Further, the temperature of the hot aqueous solution of vitamin C in the step (2) is 30-40 ℃, and the temperature is reduced to 20-24 ℃.

The preparation method of the roxburgh anoectochilus terminal bud granules comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing the raw materials according to the weight of the raw materials for later use;
(2) preparing the konjak stachys tea: soaking konjac flour and barley seedling powder in 30 ℃ vitamin C aqueous solution for 40min, wherein the mass fraction of vitamin C in the vitamin C aqueous solution is 0.4%, uniformly stirring, cooling to 20 ℃, adding lactose, stachyose and sucralose, and uniformly stirring to obtain the konjac stachys tea;
(3) preparing the nitraria tangutorum bobr extract: extracting the nitraria tangutorum bobr by using 50% ethanol for three times, wherein each extraction time is 2 hours, and the mass ratio of the volume of the ethanol to the nitraria tangutorum bobr is 15 ml: 1g, combining the extracting solutions of each time, centrifuging at the speed of 2800r/min for 35min, and concentrating the supernatant to obtain the nitraria tangutorum bobr extractum;
(4) mixing the nitraria tangutorum bobr extract and the konjak stachys tea according to a ratio, adding a proper amount of ethanol with the volume fraction of 95%, uniformly mixing, granulating, and drying at 55 ℃ to obtain the nitraria tangutorum bobr yichang granules.
Example 2
The roxburgh anoectochilus terminal bud granules are prepared from the following raw materials: 10kg of nitraria fruit extract and 40kg of konjak stachys tea;
the konjak stachys tea is prepared from the following raw materials: 5 parts of konjaku flour, 41.85 parts of lactose, 0.65 part of barley seedling powder, 2.5 parts of stachyose and 0.01 part of sucralose.
The preparation method of the roxburgh anoectochilus terminal bud granules comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing the raw materials according to the weight of the raw materials for later use;
(2) preparing the konjak stachys tea: soaking konjac flour and barley seedling powder in 35 deg.C vitamin C water solution for 50min, stirring, cooling to 22 deg.C, adding lactose, stachyose and sucralose, and stirring to obtain konjac stachys tea;
(3) preparing the nitraria tangutorum bobr extract: extracting the nitraria tangutorum bobr by using 50% ethanol for three times, wherein each extraction time is 2 hours, and the mass ratio of the volume of the ethanol to the nitraria tangutorum bobr is 15 ml: 1g, combining the extracting solutions of each time, centrifuging at the speed of 3000r/min for 30min, and concentrating the supernatant to obtain the nitraria tangutorum bobr extractum;
(4) mixing the nitraria tangutorum bobr extract and the konjak stachys tea according to a ratio, adding a proper amount of ethanol with the volume fraction of 95%, uniformly mixing, granulating, and drying at 60 ℃ to obtain the nitraria tangutorum bobr yichang granules.
Example 3
The roxburgh anoectochilus terminal bud granules are prepared from the following raw materials: 15kg of nitraria fruit extract and 35kg of konjak stachys tea;
the konjak stachys tea is prepared from the following raw materials: 7 parts of konjak powder, 40 parts of lactose, 0.8 part of barley grass powder, 2 parts of stachyose and 0.015 part of sucralose.
The preparation method of the roxburgh anoectochilus terminal bud granules comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing the raw materials according to the weight of the raw materials for later use;
(2) preparing the konjak stachys tea: soaking konjac flour and barley seedling powder in 40 ℃ vitamin C aqueous solution for 60min, wherein the mass fraction of vitamin C in the vitamin C aqueous solution is 0.8%, uniformly stirring, cooling to 24 ℃, adding lactose, stachyose and sucralose, and uniformly stirring to obtain the konjac stachys tea;
(3) preparing the nitraria tangutorum bobr extract: extracting the nitraria tangutorum bobr by using 50% ethanol for three times, wherein each extraction time is 2 hours, and the mass ratio of the volume of the ethanol to the nitraria tangutorum bobr is 15 ml: 1g, combining the extracting solutions of each time, centrifuging at the speed of 3200r/min for 25min, and concentrating the supernatant to obtain the nitraria tangutorum bobr extractum;
(4) mixing the nitraria tangutorum bobr extract and the konjak stachys tea according to a ratio, adding a proper amount of ethanol with the volume fraction of 95%, uniformly mixing, granulating, and drying at 65 ℃ to obtain the nitraria tangutorum bobr yichang granules.
Comparative example 1
The raw materials and preparation method of the nitraria tangutorum bobr granules of the present comparative example are the same as those of example 2, except that the preparation method does not include the immersion treatment in the hot aqueous solution of vitamin C in step (2).
Comparative example 2
The raw materials and preparation method of the nitraria tangutorum bobr granules of the comparative example are the same as those of example 2, except that the vitamin C aqueous solution in the step (2) of the preparation method is at normal temperature.
Test example 1
100 volunteers suffering from long-term constipation were selected and randomly divided into 5 groups of 20 persons, and the granules for benefiting smooth nitraria prepared in examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1-2 were respectively taken three times in the morning, at noon and evening, 10g each time, for 7 days, and the constipation of each group was observed, and the results are shown in table 1.

As can be seen from the data in Table 1, the number of people for improving constipation in comparative examples 1 and 2 is significantly lower than that in examples 1 to 3, because glucomannan in the konjac flour and SOD enzyme in the barley seedling powder can be sufficiently released after soaking treatment, thereby improving the regulation effect on the intestinal tract and the efficacy of strengthening the spleen and tonifying the intestines and stomach.

The refreshing nitraria tangutorum bobr granules of any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the nitraria tangutorum bobr extract is prepared by the following method: extracting the nitraria tangutorum bobr with 50 percent ethanol for three times, combining extracting solutions of each time, centrifuging, taking supernate and concentrating to obtain the nitraria tangutorum bobr extract.
