Description

Protein sugar-control meal replacement powder and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to meal replacement food, in particular to protein sugar-control meal replacement powder and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the improvement of living standard and the change of dietary structure and life style, the number of overweight and obese patients with type II diabetes (T2 DM) is increasing. At present, diabetes is treated mainly by orally administering a single insulin secretagogue or an enzyme inhibitor, which is a type of hypoglycemic agent, or using insulin, or both, to control blood sugar of a diabetic patient, and even by hunger therapy, surgical treatment, and the like. The treatment modes of 'only obtaining and not supplementing' have large side effect, so that the patient generates dependence on the medicament, and the secretion burden of pathological pancreatic islets is increased for a long time, so that the pancreatic islet cell failure and the secondary failure of the medicament are caused, various organs of the body are seriously damaged, and the condition of complications is caused or increased.
Therefore, the search for food with auxiliary treatment effect on overweight and obese type II diabetes is of great significance for reducing medication cost and delaying the occurrence of diabetic complications.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that:
the protein sugar-control meal replacement powder provided by the invention contains barley malt powder, chestnut peel powder, comprehensive fruit and vegetable extracts, yeast chromium, bitter gourd extracts, water-soluble dietary fibers, konjac glucomannan, compound vitamins, mineral substances and the like, and each substance has the following advantages:
the barley malt flour is rich in water-soluble fiber, nicotinic acid, phosphate, copper, selenium, amino acid, etc. The barley malt flour can effectively improve the utilization rate of glucose, reduce insulin resistance, increase the sensitivity of cells to insulin and assist in managing the blood sugar value of hyperglycemia. Increasing cellular uptake utilizes glucose rather than via regulation by insulin. Maintain healthy glucose metabolism, reduce blood sugar, reduce triglyceride, delay aging caused by high blood sugar value, and increase sugar metabolism and utilization.
The chestnut peel powder is rich in oligomeric proanthocyanidins, gallic acid, and ellagic acid. Can effectively inhibit amylase activity and glucoronidase activity, reduce sugar absorption, and reduce postprandial hyperglycemia;
the comprehensive fruit and vegetable extract is extracted from more than 30 antioxidant natural comprehensive fruits and vegetables, and aims at 5 kinds of free radicals, namely peroxide free radical, hydroxyl free radical, peroxynitrite free radical, superoxide anion free radical and singlet oxygen free radical. The highest oxidation resistance reaches 40,000 ORAC, the body aging is comprehensively prevented, the healthy inflammation reaction is promoted, the anti-cancer reaction is promoted, the skin health is promoted, the cardiovascular health is promoted, the healthy brain function is promoted, and the eyesight health is promoted;
the concentration of chromium in blood of diabetic patients is 40% lower than that of normal people, chromium is called glucose tolerance factor, yeast chromium is beneficial to improving glucose tolerance and increasing insulin activity, and chromium deficiency can cause abnormal glucose and fat metabolism and nerve disorder. Chromium supplementation can promote fat consumption and muscle increase, is helpful for converting amino acid into protein to form muscle, and is helpful for inhibiting fat deposition in fat cells;
the balsam pear extract can effectively reduce the oxidation pressure induced by hyperglycemia, reduce the in-vivo inflammatory reaction, improve dyslipidemia and abnormal blood coagulation system, and further relieve the occurrence of thrombotic cardiovascular complications; the high-energy lipid-clearing extract contained in the balsam pear extract can reduce the absorption of fat and polysaccharide by 40 to 60 percent. And does not participate in human metabolism and has no toxic or side effect; the balsam pear is praised as 'plant insulin', and has the functions of repairing B islet cells and enhancing the activity of the islet cells;
the konjac gum is used as soluble dietary fiber and can form a protective layer around food so as to prevent digestive enzymes from acting with the food, the konjac gum can absorb water and swell (80-100 times) in water, can inhibit appetite, generate satiety and reduce food intake, and the konjac gum can delay and prevent the absorption of nutrient substances such as cholesterol, monosaccharide and the like so as to reduce the synthesis of fatty acid in the body;
the pectin in the water-soluble dietary fiber can prolong the retention time of food in intestines and reduce the absorption speed of glucose, so that the blood sugar does not rise rapidly after eating, and the improvement of the diabetes condition is facilitated;
the compound vitamin has the main effects of supplementing various vitamins, effectively relieving body fatigue and effectively regulating symptoms caused by unbalanced diet.
Therefore, the meal replacement powder provided by the invention has natural raw materials, can comprehensively supplement nutrition required by human cells, improve the activity of insulin cells and the body resistance, prevent or relieve diabetic complications and reduce the dependence of patients on medicines.
