Description

Planting method of polygonatum sibiricum
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of sealwort planting, in particular to a sealwort planting method.
Background
Along with the rapid development of the economy of China, the living standard of people is greatly improved, the pace of life is also accelerated, and the problem of body health is more prominent. In recent years, people continuously recognize the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine for treating health problems, and particularly, the small side effect of traditional Chinese medicinal materials is more and more popular with people, and the dosage of the traditional Chinese medicinal materials is more and more increased. Rhizoma polygonati is one of common Chinese medicinal materials, and is also regarded as polygonatum odoratum, yellow chicken dish, ramuli calliantha, rhizoma alismatis, and rhizome of manyflower solomonseal. Rhizoma Polygonati has effects of invigorating qi, nourishing yin, invigorating spleen, moistening lung, and invigorating kidney. It is commonly used for deficiency of spleen-stomach qi, fatigue, stomach yin deficiency, dry mouth, poor appetite, lung deficiency, dry cough, hemoptysis, essence and blood deficiency, soreness and weakness of waist and knees, early white beard and hair, internal heat, diabetes. Rhizoma Polygonati has antifatigue, antioxidant, antiaging, hemostatic, cardiovascular and antiviral effects. Especially, in recent years, polygonatum sibiricum is found to be capable of regulating the activity of sugar metabolism and has remarkable prevention and treatment effects on diabetes; the sealwort extract can obviously reduce the blood sugar level of diabetic mice caused by alloxan and can also reduce the high blood sugar level caused by adrenalin or exogenous glucose; the polygonatum polysaccharide has stronger inhibition effect on the activity of alpha-glucosidase, and the polygonatum polysaccharide formed by single glucose has the strongest inhibition effect and hypoglycemic activity; the rhizoma polygonati water extract can enhance the expression of insulin resistance rat glucose transporter genes of type II diabetes, thereby playing a role in reducing blood sugar. Therefore, the functions of the sealwort are quite numerous, the demand of people on the sealwort market is increased, and the sealwort planting technology is promoted to be rapidly developed. The traditional sealwort planting mode is extensive management, namely less planting participation management is needed, most of sealwort planting modes only emphasize topdressing fertilizer, and the sealwort growth is left to the control, the planted sealwort growth is uneven, the yield of the planted sealwort is low, the heavy metal content of the produced sealwort is excessive, so that the quality of the planted sealwort is poor, and the normal use of the sealwort is influenced. Moreover, pesticide is sprayed once when the polygonatum sibiricum suffers from diseases, so that the pesticide residue of the produced polygonatum sibiricum exceeds the standard, and even the problems of polygonatum sibiricum burn necrosis and the like occur, and the quality of the polygonatum sibiricum is seriously influenced.
