本发明涉及紫菜加工,特别涉及一种具有保健效果的紫菜藻片的制备方法。
背景技术
随着人们生活的工作繁忙,生活压力增大,缺乏运动,休息时间减少,作息紊乱,亚健康作为一种“新型疾病”出现,躯体方面可表现为疲乏无力、食欲不振、易于感冒、眼部干涩;心理方面可表现有情绪低落、心烦意乱、记忆力下降、反应迟钝等;这些问题都在无形之中影响着我们身体的健康以及社交关系的发展。目前的一些保健品作用单一、毒副作用大、不宜服用,寻找高效的保健品是正是研究的热点。紫菜主要为红毛菜科植物,产量大,干紫菜中含有蛋白质、碳水化合物、胡萝卜素、抗坏血酸、维生素等多种营养物质,具有提高免疫力、增强心肌收缩、降血脂、抗肿瘤等作用;并且能够快速排除体内重金属等毒素,促进新陈代谢,提高细胞再生能力,全面增强人体免疫力。

发明目的:本发明目的是提供营养丰富、容易被吸收、减少营养物质流失的的紫菜藻片的制备方法。
技术方案:本发明提供一种具有保健效果的紫菜藻片的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)取紫菜洗净,将紫菜和崩解剂混合打浆,加入无菌水得混合液,超声处理,离心,获得底部藻体沉淀;
(2)将藻体沉淀中加入有机溶剂,磁力搅拌处理,减压蒸馏得到藻粉;
(3)将上层溶液与有机溶剂混合,减压蒸馏之后得到的产物和步骤(2)的藻粉合并;
(4)将(3)得到的产物和超纯水混合,搅拌,制成膏体;
(5)将膏体倒入磨具,冷冻,待成型之后切成薄片。
进一步地,所述步骤(1)中崩解剂成分包括羧甲基淀粉纳和玉米淀粉。羧甲基淀粉纳和玉米淀粉混合能够把营养成分较好的从紫菜中提取出来,混合使用的效果更佳。
进一步地,所述有机溶剂为乙酸乙酯。乙酸乙酯对大部分有机类营养物质有较好的萃取效果,经过旋蒸之后无毒性,产物提取效率高。
进一步地,步骤(1)中浆料与无菌水的体积比为1∶1-2。除有机相之外,利用无菌水提取水溶性的物质,减少营养流失。
进一步地,所述步骤(2)中藻体沉淀与有机溶剂的质量比为1∶1-10。较大的有机溶剂体积比能够增加提取的效果,增加藻片的营养成分,在考虑原料价格的基础上合适的选择溶剂比例能够起到节省原料和增大收益的效果。
有益效果:本发明的藻片富含紫菜和小球藻的营养。本发明紫菜藻片,通过超声破壁法,利用有机溶剂萃取、减压蒸馏保留了藻中的大量营养物质,提高生产效果,添加复合崩解剂,藻片能够快速被人体吸收,减少了营养物质的流失。具有抗肿瘤、降血脂、增加人体免疫力等良好保健效果。
具体实施方式
实施例1
本实施例的具有保健效果的紫菜藻片的制备方法,按照重量份进行配置:
紫菜90份,羧甲基淀粉纳2份,玉米淀粉8份。
具体制备方法:
(1)选取90份品相良好的紫菜,流水冲洗2分钟,将紫菜和2份羧甲基淀粉纳以及8份玉米淀粉放入搅拌器打成浆料,按照重量份配置浆料:无菌水(体积比1∶1)混合液,超声波40℃处理10分钟,离心获得底部藻体沉淀;
(2)将藻体沉淀物中加入质量比1∶1的乙酸乙酯,磁力搅拌器100rpm处理30分钟,然后通过减压蒸馏得到藻粉;
(3)上层溶液与乙酸乙酯按照质量比1∶1混合,减压蒸馏之后得到的产物和步骤二藻粉合并;
(4)将制备好的藻粉和超纯水按照质量比90∶10放入搅拌器中,搅拌5分钟混合均匀,制成均匀膏体;
(5)将膏体倒入圆柱形磨具,-15℃冷冻4个小时,待成型之后切成大小合适的薄片。
实施例2:
本实施例的具有保健效果的紫菜藻片的制备方法,按照重量份进行配置:
紫菜95份,羧甲基淀粉纳2份,玉米淀粉3份。
具体制备方法:
(1)选取95份品相良好的紫菜,流水冲洗2分钟,将紫菜和2份羧甲基淀粉纳以及3份玉米淀粉放入搅拌器打成浆料,按照重量份配置浆料:无菌水(体积比1∶1.5)混合液,超声波40℃处理20分钟,离心获得底部藻体沉淀;
(2)将藻体沉淀物中加入质量比1∶8的乙酸乙酯,磁力搅拌器100rpm处理30分钟,然后通过减压蒸馏得到藻粉;
(3)上层溶液与乙酸乙酯按照质量比1∶1混合,减压蒸馏之后得到的产物和步骤二藻粉合并;
(4)将制备好的藻粉和超纯水按照质量比95∶5配比放入搅拌器中,搅拌5分钟混合均匀,制成均匀膏体;
(5)将膏体倒入圆柱形磨具,-15℃冷冻4个小时,待成型之后切成大小合适的薄片。
实施例3:
本实施例的具有保健效果的紫菜藻片的制备方法,按照重量份进行配置:
紫菜90份,羧甲基淀粉纳5份,玉米淀粉5份。
具体制备方法:

(4)将制备好的藻粉和超纯水按照质量比85∶15配比放入搅拌器中,搅拌5分钟混合均匀,制成均匀膏体;
(5)将膏体倒入圆柱形磨具,-15℃冷冻4个小时,待成型之后切成大小合适的薄片。
实施例4:性能检测
分别使用自动蛋白分析测定仪、脂肪分析仪、纤维分析仪、紫外可见分光光度计、高效液相色谱仪测定本发明藻片成品内的各种营养含量。
表1紫菜藻片中的主要营养成分
由上表可知本专利制作的紫菜藻片富含蛋白质、维生素、碳水化合物多种成分,营养含量丰富且均匀,是一种方便而且营养良好的藻片。该藻片具有提高免疫调节、抗氧化、抗癌症、抗衰老、改善调节肠道环境等功能。

1.一种具有保健效果的紫菜藻片的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
(1)取紫菜洗净,将紫菜和崩解剂混合打浆,加入无菌水得混合液,超声处理,离心,获得底部藻体沉淀;
(2)将藻体沉淀中加入有机溶剂,磁力搅拌处理,减压蒸馏得到藻粉;
(3)将上层溶液与有机溶剂混合,减压蒸馏之后得到的产物和步骤(2)的藻粉合并;
(4)将(3)得到的产物和超纯水混合,搅拌,制成膏体;
(5)将膏体倒入磨具,冷冻,待成型之后切成薄片。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有保健效果的紫菜藻片的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)中崩解剂成分包括羧甲基淀粉纳和玉米淀粉。
