And displaying a birth medical proof electronic license association option, wherein the birth medical proof electronic license association option is used for displaying an association interface after detecting a touch instruction aiming at the birth medical proof electronic license association option, so that a user can associate the successfully issued birth medical proof electronic license with a local, claimant information or other targets. Specifically, on the association interface, the user can query whether the successfully issued birth medical certificate exists in the electronic certificate library, and if so, the successfully issued birth medical certificate is selected and associated.
Displaying a viewing option of the electronic certificate of the birth medical evidence, and displaying an electronic certificate viewing interface after detecting a touch instruction aiming at the association option of the electronic certificate of the birth medical evidence; through the interface, the user can view the successfully associated electronic license at any time, and meanwhile, the user can quickly show the license, and the user can use the electronic license conveniently.
In some embodiments, the uncommon word detection request is further used to trigger the resident population management system to compare each word in the neonate name with the uncommon word stock or the non-uncommon word stock, and generate a detection result for whether the uncommon word exists in the neonate name according to the comparison result; after the step of determining that the detection result in step S212 is that no rare word exists, the on-line declaration method for birth medical evidence further includes: and displaying prompt information for representing that the new born word does not exist in the name of the newborn in the acquisition window.
An alternative implementation method is that after the collection window collects the information of the claimant and the delivery information of the newborn, the name of the newborn is collected, the name is immediately sent to the resident population management system after the completion of the filling of the name of the newborn in the collection window is detected, and after the instruction that no rare word exists in the name of the newborn returned by the resident population management system is received, the passing prompt information can be displayed at the corresponding position of the collection window, and the prompt information can be graphic prompt information such as a hook, pass or the like, or text information such as the passing of the pass, and other settings can be carried out according to actual conditions. The method is helpful for rapidly prompting whether the name of the neonate of the user is compliant or not, and the efficiency of man-machine interaction is effectively improved.
In some embodiments, after the step of displaying the collection window in S208 and collecting the name of the neonate through the collection window, the on-line declaration of birth medical evidence method further includes: sending a rename detection request to a resident population management system; the new name detection request carries the name of the new child, and the new name detection request is used for triggering the resident population management system to count the number of resident population identical to the name of the new child, and sending the number of resident population to the acquisition window for display. The method and the device can facilitate the user to know the renaming quantity of the neonate name and the existing resident population name in time, improve the man-machine interaction frequency and optimize the user experience.
In some embodiments, the collection window is also used to collect other claim information; prior to the step of generating the online claim request in S212, the method of online claim of birth medical evidence may further include: providing a second authentication interface when detecting that the acquisition window acquires other claimant information; the second authentication interface is used for collecting identity authentication information of other claimants; generating a second identity authentication request according to the identity authentication information of other claimants and sending the second identity authentication request to an authentication system so that the authentication system generates a second identity authentication result of the other claimants; receiving a second identity authentication result returned by the authentication system, and executing the step of generating an online claim request if the second identity authentication result is determined to pass the authentication; the on-line claim request also carries other claim information. In this step, the method for verifying the identity of the other claimant may be the same as or different from the method for verifying the claimant. Specifically, for example, a face recognition system can be adopted when the identity of the claimant is verified, and an identity card number is adopted when the identity of other claimants is verified, so that other claimants can take the certificate as the claimant to the certificate issuing site after the identity verification is successful if the claimant is not in the reserved site, the operation is convenient, the error rate is reduced, and the certificate applying time is shortened.
The on-line reservation method for the birth medical proof proposed in the present application will be described in detail with reference to fig. 3 and 4 by means of a specific embodiment. The terminal client takes Guangdong province as an example, the province issuing platform takes Guangdong province women and young systems as examples, and the authentication system takes public security credible identity authentication system as an example.
"Guangdong province" can dock with the Guangdong province women and child system and support the parents family or single mother family to carry out the online application reservation of the birth medical evidence (including but not limited to the first application), the application person can be limited to the neonate mother, and the application of the birth medical evidence can be initiated and submitted to the women and child system to issue the paper birth medical evidence under the condition that the neonate mother is authenticated by the public security credible identity authentication system (face recognition).
The logic of the fingertip office function architecture is roughly as follows:
(1) The user login and face recognition verification can adopt the face recognition system provided by the public security system, so that the login user real name and real person are ensured, and the user privacy is ensured not to be revealed. The Guangdong province fingertip civil service platform and the Guangdong province women and young systems are both deployed in the government affair external network, namely, the transmission between the two systems is completed in the government affair external network; the data transmission adopts an encrypted data packet, and the data can be communicated by adding the white list party to the data transmission through the API gateway, so that the safety of the data in the transmission process is ensured.
(2) As shown in fig. 3, when the neonate mother reserves and claims the medical evidence of birth, the basic information and the neonate delivery information of the neonate mother can be confirmed after the face recognition authentication is performed through the public security credible identity authentication system, the neonate name is filled in, and after the fact that the neonate name does not contain the rare word is confirmed through the rare word verification, the neonate name duplicate checking function is provided; then, entering neonate father information filling and trusted identity authentication (the step is entered when the family type selects the parent family, if the parent family is selected, the step is skipped), after the neonate father identity authentication is passed, selecting reservation date and time, and submitting all information to a maternal and child system together, thereby completing online claim reservation; after the reservation is successful, the gynecological system can push a message to the client of Guangdong province, and remind the user of reserved time and materials to be carried.
(3) The neonate mother and father can inquire reservation claim information, namely the past claim of the birth medical evidence record, at the client side of Yueprovince.
(4) As shown in fig. 4, the neonatal mother or father can record to the on-site pick-up certificate by virtue of the claims of the client. The Guangdong province fingertip civil service platform can support the face recognition authentication when a father or a mother of a new born goes to an on-line off-site claim; specifically, the maternal and child system initiates on-site acquisition authentication to the father or mother of the newborn, and after the father or mother of the newborn receives the on-site acquisition authentication message, face recognition authentication is required to be completed within a specified time, and paper birth medical evidence can be acquired through the back.
(5) In addition, the user can also associate and check the electronic certificate of the birth medical evidence through the client side of Yueprovince. That is, after the application of the birth medical evidence, the neonate father can correlate and check the birth medical evidence of the own child in the Guangdong province fingertip folk service platform.
In summary, at present, all hospitals carry out the application of the birth medical evidence, only real name reservation and real evidence collection are carried out, and the application reservation person cannot be ensured to be consistent with the presented identity document; and the claimant is required to fill in a great amount of information and carry relevant identification material originals and copies to get the birth medical identification; the claimant submits claimant information and materials, and the hospital staff is required to check the claimant information and materials without errors and then manually enter the business system, so that the time consumption is long; if the name of the newborn contains rarely used words, the name cannot be recorded into the system; the birth medicine proves that the electronic license is difficult to acquire. Therefore, the existing birth medical evidence has extremely high handling error probability, longer application flow and low application efficiency; the user needs to log in different hospital reservation platform accounts for reservation in delivery in different hospitals, and the user is inconvenient to operate when presenting the electronic birth medical evidence.
By the online reservation pickup method, the neonatal mother can check all the non-claimed delivery records of the neonatal mother, and the on-line reservation pickup method does not need to log in to carry out the claim reservation through different hospital reservation platforms; the reservation and the on-site acquisition are both carried out face recognition authentication to replace the original identification material copy, and real name, real person reservation and the reservation are ensured; after the child mother delivery information is acquired from the maternal and child system, only the user is required to confirm, and the user does not need to fill in and manually input again in a subsequent hospital, so that the error rate is reduced, and the application time is shortened; the notice time is confirmed through the reservation, and the reservation successfully informs that the data need to be carried, so that multiple notice failures caused by disagreement of the notice time or the carried data are avoided; the unique identification can be established for the mother, father and reservation application information of the newborn, so that after the father of the newborn logs in, the reservation application information can be checked, the on-site acquisition authentication can be carried out, and meanwhile, the accuracy and consistency of face recognition authentication information are ensured; and the verification system is used for verifying whether the name of the newborn is a rarely used word or not, and the fact that the name of the newborn is a rarely used word is not required to be worried about.
It should be understood that, for each of the foregoing method embodiments, although each step in the flowchart is shown in order as indicated by an arrow, the steps are not necessarily performed in order as indicated by an arrow. The steps are not strictly limited to the order of execution unless explicitly recited herein, and the steps may be executed in other orders. Moreover, at least some of the steps in the flowcharts of the method embodiments may include a plurality of sub-steps or stages that are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, nor does the order in which the sub-steps or stages are performed necessarily occur in sequence, but may be performed alternately or alternately with at least a portion of the other steps or sub-steps of other steps.
Based on the same ideas of the on-line declaration method of birth medical evidence as in the above embodiments, there is also provided herein an on-line declaration device of birth medical evidence.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, there is provided a device for on-line claims of birth medical evidence, comprising: a display module 401, an authentication module 402, an acquisition module 403, a sending module 404, a generating module 405 and a transmission module 406, wherein:
A display module 401 for displaying on-line claim options of the birth medical evidence;
an authentication module 402, configured to provide a first authentication interface after detecting a touch instruction of an online claim option; the first authentication interface is used for collecting identity authentication information of the claimant; generating a first identity authentication request according to the identity authentication information of the claimant and sending the first identity authentication request to an authentication system so that the authentication system generates a first identity authentication result of the claimant;
the acquisition module 403 is configured to receive a first identity authentication result returned by the authentication system, and if the first identity authentication result is determined to be authentication passing, display an acquisition window; the acquisition window is used for acquiring neonate name, claiming person information, neonate delivery information, a certificate issuing platform and expected claiming time of the birth medical certificate;
a sending module 404, configured to send a request for detecting a rare word to the resident population management system; the method comprises the steps that a new-born name is carried in a rarely-used word detection request, and the rarely-used word detection request is used for triggering a resident population management system to generate a detection result aiming at whether the rarely-used word exists in the new-born name;
the generating module 405 is configured to receive a detection result returned by the resident population management system, and generate an online claim request if it is determined that the detection result is that no uncommon word exists; the online claim request carries neonate name, claim person information, neonate delivery information, a certificate issuing platform and expected claim time of the birth medical certificate;
A transmission module 406, configured to transmit the online claim request to the certificate issuing platform by setting a transmission mode, so that the certificate issuing platform generates the neonatal birth medical certificate according to the online claim request; the set transmission modes comprise a government external network transmission mode, an encrypted data packet transmission mode, an API gateway transmission mode and a white list transmission mode.
In some embodiments, the display module 401 may be specifically configured to: displaying on-line claim options of the birth medical evidence on a service interface; the service interface is further used for displaying at least one of a reservation claim record query option, a birth medical proof electronic license association option and a birth medical proof electronic license viewing option.
In some embodiments, the uncommon word detection request is further used to trigger the resident population management system to compare each word in the neonate name with the uncommon word stock or the non-uncommon word stock, and generate a detection result for whether the uncommon word exists in the neonate name according to the comparison result;
in some embodiments, the display module 401 may be specifically configured to: and displaying prompt information for representing that the new born word does not exist in the name of the newborn in the acquisition window.
In some embodiments, the sending module 404 may be further specifically configured to: sending a rename detection request to a resident population management system; the new name detection request carries the name of the new child, and the new name detection request is used for triggering the resident population management system to count the number of resident population identical to the name of the new child, and sending the number of resident population to the acquisition window for display.
In some embodiments, the collection window is also used to collect other claim information; authentication module 402 may also be used to: providing a second authentication interface when detecting that the acquisition window acquires other claimant information; the second authentication interface is used for collecting identity authentication information of other claimants; generating a second identity authentication request according to the identity authentication information of other claimants and sending the second identity authentication request to an authentication system so that the authentication system generates a second identity authentication result of the other claimants; receiving a second identity authentication result returned by the authentication system, and if the second identity authentication result is determined to pass authentication, sending a notification message to the generation module 405 so as to enable the generation module to execute the step of generating an online claim request; the on-line claim request also carries other claim information.
For specific limitations on the on-line application of the medical proof device, reference is made to the above limitation on the on-line application method of the medical proof device, and no further description is given here. The various modules in the online claims of birth medical evidence device can be implemented in whole or in part by software, hardware, and combinations thereof. The above modules may be embedded in hardware or may be independent of a processor in the computer device, or may be stored in software in a memory in the computer device, so that the processor may call and execute operations corresponding to the above modules.
In addition, in the embodiment of the on-line claims device for the birth medical proof of the above example, the logic division of each program module is merely illustrative, and the above function allocation may be performed by different program modules according to the needs in practical application, for example, for the configuration requirement of corresponding hardware or the convenience of implementation of software, that is, the internal structure of the on-line claims device for the birth medical proof of the birth medical proof is divided into different program modules to complete all or part of the functions described above.
Based on the same ideas of the on-line claims method of the birth medical evidence in the above embodiments, there is also provided herein an on-line claims system of the birth medical evidence.
In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 6, there is provided a medical certification online claim system comprising an online reservation platform, a certification issuing platform, an authentication system and a resident population management system;
the online reservation platform is used for displaying online claim options of the birth medical evidence; providing a first authentication interface after detecting a touch instruction of an online claim option; the first authentication interface is used for collecting identity authentication information of the claimant; generating a first identity authentication request according to identity authentication information of a claimant and sending the first identity authentication request to an authentication system;
the authentication system is used for generating a first identity authentication result of the claimant according to the first identity authentication request and sending the first identity authentication result to the online reservation platform;
the online reservation platform is also used for determining that the first identity authentication result is authentication passing and displaying an acquisition window; the acquisition window is used for acquiring neonate name, claiming person information, neonate delivery information, a certificate issuing platform and expected claiming time of the birth medical certificate; sending a rarely used word detection request to a resident population management system; the rarely used word detection request carries the name of the newborn;
the resident population management system is used for generating a detection result aiming at whether the rarely-used words exist in the name of the newborn according to the rarely-used words detection request, and sending the detection result to the online reservation platform;
The online reservation platform is also used for determining that the detection result is that no rarely-used word exists and generating an online claim request; the online claim request carries neonate name, claim person information, neonate delivery information, a certificate issuing platform and expected claim time of the birth medical certificate; transmitting an online claim request to the certificate issuing platform by setting a transmission mode; the set transmission mode comprises a government external network transmission mode, an encrypted data packet transmission mode, an API gateway transmission mode and a white list transmission mode;
the certificate issuing platform is used for generating the birth medical certificate of the newborn according to the online claim request.
The online reservation platform can be understood as a terminal client; the online declaration system of the evidence establishes an interactive relation among the online reservation platform, the evidence issuing platform, the authentication system and the resident population management system, so that a user can conveniently realize online identity authentication, and real name and real person reservation declaration can be effectively ensured; through the interaction between the client and the resident population management system, whether the name of the newborn contains the uncommon word or not can be verified quickly, and the worry that the name of the newborn has the uncommon word and the failure of the on-site entry system causes the failure of the declaration is avoided; meanwhile, by confirming information such as claimant information, neonatal delivery information and the like in reservation, accurate delivery of the birth medical evidence can be ensured. In addition, by setting and proving the transmission mode between the distribution platforms, the interaction stability is greatly improved, and the safety of data in the transmission process is ensured.
In some embodiments, the online reservation platform is further configured to provide a second authentication interface when the collection window detects that other claim information is collected; the second authentication interface is used for collecting identity authentication information of other claimants; generating a second identity authentication request according to the identity authentication information of other claimants and sending the second identity authentication request to an authentication system; the authentication system is also used for generating second identity authentication results of other claimants according to the second identity authentication request and sending the second identity authentication results to the online reservation platform; the online reservation platform is further used for executing the step of generating an online claim request if the second identity authentication result is determined to pass the authentication; the on-line claim request also carries other claim information.
In some embodiments, the certificate issuing platform is further configured to generate an online reservation record according to the online claim request; the online reservation record is provided with a corresponding pick-up authentication option; after detecting a touch instruction for picking up authentication options for online reservation recording, collecting information of a pick-up person; if the information of the claimant is matched with the claimant information or other claimant information carried in the on-line claimant request, generating the birth medical evidence. The method for issuing the certificate by the certificate issuing platform is simple, accurate and safe, and is convenient for the user to operate.
In another embodiment, the user may send a pick-up request to the certificate issuing platform through the online reservation platform, and after receiving the pick-up request, the certificate issuing platform displays a pick-up authentication option of the online reservation record; after detecting a touch instruction for picking up authentication options of online reservation records, sending aging information to an online reservation platform, wherein a user needs to finish off-line picking up within a specified time period, otherwise, judging that a request for picking up the certificates by a prover is invalid. The method can ensure that the user can orderly get the birth medical evidence generated by the evidence issuing platform, and can also enable the evidence issuing platform to timely judge that the corresponding reservation record is invalid after the user decides to give up the reserved request, thereby being convenient for the evidence issuing platform to manage the reservation record and timely releasing the data storage space of the evidence issuing platform.
In some embodiments, the system further comprises an electronic license system; the electronic license system is used for receiving the birth medical certificate generated by the certificate issuing platform and storing the birth medical certificate locally in the form of the electronic license for the online reservation platform to associate and check. It should be noted that, as shown in fig. 6, the above-mentioned certificate issuing platform and the electronic license system may include multiple provinces and cities and multiple district town options, and may be specifically classified and refined according to actual needs.
As shown in fig. 7, in one embodiment, a computer device is provided that includes a memory and a processor, the memory storing a computer program that, when executed by the processor, causes the processor to perform the steps of the above-described on-line claims of birth medical attestation method. The steps of the online declaration of birth medical evidence method herein may be the steps of the online declaration of birth medical evidence method of the respective embodiments described above. The computer apparatus may further comprise a display and an input device, the types of which are not limited only herein, and any existing display and input device may be used in the computer apparatus.
In one embodiment, a computer readable storage medium is provided, storing a computer program which, when executed by a processor, causes the processor to perform the steps of the above-described on-line claims of birth medical evidence method. The steps of the online declaration of birth medical evidence method herein may be the steps of the online declaration of birth medical evidence method of the respective embodiments described above.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that implementing all or part of the above described methods may be accomplished by way of a computer program stored on a non-transitory computer readable storage medium, which when executed, may comprise the steps of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, storage, database, or other medium used in the various embodiments provided herein may include non-volatile and/or volatile memory. The nonvolatile memory can include Read Only Memory (ROM), programmable ROM (PROM), electrically Programmable ROM (EPROM), electrically Erasable Programmable ROM (EEPROM), or flash memory. Volatile memory can include Random Access Memory (RAM) or external cache memory. Claims (11)

1. An on-line claims method of biomedical attestation, applied to a client, the method comprising:
displaying an online claim option of the birth medical evidence;
providing a first authentication interface after detecting a touch instruction of the online claim option; the first authentication interface is used for collecting identity authentication information of a claimant;
Generating a first identity authentication request according to the identity authentication information of the claimant and sending the first identity authentication request to an authentication system so that the authentication system generates a first identity authentication result of the claimant;
receiving a first identity authentication result returned by the authentication system, and displaying an acquisition window if the first identity authentication result is determined to pass the authentication; the acquisition window is used for acquiring neonate name, claimant information, neonate delivery information, a certification issuing platform and expected claimant time of the birth medical certification; the neonatal delivery information is acquired from the evidence issuing platform and/or acquired through filling input of the claimant; the neonate name is acquired through filling input of the claimant; the collection window is also used for collecting other claimant information, and comprises: providing a second authentication interface when the acquisition window is detected to acquire the information of other claimants; the second authentication interface is used for collecting identity authentication information of the other claimants; generating a second identity authentication request according to the identity authentication information of the other claimants and sending the second identity authentication request to the authentication system so that the authentication system generates a second identity authentication result of the other claimants; receiving a second identity authentication result returned by the authentication system, and executing the step of generating an online claim request if the second identity authentication result is determined to pass the authentication; wherein the online claim request also carries the information of other claimants;
Sending a rarely used word detection request to a resident population management system; the rarely-used word detection request carries the neonate name and is used for triggering the resident population management system to generate a detection result aiming at whether the rarely-used word exists in the neonate name;
receiving the detection result returned by the resident population management system, and generating an online claim request if the detection result is determined to be that no rarely-used word exists; the online claim request carries the name of the newborn, the information of the claimant, the information of the child delivery and the expected claim time of the birth medical evidence;
and identifying the evidence issuing platform acquired by the acquisition window, and transmitting the online claim request to the evidence issuing platform by setting a transmission mode so that the evidence issuing platform generates the neonatal medical evidence according to the online claim request.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
displaying on-line claim options of the birth medical evidence on a service interface;
the service interface is further used for displaying at least one of a reservation claim record query option, a birth medical proof electronic license association option and a birth medical proof electronic license viewing option.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the uncommon word detection request is further configured to trigger the resident population management system to compare each word in the neonatal name with a uncommon word stock or a non-uncommon word stock, and generate a detection result for whether the uncommon word is present in the neonatal name based on the comparison result;
after the step of determining that the detection result is that no uncommon word exists, the method further includes:
and displaying prompt information for representing that no uncommon word exists in the neonate name in the acquisition window.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein after the step of collecting the neonate name through the collection window, the method further comprises:
sending a rename detection request to the resident population management system;
the new name detection request carries the neonatal name, and the new name detection request is used for triggering the resident population management system to count the same resident population number as the neonatal name, and sending the resident population number to the acquisition window for display.
5. An on-line claims device for medical certification, comprising:

the acquisition module is used for receiving a first identity authentication result returned by the authentication system, and displaying an acquisition window if the first identity authentication result is determined to pass the authentication; the acquisition window is used for acquiring neonate name, claimant information, neonate delivery information, a certification issuing platform and expected claimant time of the birth medical certification; the neonatal delivery information is acquired from the evidence issuing platform and/or acquired through filling input of the claimant; the neonate name is acquired through filling input of the claimant; the collection window is also used for collecting other claimant information, and comprises: providing a second authentication interface when the acquisition window is detected to acquire the information of other claimants; the second authentication interface is used for collecting identity authentication information of the other claimants; generating a second identity authentication request according to the identity authentication information of the other claimants and sending the second identity authentication request to the authentication system so that the authentication system generates a second identity authentication result of the other claimants; receiving a second identity authentication result returned by the authentication system, and executing the step of generating an online claim request if the second identity authentication result is determined to pass the authentication; wherein the online claim request also carries the information of other claimants; the sending module is used for sending a rarely used word detection request to the resident population management system; the rarely-used word detection request carries the neonate name and is used for triggering the resident population management system to generate a detection result aiming at whether the rarely-used word exists in the neonate name;
The generation module is used for receiving the detection result returned by the resident population management system, and generating an online claim request if the detection result is determined to be that no rarely-used word exists; the online claim request carries the name of the newborn, the information of the claimant, the information of the child delivery and the expected claim time of the birth medical evidence;
the transmission module is used for identifying the evidence issuing platform acquired by the acquisition window, and transmitting the online claim request to the evidence issuing platform through setting a transmission mode so that the evidence issuing platform generates the neonatal medical evidence according to the online claim request.
6. The online claim system for the birth medical evidence is characterized by comprising an online reservation platform, an evidence issuing platform, an authentication system and a resident population management system;
the online reservation platform is used for displaying online claim options of the birth medical evidence; providing a first authentication interface after detecting a touch instruction of the online claim option; the first authentication interface is used for collecting identity authentication information of a claimant; generating a first identity authentication request according to the identity authentication information of the claimant and sending the first identity authentication request to the authentication system;
The authentication system is used for generating a first identity authentication result of a claimant according to the first identity authentication request and sending the first identity authentication result to the online reservation platform;
the online reservation platform is further used for determining that the first identity authentication result is authentication passing and displaying an acquisition window; the acquisition window is used for acquiring neonate name, claimant information, neonate delivery information, a certification issuing platform and expected claimant time of the birth medical certification; sending a rarely used word detection request to the resident population management system; the rarely used word detection request carries the neonate name; the neonatal delivery information is acquired from the evidence issuing platform and/or acquired through filling input of the claimant; the neonate name is acquired through filling input of the claimant; the collection window is also used for collecting other claimant information, and comprises: providing a second authentication interface when the acquisition window is detected to acquire the information of other claimants; the second authentication interface is used for collecting identity authentication information of the other claimants; generating a second identity authentication request according to the identity authentication information of the other claimants and sending the second identity authentication request to the authentication system so that the authentication system generates a second identity authentication result of the other claimants; receiving a second identity authentication result returned by the authentication system, and executing the step of generating an online claim request if the second identity authentication result is determined to pass the authentication; wherein the online claim request also carries the information of other claimants; the resident population management system is used for generating a detection result aiming at whether the rare word exists in the neonate name according to the rare word detection request, and sending the detection result to the online reservation platform;
The online reservation platform is further used for determining that the detection result is that no rarely-used word exists and generating an online claim request; the online claim request carries the name of the newborn, the information of the claimant, the information of the child delivery and the expected claim time of the birth medical evidence; identifying the evidence issuing platform acquired by the acquisition window, and transmitting the online claim request to the evidence issuing platform by setting a transmission mode;
the certificate issuing platform is used for generating the birth medical certificate of the newborn according to the online claim request.

The system of claim 6, wherein the online booking platform is further configured to provide a second authentication interface when the collection window detects that additional claim information is collected; the second authentication interface is used for collecting identity authentication information of the other claimants; generating a second identity authentication request according to the identity authentication information of the other claimants and sending the second identity authentication request to the authentication system;
the authentication system is further used for generating a second identity authentication result of the other claimants according to the second identity authentication request and sending the second identity authentication result to the online reservation platform;
The online reservation platform is further configured to execute the step of generating an online claim request if the second identity authentication result is determined to be authentication passing; the on-line claim request also carries the information of other claimants.

The system of claim 7, wherein the certification issuing platform is further configured to generate an online reservation record based on the online claim request; the online reservation record is provided with a corresponding pick-up authentication option; after detecting a touch instruction for acquiring authentication options for the online reservation record, acquiring information of a witness; and if the information of the claimant is determined to be matched with the information of the claimant or the information of other claimants carried in the on-line claimant request, generating a birth medical certificate.
9. The system of any one of claims 6 to 8, wherein the system further comprises an electronic license system;
the electronic license system is used for receiving the birth medical certificate generated by the certificate issuing platform and storing the birth medical certificate locally in the form of the electronic license so as to be associated and checked by the online reservation platform.
10. A computer device comprising a memory and a processor, the memory storing a computer program, characterized in that the processor implements the steps of the method of any of claims 1 to 4 when the computer program is executed.
11. A computer readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, characterized in that the computer program, when being executed by a processor, implements the steps of the method of any of claims 1 to 4.
