sweeping robot is favorably ensured, and the working efficiency is also considered (the rolling mop does not need to be replaced). The bad habit that the robot can not clean the nozzle in time when sweeping is solved.
The garbage blades can be moved by scraping and pulling up and down, so that the service life of the rolling mop of the intelligent sweeping robot is prolonged; the defects of similar products in the market are overcome, the rolling mop can cause the phenomenon that the mop is not clean for a client after working for a long time, and the intelligent effect that the rolling mop needs to be replaced when the mop is clean (which takes manpower) cannot be achieved. The invention provides an intelligent sweeping robot garbage disposal structure which comprises a main machine head, wherein a sweeping head 4 for sweeping is arranged on one side of the main machine head, a mop head is arranged on the other side of the main machine head, a garbage collection port 3 is arranged on the position, right opposite to the mop head, of the main machine head, the garbage collection port 3 is communicated with a garbage storage device through a garbage disposal pipeline 9, an upper scraping and pulling garbage blade 7 for scraping the upper part of the mop head is arranged on the upper half part of the sweeping head 4, and a lower scraping and pulling garbage blade 8 for scraping the lower part of the mop head is arranged on the lower half part of the sweeping head. The movable caster wheels 6 are arranged at two sides of the garbage disposal pipeline 9; the movable caster 6 is arranged on one side of the main machine head close to the floor sweeping head 4.
The mop head comprises a rotating shaft 1 and a rolling mop 2, and the rolling mop 2 is connected with the main machine head through the rotating shaft 1, so that the rolling mop 2 can rotate on the main machine head. The garbage collection port 3 is communicated with a garbage disposal pipeline port 5 through a garbage disposal pipeline 9, and the garbage disposal pipeline port 5 is arranged in a device for accommodating garbage. The garbage collection port 3 is arranged on the main machine head and is positioned in the middle of the rolling mop 2. The upper and lower scraping and pulling garbage blades are seamlessly connected with the rolling mop 2 and work synchronously. A cover for the casing is arranged above the rolling mop 2.
The upper scraping and pulling garbage blade 7 is contacted with the middle position of the rolling mop 2; the two lower garbage scraping and pulling blades 8 are respectively contacted with the two sides of the rolling mop 2; the contact part of the upper scraping and pulling garbage blade 7 and the rolling mop 2 and the contact part of the lower scraping and pulling garbage blade 8 and the rolling mop 2 cover the whole axial length of the rolling mop 2. The rotating shaft 1 drives the rolling mop 2 to clean the garbage; as the rolling mop 2 rotates through the rotating shaft 1, the garbage is adsorbed by the rolling mop 2; when the rolling mop 2 is full of garbage, one upper scraping and pulling garbage blade 7 positioned at the upper half part of the floor sweeping head 4 scrapes the garbage positioned at the middle position on the rolling mop 2, and the garbage falls off the garbage collecting port 3 at the inner side of the rolling mop 2 or is adhered to the upper scraping and pulling garbage blade 7; the garbage on two sides of the rolling mop 2 is scraped by the lower scraping and pulling garbage blades 8, the garbage collecting port 3 on the inner side of the rolling mop 2 falls or is stuck on the lower scraping and pulling garbage blades 8, and meanwhile, the garbage falling off through the garbage collecting port 3 and the garbage on the upper scraping and pulling garbage blades 7 and the lower scraping and pulling garbage blades 8 are sucked away.
Whole intelligence robot of sweeping floor draws rubbish blade 7 and scrapes down and draw rubbish blade 8 through last scraping, will roll rubbish on the mop 2 when intelligence is swept the floor, gathers rubbish to garbage collection mouth 3 for roll mop 2 keeps clean all the time. After people sweep the first room by the intelligent sweeping robot, people do not need to worry about the phenomenon that other rooms are large after being swept by the intelligent sweeping robot. The problem that the floor sweeping robot cannot sweep the floor all the time is solved for the masses of people, and the floor sweeping robot is a good civil engineering. Manufacturing a safe product for common people; the intelligent floor sweeping robot cannot sweep unclean floor.
