Pouring milk/yogurt into container (for people with gastrointestinal disorder or cold weather, heating milk/yogurt to below 45 deg.C); pouring a bag (3g/5g) of green juice into the yogurt/milk; stirring yogurt and green juice uniformly, and drinking.
Note that: the following four populations are unable to drink green juice:
1. pregnant women within three months of pregnancy;
2. those who are allergic to grass;
3. babies without complementary food;
4. patients with renal calculus.
The nutritional value of the highland barley is as follows:
