Abstract

本发明涉及一种安装在车辆上的灯具,尤其涉及一种通过采用在支架上安装多个单位照明模块的结构而能够选择灯具的大小和形状,还能够仅对发生问题的单位照明模块进行更换或维护保养,更能够实现不同的照明模式的车辆用灯具。适用本发明的车辆用灯具,包括:单位照明模块,包括主体和内置于上述主体内部的发光二极管(LED)模块以及对上述主体的前方进行覆盖的透明前盖;以及,支架,安装有多个上述单位照明模块。

车辆用灯具
技术领域
本发明涉及一种安装在车辆上的灯具,尤其涉及一种通过采用在支架上安装多个单位照明模块的结构而能够选择灯具的大小和形状,还能够仅对发生问题的单位照明模块进行更换或维护保养,更能够实现不同的照明模式的车辆用灯具。
背景技术
通常,在车辆的前方和后方安装有用于确保驾驶人员的视野并传递信号的灯具。
安装在车辆后方的灯具包括刹车灯、转向灯,而安装在前方的灯具包括转向灯、照明灯以及雾灯等。
近年来作为车辆用灯具的光源,发光二极管(LED)因为具有消耗电力少、寿命可达到半永久性、照度高以及环保等优点而得到了快速普及。
已经公开的与将发光二极管(LED)作为光源使用的车辆用灯具相关的现有技术,包括注册专利第10-0699690号“利用发光二极管(LED)的汽车照明装置”、注册专利第10-1411206号“利用发光二极管的双面发光式车辆用照明装置”、注册专利第 10-1477793号“汽车照明装置”等。
使用发光二极管(LED)的适用现有技术的车辆用灯具,包括外壳以及内置于外壳内部的发光二极管(LED)模块。
适用现有技术的车辆用灯具因为其形状以及大小固定而只能安装到专用车辆上进行使用,而且在安装于印刷电路板(PCB)上的发光二极管(LED)中的一个以上的发光二极管(LED)发生故障时需要对整个发光二极管(LED)模块进行更换并因此导致资源的浪费,而且通常只能提供一种照明模式。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决如上所述的将发光二极管(LED)作为光源使用的适用现有技术的车辆用灯具中所存在的问题而提供一种通过采用在支架上安装单位照明模块的结构,能够根据所使用的支架实现如条形、圆形、四边形、平面型、圆弧形等多种形状和大小的灯具,并在发光二极管(LED)中发生问题时只需要更换发生问题的发光二极管 (LED)所属的单位照明模块而不需要更换整个灯具,而且还能够实现多种照明模式的车辆用灯具。
为了达成如上所述的目的,适用本发明的车辆用灯具,包括:
单位照明模块,包括主体和内置于上述主体内部的发光二极管(LED)模块以及对上述主体的前方进行覆盖的透明前盖;以及,
支架,安装有多个上述单位照明模块。
此外,本发明的特征在于,上述发光二极管(LED)模块,包括:
印刷电路板(PCB);
多个发光二极管(LED),安装于上述印刷电路板(PCB);
反光体,通过反射上述多个发光二极管(LED)中的第3发光二极管(LED)的光线而进行照明;
第1透镜,通过折射第1发光二极管(LED)的光线而进行照明;以及,
第2透镜,通过折射第2发光二极管(LED)的光线而进行照明。
本发明的特征在于,上述单位照明模块,还包括:散热器板,在与上述印刷电路板(PCB)贴紧结合的同时与上述主体结合。
本发明的特征在于:在上述支架中沿着长度方向形成滑动槽,
在上述主体的后方配备有与上述滑动槽进行滑动结合的滑动块。
适用本发明的车辆用灯具通过采用在支架上安装多个单位照明模块的结构而能够根据所使用的支架的类型选择灯具的大小和形状,从而能够实现可安装到不同类型车辆的优秀的兼容性,而且在发生一部分发光二极管(LED)无法被点亮的问题时只需要更换相应的单位照明模块,从而减少不必要的资源浪费并借此实现优秀的经济性,还能够利用反光体和第1镜头以及第2镜头实现多种照明模式,是对产业发展非常有用的发明。

具体实施方式
接下来,将参阅附图对适用本发明的车辆用灯具进行更为详细的说明。
如图所示,适用本发明的车辆用灯具,包括多个单位照明模块100、支架200以及多个电源供应模块300。
上述单位照明模块100,包括主体110、前盖120以及发光二极管(LED)模块130 等。
在上述主体110的内部内置有上述发光二极管(LED)模块130等,上述前盖120 对上述主体110的前方进行覆盖并利用透明的材质制成,从而使得发光二极管(LED) 131A、131B、131C所发散出的光线透过并对前方进行照明。
在上述主体110的正面边缘形成有组装槽111,在上述前盖120的背面边缘形成有被插入到上述组装槽111的组装凸起121。
对于上述主体110与前盖120的接触部位,通过利用硅树脂进行密封以及粘接而提升防水性能并借此防止水分通过其结合缝隙渗透为宜。此外,在必要时能够通过利用螺栓对主体110和前盖120进行结合而提升其结合力。
在上述主体110上,形成有由垂直部112a以及水平部112b构成的“┓”字形状的支撑壁112。
在上述支撑壁112的垂直部112a上,形成有用于使上述发光二极管(LED)模块 130的印刷电路板(PCB)133与上述电源供应模块300发生电气接触的接触孔113,在上述垂直部112a的外侧面,形成有用于对上述电源供应模块300进行安置的安置槽114,在形成上述安置槽114的两侧的侧壁上,形成有可供用于使相邻的电源供应模块300实现电气连接的接触销部件350贯通的贯通孔115,在主体110的背面上部一侧,形成有通气孔,上述通气孔与单向过滤器部件117结合。
上述单向过滤器部件117用于阻隔外部的空气(包括湿气)渗透到主体110的内部并使得主体110内部的空气轻易地排出到外部,从而使主体110的内部维持干燥的状态。
上述发光二极管(LED)模块130,包括印刷电路板(PCB)133以及安装于上述印刷电路板(PCB)133的多个发光二极管(LED)131A、131B、131C。
上述印刷电路板(PCB)133,采用由上部面以及正面构成的“┓”字形状,从而被上述主体110的支撑壁112支撑。在上述印刷电路板(PCB)133的正面分成两行排列3 个第1发光二极管(LED)131A以及3个第2发光二极管(LED)131B,在上部面以一行排列3个第3发光二极管(LED)131C。
在上述印刷电路板(PCB)133的上部面,安装有用于将第3发光二极管(LED) 131C所发散出的光线反射到前方的反光体134,排列于上述印刷电路板(PCB)正面的第1发光二极管(LED)131A被通过折射所发散出的光线而进行照明的第1透镜135包覆,第2发光二极管(LED)131B同样被通过折射所散发出的光线而进行照明的第2透镜136包覆。因为上述第1透镜135以及第2透镜136的折射特性不同,因此折射通过之后的光线的照明模式也将互不相同。
因为上述第1发光二极管(LED)131A和第1透镜135、第2发光二极管(LED) 131B和第2透镜13、第3发光二极管(LED)131C和反光体134具有不同的照明模式,因此单位照明模块100能够以3种类型的照明模式进行照明,而借助于第1发光二极管 (LED)至第3发光二极管(LED)131A、131B、131C的点亮与熄灭的组合,能够以共计7种类型的照明模式(照明模式中不包括发光二极管(LED)被全部熄灭的状态)进行照明。此外,因为第1发光二极管(LED)至第3发光二极管(LED)131A、131B、 131C分别由3个发光二极管(LED)构成,因此通过对3个发光二极管(LED)分别发散出的光线的颜色进行组合,能够以更加多样化的照明模式进行照明。
在上述发光二极管(LED)模块130的印刷电路板(PCB)133上,安装有构成用于对发光二极管(LED)131A、131B、131C的驱动进行控制的发光二极管(LED)驱动器的各种电子元件以及构成用于处理指令信号的通信驱动器的各种电子元件。
在上述发光二极管(LED)模块130的印刷电路板(PCB)133的背面,配备有借助于弹性力紧密地接触到上述电源供应模块的张力接触板137。
在上述印刷电路板(PBC)133的背面,粘贴有对所生成的热量进行吸收并通过主体110有效地将热量散发到外部的散热器版140。上述散热器版140通过螺栓紧密地拧紧结合到上述主体110的支撑壁112上。
上述主体110利用热传导率优秀的铝材质制成,以便于将从上述散热器版140传递过来的热量快速地排出到外部,而在主体110的外侧面,能够形成通过增加与外部气体的接触面积而提升散热效率的散热翼118。
上述单位照明模块100被连续安装到上述支架200上。在上述支架200中,配备有用于安装上述单位照明模块100的安装部。上述安装部能够由1列构成,也能够由多列构成。此外,多列安装部能够以平面结构配置,也能够以圆弧形结构配置。
借此,如图所示,能够通过将单位照明模块100以1列安装到支架200上而使得车辆用灯具形成条(BAR)状形状,也能够通过将单位照明模块100以多列安装到支架200 上而使得车辆用灯具形成四边形形状,还能够通过将单位照明模块100以多列安装到支架200上并对排列到各个列上的单位照明模块100的数量进行调整而形成圆形或椭圆形形状。此外,当将单位照明模块100以多列安装到支架200上时,单位照明模块100能够被配置到平面或圆弧形面,从而使得灯具以平面结构或圆弧形结构构成。
为了能够将上述单位照明模块100简单地组装结合到支架200的安装部上,上述安装部由沿着支架200的长度方向形成的滑动槽210构成,在上述主体110的后方配备有与上述滑动槽210进行滑动结合的滑动块119。
上述支架200的滑动槽210在上下两侧配备两行,且上述滑动块119同样分别配备于上述主体110的后方上部以及下部。在配备于主体110上部的滑动块119上,配备有用于将滑动块119拧紧固定到滑动槽210上的拧紧销119a。
上述电源供应模块300,包括:后盖310,被安置结合到上述主体110的背面安置槽114上;接触导轨部件320,内置于上述后盖310内部;接触销部件350,通过利用公母结合方式与上述接触导轨部件320结合而与相邻的其他电源供应模块300接触;以及,接触板330,对上述接触导轨部件320与配备于上述主体110上的印刷电路板(PCB)133 进行电气连接。
上述接触导轨部件320与接触销部件350,由用于供应电源的2个和用于进行通信(控制信号的传送)的1个即共计3个构成。
上述后盖310通过螺栓结合到上述主体110的背面。
在上述后盖310的内部底板上配备有分隔壁311,从而形成用于插入内置上述接触导轨部件320的内置槽312。
在上述后盖310的内置槽312的旁边形成凸块槽313,且在正面边缘形成环形槽314。
上述凸块槽313用于安置垫片340的密封凸块343,上述环形槽314用于安置垫片340的密封环344。
上述垫片340的密封环314用于对上述后盖310与上述主体10之间的缝隙进行密封,上述密封土块343用于对所贯通的上述接触销部件350的外侧面进行围绕密封。
在上述接触导轨部件320的两侧形成有插入孔321,以便于上述接触销部件350能够以公母结合方式插入结合。此外,为了能够将接触销部件350轻易地插入到插入孔321 并在已插入的状态下提供可使其稳定地维持接触状态的弹性力,在插入孔321上沿着长度方向形成切开部323。
上述接触导轨部件320从上述后盖310的侧面以滑动方式插入内置到上述内置槽312。在上述内置槽312的边缘,形成有通过对所内置的接触导轨部件320的端部进行阻挡而防止接触导轨部件320从内置槽312分离脱落的阻挡部。
上述接触销部件350用于在相邻的两个电源供应模块300之间进行电气连接,从而在电源供应模块300之间供应电源并传送控制信号。
上述接触销部件350由用于供应电源的2线和用于传送控制信号的1线即共计3线构成。
上述接触销部件350的3线按照一个部件进行处理,为了能够简单地对两个电源供应模块300进行连接以及分离而通过注塑块351进行连接。接触销部件350的3线和注塑块351能够通过嵌入注塑的方式一体化结合,也能够在单独制造注塑块351之后通过将接触销部件350插入贯通到注塑块351中的方式进行组装结合。
上述接触板330起到使得上述接触导轨部件320以及配备于上述主体110上的印刷电路板(PCB)133发生电气接触的中继作用。
上述接触板330被螺栓结合到上述后盖310的分隔壁311上。
在上述接触板330上,形成有可供上述印刷电路板(PCB)133的张力接触板137 通过的通孔331。上述张力接触板137在通过上述通孔331之后与上述接触板330的内侧面电气接触。
在上述接触板330的内侧面,安装有通过与上述接触导轨部件320接触而实现电气接触的弹簧探针333。在上述弹簧探针333中,配备有被弹簧弹性支撑的端子,从而即使是在受到震动或冲击的状态下也能够稳定地维持与上述接触导轨部件320的接触状态。上述弹簧探针333也能够被安装到上述接触导轨部件320而非上述接触板330,从而使得被弹性支撑的端子与上述接触板330进行接触。
为了向上述电源供应模块300供应电源并传送控制信号,还能够使用虚外壳360。
上述虚外壳360利用与上述主体110相同的方式结合到上述支架200。
上述虚外壳360,与用于供应电源的电源线缆361以及用于传送控制信号的通信线缆363连接。
在上述虚外壳360的内部,内置有用于接收上述电源线缆361的电源并传送到上述电源供应模块300的电源板以及用于接收上述通信线缆363的控制信号并传送到上述电源供应模块300的通信板。
上述虚外壳360的电源板和通信板通过上述接触销部件350与配备于相邻的主体110上的电源供应模块300的接触导轨部件320电气连接,从而通过电源线缆361供应电源并通过通信线缆363传送控制信号。
作为参考,在必要时也能够不使用上述虚外壳360,而是将上述电源线缆361以及通信线缆363直接连接到电源供应模块300上。
在上述的对本发明进行说明的过程中,结合附图对具有特定形状以及结构的车辆用灯具进行了说明,但是相关行业的从业人员能够对本发明进行各种变形以及变更,而如上所述的变形以及变更应解释为包含于本发明的权利要求范围之内。

Claims (4)

1.一种车辆用灯具,其特征在于,包括:
单位照明模块,包括主体和内置于上述主体内部的发光二极管(LED)模块以及对上述主体的前方进行覆盖的透明前盖;
支架,安装有多个上述单位照明模块;以及,
电源供应模块,用于向上述单位照明模块供应电源;
其中,所述电源供应模块包括:
接触导轨部件,配备于各个单位照明模块,用于向单位照明模块的印刷电路板(PCB)供应电源,上述接触导轨部件的两侧形成有插入孔,在上述插入孔上沿着长度方向形成切开部;
接触销部件,通过插入到上述插入孔而以公母结合方式可拆装地结合到上述接触导轨部件,用于对相邻的两个电源供应模块进行电气连接;
后盖,与上述单位照明模块的主体结合,形成有插入内置有上述接触导轨部件的内置槽,在上述内置槽的旁边形成凸块槽,且在正面边缘形成环形槽;
接触板,配备于上述后盖上,用于对上述接触导轨部件与上述印刷电路板(PCB)进行电气连接;以及
垫片,包括通过安置在上述环形槽上而对上述后盖与上述主体之间的缝隙进行密封的密封环,以及安置在上述凸块槽上并对所贯通的上述接触销部件的外侧面进行围绕密封的密封凸块。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车辆用灯具,其特征在于:
上述发光二极管(LED)模块包括:
印刷电路板(PCB);
多个发光二极管(LED),安装于上述印刷电路板(PCB);
反光体,通过反射上述多个发光二极管(LED)中的第3发光二极管(LED)的光线而进行照明;
第1透镜,通过折射第1发光二极管(LED)的光线而进行照明;以及,
第2透镜,通过折射第2发光二极管(LED)的光线而进行照明。
3.根据权利要求1所述的车辆用灯具,其特征在于:
上述单位照明模块还包括:散热器板,在与上述印刷电路板(PCB)贴紧结合的同时与上述主体结合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的车辆用灯具,其特征在于:
在上述支架中沿着长度方向形成滑动槽,
在上述主体的后方配备有与上述滑动槽进行滑动结合的滑动块。
