Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of an implementation environment provided in an exemplary embodiment of the present application, where the implementation environment includes a client terminal 101, a server 102, a detection mechanism terminal 103, and an emergency sampling organization terminal 104. The client terminal 101 and the server 102 are connected via a first communication network 105, the server 102 and the detection mechanism terminal 103 are connected via a second communication network 106, and the emergency sampling organization terminal 104 and the server 102 are connected via a third communication network 107. The server 102 is a server of a biological information management platform provided by the biological information management apparatus.
Optionally, an application program providing a reservation service is installed in the client terminal 101, or a user performs a detection reservation by clicking a small program set in the wechat/payment bank, and a target account is logged in the application program/small program, which means that when the user logs in the application program/small program for the first time, the user manually inputs name information and identity card coding information of the user, after the manual input is finished, the face data information of the user is collected, and when the collected face data information is matched with the identity information input by the user, the interface of the client terminal 101 displays that the target account is logged in successfully. And the user performs reservation operation of state detection in the application program/the small program through the target account. Alternatively, the client terminal 101 stores a reservation operation corresponding to the target account to generate reservation information, and transmits the reservation information to the server 102 through the first communication network 105, where the reservation operation includes a reserved time operation and a reserved place operation.
The server 102 receives reservation information of a target account registered in the client terminal 101, and optionally generates the target account according to reservation time information and reservation position information in the reservation information of the target account to determine a reservation state, wherein the reservation state is used for indicating whether the target account is reserved successfully or not.
Optionally, the sampling point information includes position information, sampling time information, and sampling number information of the sampling point.
Optionally, the sampling time information includes information of the period of sampling by the sampling point, and the sampled period information of the sampling point a may be, for example, 9: 00-11: 30, and 14: 00-18: 00.
the sampling number information includes information on the number of sampling points sampled at each period. Illustratively, the sample number information for sample point a is 9: 00-11: sample number 1000 of 30, 14: 00-18: sample number 00 2000.
Optionally, the server 102 is further configured to receive sample status information sent by the detection mechanism terminal 103 and the emergency sampling organization terminal 104, where the sample status information is used to indicate the status of the sample at the detection mechanism and the emergency sampling organization. Therefore, the biological information management platform can acquire the state information of the sample in the whole sampling and detecting process, for example, the state of the sample can include various states such as undetected state, detected state, examined state and the like, and workers of a detection mechanism and an emergency sampling organization can acquire the states in time through the biological information management platform.
Optionally, the server 102 is further configured to receive a first query request sent by the detection mechanism terminal 103. The first query request may be used to query various information about the biometric information.
The server 102 is further configured to feed back the first query result to the detection mechanism terminal 103 based on the first query request.
That is, the server 102 can provide the data inquiry function to the detection mechanism terminal 103. The detection mechanism terminal 104 may learn the various states of the sample through the query function. Optionally, the server 102 is further configured to determine a permission level of the mechanism account corresponding to the detection mechanism terminal 103, where the permission level of the mechanism account is used to indicate a permission range of the mechanism account in the server. The detection mechanism can have a plurality of different mechanism accounts, and different accounts can have different authority levels. Different accounts can correspond to different people, for example, a detection mechanism can include an administrator, a sampler, a detector and an auditor, different people have different accounts, correspondingly, the administrator account can have a first purpose authority level, the sampler account can have a sampling authority level, the detector account has a detection authority level, and the auditor account has an audit authority level.
The sampler is used for sampling the user through the sampling equipment to obtain a nucleic acid detection sample of the user; the examiner is used for detecting the nucleic acid detection sample through the detection equipment to obtain biological information including a nucleic acid detection result report, and the auditor is used for rechecking the biological information of the nucleic acid detection result report to find and correct the nucleic acid detection result report with possible problems.
The detection mechanism and the emergency sampling organization may include various personnel, numbers and various information of different types, and if the management is not good, the sampling and detection efficiency of the detection mechanism and the emergency sampling organization for nucleic acid detection may be reduced. And the server is further configured to provide a service to the detection mechanism terminal 103 based on the authority level of the mechanism account corresponding to the detection mechanism terminal 103. The authority level of the mechanism account is used for representing the authority range of the mechanism account in the server (the larger the authority range of the mechanism account is, the more services the server can provide to the corresponding detection mechanism terminal). Therefore, the biological information management platform can provide different services according to the authority levels of different accounts.
The server 102 is further configured to receive mechanism account establishment information sent by the detection mechanism terminal 103 when the authority level of the mechanism account corresponding to the detection mechanism terminal is a first target authority level (the first target authority level may be an administrator authority level of the detection mechanism), where the mechanism account establishment information includes information of the first mechanism account and a corresponding first authority level.

That is, the detection mechanism can create new accounts with other authority levels through the account with the administrator authority level owned by the detection mechanism, so that new workers can use the new accounts conveniently.
For example, when a new inspector or sampler exists in the inspection institution, the administrator of the inspection institution may send institution account establishment information to the server of the biological information management platform through the inspection institution terminal in which the administrator account is logged in, so as to establish the institution account of the inspector or sampler and enable the institution account to have a corresponding authority level.
Optionally, the server 102 is further configured to determine a permission level of an emergency account corresponding to the emergency sampling organization terminal 104, where the permission level of the emergency account is used to indicate a permission range of the emergency account in the server.
The server 102 is further configured to provide a service to the emergency sampling organization terminal 104 based on the permission level of the emergency account corresponding to the emergency sampling organization terminal 104. Therefore, the server can provide different services based on different permission levels of the emergency account.
The server 102 is further configured to receive emergency account establishment information sent by the emergency sampling organization terminal when the permission level of the emergency account corresponding to the emergency sampling organization terminal is a second target permission level (the second target permission level may be an administrator permission level of the emergency sampling organization), where the emergency account establishment information includes information of the first emergency account and a corresponding second permission level.
The server 102 is further configured to establish a first emergency account with a second permission level based on the emergency account establishment information.
Referring to the content of the biological information management platform for establishing the account number provided by the detection mechanism terminal and providing the corresponding service based on the authority level of the account number, the biological information management platform can also provide similar services for the sampling point terminal.
Optionally, the server 102 is further configured to receive sampling point management information sent by the detection mechanism terminal 103, where the sampling point management information includes sampling point new information, sampling point edit information, and sampling point delete information.
The detection mechanism may create a new conventional sampling point, or change the information of the existing sampling point, or cancel the existing conventional sampling point, and at this time, the detection mechanism terminal may upload the information to the server of the biological information management platform, so that the biological information management platform performs unified management.
When the detection mechanism sets up a new regular sampling point, the server can establish and store sampling point information based on the information of the newly established regular sampling point. For example, when the detection mechanism establishes a regular sampling point having 10 sampling devices, 5 detection devices, 10 sampling persons, 5 detection persons and 1 detection mechanism terminal at the position a, the server may establish sampling point information C based on the information.
Optionally, the sampling point edit information includes adjustment information of the reservation time and the number of reserved persons for the conventional sampling point. In addition, the sampling point edit information includes edits to sampling equipment and sampling personnel of the conventional sampling point.
Various information of the regular sampling point may change along with changes of the conditions of personnel, equipment and the like, the detection mechanism can upload the change information to the server, and the server 102 can correspondingly edit the information of the regular sampling point based on the changes. For example, for the sampling point information C, 10 sampling devices are added to the sampling point at the position a, and 5 sampling persons are added, the server may edit the sampling point information C based on the fact that the sampling point information C is edited into a conventional sampling point at the position a, which has 15 sampling devices, 5 detection devices, 15 sampling persons, 5 detection persons, and 1 detection mechanism terminal.
Optionally, the server 102 is further configured to receive emergency sampling organization management information sent by the emergency sampling organization terminal 104, where the emergency sampling organization management information includes emergency sampling organization new information, emergency sampling organization editing information, and emergency sampling organization deletion information.
Optionally, the emergency sampling organization editing information includes adjustment information of the appointment time and the number of appointment persons corresponding to the emergency sampling organization.
The emergency sampling organization terminal can refer to the management mode of the server of the biological information management platform for the conventional sampling points of the detection mechanism for the management mode of the emergency sampling organization, and the embodiment of the application is not repeated herein.
