本发明涉及装配式建筑技术领域，且公开了一种装配式预制隔断卫生间结构，包括底座，底座上表面的中部固定连接有密封垫，底座上表面的边缘处插接有角板，角板之间设置有墙板，角板的一端插接有顶板。该装配式预制隔断卫生间结构，通过底座、密封垫、角板、墙板、顶板、第一插块、第二插块、第三插块、第四插块和第一固定螺栓的设置，第一插块方便将角板分别插接在底座的四角处提供支撑力，第二插块方便将顶板插接在角板上进行固定，第三插块便于将墙板卡接在底座上，墙板内设置有保温板、隔音板和防水板，防水板可以避免水渗入墙板内，隔音板可以降噪，保温板便于保温，固定板通过安装螺栓与安装架螺纹连接，便于拆卸。

技术领域
本发明涉及装配式建筑技术领域，具体为一种装配式预制隔断卫生间结构。
背景技术
卫生间就是厕所、洗手间、浴池的合称，住宅的卫生间一般有专用和公用之分，专用的只服务于主卧室；公用的与公共走道相连接，由其他家庭成员和客人公用，根据布局可分为独立型、兼用型和折中型三种。根据形式可分为半开放式、开放式和封闭式。比较流行的是区分干湿分区的半开放式，装配式建筑是指事先在工厂预制构件，在现场装配完成的建筑，这种建筑施工速度快，受天气影响较小，减少现场湿作业，建筑废弃物减少，扬尘少、噪声低、节省人力，提高生产效率，其中，装配式卫生间是装配式建筑预制部件的一种，在近几年得到很快的发展，我国传统建筑生产方式普遍存在着建筑资源能耗高、生产效率低下、劳动力成本逐步升高、资源短缺严重等问题，为了应对以上问题，国家大力倡导装配式建筑，以满足未来建筑业可持续发展的要求。
随着社会的不断发展和人口的急剧增加，装配式建设已慢慢成为建设的主流，其中最重要的便是住宅的建设，卫生间作为装配式住宅建设必不可少的一部分也越来越备受关注，装配式生态卫生间内部往往水汽较重，而现有的装配式墙板并不具备良好的防潮功能，在使用时间长了水汽附着在墙板的表面，容易使得墙板的表面发霉，清理起来比较麻烦，并且受潮时间长了会使墙板的内部发生腐蚀现象，降低了墙板的使用寿命。
发明内容
(一)解决的技术问题
针对现有技术的不足，本发明提供了一种装配式预制隔断卫生间结构，具备防潮、便于安装等优点，解决了传统卫生间在使用时间长了水汽附着在墙板的表面，容易使得墙板的表面发霉，清理起来比较麻烦，并且受潮时间长了会使墙板的内部发生腐蚀现象，降低了墙板的使用寿命的问题。
(二)技术方案
为实现上述防潮、便于安装的目的，本发明提供如下技术方案：一种装配式预制隔断卫生间结构，包括底座，所述底座上表面的中部固定连接有密封垫，所述底座上表面的边缘处插接有角板，所述角板之间设置有墙板，所述角板的一端插接有顶板。
优选的，所述底座上表面的四角处均固定连接有第一插块，所述角板下表面的中部开设有与第一插块相适配的插槽。
优选的，所述角板上表面的中部固定连接有第二插块，所述顶板下表面的四角处均开设有与第二插块相适配的插槽，所述角板的数量为四个。
优选的，所述底座上表面的边缘处固定连接有第三插块，所述墙板下表面的中部开设有与第三插块相适配的插槽，所述第三插块的表面开设有螺纹孔，所述螺纹孔的内侧壁螺纹连接有第一固定螺栓。
优选的，所述墙板上表面的中部固定连接有第四插块，所述第四插块的表面螺纹连接有第二固定螺栓。
优选的，所述墙板的一侧卡接有安装架，所述安装架的一侧固定连接有卡块，所述墙板的一侧开设有与卡块相适配的卡槽，所述卡块的数量为若干个。
优选的，所述安装架的一侧开设有安装槽，所述安装槽的内侧壁卡接有固定板，所述固定板表面的两侧均开设有安装孔，所述安装孔的内侧壁螺纹连接有安装螺栓，所述安装螺栓的数量为若干个，若干个所述安装螺栓等间距设置在固定板的两侧。
优选的，所述安装架的内部从内向外依次设置有隔音板、保温板和防水板，所述防水板的材质为橡胶，所述防水板与保温板和隔音板之间均涂设有密封胶。

与现有技术相比，本发明提供了一种装配式预制隔断卫生间结构，具备以下有益效果：该装配式预制隔断卫生间结构，通过底座、密封垫、角板、墙板、顶板、第一插块、第二插块、第三插块、第四插块和第一固定螺栓的设置，第一插块方便将角板分别插接在底座的四角处提供支撑力，第二插块方便将顶板插接在角板上进行固定，第三插块便于将墙板卡接在底座上，固定完成后通过第一固定螺栓和第二固定螺栓进行加固，墙板内设置有保温板、隔音板和防水板，防水板可以避免水渗入墙板内，隔音板可以降噪，保温板便于保温，固定板通过安装螺栓与安装架螺纹连接，便于拆卸。

请参阅图1-4，一种装配式预制隔断卫生间结构，包括底座1，底座1上表面的四角处均固定连接有第一插块22，角板3下表面的中部开设有与第一插块22相适配的插槽，底座1上表面的中部固定连接有密封垫2，底座1上表面的边缘处插接有角板3，角板3上表面的中部固定连接有第二插块6，顶板5下表面的四角处均开设有与第二插块6相适配的插槽，角板3的数量为四个，角板3之间设置有墙板4，墙板4的一侧卡接有安装架12，安装架12的一侧固定连接有卡块13，墙板4的一侧开设有与卡块13相适配的卡槽14，卡块13的数量为若干个，安装架12的一侧开设有安装槽15，安装槽15的内侧壁卡接有固定板16，固定板16表面的两侧均开设有安装孔17，安装孔17的内侧壁螺纹连接有安装螺栓18，安装螺栓18的数量为若干个，若干个安装螺栓18等间距设置在固定板16的两侧，安装架12的内部从内向外依次设置有隔音板19、保温板20和防水板21，防水板21的材质为橡胶，防水板21与保温板20和隔音板19之间均涂设有密封胶，墙板4内设置有保温板20、隔音板19和防水板21，防水板21可以避免水渗入墙板4内，隔音板19可以降噪，保温板20便于保温，固定板16通过安装螺栓18与安装架12螺纹连接，便于拆卸，角板3的一端插接有顶板5，底座1上表面的边缘处固定连接有第三插块7，墙板4下表面的中部开设有与第三插块7相适配的插槽，第三插块7的表面开设有螺纹孔8，螺纹孔8的内侧壁螺纹连接有第一固定螺栓9，通过底座1、密封垫2、角板3、墙板4、顶板5、第一插块22、第二插块6、第三插块7、第四插块10和第一固定螺栓9的设置，第一插块22方便将角板3分别插接在底座1的四角处提供支撑力，第二插块6方便将顶板插接在角板3上进行固定，第三插块7便于将墙板4卡接在底座1上，固定完成后通过第一固定螺栓9和第二固定螺栓11进行加固，墙板4上表面的中部固定连接有第四插块10，第四插块10的表面螺纹连接有第二固定螺栓11。
该文中出现的电器元件均与外界的主控器及220V市电电连接，并且主控器可为计算机等起到控制的常规已知设备。
综上所述，该装配式预制隔断卫生间结构，通过底座1、密封垫2、角板3、墙板4、顶板5、第一插块22、第二插块6、第三插块7、第四插块10和第一固定螺栓9的设置，第一插块22方便将角板3分别插接在底座1的四角处提供支撑力，第二插块6方便将顶板插接在角板3上进行固定，第三插块7便于将墙板4卡接在底座1上，固定完成后通过第一固定螺栓9和第二固定螺栓11进行加固，墙板4内设置有保温板20、隔音板19和防水板21，防水板21可以避免水渗入墙板4内，隔音板19可以降噪，保温板20便于保温，固定板16通过安装螺栓18与安装架12螺纹连接，便于拆卸。
