Referring to fig. 1-7, a green soy bean planting process includes the following steps:
the method comprises the following steps: deeply ploughing the soil for 27cm, applying fertilizer and quicklime, laying a thin film on a planting part, standing for 8 days, and then making deep and high furrows;
step two: pouring the seeds into pretreatment equipment for soaking, washing and spraying a regulator, wherein the growth regulator comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 3 portions of gibberellin,Multiple-effect hoots 4 parts, glycine 9 parts, vitamin E4 parts, vitamin D4 parts, citric acid 5 parts, 6-BA7 parts, KMnO 44 parts of Tris-HCl buffer solution and 3 parts of Tris-HCl buffer solution, then airing the seeds in a cool environment, and sowing the seeds after airing;
step three: digging holes on the high ridge surface for sowing, pressing soil for covering after sowing, and fertilizing and moisturizing;
step four: adding seedling-raising fertilizer in the seedling stage, manually removing weeds near the root system, reducing watering times, adding flowering fertilizer in the flowering stage, picking the heart and the top, and finally picking when the green soybeans are light green in color.
Referring to fig. 1 and 4, the pretreatment equipment comprises a first support 1 and a second support 2, the first support 1 and the second support 2 are placed in parallel, the upper surface of the first support 1 is fixedly connected with a soaking tank 3, the upper surface of the second support 2 is fixedly connected with a cleaning tank 4, one end of the lower surface of the cleaning tank 4 is fixedly connected with a spraying tank 5, the upper surface of the spraying tank 5 is fixedly connected with a chemical tank 6, the rear surface of the spraying tank 5 is fixedly connected with a recovery pump 7, a recovery pipe 8 is fixedly connected between a liquid outlet of the recovery pump 7 and the chemical tank 6, the outer surface of the recovery pipe 8 is sleeved with a plurality of first support frames 9, one side of the upper surface of the chemical tank 6, which is close to the recovery pipe 8, is fixedly connected with a first feeding pipe 10, the first support frames 9 are all in threaded connection with the spraying tank 5, the front surface of the spraying tank 5 is fixedly connected with a detection window 20, and the bottom end of, the front surfaces of the cleaning box 4 and the medicament box 6 are both fixedly connected with a manipulator 11;
a seed soaking frame 13 is installed on the outer side of the soaking box 3, a connecting plate 16 is rotatably connected to the top end of one side, facing the cleaning box 4, of the soaking box 3, a first driving motor 17 is fixedly connected to one side of the front surface of the soaking box 3, the output end of the first driving motor 17 is fixedly connected with the connecting plate 16, an air cylinder 14 is fixedly connected to the upper surface of the seed soaking frame 13, the output end of the air cylinder 14 extends into the soaking box 3, a soaking box 15 is fixedly connected to the output end of the air cylinder 14, and a first discharging pipe 12 is fixedly connected to the lower side of the front surface of the soaking box 3;
wash case 4 upper surface towards one side fixedly connected with feed box 18 of soaking case 3, feed box 18 towards one side fixedly connected with hang plate 19 of soaking case 3, wash the inside fixedly connected with inflation gasbag 26 of case 4, and wash the lower fixed surface of case 4 and be connected with equipment case 22, wash the inside fixedly connected with ultrasonic cleaner 37 of case 4, the bottom fixedly connected with fan 23 of equipment case 22, wash the bottom fixedly connected with intercommunication board 24 of case 4, intercommunication board 24 communicates with fan 23, and the last fixed surface of intercommunication board 24 is connected with a plurality of intercommunication pole 25, the top of intercommunication pole 25 all extends to the inside of washing case 4, and the equal fixedly connected with inflation gasbag 26 in top of intercommunication pole 25, inflation gasbag 26 can rock the inside water of washing case 4 after aerifing.

Referring to fig. 5-7, an inlet pipe 31 is fixedly connected to a portion inside the spraying tank 5, which is connected to the washing tank 4, a second filter plate 32 is fixedly connected to a lower side of the spraying tank 5, which is close to the inlet pipe 31, the second filter plate 32 is installed in an inclined shape, a discharge hole 33 is formed in the second filter plate 32, which is close to an upper side of the material box 21, a recycling tank 38 is fixedly connected to the spraying tank 5, which is close to a position between the second filter plate 32 and the material box 21, a bottom of the recycling tank 38 is arranged in an inclined shape, a lowest position of the bottom of the recycling tank 38 is communicated with the recycling pump 7, and a liquid level meter 34 is fixedly connected to a. The lower surface fixedly connected with of medicament case 6 sprays board 35, sprays board 35 and all extends to the inside of spraying case 5, and sprays the equal fixedly connected with in inside of board 35 and divides liquid board 36, and the growth regulator can stratify under the effect of dividing liquid board 36 when passing through dividing liquid board 36 to can improve the quality that combines with the seed.
The use method of the pretreatment equipment comprises the following steps: starting a second driving motor 134, driving a spiral pipe 132 to rotate by the second driving motor 134, moving the spiral pipe 132 to rotate and then to generate relative displacement with a turbine rod 135, so as to drive the soaking box 15 to rise, starting the air cylinder 14 after the soaking box 15 rises, lifting the soaking box 15 from the soaking box 3, pouring seeds into the soaking box 15, starting the air cylinder 14 and a second driving motor 134 in the seed soaking frame 13, descending the soaking box 15 into the soaking box 3, leading the edge of the soaking box 15 to be tightly attached to one side of the inner wall of the soaking box 3 when the soaking box 15 descends, then leading the disinfectant into the soaking box 3 through a first discharge pipe 12, and enabling the water surface of the disinfectant to be diffused over the soaking box 15, wherein the disinfectant is a mixture of zineb, fenaminosulf, trisodium tombstone, copper sulfate and propamocarb;
after soaking, the first driving motor 17 is started, the first driving motor 17 drives the connecting plate 16 to rotate, the connecting plate 16 is erected inside the inclined plate 19 after rotating, then the second driving motor 134 and the air cylinder 14 are started, the soaking box 15 is lifted to one side of the edge of the connecting plate 16, seeds are stirred into the cleaning box 4 along the connecting plate 16 and the inclined plate 19 and fall into water inside the cleaning box 4 along the material inlet box 18, the ultrasonic cleaner 37 is started to perform ultrasonic cleaning on the seeds, the starting time of each time of the ultrasonic cleaner 37 is 30-40s, meanwhile, the blower 23 is started intermittently, the blower 23 pumps external air into each expansion air bag 26 through the communication plate 24 and the communication rod 25, the expansion air bags 26 are deformed after being inflated to vibrate water inside the cleaning box 4, and after cleaning, the water is discharged through the second discharge pipe 27, the solenoid valve 29 is opened at the water discharge, the seeds slide along the bottom of the washing tank 4 into the spraying tank 5;
the growth regulator is conveyed into the chemical box 6 through the first feeding pipe 10, the growth regulator is sprinkled through the sprinkling plate 35 to form a water curtain and is collected into the recycling box 38 through the second filter plate 32, the seeds fall onto the second filter plate 32 along the inlet pipe 31 after entering the sprinkling box 5 and slide into the discharge hole 33 along the second filter plate 32, and the seeds pass through the water curtain of the growth regulator when sliding along the second filter plate 32 and finally fall into the material box 21 from the discharge hole 33.

the use method of the pretreatment equipment comprises the following steps: starting a second driving motor (134), driving a spiral pipe (132) to rotate by the second driving motor (134), moving the spiral pipe (132) to rotate and then to generate relative displacement with a turbine rod (135), so as to drive the soaking box (15) to rise, starting an air cylinder (14) after the soaking box (15) rises, lifting the soaking box (15) from the soaking box (3), pouring seeds into the soaking box (15), starting the air cylinder (14) and a second driving motor (134) in a seed soaking frame (13), descending the soaking box (15) into the soaking box (3), when the soaking box (15) descends, enabling the edge of the soaking box (15) to cling to one side of the inner wall of the soaking box (3), then introducing a disinfectant into the soaking box (3) through a first discharge pipe (12), and enabling the water surface of the disinfectant to overflow the soaking box (15);
after soaking, a first driving motor (17) is started, the first driving motor (17) drives a connecting plate (16) to rotate, the connecting plate (16) is erected inside an inclined plate (19) after rotating, then a second driving motor (134) and an air cylinder (14) are started, a soaking box (15) is lifted to one side of the edge of the connecting plate (16), seeds are stirred into a cleaning box (4) along the connecting plate (16) and the inclined plate (19), the seeds fall into water inside the cleaning box (4) along a material inlet box (18), an ultrasonic cleaner (37) is started to perform ultrasonic cleaning on the seeds, the starting time of the ultrasonic cleaner (37) every time is 30-40s, meanwhile, a fan (23) is intermittently started, the fan (23) extracts outside air into each expansion air bag (26) through a communication plate (24) and a communication rod (25), the expansion air bag (26) deforms after being inflated, water in the cleaning box (4) is vibrated, after the cleaning is finished, the water is discharged through the second discharge pipe (27), the electromagnetic valve (29) is opened when the water is discharged, and the seeds slide into the spraying box (5) along the bottom of the cleaning box (4);
conveying a growth regulator into a chemical box (6) through a first feeding pipe (10), wherein the growth regulator is scattered through a spraying plate (35) to form a water curtain and collected into a recycling box (38) through a second filter plate (32), after entering a spraying box (5), seeds fall onto the second filter plate (32) along an entering pipe (31) and slide into a discharge hole (33) along the second filter plate (32), and when sliding along the second filter plate (32), the seeds pass through the water curtain of the growth regulator and finally fall into a material box (21) from the discharge hole (33);
step three: digging holes on the high ridge surface for sowing, pressing soil for covering after sowing, and fertilizing and moisturizing;
step four: adding seedling-raising fertilizer in the seedling stage, manually removing weeds near the root system, reducing watering times, adding flowering fertilizer in the flowering stage, picking the heart and the top, and finally picking when the green soybeans are light green in color.

The planting process of green soy beans according to claim 1, wherein the growth regulator comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 1-6 parts of gibberellin, 2-6 parts of pleiotropic hoots 2, 7-11 parts of glycine, 2-5 parts of vitamin E, 2-5 parts of vitamin D, 3-7 parts of citric acid, 5-8 parts of 6-BA, and KMnO42-5 parts of Tris-HCl buffer solution and 1-5 parts of Tris-HCl buffer solution.
3. The growing process of the green soy beans as claimed in claim 1, wherein the disinfectant is one or more of zineb, fenaminosulf, carbendazim, trisodium tombstonate, copper sulfate, daphniphora or swertia.
