1. A roaster oven, comprising: comprises a combustion furnace, a baking room (19) and a smoke processing device; the combustion furnace comprises a combustion chamber (14), a hot air chamber (11) and a discharge flue;
the combustion chamber (14) is provided with a fuel inlet (15); a furnace bridge (13) is arranged below the combustion chamber (14), and an ash accumulation chamber is arranged at the bottom of the furnace bridge (13); the upper part of the combustion cavity (14) is provided with a smoke outlet (1);

the discharge flue comprises a first steering cavity (2), a second steering cavity (12), a third steering cavity (3), a fourth steering cavity (10) and a smoke pipe set;
the first turning cavity (2) and the third turning cavity (3) are sequentially arranged at the top of the hot air cavity (11) and are isolated from the hot air cavity (11); the first steering cavity (2) is communicated with a smoke outlet (1) at the upper part of the combustion cavity (14) through a control valve;
the second turning cavity (12) and the fourth turning cavity (10) are sequentially arranged at the bottom of the hot air cavity (11) and are isolated from the hot air cavity (11); the fourth steering cavity (10) is provided with a smoke outlet (8);

the smoke dust treatment device comprises a storage tank (39), a spraying system and a filter,
the upper part of the head end of the storage tank (39) is provided with a smoke inlet, and the smoke inlet (40) is communicated with a smoke outlet (8) of the fourth steering cavity (10) through a pipeline and an induced draft fan; the top of the head end of the storage tank (39) is provided with a cover plate and is sealed by the cover plate; the top of the tail end of the storage tank (39) is open, and the bottom of the tail end of the storage tank is provided with a slag discharge pipe (36) and is controlled by a valve;
the spraying system comprises a spraying pipe (31), a water pump (32) and a water pipe, wherein the spraying pipe (31) is provided with uniformly arranged water spraying openings, and nozzles (30) are fixed on the water spraying openings; the spraying pipes (31) are uniformly arranged and fixed below the top cover plate at the head end of the storage pool (39) to form a spraying pipe network; the spray pipe is communicated with a water source through a water pump (32) and a water pipe;
the filter comprises a rotating shaft (33), a driven roller (37), a filter screen (38) and a motor (), wherein the rotating shaft (33) is in transmission connection with the motor and is fixed below a head end cover plate of the storage pool (39) through a bearing seat and in front of a tail end opening; the driven roller (37) is fixed at the bottom of the storage pool (39) through a bearing seat corresponding to the rotating shaft (33); filter screen (38) are arranged in between savings pond (39) head end and the open mouth in end and are kept apart savings pond (39) head end and the open mouth in end, and this filter screen (38) both ends fixed connection just suit is on pivot (33), driven voller (37), and motor drive pivot (33) enable filter screen (38) to rotate along pivot (33), driven voller (37).

The roaster oven of claim 3 wherein: the device also comprises a dust cleaning device, wherein the dust cleaning device comprises a dust cleaning rod (29) and a scraper (28); the length of the ash removing rod (29) is greater than that of the smoke pipe () and the tail end of the ash removing rod is provided with a handle; the shape of the scraper (28) is adapted to the shape of the cross section of the smoke tube (4), and the scraper (28) is fixed at the head end of the ash removal rod (29) so that the scraper (28) can be placed in the smoke tube (4) to scrape the inner wall of the smoke tube (4) through the ash removal rod (29).

the air swing rod (23) is vertical to the horizontal plane;
one end of the crankshaft (24) is fixedly connected with the air swinging rod (23), the other end of the crankshaft is in transmission connection with the motor through a gearbox, and the crankshaft (24) enables the air swinging rod (23) to move through the motor transmission to be linked with the air swinging plate (27) to rotate.

The roaster oven of claim 5 wherein: the air outlet (22) at the tail end of the baking room (19) is provided with an air exhaust pipe (17), the inlet of the air exhaust pipe (17) is communicated with the air outlet (22), and the outlet of the air exhaust pipe is communicated with the air supplementing opening (18) at the front end of the hot air cavity (11) outside the baking room (19) through a control valve.
