a. selecting parent turtles: selecting an individual with 4-6 years old and 2-3kg body weight, which is in line with the classification characteristics of the Chinese soft-shelled turtles, has strong physique, complete appearance, no damage, no distortion, normal body color, bright skin, thick and elastic skirt as a parent soft-shelled turtle;
b. parent turtle stocking: the fourth culture pond for culturing parent turtles is disinfected firstly, and the method comprises the following steps: filling water for soaking for 10-20 days, changing water for 2-3 times during the period, then adopting quick lime for disinfection, and then stocking after disinfection, wherein the stocking time is spring or autumn, the water temperature is not lower than 15 ℃, one parent turtle with stocking density of 2-3kg is stocked per square meter, and the stocking proportion of male and female turtles is 4-5: 1;
c. parent turtle breeding: the parent turtles need a large amount of protein and other nutrient substances before and after spawning, the protein content in the feed is 40-50%, the fat content is generally below 2%, the fat content is increased to 3-5% before hibernation, the carbohydrate is not more than 20%, the protein in the feed mainly comprises animal protein and accounts for more than 70%, a small amount of plant feed is properly supplemented, after spring beginning, bait is thrown at the water temperature of more than 18 ℃, the bait is selected from fresh and alive fishes, snails and earthworms, the water temperature is 20-25 ℃, the bait is only thrown once every day at 10-12 am, the water temperature is more than 25 ℃ twice every day, and the bait is thrown at 8-9 am and 3-5 pm;
d. daily management;
3) propagation and hatching:
a. spawning collection: controlling the water content of a sand soil layer of a spawning area to be 5-6%, enabling the soft-shelled turtles to spawn on the spawning area, patrolling a spawning platform every morning, collecting soft-shelled turtle eggs, placing the soft-shelled turtle eggs on sand in an incubation box, and controlling the water content of the sand in the incubation box to be 5-6%;
b. hatching: placing the hatching box into a hatching chamber, controlling the temperature in the hatching chamber to be 28-34 ℃ and the humidity in the hatching chamber to be 75-85%, and hatching for 25-40 d;
c. temporary rearing of young turtles: temporarily culturing the young soft-shelled turtles which just come out of the shells in a basin for 24-36h, placing 10-15cm of fine sand in the basin, and filling water until the fine sand is submerged by 1-3cm, wherein the temporary culture temperature is the same as the temperature of an incubation room, and putting the young soft-shelled turtles into a first culture pond for culture when the temporary culture temperature reaches more than 10 g/soft-shelled turtle;
4) feeding:
raising young turtles: the density is 30-50 per square meter, the feed for the young turtles is fed according to the parent turtle feeding mode in the step 2) every day, the feeding amount is 4-6% of the total weight of the young turtles, the water in the first culture pond is replaced once in 3-5 days, the residual bait residues are removed, and the water quality is kept fresh;
young turtle breeding: the density is 5-10 per square meter, the feed for the young turtles is fed every day according to the parent turtle feeding mode in the step 2), and the feeding amount is 4-7% of the total weight of the young turtles;
adult turtle breeding: the density is 1-2 per square meter, the feed for the parent turtles is fed according to the parent turtle feeding mode in the step 2) every day, and the feeding amount is 5-8% of the total weight of the young turtles;
the feed for the young turtles comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 20-30 parts of rice bran, 40-50 parts of fish meal, 1-5 parts of fresh yellow mealworm, 1-3 parts of compound vitamin, 2-6 parts of burdock root, 3-7 parts of radish seed, 1-3 parts of berberine and 1-2 parts of soybean oil;
the feed for the young turtles comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-40 parts of rice bran, 40-50 parts of fish meal, 3-5 parts of fresh pupa maggots, 1-3 parts of tamarind, 1-3 parts of cattail pollen, 0.1-0.5 part of salt and 1-5 parts of zeolite powder;
the feed for adult trionyx sinensis comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-40 parts of rice bran, 30-40 parts of fish meal, 3-5 parts of fresh yellow mealworm, 1-3 parts of caltrop, 1-3 parts of madder, 0.1-0.5 part of salt and 1-5 parts of zeolite powder;
