Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of aquaculture, in particular to a device for separating young mussels from seedlings and accurately culturing the young mussels and a manufacturing method thereof.
Background
In the breeding season of the freshwater mussels, in spring and summer, sperm eggs are fertilized in gill cavities of external gill petals, fertilized eggs form mature hooked larvae through development and are discharged out of bodies, byssus and hook teeth are parasitized at gill filaments or soft fin strips of host fishes, and the young freshwater mussels are developed through transient parasitic transformation, so that natural propagation is completed. The traditional breeding mode is that host fish infected with leptocylindrus hybridus larvae are directly put into a breeding pond to shed seedlings, however, the accumulated temperature required for metamorphosis development of the leptocylindrus hybridus larvae of different species is different, the water temperature of 20 ℃ generally needs 8-9 days to shed seedlings, namely the accumulated temperature is 160-180 degrees, and the development synchronism of the leptocylindrus hybridus larvae is poor, and the shedding time generally needs to last 2-3 days, so the process has the following disadvantages: (1) the breeding time of the host fish infected with the leptocylindrus clarkii larvae (hereinafter referred to as host fish) is too long, and the death risk is increased; (2) the survival rate of the young mussels which fall off is influenced by the residual bait and excrement generated in the process of cultivating the host fish; (3) the host fish is disturbed by the production activity to stir the bottom of the pond, so that the young mussels are lost along with the overflow of water flow; (4) some host fishes have the habit of feeding young mussels, and a large number of young mussels can be fed; (5) the fish body and the pool wall are rubbed and damaged to cause death or stress death due to the production activities; (6) the number of young clams in the cultivation pool cannot be evaluated, and the density is larger or smaller, so that accurate cultivation cannot be carried out. In addition, aiming at the artificial breeding research of some rare or endangered species, the traditional cultivation facilities are not beneficial to the fine tracking research, such as host fish screening and the like. Therefore, the key point of the invention is to develop the artificial-controlled device for separating, collecting and accurately cultivating the young mussels.

When the fry-off accumulated temperature is reached, the young mussels which are successfully metamorphosed and the larval hamulus which is not normally metamorphosed and dies in the process can fall off from the host fish body and settle to the bottom of the fry-off young mussel and the collection box. Because the young mussel is taken off and the separation net is arranged in the collecting box, the problem that the host fish is disturbed to stir the bottom of the pool due to production activities is avoided, the young mussel is lost along with overflow of water flow, and the young mussel is prevented from being eaten by the host fish. The upper layer of the filtering and collecting net cage is used for intercepting large impurities such as host fish excrement, water body sediments, dropped fish scales and the like, the lower layer of the filtering and collecting net cage is used for collecting surviving juvenile mussels and death juvenile leptocypris larvae which fail in metamorphosis, and therefore the risk of anoxic death of the juvenile mussels (respiratory organs which are not completely developed) buried in the impurities such as the host fish excrement and the like can be reduced, and the key seedling cultivation indexes such as juvenile leptocypris parasitic quantity, seedling emergence time, juvenile mollusk metamorphosis rate and the like can be effectively counted. Quantitatively putting the collected young mussels into a young mussel cultivation box after counting for accurate seed cultivation.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the invention creatively combines and mutually independent host fish culture, juvenile mussel seedling removal and collection and offspring seed culture. The method is characterized in that the breeding process of the larval hamulus on the host fish body before the larval mussel falls off through metamorphosis development is carried out by independently transferring the larval hamulus into the host fish temporary breeding box, meanwhile, the isolation net is arranged in the host fish temporary breeding box to isolate the host fish from the box bottom, compared with the traditional method that the host fish is directly placed into a cement or brick breeding pool for breeding offspring seeds, the method can firstly reduce the risk that the fish body is rubbed or collided with the pool wall to be injured and infected and stir the pool bottom to pollute water to die, and secondly can greatly reduce the risk that the larval mussel is killed due to the fact that residual bait, excrement, dropped fish scales and the like accumulated in the breeding. Host fishes close to seedling shedding are driven into the young mussel seedling shedding and collecting box from the temporary culture box through the fish placing port to shed seedlings, and the method can avoid damage and stress death caused by transferring the caught host fishes. The young mussel fry-off and collecting system is independently arranged, and the isolation net is arranged in the young mussel fry-off and collecting box, so that the problem that host fish are disturbed by production activities to stir the bottom of the pool is avoided, the young mussels are lost along with overflow of water flow, and the problem that the fallen young mussels are greatly ingested by the host fish is avoided. The juvenile mussel seedling removing and collecting box is provided with a certain gradient at the bottom, so that the juvenile mussels can be conveniently gathered into the collecting tank, meanwhile, the filtering and collecting net box is manufactured according to the specifications of the juvenile mussels for filtering and separating the juvenile mussels, and large impurities such as excrement, sediments, scales and the like generated in the juvenile mussel seedling removing process are separated from the juvenile mussels, so that the juvenile mussels are efficiently separated, the counting accuracy and efficiency of the juvenile mussels are improved, and the method is beneficial to improving the parasitic effect evaluation of the host fish and is beneficial to accurate breeding of the juvenile mussels. The temperature control system can timely regulate and control the water temperature of the whole device, firstly, the water temperature in the host fish temporary culture box and the seedling removal box can be raised according to needs on the premise of certain seedling removal accumulated temperature, the metamorphosis development time of the leptocylindrus on the host fish body is shortened, the survival rate of the host fish is improved, and the juvenile mussel seedling removal rate is improved; and secondly, the survival rate and the growth rate of young mussels in the precise fry rearing pond are improved by adjusting the temperature.
