1. A grinder of shelled peanut which characterized in that: the crushing device comprises a main box body, wherein a crushing chamber is arranged at the upper end inside the main box body, a rotating main shaft is arranged inside the crushing chamber, a plurality of groups of crushing cutters are arranged at the lower end of the rotating main shaft, a first discharge hole is formed in one side of the lower end of the crushing chamber, a first drainage plate is fixedly connected to one side inside the main box body below the first discharge hole, a feeding hopper is arranged inside the main box body below the first drainage plate, the lower end of the feeding hopper is connected with a transmission pipe body, the lower end of the transmission pipe body is connected with an upper grinding disc, a lower grinding disc is arranged below the upper grinding disc, a fifth motor is arranged on one side of the bottom end inside the main box body, the output end of the second motor is connected with a filtering box body, a support frame is arranged at the bottom end inside the main box body, and;
a feeding channel is formed in the upper grinding disc and is communicated with the transmission pipe body, a grinding groove is formed in the lower end face of the upper grinding disc, and the lower grinding disc is located in the grinding groove;
the lower grinding disc comprises an upper grinding plate and a lower grinding plate, the upper end of the lower grinding plate is connected with a plurality of groups of connecting rods, the lower end surface of the upper grinding plate is provided with a plurality of groups of mounting grooves, first springs are arranged inside the mounting grooves, and one ends of the first springs are connected with the connecting rods;
a protruding column is arranged in the middle of the upper end of the storage box body, the protruding column is hollow, a first storage groove is formed in the upper end face of the storage box body, and a second discharge hole is formed in one side of the lower end of the first storage groove;
the inside of filtering box is provided with the second holding tank, is located the internally mounted of second holding tank top filtering box has the filter, be provided with the filter screen on the filter.
2. A peanut kernel grinding device as in claim 1 wherein: the inside bottom that is located the below of broken sword smashes the room is provided with spiral pusher arm, the inside of main tank body is provided with the second motor, the second motor is connected with spiral pusher arm.

A peanut kernel grinding device as in claim 1 wherein: one side of the main tank body is provided with a feeding tank opening, the upper end of the main tank body is provided with two sets of first hydraulic cylinders, the output end of each first hydraulic cylinder is connected with a first supporting plate, a first motor is installed on the upper end face of each first supporting plate, and the output end of each first motor is connected with a rotating main shaft.
4. A peanut kernel grinding device as in claim 1 wherein: a discharging baffle is arranged on one side of the first discharging hole, and the upper end of the discharging baffle is connected with the output end of the first air cylinder.

A peanut kernel grinding device as in claim 1 wherein: the transmission device is characterized in that a first bevel gear is arranged on the outer side of the circumference of the upper end of the transmission pipe body, second supporting plates are arranged on two sides of the inner wall of the main box body, third motors are mounted at the upper ends of the second supporting plates, the output ends of the third motors are connected with second bevel gears, and the second bevel gears are in meshed rotation with the first bevel gears.

A peanut kernel grinding device as in claim 1 wherein: the inside bottom of the main tank body is provided with a second hydraulic cylinder, the output end of the second hydraulic cylinder is connected with a fourth motor, the output shaft of the fourth motor is fixedly connected with the lower end face of the lower grinding disc, the upper end of the output shaft of the fourth motor penetrates through the protruding column, and a second drainage plate is connected between the lower end of the discharge port and the upper end of the filtering tank body.
7. A peanut kernel grinding device as in any one of claims 1-6 wherein: the using method comprises the following steps:
a: firstly, peeled peanut kernels are poured into the interior of a crushing chamber through a feeding box opening, then a first motor is started through a controller, the first motor drives a rotating main shaft to rotate, a crushing knife on the rotating main shaft is further enabled to rotate to crush the peanut kernels, two groups of first hydraulic cylinders are started again, the output end of the first hydraulic cylinder drives a first supporting plate to move to reciprocate up and down, the first motor is further driven to reciprocate up and down, the peanut kernels at the upper end and the lower end in the crushing chamber can be crushed, the complete peanut kernels are prevented from being directly ground due to smooth surface and are easy to slide between a grinding disc, subsequent procedures are facilitated to be ground, the first cylinder is started again after crushing is completed, the output end of the first cylinder drives a discharging baffle to move upwards so as to open a first discharging opening, then, the second motor is started, so that the spiral pushing rod can be driven to rotate, peanut kernels in the crushing chamber can be conveyed out of the first discharge hole and then fall on the first drainage plate;
b, after the step A is finished, the crushed peanut kernels slide down to the interior of the feeding hopper through the first drainage plate, the third motor and the fourth motor are respectively started, the output end of the third motor drives the first bevel gear to rotate, the arranged first bevel gear and the arranged second bevel gear are meshed to rotate so as to further drive the transmission pipe body to rotate, the output end of the fourth motor drives the lower grinding disc to rotate, the arranged upper grinding disc and the arranged lower grinding disc simultaneously and respectively rotate in opposite directions to grind the peanut kernels falling from the feeding channel, the rotation is beneficial to more fully grinding the peanut kernels, the arranged second hydraulic cylinder is started simultaneously to drive the fourth motor to do small-amplitude up-and-down reciprocating movement, the arranged first spring can play a role in buffering the upper grinding plate, and the machine part is prevented from being damaged due to overlarge thrust of the arranged second hydraulic cylinder, the distance between the upper grinding disc and the lower grinding disc can be changed, so that more sufficient grinding is facilitated, and ground residues and oil flow into the storage box body from the outer side of the lower grinding disc;
and C, after the step B is completed, the residues and the oil in the storage box body fall onto the second drainage plate from the second discharge port, then fall into the filtering box body through the second drainage plate, the residues and the oil fall onto the filtering plate in the filtering box body, the set fifth motor is started again, the output end of the fifth motor drives the filtering box body to rotate, the residues and the oil pass through the set filtering net through centrifugal motion to be separated from the residues, after the separation is completed, the fifth motor is closed again and then stored at the inner bottom end of the filtering box body, finally, the box door is opened to take out the separated oil, and the efficiency is high.
