1. An electronic discrepancy generating method, comprising:
establishing a control enterprise table and an electronic discrepancy certificate table of each employee in the enterprise, acquiring an electronic discrepancy certificate serial number of each employee according to the electronic discrepancy table, and storing a corresponding relation between the electronic discrepancy serial number and electronic discrepancy data of each employee in the electronic discrepancy table;
acquiring employee information input or confirmed by a user after scanning the two-dimensional code, verifying the employee information, and after the employee information passes the verification, searching electronic access certificate data corresponding to the employee information from the electronic access certificate table according to the employee information and verifying the correctness of the employee information;
and after the employee information passes the verification, making the searched electronic access certificate data and the electronic access certificate serial number corresponding to the electronic access certificate data into an electronic access certificate, and sending the electronic access certificate to a terminal of a user for displaying.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and modifying the management and control enterprise table and the electronic entrance and exit certificate tables of the employees in each enterprise as required.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein obtaining the electronic access ticket serial number for each employee based on the electronic access ticket table specifically comprises:
acquiring the electronic certificate access serial number of each employee according to a formula 1:
the electronic entrance and exit serial number is 100000 project _ id + the number of pass of the enterprise +1 formula 1;
wherein project _ id is the enterprise to which the employee belongs.

The method according to claim 1, wherein the step of obtaining employee information input or confirmed by a user after scanning the two-dimensional code, the step of verifying the employee information, and the step of searching for corresponding electronic access card data from the electronic access card table according to the employee information and verifying the correctness of the employee information after the verification is passed specifically comprises the steps of:
acquiring employee names and mobile phone numbers input or confirmed by a user after scanning the two-dimensional codes, and prompting the user to send a mobile phone verification code;
receiving a request of a user for sending a mobile phone verification code, generating a digital verification code according to a mobile phone number input by the user, generating first verification data according to the mobile phone number and the digital verification code, setting caching time for the first verification data, and writing the first verification data into a caching middleware;
transmitting the digital verification code to a user terminal;
acquiring a digital verification code input by a user, and generating second verification data according to the digital verification code input by the user and the mobile phone number;
checking whether the first verification data identical to the second verification data exists in the cache middleware or not according to the second verification data, if so, deleting the first verification data, otherwise, prompting a user that the input digital verification code is wrong;
after the first verification data is deleted, electronic access card data corresponding to the first verification data is searched from the electronic access card table according to the mobile phone number, whether the name input by the user is consistent with the name on the electronic access card data or not is confirmed, if so, the verification is passed, and otherwise, the name or the mobile phone number is prompted to be wrong.
5. The method of claim 1, further comprising:

the verification module is used for acquiring employee information input or confirmed by a user after scanning the two-dimensional code, verifying the employee information, searching electronic access card data corresponding to the employee information from the electronic access card table according to the employee information after the employee information passes the verification, and verifying the correctness of the employee information;
and the pushing module is used for making the searched electronic access certificate data and the electronic access certificate serial number corresponding to the electronic access certificate data into an electronic access certificate and sending the electronic access certificate to a terminal of a user for displaying after the employee information passes the verification.

checking whether the first verification data identical to the second verification data exists in the cache middleware or not according to the second verification data, if so, deleting the first verification data, otherwise, prompting a user that the input digital verification code is wrong;
after the first verification data is deleted, electronic access card data corresponding to the first verification data is searched from the electronic access card table according to the mobile phone number, whether the name input by the user is consistent with the name on the electronic access card data or not is confirmed, if so, the verification is passed, and otherwise, the name or the mobile phone number is prompted to be wrong.
