5. The bird damage prevention device for the high-voltage transmission line tower according to claim 1, wherein the holder module is a two-dimensional holder;
and the main control module controls the rotation angle, the rotation speed and the retention time of the two-dimensional holder through the control signal received by the wireless communication module.
6. The bird damage prevention device for the high-voltage transmission line tower according to claim 5, wherein the laser module is installed in a waterproof housing, and the waterproof housing is supported by the two-dimensional cradle head.
7. The bird damage prevention device for the high-voltage transmission line tower according to claim 1, wherein the comprehensive audio module comprises an audio playing module, a power amplifier module and an ultrasonic wave generating module;
the audio playing module is connected with an audio playing loudspeaker through the power amplifier module, and the ultrasonic wave generating module is connected with an ultrasonic wave loudspeaker through the power amplifier module.

the bird sound identification module and the radar module are used for identifying the sound emitted by the birds, and when the birds are identified, the bird sound identification module and the radar module are used for sending identification signals to the main control module through the wireless communication module;
the main control module controls the cradle head module to rotate according to the identification signal so as to enable the laser module connected with the cradle head module to carry out laser irradiation and drive birds, and the main control module controls the comprehensive audio module to send out audio to drive the birds.
10. The bird damage prevention method for the high-voltage transmission line tower according to claim 9, further comprising a illuminance detection module;
the illuminance detection module is used for monitoring environment brightness information and transmitting the environment brightness information to the main control module, and the main control module controls the laser module and/or the comprehensive audio module to drive birds according to the environment brightness information.
