The working principle of the invention is as follows: drying human and animal excreta, crushing by a stirrer to obtain human and animal excreta powder, opening a box door 3, adding the human and animal excreta powder into a pot body 10 on a processing box 4, then starting a first cylinder 19 and a second cylinder 22 of a homogenizing mechanism 14 to work in a telescopic manner, wherein one end of a first movable rod 20 is movably connected with a horizontal part of a bracket 12, the other end of the first movable rod 20 is movably connected with one end of a second movable rod 21, the other end of the second movable rod 21 is connected with a shovel plate 23, so that the shovel plate 23 continuously stirs the human and animal excreta powder, simultaneously starting a driving motor 6 of a driving mechanism to work, the driving motor 6 drives a driving gear 7 to rotate, the driving gear 7 drives a driven gear 24 to rotate by meshing action, the driven gear 24 is sleeved on the outer wall of the bottom of a connecting cylinder 13, the connecting cylinder 13 is sleeved on the outer wall of a supporting column 11, the connecting rod 8 is of an L-shaped structure, the vertical part of the connecting rod 8 is connected with the rotating ring 9, so that the rotating ring 9 rotates along the pot body 10, the homogenizing mechanism 14 is driven to rotate and stir the pot body 10, meanwhile, the hydraulic cylinder 15 is controlled to work, the rotating motor 16 and the sterilizing lamp 18 descend, the heights of the pot body 10 and the sterilizing lamp 18 are adjusted, and human and animal excrement powder in the pot body 10 is sterilized; the homogenizing mechanism 14 can stir and fry the human and animal excrement powder in the pot body 10, so that the human and animal excrement powder can be sterilized under the irradiation condition of the sterilizing lamp 18, meanwhile, the driving mechanism can drive the homogenizing mechanism 14 to rotate along the pot body 10, and therefore the human and animal excrement powder in the pot body 10 can be sterilized comprehensively and efficiently under the matching condition of the driving mechanism and the homogenizing mechanism 14, and the preparation efficiency of the human and animal excrement organic fertilizer is greatly improved;
controlling the hydraulic cylinder 15 to work, so that the sterilizing lamp 18 is reset, closing the sterilizing lamp 18 and the rotating motor 16, then adding a biological leavening agent solution into the sterilized human and animal excrement powder for fermentation, and then performing fermentation for 6-8 days at the fermentation temperature of 18-22 ℃ under the work of the homogenizing mechanism 14 and the driving mechanism to obtain the human and animal excrement organic fertilizer.

Claims (7)
1. A human and animal manure organic fertilizer is characterized in that: the organic fertilizer comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 70-80 parts of human and animal excrement powder and 2-3 parts of biological leavening agent, wherein the biological leavening agent is composed of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 18-22 parts of photosynthetic bacteria, 8-10 parts of actinomycetes, 8-10 parts of bacillus subtilis, 8-10 parts of saccharomycetes and 8-10 parts of lactobacillus plantarum;
the preparation method of the organic fertilizer containing human and animal excreta comprises the following steps:
the first step is as follows: drying human and animal excreta, crushing the human and animal excreta by a stirrer to obtain human and animal excreta powder, opening a box door (3), adding the human and animal excreta powder into a pot body (10) on a processing box (4), then starting a first cylinder (19) and a second cylinder (22) of a homogenizing mechanism (14) to perform telescopic work, enabling a shovel plate (23) to continuously stir-fry the human and animal excreta powder as one end of a first movable rod (20) is movably connected with a horizontal part of a bracket (12), the other end of the first movable rod (20) is movably connected with one end of a second movable rod (21), the other end of the second movable rod (21) is connected with the shovel plate (23), simultaneously starting a driving motor (6) of a driving mechanism to work, the driving motor (6) drives a driving gear (7) to rotate, the driving gear (7) drives a driven gear (24) to rotate by meshing action, and the driven gear (24) is sleeved on the outer wall of the bottom of a connecting cylinder (13), the connecting cylinder (13) is sleeved on the outer wall of the supporting column (11) and is rotationally connected with the supporting column (11), connecting rods (8) are respectively arranged on two sides of the outer wall of the top of the connecting cylinder (13), each connecting rod (8) is of an L-shaped structure, the vertical part of each connecting rod (8) is connected with the corresponding rotating ring (9), so that the rotating rings (9) rotate along the pot body (10), the homogenizing mechanism (14) is driven to rotate and stir-fry the pot body (10), meanwhile, the hydraulic cylinder (15) is controlled to work, the rotating motor (16) and the sterilizing lamp (18) are lowered, the heights of the pot body (10) and the sterilizing lamp (18) are adjusted, and human and animal excrement powder in the pot body (10) is sterilized;
the second step is that: controlling the hydraulic cylinder (15) to work, resetting the sterilizing lamp (18), turning off the sterilizing lamp (18) and the rotating motor (16), adding a biological starter solution into the sterilized human and animal manure powder for fermentation, and then fermenting for 6-8 days at the fermentation temperature of 18-22 ℃ under the work of the homogenizing mechanism (14) and the driving mechanism to obtain the human and animal manure organic fertilizer.

The organic fertilizer for human and animal excreta as claimed in claim 1, wherein the box body (2) is arranged on the top surface of the base (1), the processing box (4) is arranged on the inner bottom surface of the box body (2), the box door (3) is arranged on the front surface of the processing box (4), the processing mechanism is arranged on the processing box (4), and the sterilization mechanism is arranged on the inner top surface of the processing box (4).

The organic fertilizer for human and animal excrements, according to claim 2, is characterized in that the sterilization mechanism comprises a hydraulic cylinder (15), a rotating motor (16), a mounting plate (17) and sterilization lamps (18), the hydraulic cylinder (15) is mounted on the top surface of the interior of the box body (2), the output end of the hydraulic cylinder (15) is connected with the rotating motor (16), the output end of the rotating motor (16) is connected with the mounting plate (17), the mounting plate (17) is a U-shaped plate, and the sterilization lamps (18) are arranged between the vertical parts of the mounting plate (17).

The organic fertilizer for human and animal excreta according to claim 2, characterized in that a driving cavity (5) is arranged inside the processing box (4), a driving mechanism is arranged inside the driving cavity (5), a pot body (10) is arranged on the top surface of the processing box (4), the side wall of the pot body (10) is connected with the inner wall of the top surface of the processing box (4) through a rotating ring (9), the bottom of the pot body (10) is fixedly arranged on the inner wall of the bottom surface of the driving cavity (5) through a support column (11), a bracket (12) is arranged on the top surface of the rotating ring (9), the bracket (12) is of an L-shaped structure, a homogenizing mechanism (14) is arranged on the bracket (12), and the bottom surface of the rotating ring (9) is connected with the driving mechanism.

The organic manure for human and animal excreta as claimed in claim 4, characterized in that the homogenizing mechanism (14) comprises a first cylinder (19), a first movable rod (20), a second movable rod (21), a second cylinder (22) and a shovel plate (23), one end of the first movable rod (20) is movably connected with the horizontal part of the bracket (12), the other end of the first movable rod (20) is movably connected with one end of the second movable rod (21), the other end of the second movable rod (21) is connected with the shovel plate (23), the first cylinder (19) is arranged at the vertical part of the bracket (12), the output end of the first cylinder (19) is connected with the first movable rod (20), and the second cylinder (22) is arranged between the first movable rod (20) and the second movable rod (21).

The organic manure for human and animal excreta as defined in claim 4, wherein the driving mechanism comprises a driving motor (6), a driving gear (7), a connecting rod (8), a connecting cylinder (13) and a driven gear (24), the driving motor (6) is installed on the inner wall of the bottom surface of the driving cavity (5), the output end of the driving motor (6) is connected with the driving gear (7), the driving gear (7) is meshed with the driven gear (24), the driven gear (24) is sleeved on the outer wall of the bottom of the connecting cylinder (13), the connecting cylinder (13) is sleeved on the outer wall of the supporting column (11) and is rotatably connected with the supporting column (11), the connecting rod (8) is respectively arranged on two sides of the outer wall of the top of the connecting cylinder (13), the connecting rod (8) is of an L-shaped structure, and the vertical part of the connecting rod (8) is connected with the rotating.
7. A method for preparing a human and animal excrement organic fertilizer as claimed in any one of claims 1-6, characterized by comprising the following steps:

the second step is that: controlling the hydraulic cylinder (15) to work, resetting the sterilizing lamp (18), turning off the sterilizing lamp (18) and the rotating motor (16), adding a biological starter solution into the sterilized human and animal manure powder for fermentation, and then fermenting for 6-8 days at the fermentation temperature of 18-22 ℃ under the work of the homogenizing mechanism (14) and the driving mechanism to obtain the human and animal manure organic fertilizer.
