Abstract

本发明为一种提高天然彩色蚕丝纤维抗紫外性能的方法。它包括如下步骤:(1)交联整理:将蚕茧在水中浸泡10‑30min,配置交联剂溶液,按照浴比为1:30‑1:50,温度为30‑50℃,对浸泡后的蚕茧震荡处理,然后加入碳酸钠溶液,调节PH值至7‑14,处理60‑80min后,汽蒸烘干;(2)煮茧、脱胶:将茧放入50‑70℃清水中浸渍2‑10min,在100℃高温中煮茧5‑10min,然后放入20‑40℃低温水中,采用生物酶脱胶,清洗;得到脱胶后的彩色蚕丝纤维;(3)柔软和抗紫外线整理;(4)蒸汽处理:处理后的彩色蚕丝纤维在汽蒸温度为80℃‑120℃、湿度为40%‑100%的环境下汽蒸60‑180min,完成烘干后,自然晾干10‑24h。

一种提高天然彩色蚕丝纤维抗紫外性能的方法
技术领域
本发明公开一种提高天然彩色蚕丝纤维抗紫外性能的方法,属于纺织品制备领域。
背景技术
随着“绿色环保”理念越来越普及,消费者对环保产品更加青睐有加。天然彩色蚕丝是蚕在吐丝时便具有的色彩,颜色鲜艳、饱和度高、无毒无害,无需用化学染料染色,避免了由于印染加工造成的水污染问题;天然彩色蚕丝纤维具有抗菌、抗氧化、抗紫外的性能。
彩色蚕丝蛋白质纤维中含有的芳香族氨基酸,分子活性较大,对于300nm的紫外光具有良好的吸收性;但是其吸收能力有限,当纤维受到长时间的紫外光照射时,就会出现褪色现象。这使得天然彩色蚕丝的应用和发展受到了限制,在市场上所占的比例低。因此研究提高天然彩色蚕丝纤维抗紫外性能的方法具有现实意义。
申请号为200410040741.9的发明专利,公开了一种用天然彩色茧固色缫制彩色丝的工艺方法,该方法利用戊二醛作为固化蛋白的作用作为整理剂,使得丝胶不易脱除,而将天然色素保留下来,此专利并没有提供解决耐光色牢度方法。
申请号为200710043660.8的发明专利,公开了一种提高天然彩色蚕丝色彩的方法,该方法将蚕丝浸入色素转移处理液中进行浸渍或汽蒸处理,然后干燥脱胶后得到的丝素中天然色素含量提高2-3倍,此方法的实际效果一般,不理想,而且此专利并没有提供解决耐光色牢度方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中存在的缺陷,提供一种可减少天然彩色蚕丝纤维在使用过程中受到光照后褪色现象的提高天然彩色蚕丝纤维抗紫外性能的方法。
本发明是这样实现的:一种提高天然彩色蚕丝纤维抗紫外性能的方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)交联整理:将蚕茧在水中浸泡10-30min,配置浓度为0.1-10g/l的交联剂溶液,按照浴比为1:30—1:50,温度为30-50℃,对浸泡后的蚕茧震荡处理20—40min,然后加入浓度为10—30g/l碳酸钠溶液,调节PH值至7-14,处理60-80min后,汽蒸烘干,其中所述交联剂为三聚氯氰;
(2)煮茧、脱胶:将茧放入50-70℃清水中浸渍2-10min,在100℃高温中煮茧5-10min,然后放入20-40℃低温水中,采用生物酶脱胶,用量为0.5-10g/l,pH值范围为1-7,处理时间40-80min,浴比1:30-1:60,然后用清水清洗,得到脱胶后的彩色蚕丝纤维;
(3)柔软和抗紫外线整理:将粒径为30-100nm的无机纳米抗紫外整理剂按用量为2%-6%(o.w.f)、粘合剂用量为1%-5%(o.w.f)、有机硅柔软剂用量为0.5%-10%(o.w.f),浴比为1:10-1:50,配制成整理液,将脱胶后的彩色蚕丝纤维浸渍在整理液中,浸渍时间为10-40min,浸渍温度为10℃-60℃;
(4)蒸汽处理:将步骤(3)处理后的彩色蚕丝纤维在汽蒸温度为80℃-120℃、湿度为40%-100%的环境下汽蒸60-180min,完成烘干后,再自然晾干10-24h。
步骤(2)中,所述生物酶为木瓜蛋白酶,或木瓜蛋白酶和硫代硫酸钠浓度比为1:40的混合物。
步骤(3)中,所述粘合剂为聚丙烯酸脂类粘合剂。
步骤(3)中,所述有机硅柔软剂为甲基硅油类柔软剂。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明通过采用交联剂三聚氯氰与彩色蚕丝纤维的丝胶进行交联,不发生着色,能有效减少彩色蚕丝纤维丝胶溶解,提高色素含量;采用生物酶脱胶,绿色环保,可使蚕丝手感柔软、光泽好,对纤维损伤小;在柔软整理中加入无机纳米抗紫外整理,一方面可以改善彩色蚕丝纤维的手感,另一方面采用无机纳米抗紫外整理剂提高天然彩色蚕丝纤维抗紫外性能,经过整理后无机纳米抗紫外整理剂包覆在彩色蚕丝纤维表面,减少对紫外线的吸收,从而提高天然彩色蚕丝纤维抗紫外性能。在蚕茧到蚕丝的正常生产工序中进行提高色素含量和提升抗紫外性能整理,没有额外增加工序,工艺简单易操作,成本低,适用于生产整理,整理后天然彩色蚕丝的耐日晒牢度提升1-2级。
具体实施方式
本发明一种提高天然彩色蚕丝纤维抗紫外性能的方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)交联整理:将蚕茧在水中浸泡10-30min,配置浓度为0.1-10g/l的交联剂溶液,按照浴比为1:30—1:50,温度为30-50℃,对浸泡后的蚕茧震荡处理20—40min,然后加入浓度为10—30g/l碳酸钠溶液,调节PH值至7-14,处理60-80min后,汽蒸烘干,其中所述交联剂为三聚氯氰。
(2)煮茧、脱胶:将茧放入50-70℃清水中浸渍2-10min,在100℃高温中煮茧5-10min,然后放入20-40℃低温水中,采用生物酶脱胶,用量为0.5-10g/l,pH值范围为1-7,处理时间40-80min,浴比1:30-1:60,然后用清水清洗;得到脱胶后的彩色蚕丝纤维;其中,所述生物酶为木瓜蛋白酶,或所述生物酶为木瓜蛋白酶和硫代硫酸钠浓度比为1:40的混合物。
(3)柔软和抗紫外线整理:将粒径为30-100nm的无机纳米抗紫外整理剂按用量为2%-6%(o.w.f)、粘合剂用量为1%-5%(o.w.f)、有机硅柔软剂用量为0.5%-10%(o.w.f),浴比为1:10-1:50,配制成整理液,将脱胶后的彩色蚕丝纤维浸渍在整理液中,浸渍时间为10-40min,浸渍温度为10℃-60℃。其中,所述粘合剂为聚丙烯酸脂类粘合剂;所述有机硅柔软剂为甲基硅油类柔软剂。
(4)蒸汽处理:将步骤(3)处理后的彩色蚕丝纤维在汽蒸温度为80℃-120℃、湿度为40%-100%的环境下汽蒸60-180min,完成烘干后,再自然晾干10-24h。
下面就具体实施例对本发明做进一步阐述。
实施例一:
本实施例包括如下步骤:
(1)交联整理:将蚕茧在水中浸泡30min,配置浓度为3g/l的交联剂三聚氯氰溶液,按照浴比为1:50,温度为50℃,对浸泡后的蚕茧震荡处理40min,然后加入浓度为30g/l碳酸钠溶液,调节PH值至10,处理80min后,汽蒸烘干。
(2)煮茧、脱胶:将茧放入60℃清水中浸渍5min,在100℃高温中煮茧8min,然后放入40℃低温水中,采用木瓜蛋白酶脱胶,用量为3g/l,pH值为6,处理时间60min,浴比1:50,然后用清水清洗,得到脱胶后的彩色蚕丝纤维。
(3)柔软和抗紫外线整理:将粒径为30nm的纳米锌无机抗紫外整理剂按用量为5%(o.w.f)、聚丙烯酸脂类粘合剂用量为3%(o.w.f)、二甲基环保硅油柔软剂用量为2%(o.w.f),浴比为1:30,配制成整理液,将脱胶后的彩色蚕丝纤维浸渍在整理液中,浸渍时间为30min,浸渍温度为30℃。
(4)蒸汽处理:将步骤(3)处理后的彩色蚕丝纤维在汽蒸温度为100℃、湿度为60%的环境下汽蒸120min,完成烘干后,再自然晾干12h。
本实施例方法的优点是:本发明通过采用交联剂三聚氯氰与丝胶进行交联,不发生着色,能有效减少丝胶溶解,提高色素含量;在柔软整理中加入纳米锌无机抗紫外整理剂,一方面可以改善蚕丝手感,另一方面采用纳米锌无机抗紫外整理剂提高天然彩色蚕丝抗紫外性能,经过整理后纳米锌无机抗紫外整理剂包覆在蚕丝表面,减少对紫外线的吸收,从而提高天然彩色蚕丝纤维抗紫外性能。在蚕茧到蚕丝的正常生产工序中,进行提高色素含量和提升抗紫外性能整理,没有额外增加工序,工艺简单易操作,成本低,适用于生产整理,整理后天然彩色蚕丝的耐日晒牢度提升1-2级。
实施例二:
本实施例包括如下步骤:
(1)交联整理:将蚕茧在水中浸泡10min,配置浓度为8g/l的三聚氯氰溶液,按照浴比为1:40,温度为40℃,对浸泡后的蚕茧震荡处理70min,然后加入浓度为30g/l碳酸钠溶液,调节PH值至10,处理60min后,汽蒸烘干。
(2)煮茧、脱胶:将茧放入60℃清水中浸渍5min,在100℃高温中煮茧8min,然后放入30℃低温水中,采用木瓜蛋白酶和硫代硫酸钠混合物脱胶,用量为5g/l,pH值范围为6,处理时间60min,浴比1:50,然后用清水清洗,得到脱胶后的彩色蚕丝纤维。
(3)柔软和抗紫外线整理:将粒径为50nm的无机纳米抗紫外整理剂按用量为4%(o.w.f)、粘合剂用量为2%(o.w.f)、有机硅柔软剂用量为6%(o.w.f),浴比为1:40,配制成整理液,将脱胶后的彩色蚕丝纤维浸渍在整理液中,浸渍时间为20min,浸渍温度为60℃;
其中,所述无机纳米抗紫外整理剂为为纳米锌无机抗紫外整理剂。所述粘合剂为为聚丙烯酸脂类粘合剂。所述有机硅柔软剂为二甲基环保硅油柔软剂。
(4)蒸汽处理:将步骤(3)处理后的彩色蚕丝纤维在汽蒸温度为90 ℃、湿度为50%的环境下汽蒸90min,完成烘干后,再自然晾干20h。
本实施例方法的优点是: 通过使用的生物酶为木瓜蛋白酶和硫代硫酸钠混合物,进行脱胶,硫代硫酸钠的加入可减少木瓜蛋白酶的使用量,保持酶活性,同时对酶脱胶具有促进作用,提升脱胶效果,降低脱胶成本。

(1)交联整理:将蚕茧在水中浸泡10-30min,配置浓度为0.1-10g/l的交联剂溶液,按照浴比为1:30—1:50,温度为30-50℃,对浸泡后的蚕茧震荡处理20—40min,然后加入浓度为10—30g/l碳酸钠溶液,调节pH值至7-14,处理60-80min后,汽蒸烘干,其中所述交联剂为三聚氯氰;
