10 parts of soapberry; 14 parts of Chinese honeylocust; 10 parts of tea seeds; 2 parts of lucid ganoderma by weight; 8 parts of turmeric; 5 parts of sophora flavescens; 6 parts of ligusticum chuanxiong hort; 4 parts of angelica; 7 parts of rhizoma cyperi; 5 parts of calamus; 2 parts of liquorice; 4 parts of polygonum multiflorum; 5 parts of cacumen biotae; 5 parts of mulberry leaves; 8 parts of clove flower; pentapeptide-10.08 weight parts; 18 parts by weight of sodium lauroyl sarcosinate; 0.8 part by weight of hydroxyethyl cellulose; 0.06 part by weight of citric acid; 3 parts of sodium chloride.

5-15 parts by weight of soapberry; 10-20 parts by weight of gleditsia sinensis; 5-15 parts of tea seeds; 1-3 parts by weight of lucid ganoderma; 6-10 parts by weight of turmeric; 4-8 parts of sophora flavescens; 4-8 parts of ligusticum chuanxiong hort; 3-6 parts of angelica; 6-10 parts by weight of rhizoma cyperi; 4-12 parts of calamus; 1-3 parts by weight of liquorice; 2-6 parts of polygonum multiflorum; 2-7 parts of cacumen biotae; 2-7 parts of mulberry leaves; 5-12 parts of clove flower; pentapeptide-10.05-1 parts by weight.

The shampoo containing plant and peptide active ingredients as claimed in claim 1, wherein the shampoo further comprises a cosmetically or pharmaceutically acceptable carrier, the cosmetically or pharmaceutically acceptable carrier is one or more of water, surfactant, hair conditioner, skin conditioner, pH adjuster, dispersant, viscosity adjuster, chelating agent, preservative, colorant, pearlizing agent, and essence, and the water is one or more of deionized water, purified water, and distilled water.
3. The shampoo containing plant and peptide active ingredients as claimed in claim 2, characterized in that the shampoo further comprises 10-25 parts by weight of sodium lauroyl sarcosinate.

The shampoo containing plant and peptide active ingredients as claimed in claim 3, characterized in that the shampoo further comprises the following components in parts by weight: 0.5 to 1.5 parts by weight of hydroxyethyl cellulose; 2-4 parts of sodium chloride; 0.01-0.1 weight part of citric acid.
5. The shampoo containing plant and peptide active ingredients as claimed in claim 4, wherein the shampoo comprises the following components in parts by weight:
10 parts of soapberry; 14 parts of Chinese honeylocust; 10 parts of tea seeds; 2 parts of lucid ganoderma by weight; 8 parts of turmeric; 5 parts of sophora flavescens; 6 parts of ligusticum chuanxiong hort; 4 parts of angelica; 7 parts of rhizoma cyperi; 5 parts of calamus; 2 parts of liquorice; 4 parts of polygonum multiflorum; 5 parts of cacumen biotae; 5 parts of mulberry leaves; 8 parts of clove flower; pentapeptide-10.08 weight parts; 18 parts by weight of sodium lauroyl sarcosinate; 0.8 part by weight of hydroxyethyl cellulose; 0.06 part by weight of citric acid; 3 parts of sodium chloride.
