技术领域
本发明涉及一种电气线束,特别是一种用于航空领域的电气线束,更具体地说,涉及一种旨在安装在涡轮机(例如飞机的涡轮喷气发动机或涡轮螺旋桨发动机)中的电气线束。
背景技术
为了减小涡轮机的尺寸,需要找到电气线束本身的尺寸和特性允许其安装在有限空间内的技术方案。
此外,还需要开发出既能承受高温,又小巧轻便的电气线束。
为了减少电气线束的质量,可在热应力较低且在给定温度范围内(例如低于210℃)的区域内使用以轻质、热缩合成材料为主的保护套技术。
众所周知,还使用了能够承受高温(特别是高于210℃)的编织不锈钢护套。
在线束的一个分区中可以提供不锈钢护套和合成护套之间的过渡部分,所述分区特别包括所谓的过渡段。所述过渡部分也可用于将线束固定到涡轮机的固定构件上。这种连接例如是通过将构件插入弹性夹来实现的。
此外,电气线束通常有分支点,在那里单股电线被分成若干股。这可以在带有所谓旁路构件的线束区域进行。旁路构件与过渡段分开,位于过渡段下游或上游。所述旁路构件还可以包括用于将线束连接到涡轮机的固定构件上的区域。
由于结构原因,线束连接到涡轮机固定构件的区域也可能存在形状缺陷。这些形状上的缺陷使它们更难安装在涡轮机上。
使用两个独立的衬套增加了线束的尺寸和重量,使得将这样的线束集成到一个小型涡轮机中变得困难。
电缆和电缆股外部也被电磁屏蔽护套包围。除上述限制外,还必须确保过渡和分支部分的电磁屏蔽连续性。
本发明旨在以简单和经济的方式弥补上述全部或部分缺点。
发明内容
为此,本发明涉及一种电气线束,所述电气线束包括:至少一个第一电缆股、至少一个第二电缆股和连接插套,至少一个第一电缆股和至少一个第二电缆股外部分别至少部分地被第一屏蔽编织层和第二屏蔽编织层包围;所述连接插套从外部包围第一电缆股的一端和第二电缆股的一端,其特征在于,所述连接插套包括固定部和压接部,所述固定部旨在接合在涡轮机的固定构件上,第一屏蔽编织层和第二屏蔽编织层的端部从外部接合到所述压接部上,至少一个压接构件将端部固定在压接部上。
连接插套将屏蔽编织层的固定和压接功能组合成一个一体式刚性元件。因此,压接部具有足够的刚性,以允许用压接工具压接屏蔽编织层。这样的压接保证了屏蔽的电气连续性。
此外,连接件的形状可以固定,例如圆柱形,以便于线束在涡轮机相关构件上的安装和角度定位。
屏蔽编织层可由编织材料(例如铜镍基合金)制成。
例如,连接插套可以由金属制成。
线束可以由一根第一电线股和几根第二电线股(例如两根或更多根第二电线股)组成。
另外,第一或第二屏蔽编织层的端部能插入连接插套中,并能在压接部外部反向折叠180°,因此第二或第一屏蔽编织层的端部仅在压接部外部插入。
换句话说,第二或第一屏蔽编织层的端部不穿过连接插套。
每根电缆股外部能至少部分地被第一保护编织层包围,其中第一保护编织层在重叠区域中重叠。
第一保护编织层可以是织物护套。
例如,第一保护编织层由间位芳纶制成。
第一保护编织层能在重叠区域缝合在一起。
屏蔽编织层能从外部包裹在第一保护编织层周围。
每根电缆股外部能至少部分地被第二保护套包围。
第二保护管可由热缩合成材料(例如杜邦公司以

品牌名称销售的材料)制成。热缩合成材料重量轻,可承受高达210℃的温度。第二保护管也可由不锈钢材料制成,可承受高达260℃的温度。
电缆股中的一根的第二保护套的端部能从外部安装在压接部上,也能从外部安装在屏蔽编织层的压接的端部上。
第二保护套的端部能通过使用压接构件从外部压接到压接部上来固定。
第二保护套能至少部分地从外部包围屏蔽编织层。
连接插套的内部空间至少部分填充有树脂,以使电缆、屏蔽编织层和/或保护套嵌入。
本发明还涉及一种涡轮机,例如用于飞机的涡轮喷气发动机或涡轮螺旋桨发动机,其特征在于,所述涡轮机包括上述类型的电气线束。

具体实施方式
图1示出了根据本发明的第一实施例的线束1的一部分。线束由第一电缆股2和两根第二电缆股3,4组成,电缆股用于从电源向涡轮机组件供电,或在组件之间传递电信号。每根电缆至少有一根电导线。第一电缆的每根电导线5,6被分支到由电导线7,8组成的第二电缆股3,4中。
第一电缆股2和每根第二电缆股3,4外部被第一织物保护编织层包围。第一电缆股2的第一保护编织层9和第二电缆股3,4的第一保护编织层10,11在重叠区域12中缝合在一起。重叠区域12位于第一电缆股2的外部。
例如,第一保护编织层9,10,11由间位芳纶型合成材料制成。
第一电磁屏蔽编织层13从外部包围第一电缆股2和第一保护编织层9。类似地,第二电缆股3,4中的每一根及其各自的第一保护编织层10,11外部被第二电磁屏蔽编织层14,15包围。屏蔽编织层13,14,15是由铜和镍基合金制成的编织套管。

因此,连接插套16允许从第二不锈钢保护套过渡到第二合成保护套,并将电缆股分支成多根电缆股。使用单个衬套16可减小电气线束的尺寸,从而更容易将此类线束集成到小型涡轮机中。
屏蔽编织层13,14,15的布置也确保了连接插套处电磁屏蔽的连续性。
图3示出了根据本发明的另一实施例的电气线束的一部分。在所述具体实施例中,第一电缆股2和第二电缆股3,4的第一保护编织层9,11重叠并缝合在一起的重叠区域12位于连接插套16的固定部21内。
图4显示了两个线束36,37在紧固件33上的安装。具体地说,每个线束具有多个如上所述的连接插孔16。每个连接插套16的紧固部卡入紧固件33。具体而言,如所知,每个紧固件33具有由两个可弹性变形支腿组成的夹子形状。每个紧固件33本身可连接到涡轮机的固定部。紧固件33也可以是带硅酮护套的夹子。
