本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种环保且保持皮革品质又能增强其强度的绵羊高弹植鞣服饰革的制作工艺。
本发明的技术解决方案是,提供一种绵羊高弹植鞣服饰革的制作工艺,工艺流程如下,酸皮→植鞣→加油→干燥→摔软→剖层→复合→染色→干燥→整涂→修色→烫平,其中,
通过植物鞣制对国产育肥羊酸皮进行鞣制,将坚木栲胶、荆树皮栲胶、塔拉栲胶按质量比3:3:1混合,总质量占酸皮重量的25-30%,加入到酸皮中,加温到75-78℃,然后加酸皮重量10-15%的植物油、鱼油和合成油助软,植物油、鱼油和合成油的质量比为1:1:3;
植鞣后的皮胚干燥后,摔软、剖层,将头层皮与弹力布复合,再经过染色、干燥、整涂和修色,使皮胚呈现自然的花纹。

通过植物鞣制对国产育肥羊酸皮进行鞣制,将坚木栲胶、荆树皮栲胶、塔拉栲胶按质量比3:3:1混合,总质量占酸皮重量的30%,加入到酸皮中,加温到77℃,然后加酸皮重量15%的植物油、鱼油和合成油助软,植物油、鱼油和合成油的质量比为1:1:3;植物油为脱色大豆油,合成油为汤普勒OSL合成油;
植鞣后的皮胚干燥后,摔软、剖层,将头层皮与弹力布复合,再经过染色、干燥、整涂和修色,使皮胚呈现自然的花纹。
并且,头层皮和弹力布复合时,在上胶辊上设置大小凸点并使其呈现无规则花纹,并在复合前,先将弹力布通过泼水剂处理,使胶粒往布里渗透少,往头层皮里渗透多,最终在皮面上形成自然的花纹,既美观又能遮盖部分皮革的天然伤残,提高成品的利用率,增加经济效益。

通过植物鞣制对国产育肥羊酸皮进行鞣制,将坚木栲胶、荆树皮栲胶、塔拉栲胶按质量比3:3:1混合,总质量占酸皮重量的25-30%,加入到酸皮中,加温到75-78℃,然后加酸皮重量10-15%的植物油、鱼油和合成油助软,植物油、鱼油和合成油的质量比为1:1:3;
植鞣后的皮胚干燥后,摔软、剖层,将头层皮与弹力布复合,再经过染色、干燥、整涂和修色,使皮胚呈现自然的花纹。
