The smoke inlet pipe 1 is arranged at the top in the combustion chamber 14, and the inlet and the outlet of the smoke inlet pipe 1 are respectively communicated with the communicating port of the hot air chamber 11 and the first steering chamber 2. So that the hot air cavity and the discharge flue can be better replaced with each other, and the use is more convenient.
In order to better and more conveniently realize the flexible interconversion between the drying of cured food and the drying of dried food, the head end and the tail end of the baking room 21 are respectively provided with a smoke inlet 20 and a discharge outlet 26. The smoke inlet at the head end of the baking room 21 is communicated with the smoke outlet of the fourth steering cavity 10 through a smoke conveying pipe 8 and a draught fan.
In order to save biomass fuel resources and facilitate use, the exhaust outlet 24 at the tail end of the baking room 21 is provided with an exhaust pipe 18. The inlet of the exhaust pipe 18 is communicated with the exhaust port 24, and the outlet is respectively communicated with the air supply port 19 outside the baking room 21 and at the front end of the hot air cavity 11 through a control valve. When the hot air circulation hot air oven is used, hot air in the baking room can be selectively led into the hot air cavity to form circulation, the heat energy utilization rate is high, biomass fuel resources are saved, and the use is more convenient.
In order to better mutually replace the hot air cavity and the discharge flue, the guide pipe 34 is further included for more convenient use. Two ends of the guide pipe 34 are respectively communicated with the smoke conveying pipe 8 and the hot air pipe 7 through control valves. The outlet ends of the smoke conveying pipe 8 and the hot air pipe 7 are respectively provided with a control valve.
For wider application and more convenient use, the side wall of the combustion chamber 14 is also provided with an opening 16. The opening 16 is openable and closable by a sealing door. The side wall of the combustion cavity 14 is also provided with an opening 16, massive or strip-shaped waste wood and waste board firewood can be placed in the combustion cavity as fuel, the biomass fuel can be better adapted to various types, the application range is wider, and the use is more convenient.
In order to facilitate the use and simplify the operation, a smoke exhaust pipe 17 is also included. One end of the smoke exhaust pipe 17 is communicated with a smoke exhaust port of the fourth steering cavity 10 through a control valve and a draught fan, and the other end of the smoke exhaust pipe is communicated with a smoke dust treatment device. When the fuel with pollution is adopted, the flue gas and the smoke dust treatment device can be communicated to carry out flue gas treatment so as to meet the environmental sanitation discharge standard, the use is more convenient, and the operation is simpler.

the front end of the hot air cavity (11) is connected and isolated with the combustion cavity (14); the upper part of the hot air cavity (11) is provided with a communicating port communicated with the smoke outlet at the upper part of the combustion cavity (14); the communication port is communicated with the combustion chamber (14) through a control valve; the front end and the rear end of the hot air cavity (11) are respectively provided with an air supply port (19) and an air outlet;
the discharge flue comprises a first steering cavity (2), a second steering cavity (12), a third steering cavity (3), a fourth steering cavity (10) and a smoke pipe set;
the first turning cavity (2) and the third turning cavity (3) are sequentially arranged at the top of the hot air cavity (11) and are isolated from the hot air cavity (11); the first steering cavity (2) is communicated with a smoke outlet at the upper part of the combustion cavity (14) through a control valve;
the second turning cavity (12) and the fourth turning cavity (10) are sequentially arranged at the bottom of the hot air cavity (11) and are isolated from the hot air cavity (11); the fourth steering cavity (10) is provided with a smoke outlet;
the smoke pipe group consists of smoke pipes (4), the smoke pipes (4) are vertically and uniformly arranged in the hot air cavity (11), and two ends of each smoke pipe respectively extend out of the hot air cavity (11); the smoke pipe group comprises a smoke pipe group, a smoke pipe group and a smoke pipe group; two ends of a group of smoke pipes (4) are respectively arranged in the first steering cavity (2) and the second steering cavity (12); two ends of the smoke pipes of the smoke pipe group are respectively arranged in the second steering cavity (12) and the third steering cavity (3); two ends of the smoke pipes (4) of the three groups of smoke pipes are respectively arranged in a third steering cavity (3) and a fourth steering cavity (10), the fourth steering cavity is provided with an outlet and is discharged through an induced draft fan, so that smoke and heat energy of the combustion cavity (14) sequentially enter the one group of smoke pipes, the second steering cavity (12), the two groups of smoke pipes, the third steering cavity (3), the three groups of smoke pipes and the fourth steering cavity (10) along the first steering cavity (2) and are discharged through the induced draft fan;
a wind swinging device (23) is arranged in the baking room; the head end of the baking room (21) is provided with an air inlet (22), and the tail end is provided with an air outlet (24); an air inlet (22) at the head end of the baking room (21) is communicated with an air outlet at the rear end of the hot air cavity (11) through a hot air pipe (7) and an induced draft fan;
the air swinging device (23) comprises a fixed frame (30), an air swinging plate (31), a crank (29), an air swinging rod (27), a crank shaft (28) and a motor;
the fixed frame (30) is fixedly connected with the wall of the air inlet (22) at the head end of the baking room (21);
fixed shafts are arranged at two ends of the air swinging plate (31), and the fixed shafts at two ends of the air swinging plate (31) are respectively connected with two sides of the fixed frame (30) through bearings;
the crank (29) is arranged on one side of the fixed frame (30), one end of the crank is fixedly connected with the fixed shaft of the air swinging plate (31), and the other end of the crank is fixedly connected with the air swinging rod (27);
the air swing rod (27) is vertical to the horizontal plane;
one end of the crankshaft (28) is fixedly connected with the air swinging rod (27), and the other end of the crankshaft is in transmission connection with the motor through a gearbox, so that the crankshaft (28) can enable the air swinging rod (27) to move through the transmission of the motor to be linked with the air swinging plate (31) to rotate.
