Description
The technical field is as follows:
the invention belongs to the field of earthworm cultivation, and particularly relates to a transportation method of earthworms.
Background art:
the earthworm is not only a traditional Chinese medicinal material in China, but also can treat various diseases. The earthworm is rich in protein, fat and carbohydrate, has a crude protein content of up to 70 percent, contains amino acids, vitamins and trace elements required by human bodies, can be used for producing animal feeds, medicines and cosmetics, and can be eaten by people.
With the development of the earthworm breeding industry, the demands of people on earthworms are increasing due to factors such as special aquaculture, fishing, medicine use, seed use and the like, the development of earthworm trade in various regions is promoted, and some earthworms are even exported, wherein the transportation mode of the earthworms is the fastest and convenient mode for long-distance transportation; but at present at the air transportation in-process, adopt earthworm cast as the base stock, then 2 layers of braided bags of overcoat, the condition that the earthworm drilled out the braided bag very easily appears, lead to climbing everywhere in the aircraft storehouse all be the earthworm, influence the environment in aircraft storehouse, cause the loss of earthworm simultaneously, consequently do not solve above-mentioned problem and require 2 layers of braided bags of overcoat to become 6 layers of braided bags of overcoat, but increase and have following problem behind the braided bag: the supply of oxygen can be influenced after the woven bags are increased, and the earthworms are extremely easy to die due to oxygen deficiency under the condition that the airplane cannot land for a long time, so that the loss and the waste of the earthworms are caused.
The invention content is as follows:
the invention aims to provide a transportation method of earthworms, which can improve the survival time of the earthworms.
The technical scheme of the invention discloses a transportation method of earthworms, which comprises the following steps: (1) preparing an earthworm carrier base material; (2) mixing earthworms; (3) bagging; (4) loading an airplane warehouse;
(1) preparing an earthworm carrier base material: mixing the beach soil and wormcast aired for more than 1 year according to the proportion of 1-2: 1, mixing to obtain an earthworm carrier base material;
(2) mixing earthworms: mixing the earthworm carrier base material in the step (1) with earthworms according to the weight ratio of 1-2: 1, uniformly mixing;
(3) bagging: filling the earthworms uniformly mixed in the step (2) and the earthworm carrier base material into a woven bag;
(4) loading an airplane warehouse: and (4) putting the earthworms packaged in the step (3) into a box with air holes, putting the box into an airplane warehouse, and controlling the survival temperature of the earthworms.
Further, the moisture of the beach soil in the step (1) is 18% -22%, and the pH value is 5.5-6.5.
Further, the length of the fiber contained in the beach soil is 0.3-1 cm.
Further, the humidity of the wormcast in the step (1) is 23-26%.
Further, 3-9 layers of the woven bags are sequentially sleeved outside the woven bags in the step (3).
Furthermore, the living temperature of the earthworms is 0-30 ℃, and 4 frozen 550ml mineral water is filled in each woven bag filled with 7.5kg earthworms.
Further, each of the frozen mineral water bottles is wrapped with 2-4 layers of newspaper.
Further, a first mineral water bottle is embedded at 1/4 position in the woven bag; a second mineral water bottle is embedded at 1/2 position in the woven bag; a third mineral water bottle is embedded at 3/4 position in the woven bag; the fourth mineral water bottle is embedded at the top part in the woven bag.
The invention has the advantages that:
1. according to the method, the straw beach soil and the wormcast aired for more than 1 year have the characteristic of being loose as the earthworm carrier base material, so that the earthworm carrier base material contains more oxygen, the oxygen breathed by the skin of the earthworm is increased, and the survival time of the earthworm is prolonged;
2. according to the invention, the frozen mineral water bottle wrapped with newspaper is adopted, so that the survival temperature of earthworms is controlled for a long time, and the survival rate of the earthworms is improved.
