本发明公开了一种带补偿阀座双重密封球阀,包含:阀杆,球,球套设在所述阀杆端部,阀杆的另一端设置方榫及螺纹,通过手柄连接,通过转动手柄带动阀杆的转动,从而控制球体转动来达到控制阀门开启和关闭的目的,球体采用浮动设计。所述手柄与球之间,自上而下依次设置垫片,填料压盖,填料,均套设在阀杆上;阀体和阀盖与球体之间分别设置一个阀座。球与阀座之间形成密封面,将阀体前后两个口分开,当球阀打开时,阀体两个腔体相互连通。本发明一种带补偿阀座双重密封球阀能在温度较高的环境中使用,并能广泛应用于船舶消防管系,双重密封的设置既充分的保证了阀门的密封性能,同时又具有防火结构,具有极其广泛的用途。

技术领域
本发明属于阀门技术领域,具体涉及一种带补偿阀座双重密封球阀。
背景技术
球阀是启闭件(阀体)由阀杆带动,并绕球阀轴线作旋转运动的阀门。用于流体的调节与控制。随着科学技术的飞速发展,生产工艺及产品结构的不断改进,球阀已发展成为一种主要的阀类,具有耐磨性好、密封性优越、开关轻、使用寿命长等特点,被广泛应用于石油炼制、长输管线、化工、造纸、制药、水利,电力、市政、钢铁等行业。
随着造船行业的发展,越来越多的阀门应用于船舶管系中,并在整个船舶系统中起着相当重要的地位,特别是金属硬密封球阀,广泛应用于船舶消防管系,提供消防用水。
船舶消防管路系统十分复杂和重要,通常球阀处于常闭状态,球阀的密封效果对管路系统的正常工作有着非常大的影响。但是由于消防管路球阀的使用工况比较复杂,消防用水通常为海水,夹杂着大量固体杂质,在使用过程中,由于传统软密封球阀密封效果显著,但是不耐高温;而硬密封球阀虽然耐高温,但是密封性能不是很好,而且在长期使用过程中,海水中的杂质和固体夹杂颗粒会停留在密封面上,当阀门关闭时,由于挤压作用,使固体杂质和球体,阀座的接触面产生应力集中,从而导致应力超过了材料的强度极限,容易使密封面上产生不明显的缺陷,阀门的持续性使用会使缺陷进一步被放大,形成不规则状孔洞,使得液体杂质在孔洞中停留,与阀盘中的活泼金属与不活泼金属间构成原电池,从而发生化学腐蚀和电化学腐蚀,导致密封面表面进一步快速腐蚀,从而破坏了阀门的密封效果,使阀门失效,管路系统不能正常工作,从而为维修带来了不便,阀门密封面容易损坏,不利于阀门的长期使用。
发明内容
为了克服船舶消防管路系统高温且固体颗粒杂质较多等问题,本发明提供了一种带补偿阀座双重密封球阀,通过软硬复合密封,使其适用于杂质较多的介质,适用于船舶消防各种复杂管系以及恶劣工况。
本发明公开的一种带补偿阀座双重密封球阀,包含:中体、阀盖、碟簧、密封圈、阀座组件、球体、金属波齿复合垫片、垫片、阀杆、填料、填料压盖、限位块、手柄;
所述球体套在所述阀杆的一端,与阀座相接形成密封面,将中体及阀盖前后两个出口分开;
所述阀杆的另一端设置方榫和螺纹,通过手柄连接;
所述手柄与球体之间,自上而下依次设置限位块,填料压盖,填料,中体,碟簧,密封圈,阀座组件;
所述限位块、填料压盖、填料套设在阀杆上;
所述阀盖设置在所述中体下方;所述中体与阀盖之间设置有金属波齿复合垫片;当球阀打开时,球阀前后两个通道相互连通。
较佳地,所述金属波齿复合垫片由波齿表面黏结柔性石墨或聚四氟乙烯的无石棉非金属材料形成。
较佳地,所述阀盖与球体之间的阀座组件包含:弹簧、蝶簧、密封圈、阀座,所述阀座表面设有一层橡胶,硫化在阀座表面。
较佳的,所述阀杆与中体之间设置有垫片。
较佳地,所述阀杆与填料压盖之间设有三组填料,所述填料采用金属石墨编织材料。
较佳地,所述阀盖与中体通过紧固件连接。
与现有技术相比,本发明提供的带补偿阀座双重密封球阀具有以下优点或益处:通过由弹簧,蝶簧,密封圈,阀座组成阀座组件,平时可用PTFE橡胶进行密封,充分保障了密封性能,在温度较高的情况下,阀座融化失效后,由于弹簧及碟簧的作用,使金属阀座与球体接触,起到密封作用,能广泛应用于船舶消防管系,双重密封的设置既充分的保证了阀门的密封性能,同时又具有防火结构,具有极其广泛的用途,极大的提高了阀门的使用性能。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图,通过详细说明较佳的具体实施例,对本发明进一步阐述。
如图1所示,本发明提供的带补偿阀座双重密封球阀中,所述阀杆(11),为球阀的传动件。所述球体(8),套在所述阀杆(11)的一端。所述球体(8)套在所述阀杆(11)的端部,与阀座相接形成密封面,将中体(1)及阀盖(2)前后两个出口分开,所述阀盖(2)与中体(1)通过紧固件连接。所述阀杆(11)的另一端设置方榫及螺纹,通过手柄(15)连接,通过转动手柄(15)带动阀杆(11)的转动,从而实现控制球体转动来达到控制阀门开启和关闭的目的,所述球体(8)采用浮动设计。
所述手柄(15)与球体(8)之间,自上而下依次设置限位块(14),填料压盖(13),填料(12),中体(1),碟簧(5),密封圈(6),阀座(7)。所述阀杆(11)与中体(1)之间设置有垫片(10)。
所述阀杆(11)与填料压盖(13)之间有三组填料(12),所述填料(12)材料为金属石墨编织材料;从上到下依次为镍丝增强石墨、高纯度蝶形石墨、镍丝增强石墨。采用特殊构造的镍丝增强石墨作为端环具有优异的抗刮性和刮垢清洁功能,中间采用的高纯度蝶形石墨能在低预条件下达到高效密封的特性,充分保证阀门填料处密封性能。
所述限位块(14),填料压盖(13),填料(12)套设在阀杆上。
所述阀盖(2)设置在所述中体(1)下方。所述中体(1)与阀盖(2)之间设置有金属波齿复合垫片(9)。该垫片是由特殊的波形的金属架下表面黏结柔性石墨或聚四氟乙烯等无石棉非金属材料组成。波齿状的骨架较齿形复合垫片有更好的回弹补偿性能和更低预紧载荷。
所述阀盖(2)与球体(8)之间有一阀座组件,所述阀座组件由弹簧,蝶簧(5),密封圈(6),阀座(7)组成。所述阀座表面有一层橡胶,硫化在阀座表面。
当球阀打开时,球阀前后两个通道相互连通。

1.一种带补偿阀座双重密封球阀,其特征在于,包含:中体、阀盖、碟簧、密封圈、阀座组件、球体、金属波齿复合垫片、垫片、阀杆、填料、填料压盖、限位块、手柄;
所述球体套在所述阀杆的一端,与阀座相接形成密封面,将中体及阀盖前后两个出口分开;
所述阀杆的另一端设置方榫和螺纹,通过手柄连接;
所述手柄与球体之间,自上而下依次设置限位块,填料压盖,填料,中体,碟簧,密封圈,阀座组件;
所述限位块、填料压盖、填料套设在阀杆上;
所述阀盖设置在所述中体下方;所述中体与阀盖之间设置有金属波齿复合垫片;当球阀打开时,球阀前后两个通道相互连通。
2.如权利要求1所述的带补偿阀座双重密封球阀,其特征在于,所述金属波齿复合垫片由波齿表面黏结柔性石墨或聚四氟乙烯的无石棉非金属材料形成。
3.如要求1所述的带补偿阀座双重密封球阀,其特征在于,所述阀盖与球体之间的阀座组件包含:弹簧、蝶簧、密封圈、阀座,所述阀座表面设有一层橡胶,硫化在阀座表面。
4.如要求1所述的带补偿阀座双重密封球阀,其特征在于,所述阀杆与中体之间设置有垫片。
5.如要求1所述的带补偿阀座双重密封球阀,其特征在于,所述阀杆与填料压盖之间设有三组填料,所述填料采用金属石墨编织材料。
