The method comprises the steps of displaying an electronic certificate checking option of the birth medicine certification, and displaying an electronic certificate checking interface after a touch instruction aiming at the electronic certificate correlation option of the birth medicine certification is detected; through the interface, the user can check the electronic certificate successfully associated at any time, and meanwhile, the quick presentation of the certificate by the user is facilitated, and the user can use the electronic certificate conveniently.
In some embodiments, the uncommon word detection request is further used for triggering the frequent population management system to compare each word in the name of the newborn with the rarely used word library or the rarely used word library, and generating a detection result for whether the rarely used word exists in the name of the newborn according to the comparison result; after the step of determining that the rarely-used word does not exist in the step S212, the method for on-line claiming of birth medicine certification further includes: prompt information for representing that the uncommon word does not exist in the name of the newborn is displayed in the acquisition window.
An optional implementation mode is that after collection of claimant information and newborn delivery information in the collection window is completed, names of the collected newborns are detected, after the names of the newborns in the collection window are detected to be filled, the names are immediately sent to the permanent population management system, after an instruction of rarely used words does not exist in the names of the newborns returned by the permanent population management system is received, passing prompt information can be displayed at the corresponding positions of the collection window, the prompt information can be graphic prompt information such as a hook, text information such as pass or pass, and of course, other setting can be performed according to actual conditions. The method is helpful for rapidly prompting the user whether the name of the newborn is in compliance or not, and the efficiency of man-machine interaction is effectively improved.
In some embodiments, after the step of displaying an acquisition window in S208 and acquiring the name of the neonate through the acquisition window, the method for on-line claim of birth medicine further comprises: sending a duplicate name detection request to a standing population management system; the rename detection request carries the name of the newborn, is used for triggering the standing population management system to count the standing population number which is the same as the name of the newborn, and sends the standing population number to the acquisition window to be displayed. The step can facilitate the user to know the duplicate names of the newborn and the names of the existing ordinary population in time, improve the human-computer interaction frequency and optimize the user experience.
In some embodiments, the collection window is also used to collect other claimant information; before the step of generating the on-line claim request in S212, the method for on-line claim of birth medicine certification may further include: when the acquisition window is detected to acquire information of other claimants, providing a second authentication interface; the second authentication interface is used for collecting the identity authentication information of other claimants; generating a second identity authentication request according to the identity authentication information of other claimants and sending the second identity authentication request to the authentication system so that the authentication system generates second identity authentication results of the other claimants; receiving a second identity authentication result returned by the authentication system, and executing the step of generating the on-line claiming request if the second identity authentication result is determined to be passed; wherein, the online claiming request also carries other claiming person information. In this step, the method for verifying the identity of the other claimant may be the same as or different from the method for verifying the claimant. Specifically, for example, the face recognition system can be adopted when the identity of the claimant is verified, and the identity card number is adopted for verification when the identities of other claimants are verified, so that if the other claimants are not in the reservation site, the identity verification can be successfully carried out, the identity verification can be used as a certificate getting certificate from the reservation claimant to the certificate issuing site, the operation is convenient, the error rate is reduced, and the certificate applying time is shortened.
The method for on-line appointment of birth medicine certification proposed in the present application is described in detail below with reference to fig. 3 and 4. The terminal client is taken as an example of 'Yue province trouble', the certification issuing platform is taken as an example of a Guangdong province women and children system, and the authentication system is taken as an example of a public security credible identity authentication system.
The Guangdong province can be connected with a Guangdong province maternal and child system, and support the parents or the single-mother families to perform on-line claiming appointment (including but not limited to first claiming), the claiming person can be limited to the newborn mother, and under the condition that the newborn mother is authenticated by a public security credible identity authentication system (face recognition), claiming birth medical certificate can be launched and submitted to the maternal and child system to issue a paper birth medical certificate.
The logic of the architecture of the birth medicine certificate fingertip office function is roughly as follows:
(1) the face recognition system provided by the public security system can be adopted for user login and face recognition verification, so that the real name and real person of a login user are guaranteed, and the privacy of the user is guaranteed against leakage. The fingertip civilian service platform of Guangdong province and the maternal-child system of Guangdong province are both deployed in a government affair extranet, namely the transmission between the fingertip civilian service platform of Guangdong province and the maternal-child system of Guangdong province is completed in the government affair extranet; data transmission adopts an encrypted data packet, an API gateway is needed, and the two parties can be communicated by adding a white list, so that the safety of data in the transmission process is ensured.
(2) As shown in fig. 3, when the mother of the newborn makes an appointment to claim the birth medical certification, the mother of the newborn can firstly confirm the basic information and the birth information of the newborn through the public security credible identity authentication system, fill out the name of the newborn, and provide the name duplication checking function of the newborn after confirming that the name of the newborn does not contain the rarely-used word through the verification of the rarely-used word; then, entering the information filling and credible identity authentication of the newborn father (entering the step when the family type selects a parent family, and skipping the step if a single parent family is selected), selecting the appointment date and time period after the newborn father identity authentication is passed, submitting all the information to the maternal and child system together, and further completing the on-line application appointment; after the appointment is successful, the maternal and child system can push a message to a Guangdong province client side to remind the user of the appointed time and the materials to be carried.
(3) The mother and father of the newborn can inquire the appointment claiming information at the client side of 'Yue province', namely the past claiming birth medical certification record.
(4) As shown in fig. 4, the mother or father of the newborn may take the certification on site by means of the claim record of the "yue province" client. The fingertip civilian service platform of 'Guangdong province' can support the father or mother of the newborn to apply for on-line off-site application and carry out face recognition authentication; specifically, the maternal and child system initiates on-site getting authentication to the father or mother of the newborn, after the father or mother of the newborn receives the on-site getting authentication information, the face recognition authentication needs to be completed within a specified time, and the paper birth medical certificate can be got through the back.
(5) In addition, the user can also associate and view the birth medicine certification electronic certificate through the 'Yue province trouble' client. Namely, after claiming the birth medical certification, the newborn father and mother can associate and view the birth medical certification of the children in the fingertip civilian service platform of Guangdong province.
In conclusion, at present, hospitals in various places only realize real-name appointment and real-card collection for birth medical certification application, and cannot guarantee that application appointment persons are consistent with presented identity documents; and a claimant who needs to apply the birth medical certification fills in a large amount of information and carries a relevant identification certification material original and a copy; the application data and materials submitted by the applicant need to be checked by hospital staff and then manually input into a service system, and the time consumption is long; if the name of the newborn contains uncommon words, the name cannot be input into the system; birth medicine proves that electronic certificates are difficult to obtain. Therefore, the birth medicine proves that the handling error probability is extremely high, the claiming process is long, and the claiming efficiency is low; the user needs to log in different hospital reservation platform accounts for reservation when delivering in different hospitals, and the user is inconvenient to operate when showing the electronic birth medicine certification.
By the on-line appointment getting method, the newborn mother can check all unrelieved delivery records of the newborn mother without logging in to make claiming appointment through different hospital appointment platforms; face recognition authentication is carried out on appointment claiming and field claiming, original identity identification material copies are replaced, and real-name, real-person appointment and claiming are ensured; after the delivery information of the newborn mother is acquired from the maternal and child system, only user confirmation is needed, user filling and follow-up manual entry again in a hospital are not needed, the error rate is reduced, and the application time is shortened; the application time is confirmed through reservation, and the information to be carried is informed after the reservation is successful, so that multiple application failures caused by unclear application time or non-conformity of carrying materials are avoided; unique identification can be established for the mother and father of the newborn and the appointed claiming information, so that the appointed claiming information can be checked and the on-site claiming authentication can be carried out after the father of the newborn logs in, and meanwhile, the accuracy and consistency of the face identification authentication information are also ensured; and (4) a rarely-used word checking system is connected to verify whether the name of the newborn is the rarely-used word or not, and the user does not need to worry about the rarely-used word in the name of the newborn.
It should be understood that for the foregoing method embodiments, although the steps in the flowcharts are shown in order indicated by the arrows, the steps are not necessarily performed in order indicated by the arrows. The steps are not performed in the exact order shown and described, and may be performed in other orders, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Moreover, at least a portion of the steps in the flow charts of the method embodiments may include multiple sub-steps or multiple stages that are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, and the order of performance of the sub-steps or stages is not necessarily sequential, but may be performed in turn or alternating with other steps or at least a portion of the sub-steps or stages of other steps.
Based on the same idea as the method for on-line claiming of birth medicine certification in the above embodiment, the present disclosure also provides an on-line claiming apparatus for birth medicine certification.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, there is provided a birth medicine certification in-line claim apparatus, comprising: a display module 401, an authentication module 402, a collection module 403, a sending module 404, a generation module 405, and a transmission module 406, wherein:
a display module 401 for displaying on-line claim options for birth medical certification;
the authentication module 402 is configured to provide a first authentication interface after detecting a touch instruction for claiming an option on a line; the first authentication interface is used for collecting identity authentication information of an claimant; generating a first identity authentication request according to the identity authentication information of the claimant and sending the first identity authentication request to an authentication system so that the authentication system generates a first identity authentication result of the claimant;
the acquisition module 403 is configured to receive a first authentication result returned by the authentication system, and if it is determined that the first authentication result is authentication pass, display an acquisition window; the acquisition window is used for acquiring the name of the newborn, claimant information, birth information of the newborn, a certification issuing platform and expected claiming time of birth medical certification;
a sending module 404, configured to send a rarely-used word detection request to a frequent population management system; the rarely-used word detection request carries a name of the newborn, and is used for triggering a frequent population management system to generate a detection result for whether the rarely-used word exists in the name of the newborn;
the generation module 405 is configured to receive a detection result returned by the frequent population management system, and generate an online claiming request if the detection result is determined that the uncommon word does not exist; the online claiming request carries the name of the newborn, claimer information, birth information of the newborn, a certification issuing platform and expected claiming time of birth medicine certification;
a transmission module 406, configured to transmit the online claiming request to the certification issuing platform by setting a transmission mode, so that the certification issuing platform generates a birth medicine certification of the neonate according to the online claiming request; the set transmission mode comprises a government affair external network transmission mode, an encrypted data packet transmission mode, an API gateway transmission mode and a white list transmission mode.
In some embodiments, the display module 401 may be specifically configured to: displaying on-line claim options for the birth medicine certification on a service interface; the service interface is also used for displaying at least one of an appointment claiming record query option, a birth medicine certification electronic certificate correlation option and a birth medicine certification electronic certificate viewing option.
In some embodiments, the uncommon word detection request is further used for triggering the frequent population management system to compare each word in the name of the newborn with the rarely used word library or the rarely used word library, and generating a detection result for whether the rarely used word exists in the name of the newborn according to the comparison result;
in some embodiments, the display module 401 may be specifically configured to: prompt information for representing that the uncommon word does not exist in the name of the newborn is displayed in the acquisition window.
In some embodiments, the sending module 404 may be further configured to: sending a duplicate name detection request to a standing population management system; the rename detection request carries the name of the newborn, is used for triggering the standing population management system to count the standing population number which is the same as the name of the newborn, and sends the standing population number to the acquisition window to be displayed.
In some embodiments, the collection window is also used to collect other claimant information; the authentication module 402 may be further configured to: when the acquisition window is detected to acquire information of other claimants, providing a second authentication interface; the second authentication interface is used for collecting the identity authentication information of other claimants; generating a second identity authentication request according to the identity authentication information of other claimants and sending the second identity authentication request to the authentication system so that the authentication system generates second identity authentication results of the other claimants; receiving a second identity authentication result returned by the authentication system, and if the second identity authentication result is determined to be passed through authentication, sending a notification message to the generation module 405 so as to execute the step of generating the on-line claiming request; wherein, the online claiming request also carries other claiming person information.
For the specific limitation of the device claimed on the birth medicine certification line, reference may be made to the above limitation of the method claimed on the birth medicine certification line, and details thereof are not repeated herein. The modules in the above-mentioned birth medicine proving line claiming device can be wholly or partially realized by software, hardware and a combination thereof. The modules can be embedded in a hardware form or independent from a processor in the computer device, and can also be stored in a memory in the computer device in a software form, so that the processor can call and execute operations corresponding to the modules.
In addition, in the above-described exemplary embodiments of the birth medicine certification line claiming device, the logical division of the program modules is only an example, and in practical applications, the above-described function distribution may be performed by different program modules according to needs, for example, due to the configuration requirements of the corresponding hardware or the convenience of software implementation, that is, the internal structure of the birth medicine certification line claiming device is divided into different program modules to perform all or part of the above-described functions.
Based on the same idea as the method for on-line claiming of birth medicine certification in the above embodiment, a system for on-line claiming of birth medicine certification is also provided.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, an online application system for birth medicine certification is provided, which includes an online appointment platform, a certification issuing platform, an authentication system and a permanent population management system;
the online appointment platform is used for displaying online application options of the birth medicine certification; after a touch instruction of an online claiming option is detected, providing a first authentication interface; the first authentication interface is used for collecting identity authentication information of an claimant; generating a first identity authentication request according to the identity authentication information of the claimant and sending the first identity authentication request to an authentication system;
the authentication system is used for generating a first identity authentication result of the claimant according to the first identity authentication request and sending the first identity authentication result to the online reservation platform;
the online reservation platform is also used for determining that the first identity authentication result is that the authentication is passed and displaying an acquisition window; the acquisition window is used for acquiring the name of the newborn, claimant information, birth information of the newborn, a certification issuing platform and expected claiming time of birth medical certification; sending a rarely-used word detection request to a permanent population management system; the rarely used word detection request carries the name of the newborn;
the uncommon population management system is used for generating a detection result aiming at whether the uncommon word exists in the name of the new baby according to the rarely used word detection request, and sending the detection result to the online reservation platform;
the on-line reservation platform is also used for determining that the detection result is that no uncommon word exists and generating an on-line application request; the online claiming request carries the name of the newborn, claimer information, birth information of the newborn, a certification issuing platform and expected claiming time of birth medicine certification; transmitting the on-line claiming request to the certification issuing platform by setting a transmission mode; setting transmission modes including a government affair outer network transmission mode, an encrypted data packet transmission mode, an API gateway transmission mode and a white list transmission mode;
and the certification issuing platform is used for generating the birth medical certification of the neonate according to the online claiming request.
Wherein, the online reservation platform can be understood as a terminal client; the certification on-line claiming system is convenient for users to realize on-line identity authentication and effectively ensures real-name and real-person appointment claiming by establishing the interactive relation among the on-line appointment platform, the certification issuing platform, the authentication system and the standing population management system; by setting the interaction between the client and the permanent population management system, whether the name of the newborn contains the uncommon word or not can be quickly verified, and the condition that the name of the newborn has the uncommon word and cannot be input into the system on site to cause failure in application is not needed to be worried; meanwhile, the accurate issuing of the birth medical certification can be ensured by confirming the information of the claimant, the birth information of the newborn and the like in the appointment. In addition, by setting and proving the transmission mode between the platforms, the interactive stability is greatly improved, and the security of the data in the transmission process is ensured.
In some embodiments, the online booking platform is further configured to provide a second authentication interface when detecting that the acquisition window acquires information of other claimants; the second authentication interface is used for collecting the identity authentication information of other claimants; generating a second identity authentication request according to the identity authentication information of other claimants and sending the second identity authentication request to an authentication system; the authentication system is also used for generating second identity authentication results of other claimants according to the second identity authentication request and sending the second identity authentication results to the online reservation platform; the online reservation platform is further used for executing the step of generating the online claiming request if the second identity authentication result is determined to be that the second identity authentication result passes the authentication; wherein, the online claiming request also carries other claiming person information.
In some embodiments, the certification issuing platform is further configured to generate an online subscription record according to the online claiming request; the online reservation record has corresponding pick-up authentication options; collecting the information of a certificate receiver after detecting a touch instruction for receiving the authentication option of the on-line reserved record; and if the information of the claimant is matched with the information of the claimant or other claimant information carried in the on-line claimant request, generating the birth medicine certificate. The method for issuing the certificate by the certificate issuing platform is simple, accurate and safe, and is convenient for user operation.
In another embodiment, the user can send a pickup request to the certification issuing platform through the online reservation platform, and the certification issuing platform displays a pickup authentication option of the online reservation record after receiving the pickup request; after a touch instruction of a receiving authentication option of an online reservation record is detected, sending time efficiency information to an online reservation platform, wherein a user needs to finish offline receiving within a specified time period, otherwise, judging that a request of a receiving witness for receiving a certificate is invalid. The method can ensure that the user orderly receives the birth medicine certification generated by the certification issuing platform, and can ensure that the certification issuing platform timely judges that the corresponding reservation record is invalid after the user decides to give up the reserved request, thereby facilitating the certification issuing platform to manage the reservation record and simultaneously timely releasing the data storage space of the certification issuing platform.
In some embodiments, the system further comprises an electronic license system; and the electronic certificate system is used for receiving the birth medical certificate generated by the certificate issuing platform and storing the birth medical certificate in a local form of an electronic certificate for the association and the viewing of the online reservation platform. It should be noted that, as shown in fig. 6, the certification issuing platform and the electronic certificate system may include multiple provinces and cities and multiple towns, and may be specifically classified and refined according to actual needs.
As shown in fig. 7, in one embodiment, a computer device is provided, comprising a memory and a processor, the memory storing a computer program which, when executed by the processor, causes the processor to perform the steps of the method claimed above on the line of birth medicine certification. The steps of the method for on-line claiming of birth medicine certification here may be the steps of the method for on-line claiming of birth medicine certification of the above-mentioned embodiments. The computer equipment can also comprise a display screen and an input device, the types of the display screen and the input device are not limited uniquely, and the computer equipment can be applied to the existing display screen and the existing input device.
In one embodiment, a computer-readable storage medium is provided, storing a computer program that, when executed by a processor, causes the processor to perform the steps of the above-described method for on-line application of birth medicine certification. The steps of the method for on-line claiming of birth medicine certification here may be the steps of the method for on-line claiming of birth medicine certification of the above-mentioned embodiments.

Claims (12)

1. A birth medicine certification on-line claiming method applied to a client, the method comprising:
displaying on-line claim options for birth medical certification;
after a touch instruction for the on-line claim option is detected, providing a first authentication interface; the first authentication interface is used for collecting identity authentication information of an claimant;
generating a first identity authentication request according to the identity authentication information of the claimant and sending the first identity authentication request to an authentication system so that the authentication system generates a first identity authentication result of the claimant;
receiving a first identity authentication result returned by the authentication system, and displaying an acquisition window if the first identity authentication result is determined to be passed; the acquisition window is used for acquiring the name of the newborn, claimant information, birth information of the newborn, a certification issuing platform and expected claiming time of birth medical certification;
sending a rarely-used word detection request to a permanent population management system; the rarely-used word detection request carries the name of the newborn, and is used for triggering the frequent population management system to generate a detection result for whether the rarely-used word exists in the name of the newborn;
receiving the detection result returned by the frequent population management system, and generating an on-line claiming request if the detection result is determined to be that no uncommon word exists; the on-line claiming request carries the name of the newborn, the claimant information, the birth information of the newborn and the expected claiming time proved by birth medicine;
and identifying the certification issuing platform acquired by the acquisition window, and transmitting the on-line claiming request to the certification issuing platform by setting a transmission mode so that the certification issuing platform generates the birth medicine certification of the neonate according to the on-line claiming request.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
displaying on-line claim options for the birth medicine certification on a service interface;
the service interface is further used for displaying at least one of an appointment claiming record query option, a birth medical evidence electronic license association option and a birth medical evidence electronic license viewing option.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein the uncommon word detection request is further used for triggering the frequent population management system to compare each word in the name of the newborn with a rarely used word library or a rarely used word library, and generating a detection result for whether the rarely used word exists in the name of the newborn according to the comparison result;
after the step of determining that the uncommon word does not exist, the method further comprises:
and displaying prompt information for representing that the uncommon word does not exist in the name of the newborn in the acquisition window.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein after the step of acquiring the name of the neonate through the acquisition window, the method further comprises:
sending a duplicate name detection request to the standing population management system;
the rename detection request carries the name of the newborn, and is used for triggering the standing population management system to count the number of the standing population which is the same as the name of the newborn and sending the number of the standing population to the acquisition window for displaying.
5. The method of any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the collection window is further used for collecting other claimant information;
prior to the step of generating an on-line claim request, the method further comprises:
when the acquisition window is detected to acquire the information of the other claimants, providing a second authentication interface; the second authentication interface is used for collecting the identity authentication information of the other claimants;
generating a second identity authentication request according to the identity authentication information of the other claimants and sending the second identity authentication request to the authentication system so that the authentication system generates a second identity authentication result of the other claimants;
receiving a second identity authentication result returned by the authentication system, and executing the step of generating the on-line claim request if the second identity authentication result is determined to be passed; wherein, the online claiming request also carries the information of other claiming persons.
6. A birth medicine certification on-line claim device, comprising:
the display module is used for displaying the on-line claim options of the birth medicine certification;
the authentication module is used for providing a first authentication interface after detecting a touch instruction for the on-line claiming option; the first authentication interface is used for collecting identity authentication information of an claimant; generating a first identity authentication request according to the identity authentication information of the claimant and sending the first identity authentication request to an authentication system so that the authentication system generates a first identity authentication result of the claimant;
the acquisition module is used for receiving a first identity authentication result returned by the authentication system, and displaying an acquisition window if the first identity authentication result is determined to be authenticated; the acquisition window is used for acquiring the name of the newborn, claimant information, birth information of the newborn, a certification issuing platform and expected claiming time of birth medical certification;
the system comprises a sending module, a word-rarely-used detecting module and a word-rarely-used detecting module, wherein the sending module is used for sending a word-rarely-used detecting request to a frequent population management system; the rarely-used word detection request carries the name of the newborn, and is used for triggering the frequent population management system to generate a detection result for whether the rarely-used word exists in the name of the newborn;

and the transmission module is used for identifying the certification issuing platform acquired by the acquisition window and transmitting the on-line claiming request to the certification issuing platform by setting a transmission mode so that the certification issuing platform generates the birth medicine certification of the neonate according to the on-line claiming request.
7. An on-line application system for birth medicine certification is characterized by comprising an on-line reservation platform, a certification issuing platform, an authentication system and a standing population management system;
the online appointment platform is used for displaying online application options of the birth medicine certification; after a touch instruction for the on-line claim option is detected, providing a first authentication interface; the first authentication interface is used for collecting identity authentication information of an claimant; generating a first identity authentication request according to the identity authentication information of the claimant and sending the first identity authentication request to the authentication system;
the authentication system is used for generating a first identity authentication result of the claimant according to the first identity authentication request and sending the first identity authentication result to the online reservation platform;
the online reservation platform is also used for determining that the first identity authentication result is that the authentication is passed and displaying a collection window; the acquisition window is used for acquiring the name of the newborn, claimant information, birth information of the newborn, a certification issuing platform and expected claiming time of birth medical certification; sending a rarely-used word detection request to the frequent population management system; the rarely used word detection request carries the name of the newborn;
the rarely-used-word detection system is used for generating a detection result aiming at whether rarely-used words exist in the name of the newborn according to the rarely-used-word detection request and sending the detection result to the online reservation platform;
the online reservation platform is also used for determining that the detection result is that no uncommon word exists and generating an online application request; the on-line claiming request carries the name of the newborn, the claimant information, the birth information of the newborn and the expected claiming time proved by birth medicine; identifying the certification issuing platform acquired by the acquisition window, and transmitting the online claiming request to the certification issuing platform by setting a transmission mode;
the certification issuing platform is used for generating the birth medical certification of the neonate according to the on-line claiming request.

The system of claim 7, wherein the online booking platform is further configured to provide a second authentication interface when detecting that the collection window collects information of other claimants; the second authentication interface is used for collecting the identity authentication information of the other claimants; generating a second identity authentication request according to the identity authentication information of the other claimants and sending the second identity authentication request to the authentication system;
the authentication system is further used for generating a second identity authentication result of the other claimants according to the second identity authentication request and sending the second identity authentication result to the online reservation platform;
the online reservation platform is further configured to execute the step of generating the online claiming request if it is determined that the second identity authentication result is that the authentication is passed; wherein, the online claiming request also carries the information of other claiming persons.

The system of claim 8, wherein the credential issuance platform is further configured to generate an online subscription record based on the online claim request; the online reservation record has a corresponding pick-up authentication option; collecting the information of the certificate taker after detecting a touch instruction for drawing the authentication option of the on-line reservation record; and if the information of the claimant is determined to be matched with the information of the claimant or the information of other claimants carried in the on-line claimant request, generating a birth medicine certificate.
10. The system according to any one of claims 7 to 9, wherein the system further comprises an electronic license system;
the electronic certificate system is used for receiving the birth medicine certificate generated by the certificate issuing platform and storing the birth medicine certificate in a local form in the form of an electronic certificate for the online reservation platform to associate and view.
11. A computer device comprising a memory and a processor, the memory storing a computer program, wherein the processor implements the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 5 when executing the computer program.
12. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 5.
