Substitutional tea composition and granules for tonifying qi and spleen and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of food processing, in particular to a medicinal and edible substitutional tea composition for tonifying qi and spleen and preventing a novel coronavirus (COVID-19), granules and a preparation method thereof.
Background
After the outbreak of COVID-19, the national administration of Chinese medicine, the administration of Chinese medicine in various provinces, the municipalities of the direct jurisdiction and the municipalities of the autonomous region issued COVID-19 prevention schemes of Chinese medicine in succession. The Chinese medicinal prevention prescription in each place is based on jade screen powder, and is added with components for clearing heat and tonifying spleen. Yupingfeng powder is an ancient Chinese medicinal prescription, is derived from the research original prescription written by Zhang Song of Nansong medical doctors, contains radix astragali, Atractylodis rhizoma, and radix Saposhnikoviae, is a tonic, and can regulate immunity of human body. The prevention prescriptions are summarized and analyzed, and the main core traditional Chinese medicine mechanisms of the prevention prescriptions are replenishing qi, clearing heat, invigorating spleen and dispelling dampness.
At the time of new emerging, preventive approaches are urgently needed by the public. However, the prevention prescriptions in various places generally contain non-medicinal and edible components, and besides most of astragalus, bighead atractylodes rhizome and divaricate saposhnikovia root which are not medicinal and edible substances, the prevention prescriptions also generally contain one or more other non-medicinal and edible substances such as forsythia, rhizoma atractylodis, dwarf lilyturf tuber and the like. The non-medicinal and edible components are not suitable for long-term administration, and the prevention of diseases such as new coronary disease is a long-term process, and medicinal and edible formulas need to be developed for long-term administration. In addition, if the taste of the prevention formula is poor, the crowd acceptance is poor, and the prevention formula is difficult to persist in long-term drinking, the taste of the prevention formula needs to be further optimized, and the crowd acceptance is increased. The development of a prescription which is homologous in medicine and food, suitable for long-term taking and excellent in taste is necessary for preventing diseases such as new crown and the like.
