Abstract

本发明公开一种香樟果肉色素印花浆及其在纯棉织物上的印花方法,印花浆包括如下重量组分:香樟果肉色素3~6%、阳离子改性石墨烯0.05~0.1%、瓜儿豆胶40%~60%、稀土金属碳酸盐0.1~0.3%、余量为水和醋酸,醋酸用量为控制印花浆的pH值为2~6。本发明结合香樟果肉色素的结构特征,选择稀土金属碳酸盐,同时引入阳离子改性的石墨烯,提升了香樟果肉色素在纯棉织物上的染色效果,印花后纯棉织物的色牢度较好。此外,阳离子改性的石墨烯片分散性较好,不会影响香樟果肉色素的色泽,且吸附在纯棉织物上形成膜,在一定程度上具有抗菌作用。

技术领域
本发明属于织物印花技术领域,具体涉及一种香樟果肉色素印花浆及其在纯棉织物上的印花方法。
背景技术
香樟树形雄伟壮观,四季常绿,树冠开展,枝叶繁茂,浓荫覆地,枝叶秀丽而有香气,是作为行道树、庭荫树、风景林、防风林和隔音林带的优良树种。香樟对氯气、二氧化碳、氟等有毒气体的抗性较强,也是工厂绿化的好材料。香樟的枝叶破裂散发香气,对蚊、虫有一定的驱除作用,生长季节病虫害少,又是重要的环保树种。香樟果是香樟树的果实,11月份进入成熟期,成熟后的香樟果呈紫黑色,这些果实进入晚秋季节会从树上掉落,散落道路无人问津,也给环卫工作带来麻烦。有研究发现香樟果果肉中含有大量的红色素物质,该色素应用与纺织品具有安全性。
发明内容
为了缓解香樟果带来的环境问题,并变废为宝,本申请提供一种香樟果肉色素印花浆及其在纯棉织物上的印花方法。
为了实现本发明目的,所采用的技术方案为:一种香樟果肉色素印花浆,包括如下重量组分:香樟果肉色素3~6%、阳离子改性石墨烯0.05~0.1%、瓜儿豆胶40%~60%、稀土金属碳酸盐0.1~0.3%、余量为水和醋酸,醋酸用量为控制印花浆的pH值为2~6;阳离子改性石墨烯由如下方法制得:超声波作用下,将氧化石墨烯分散到去离子水中,加入3-氯-2-羟丙基三甲基氯化铵,调节pH值为10~12,于55~65℃,反应1~1.5h,过滤水洗至中性,再在超声波作用下,将滤饼充分分散在去离子水中,再向其中加入水合肼,加热至70~90℃,反应10~12h,过滤、水洗至中性,真空干燥得阳离子改性石墨烯。
作为优选,水合肼与氧化石墨烯的质量比为0.9~1.2:1,在该用量下,水合肼可以将氧化石墨烯充分还原,且因氧化石墨烯上接枝的阳离子,还原后的石墨烯在水中可以得到较好的分散效果,不会团聚。
作为优选,上述香樟果肉色素印花浆的制备方法为,超声波作用下,将阳离子改性的石墨烯充分分散在去离子水中,然后加入香樟果肉色素,升温至40~60℃,1~3h后,依次加入稀土金属碳酸盐和印花糊料,充分分散后加入醋酸调节pH值。
上述香樟果肉色素印花浆在纯棉织物上的印花方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)基于扎堆法,采用3-氯-2-羟基丙基三甲基氯化铵对纯棉织物进行阳离子改性;
(2)采用上述香樟果肉色素印花浆对步骤(1)中阳离子改性后的纯棉织物印花,印花后的纯棉织物依次经预烘干、饱和蒸汽汽蒸后,再水洗、焙烘。
作为优选,烘干温度为100~110℃,时间为5~7min;汽蒸温度为120~135℃,汽蒸时间为30~40min。
与现有技术相比,本发明取得了如下有益的技术效果:结合香樟果肉色素的结构特征,选择稀土金属碳酸盐,同时引入阳离子改性的石墨烯,提升了香樟果肉色素在纯棉织物上的染色效果,印花后纯棉织物的色牢度较好。此外,阳离子改性的石墨烯片分散性较好,不会影响香樟果肉色素的色泽,且吸附在纯棉织物上形成膜,在一定程度上具有抗菌的作用。
具体实施方式
本发明下面结合实施例作进一步详述:
实施例1:
一种香樟果肉色素印花浆,包括如下重量组分:香樟果肉色素3%、阳离子改性石墨烯0.1%、瓜儿豆胶60%、碳酸镧0.1%、余量为水和醋酸,醋酸用量为控制印花浆的pH值为3。
香樟果肉色素印花浆通过如下方法制得:超声波作用下,将阳离子改性的石墨烯充分分散在去离子水中,然后加入香樟果肉色素,升温至60℃,1h后,依次加入碳酸镧和印花糊料,充分分散后加入醋酸调节pH值。
阳离子改性石墨烯由如下方法制得:超声波作用下,将氧化石墨烯分散到去离子水中,加入3-氯-2-羟丙基三甲基氯化铵,调节pH值为10,于55℃,反应1.5h,过滤水洗至中性,再在超声波作用下,将滤饼充分分散在去离子水中,再向其中加入水合肼(水合肼与氧化石墨烯的质量比为0.9:1),加热至90℃,反应12h,过滤、水洗至中性,真空干燥得阳离子改性石墨烯。
如上述香樟果肉色素印花浆在纯棉织物上的印花方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)配制50g/L的3-氯-2-羟基丙基三甲基氯化铵,像其中加入氢氧化钠溶液调节pH为8~9,浸扎阳离子改性后的纯棉织物,控制轧余率80%,包裹于塑料薄膜中,并在室温下旋转堆置18h,再用40℃温水清洗,以醋酸中和后,再用清水洗至中性,离心甩干再晾干;
(2)采用上述香樟果肉色素印花浆对步骤(1)中的阳离子改性后的纯棉织物印花,印花后的纯棉织物依次经预烘干、饱和蒸汽汽蒸后,再水洗、焙烘。
烘干温度为100℃,时间为5min;汽蒸温度为120℃,汽蒸时间为30min。
实施例2
一种香樟果肉色素印花浆,包括如下重量组分:香樟果肉色素6%、阳离子改性石墨烯0.05%、瓜儿豆胶40%、碳酸铈0.3%、余量为水和醋酸,醋酸用量为控制印花浆的pH值为5。
香樟果肉色素印花浆通过如下方法制得:超声波作用下,将阳离子改性的石墨烯充分分散在去离子水中,然后加入香樟果肉色素,升温至50℃,2.5h后,依次加入碳酸铈和印花糊料,充分分散后加入醋酸调节pH值。
阳离子改性石墨烯由如下方法制得:超声波作用下,将氧化石墨烯分散到去离子水中,加入3-氯-2-羟丙基三甲基氯化铵,调节pH值为12,于60℃反应1h,过滤水洗至中性,再在超声波作用下,将滤饼充分分散在去离子水中,再向其中加入水合肼(水合肼与氧化石墨烯的质量比为1.2:1),加热至80℃,反应11h,过滤、水洗至中性,真空干燥得阳离子改性石墨烯。
如上述香樟果肉色素印花浆在纯棉织物上的印花方法,包括如下步骤:

实施例3
一种香樟果肉色素印花浆,包括如下重量组分:香樟果肉色素4%、阳离子改性石墨烯0.08%、瓜儿豆胶50%、碳酸钇0.2%、余量为水和醋酸,醋酸用量为控制印花浆的pH值为4;阳离子改性石墨烯由如下方法制得:超声波作用下,将氧化石墨烯分散到去离子水中,加入3-氯-2-羟丙基三甲基氯化铵,调节pH值为10,于60℃,反应1.5h,过滤水洗至中性,再在超声波作用下,将滤饼充分分散在去离子水中,再向其中加入水合肼(水合肼与氧化石墨烯的质量比为1.1:1),加热至80℃,反应11h,过滤、水洗至中性,真空干燥得阳离子改性石墨烯。
香樟果肉色素印花浆通过如下方法制得:超声波作用下,将阳离子改性的石墨烯充分分散在去离子水中,然后加入香樟果肉色素,升温至50℃,2h后,依次加入碳酸钇和印花糊料,充分分散后加入醋酸调节pH值。
如上述香樟果肉色素印花浆在纯棉织物上的印花方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)配制50g/L的3-氯-2-羟基丙基三甲基氯化铵,像其中加入氢氧化钠溶液调节pH为8~9,浸扎阳离子改性后的纯棉织物,控制轧余率80%,包裹于塑料薄膜中,并在室温下旋转堆置18h,再用40℃温水清洗,以醋酸中和后,再用清水洗至中性,离心甩干再晾干;

对比实施例1
一种香樟果肉色素印花浆,包括如下重量组分:香樟果肉色素3%、瓜儿豆胶60%、碳酸镧0.1%、余量为水和醋酸,醋酸用量为控制印花浆的pH值为3。
香樟果肉色素印花浆通过如下方法制得:超声波作用下,加入香樟果肉色素,升温至60℃,依次加入碳酸镧和印花糊料,充分分散后加入醋酸调节pH值。
如上述香樟果肉色素印花浆在纯棉织物上的印花方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)用5g/L的多羧酸溶液二浸二轧纯棉织物,控制轧余率为80%,再红外烘干,得预处理后的纯棉织物;
(2)采用上述香樟果肉色素印花浆对步骤(1)中的预处理后的纯棉织物印花,印花后的纯棉织物依次经预烘干、饱和蒸汽汽蒸后,再水洗、焙烘。
烘干温度为100℃,时间为5min;汽蒸温度为120℃,汽蒸时间为30min。
效果实施例
采用电脑测配色系统Xrite ci7800,在D65/10°条件下测定上述实施例和对比实施例制备的印花纯棉织物的K/S值,结果见表1。
按GB/T 3920-2008《纺织品色牢度实验耐摩擦色牢度》测试印花纯棉织物织物的干、湿摩擦牢度,将测试织物和衬布固定后,采用标准棉衬布和蒸馏水浸湿的标准棉衬布测试印花纯棉织物的干摩擦牢度和湿摩擦牢度,设定摩擦次数为来回10次,结果见表1。
按照GB/T 3921-2008《纺织品色牢度实验耐皂洗色牢度》测定印花纯棉织物的皂洗牢度,将4cm x 10cm印花纯棉织物与同样尺寸的标准棉衬布和毛衬布放入钢杯,采用SW-12型耐洗色牢度试验机测定印花织物的水洗牢度,测试条件:5g/L标准皂片,2g/L无水碳酸钠,浴比为1:50,温度50℃时间30min,结果见表1。
采用ATLAS-150s日晒牢度仪按照GB/T 8427-2008《纺织品色牢度实验耐人造光色牢度:氙弧》测试印花纯棉织物的日晒牢度,测试条件:箱体温度35℃,相对湿度40%,黑板温度50℃,照射强度76%。把测试布样与标准羊毛蓝卡同时照射,对照羊毛蓝卡的变褪色程度确定试样的日晒牢度级别,结果见表1。

6.根据权利要求4所述的樟果色素印花浆在纯棉织物上的印花方法,其特征在于:所述烘干温度为100~110℃,时间为5~7min;汽蒸温度为120~135℃,汽蒸时间为30~40min。
