Abstract

The invention discloses a community management method, a community management system, a user terminal and a management terminal, and relates to the technical field of computers. One embodiment of the method comprises: receiving a health code scanning request from a management terminal, and acquiring the login state of a manager; when the login state of the manager is logged in, determining that the manager belongs to a configured white list person with authority to acquire health codes according to login information, and returning a code scanning page to the management terminal; and after monitoring that the manager scans the health codes of the people who come in and go out by using the scanning function of the code scanning page, inquiring and counting corresponding information of the people who come in and go out, and returning the information of the people who come in and go out to the management terminal. Technical Field

Background

During an epidemic situation, when a user enters a public place such as a community, a hospital, a school and the like, the health code of the user needs to be displayed to a manager in the public place, and when the health code indicates that the health state of the user is normal, the user is allowed to enter the public place. In the mode, the manager can only know the current health state of the user, and cannot count the condition that the user goes in and out of the public place, confirm the identity information of the user and determine the recent health state of the user in real time.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of this, embodiments of the present invention provide a community management method, a community management system, a user terminal, and a management terminal, where the community management method utilizes a white list verification mechanism, queries and counts information of people who come in and go out after an authorized manager scans a health code, and can provide real-time information of people who come in and go out for the manager, and ensure privacy of people who come in and go out at the same time.

To achieve the above object, according to an aspect of an embodiment of the present invention, a community management method is provided.

The community management method of the embodiment of the invention comprises the following steps: receiving a health code scanning request from a management terminal, and acquiring the login state of a manager; when the login state of the manager is logged in, determining that the manager belongs to a configured white list person with authority to acquire health codes according to login information, and returning a code scanning page to the management terminal; and after monitoring that the manager scans the health codes of the people who come in and go out by using the scanning function of the code scanning page, inquiring and counting corresponding information of the people who come in and go out, and returning the information of the people who come in and go out to the management terminal.

Optionally, the method further comprises: receiving a community joining request from a user terminal, and checking whether the person who comes in and goes out logs in a community website or not; if the person who comes in and goes out logs in the community website, returning a user login page of the community website to the user terminal so that the person who comes in and goes out logs in the community website; and if the person who comes in and goes out logs in the community website, matching the person identification in the login information with the stored resident information, and allowing the person who comes in and goes out to join the community after the matching is successful.

Optionally, the method further comprises: receiving a health code acquisition request from the user terminal, and checking whether the person who comes in and goes out is authenticated by real name and whether health declaration is carried out; and collecting the health information of the person who comes in and goes out according to the inspection result, and generating the health code.

Optionally, collecting health information of the access personnel according to the checking result, and generating the health code includes: if the person who comes in and goes out is not authenticated by the real name, a real name authentication page is returned to the user terminal so that the person who comes in and goes out can carry out real name authentication operation; if the person entering and exiting the intelligent terminal is authenticated but not subjected to health declaration, returning a health declaration page to the user terminal so that the person entering and exiting the intelligent terminal can perform health declaration operation; and if the person entering and exiting the house is authenticated by real name and health declaration is carried out, collecting health information of the person entering and exiting the house, and generating the health code.

Optionally, before the step of sending the health code obtaining request to the community management system, the method further includes: and when detecting that the in-out person executes a setting operation on a community joining function in the community website, sending a community joining request to the community management system so that the community management system matches the in-out person identification with stored resident information, and allowing the in-out person to join the community after matching is successful.

Optionally, before the step of receiving a code scanning page returned by the community management system according to the health code scanning request, the method further includes: receiving a manager login page returned by the community management system according to the health code scanning request; the management personnel login page is returned when the community management system determines that the management personnel does not log in the community website according to the health code scanning request; and acquiring login information input by the manager on a login page of the manager, and uploading the login information to the community management system, so that the community management system returns the code scanning page when determining that the corresponding manager belongs to a configured white list person having authority to acquire health codes according to the login information.

One embodiment of the above invention has the following advantages or benefits:

Exemplary embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which various details of embodiments of the invention are included to assist understanding, and which are to be considered as merely exemplary. Accordingly, those of ordinary skill in the art will recognize that various changes and modifications of the embodiments described herein can be made without departing from the scope and spirit of the invention. Also, descriptions of well-known functions and constructions are omitted in the following description for clarity and conciseness.

Terms related to the embodiments of the present invention are explained below.

Health code: the identity information code representing the personal health information is generated through health declaration based on the self health condition of residents.

URL: the English is called Uniform Resource Locator, Uniform Resource Locator.

H5: i.e., HTML5, is a language description way to build Web content.

Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of main steps of community management performed by the community management system according to the embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the community management method according to the embodiment of the present invention is executed by a community management system, and mainly includes the following steps:

step S101: and receiving a health code scanning request from the management terminal to acquire the login state of the manager. And the manager scans the two-dimension code by using the management terminal and jumps to a community website stored by the two-dimension code. Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of main steps of community management performed by a user terminal according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, the community management method according to the embodiment of the present invention is executed by a user terminal, and mainly includes the following steps:

Step S201: and scanning the two-dimension code, and jumping to a community website stored in the two-dimension code. The two-dimensional code stores the URL and the community Id of the community website. Fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of information interaction between the community management system and the user terminal according to the embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 4, the community management method according to the embodiment of the present invention mainly includes the following steps:

And if the person entering and exiting the intelligent terminal is authenticated by real name but does not perform health declaration, returning a health declaration page to the user terminal so as to enable the person entering and exiting the intelligent terminal to perform health declaration operation. And after real-name authentication of the person entering and exiting, checking whether health declaration information of the person entering and exiting exists in the community management system and the last health declaration time. If the health declaration information of the person is not available or the health declaration time does not conform to the configured declaration effective time, the situation that the health declaration is not performed is indicated, and a health declaration page is returned to the user terminal.

Step S511: and the management terminal displays the information of the person coming in and going out on the user interface. In a preferred embodiment, before step S506, if it is determined that the login status of the administrator is logged in, the community management system further needs to determine whether the administrator is authenticated by a real name, and return a code scanning page to the administrator that is authenticated by the real name and belongs to the white list, so as to ensure that the identity of the administrator is real and valid, and ensure the privacy of the person who comes in and goes out.

And if the manager does not authenticate the real name, returning a real name authentication page to the management terminal so that the manager performs real name authentication operation. In another preferred embodiment, the health code carries a time stamp therein so that the health code is automatically updated after being scanned. After the community management system monitors that the management personnel scan the health codes of the personnel in and out by using the scanning function of the code scanning page, the time stamp of the health codes is automatically updated, the personnel in and out are prevented from storing the screenshot of the health codes and are lent to other people for use.

In another preferred embodiment, the community management system can also query and count the access amount of the user to the set functions in the system according to dimensions of day, week, month, year and the like. When the manager is verified to log in, the login state can be determined by reading the session to judge whether the manager contains the manager information. Fig. 7 is a system architecture diagram of a community management system of an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 7, the community management system 700 according to the embodiment of the present invention mainly includes: the system comprises a basic management module, a community management module and an information processing module. The basic management module comprises a user management module 701 and a real-name authentication module 702, the community management module comprises a health code generation module 703, an access registration module 704, a health declaration management module 705 and a manager management module 706, and the information processing module comprises a receiving and acquiring module 601, a determination and return module 602, an inquiry and statistics module 603 and an access amount statistics module 707.

The user management module 701 manages access personnel applying for joining the community. Specifically, the identification of the person who comes in and goes out can be matched with the stored resident information, and the person who comes in and goes out is allowed to join the community after the matching is successful; if the matching fails, the person who comes in and goes out selects the community which the person wants to join, fills in user information, and can join the community after the manager checks the community.

The real-name authentication module 702 compares the identity information uploaded by the access personnel and the management personnel with the information recorded by the public security system/the people bank system, aiming at the flow that the access personnel and the management personnel use the community to be associated with the real-name authentication, and if the comparison is successful, the real-name authentication is successful.

The health code generating module 703 is configured to generate a health code for an entering/exiting person based on the health information of the entering/exiting person after the entering/exiting person performs a health declaration. And the access registration module 704 is used for acquiring the body temperature information of the access personnel input by the manager on the code scanning page after the manager scans the health code, and generating access registration record information.

And a health declaration management module 705 for collecting health information of the person entering or exiting the health declaration module before generating the health code. And the manager management module 706 is used for setting white list persons. The visit amount statistic module 707 provides the visit amount usage of the functions of health code generation, health declaration, health code scanning and the like by dimension inquiry and statistics of day, week, month, year and the like.

From the above description, it can be seen that by using a white list verification mechanism, after a manager who has a code scanning authority scans a health code, the manager inquires and counts the information of the person who comes in or goes out, so that the manager can be provided with real-time information of the person who comes in or goes out, and meanwhile, the privacy of the person who comes in or goes out is ensured.

And the health code display module 803 is configured to receive the health code returned by the community management system according to the health code acquisition request, and display the health code. Referring now to FIG. 11, shown is a block diagram of a computer system 1100 suitable for use in implementing an electronic device of an embodiment of the present invention. The electronic device shown in fig. 11 is only an example, and should not bring any limitation to the functions and the scope of use of the embodiments of the present invention.

As shown in fig. 11, the computer system 1100 includes a Central Processing Unit (CPU)1101, which can perform various appropriate actions and processes in accordance with a program stored in a Read Only Memory (ROM)1102 or a program loaded from a storage section 1108 into a Random Access Memory (RAM) 1103. According to the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, a white list verification mechanism is utilized, after a manager with code scanning authority scans the health codes, the information of the people coming in and going out is inquired and counted, real-time information of the people coming in and going out can be provided for the manager, and meanwhile, the privacy of the people coming in and going out is ensured.

Claims

1. A community management method, comprising:

receiving a health code scanning request from a management terminal, and acquiring the login state of a manager;

when the login state of the manager is logged in, determining that the manager belongs to a configured white list person with authority to acquire health codes according to login information, and returning a code scanning page to the management terminal;

and after monitoring that the manager scans the health codes of the people who come in and go out by using the scanning function of the code scanning page, inquiring and counting corresponding information of the people who come in and go out, and returning the information of the people who come in and go out to the management terminal.

2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:

receiving a community joining request from a user terminal, and checking whether the person who comes in and goes out logs in a community website or not;

if the person who comes in and goes out logs in the community website, returning a user login page of the community website to the user terminal so that the person who comes in and goes out logs in the community website;

and if the person who comes in and goes out logs in the community website, matching the person identification in the login information with the stored resident information, and allowing the person who comes in and goes out to join the community after the matching is successful.

3. The method of claim 2, further comprising:

receiving a health code acquisition request from the user terminal, and checking whether the person who comes in and goes out is authenticated by real name and whether health declaration is carried out;

and collecting the health information of the person who comes in and goes out according to the inspection result, and generating the health code.

4. The method of claim 3, wherein collecting health information of said accessing person based on the result of said check, generating said health code, comprises:

if the person who comes in and goes out is not authenticated by the real name, a real name authentication page is returned to the user terminal so that the person who comes in and goes out can carry out real name authentication operation;

If the person entering and exiting the intelligent terminal is authenticated but not subjected to health declaration, returning a health declaration page to the user terminal so that the person entering and exiting the intelligent terminal can perform health declaration operation;

and if the person entering and exiting the house is authenticated by real name and health declaration is carried out, collecting health information of the person entering and exiting the house, and generating the health code.

5. The method of claim 1, wherein after the step of obtaining the login status of the administrator, the method further comprises:

when the login state of the manager is not logged in, returning a manager login page to the management terminal so that the manager performs login operation;

when the login state of the manager is logged in, the method further comprises:

checking whether the manager is authenticated by a real name or not, and if the manager is not authenticated by the real name, returning a real name authentication page to the management terminal so that the manager performs real name authentication operation;

determining that the manager belongs to a configured white list person having authority to acquire the health code, and returning a code scanning page to the management terminal, wherein the code scanning page comprises the following steps:

and if the manager is authenticated and belongs to the configured white list personnel with the authority of acquiring the health code, returning a code scanning page to the management terminal.

6. The method of claim 1, further comprising:

and acquiring the body temperature information of the person in and out, which is input by the manager on the code scanning page, and generating access registration record information.

7. The method of any of claims 1-6, wherein the health code comprises: and the link for displaying the health code, the community identifier and the in-out person identifier.

8. The method of claim 7, wherein the health code further comprises a timestamp, the method further comprising:

and when the health codes of the persons who come in and go out are monitored to be scanned by the manager by using the scanning function of the code scanning page, the time stamps of the health codes are automatically updated.

9. The method according to any one of claims 1-6, further comprising:

and counting the access amount of the set functions, wherein the set functions comprise any one or more of a health code generation function, a health declaration function and a health code scanning function.

10. A community management method, comprising:

scanning the two-dimension code, and jumping to a community website stored in the two-dimension code;

When detecting that the entering and exiting personnel execute the setting operation on the health code display function in the community website, sending a health code acquisition request to a community management system;

and receiving the health code returned by the community management system according to the health code acquisition request, and displaying the health code.

11. The method of claim 10, wherein prior to the step of sending a health code acquisition request to a community management system, the method further comprises:

and when detecting that the in-out person executes a setting operation on a community joining function in the community website, sending a community joining request to the community management system so that the community management system matches the in-out person identification with stored resident information, and allowing the in-out person to join the community after matching is successful.

12. The method of claim 11, wherein after the step of sending a community join request to the community management system, the method further comprises:

receiving a user login page returned by the community management system according to the community joining request; the user login page is returned when the community management system determines that the person entering or exiting the community does not log in the community website according to the community joining request;

13. The method of claim 10, wherein after the step of sending a health code acquisition request to the community management system, the method further comprises:

receiving a real-name authentication page returned by the community management system according to the health code acquisition request; the real-name authentication page is returned when the community management system determines that the person entering and exiting the building is not authenticated according to the health code acquisition request;

and acquiring identity information input by the person who comes in and goes out on the real-name authentication page, and uploading the identity information to the community management system so that the community management system performs real-name authentication on the person who comes in and goes out.

14. The method of any of claims 10 to 13, wherein after the step of sending a health code acquisition request to a community management system, the method further comprises:

receiving a health declaration page returned by the community management system according to the health code acquisition request; the health declaration page is returned when the community management system determines that the personnel entering and exiting the community does not perform health declaration according to the health code acquisition request;

And acquiring health information input by the personnel entering and exiting the community on the health declaration page, and uploading the health information to the community management system so that the community management system generates the health code according to the health information.

15. A community management method, comprising:

when detecting that a manager executes a setting operation on a health code scanning function in the community website, sending a health code scanning request to a community management system;

receiving a code scanning page returned by the community management system according to the health code scanning request, and scanning the health codes of the people in and out by using the scanning function of the code scanning page so that the community management system inquires and counts the corresponding information of the people in and out and returns the information of the people in and out;

and receiving the information of the people coming in and going out returned by the community management system, and displaying the information of the people coming in and going out.

16. The method of claim 15, wherein before the step of receiving a code scanning page returned by the community management system according to the health code scanning request, the method further comprises:

Receiving a manager login page returned by the community management system according to the health code scanning request; the management personnel login page is returned when the community management system determines that the management personnel does not log in the community website according to the health code scanning request;

and acquiring login information input by the manager on a login page of the manager, and uploading the login information to the community management system, so that the community management system returns the code scanning page when determining that the corresponding manager belongs to a configured white list person having authority to acquire health codes according to the login information.

17. The method of claim 16, wherein after the step of obtaining login information entered by the administrator at the administrator login page, the method further comprises:

receiving a real-name authentication page returned by the community management system; the real-name authentication page is returned when the community management system determines that the administrator is not authenticated by real name according to the login information;

and acquiring identity information input by the manager on the real-name authentication page, and uploading the identity information to the community management system so that the community management system performs real-name authentication on the manager.

18. A community management system, comprising:

the system comprises a receiving and acquiring module, a health code scanning module and a management terminal, wherein the receiving and acquiring module is used for receiving a health code scanning request from the management terminal and acquiring the login state of a manager;

the determination and return module is used for determining that the management personnel belongs to configured white list personnel with authority to acquire health codes according to login information when the login state of the management personnel is logged in, and returning a code scanning page to the management terminal;

and the inquiry counting module is used for inquiring and counting corresponding information of the people who come in and go out after monitoring that the manager scans the health codes of the people who come in and go out by using the scanning function of the code scanning page, and returning the information of the people who come in and go out to the management terminal.

the scanning and skipping module is used for scanning the two-dimensional code and skipping to a community website stored in the two-dimensional code;
