Abstract
本发明属于涂料技术领域,具体涉及一种渗透反应型带锈涂料。所述带锈涂料,包括如下重量份的原料:改性环氧树脂30‑40份;丙烯酸树脂20‑30份;环己六醇六磷酸酯2‑8份;渗透剂2‑5份;无机填料5‑10份;分散剂6‑8份;流平剂5‑8份和水5‑11份。本发明的渗透反应型带锈涂料中的端羟基聚醚改性环氧树脂中的羟基基团和丙烯酸树脂中的羧基有助于与环己六醇六磷酸酯的结合,协同使用能够增加涂料的渗透性和易于与锈层中的氧化物络合进一步反应生成保护膜,具有优异的附着力和防腐功能。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于涂料技术领域,具体涉及一种渗透反应型带锈涂料。
背景技术
据统计,每年全世界年金属总产量的五分之一因金属的腐蚀生锈而损坏,由锈蚀带来的经济损失约65000亿人民币。传统的涂层防腐必须先对金属表面进行严格处理除锈。但由于施工条件等影响,难以得到理想金属表面,且成本较高。但如果使用带锈防锈涂料,以上问题则迎刃而解。
带锈防锈涂料是指可以直接涂刷在未经处理的锈蚀金属表面的一种防锈涂料,它除了具有一般防锈涂料的性能之外,还有两个特殊的性能。一是带锈防锈涂料对锈层有足够的渗透能力,能够充分润湿并渗透整个锈层,将锈层粘结成为连续的封闭性涂层,将钢铁表面和锈层完全封闭。二是带锈防锈涂料与锈层中有害的活性铁化合物能够通过化学反应使之钝化或转化,变成稳定的惰性填料。
但是,现有的带锈涂料对钢铁表面的锈层的渗透能力有限,对于不同厚度的锈层其很难使锈层粘结为连续的封闭性涂层;另一方面,现有的带锈涂层对锈层的反应性不够,不能很好的钝化或转化锈层中的有害铁化合物,或者涂料中的酸性物质反应过度以致过度腐蚀钢结构表面,破坏钢结构。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中带锈涂料的渗透性和反应性不足的问题,本发明提供了一种渗透反应型带锈涂料。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种渗透反应型带锈涂料,包括如下重量份的原料:
改性环氧树脂30-40份;
丙烯酸树脂20-30份;
环己六醇六磷酸酯2-8份;
渗透剂2-5份;
无机填料5-10份;
分散剂6-8份;
流平剂5-8份;
水5-11份。
优选地,所述改性环氧树脂为端羟基聚醚改性环氧树脂,为环氧树脂与异氰酸酯反应得到。
优选地,所述渗透剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚。
优选地,所述无机填料为氧化铁红、氧化锌、氧化锆、钛白粉、碳酸钙和云母中的一种或几种的混合物。
优选地,所述带锈涂料的制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)将所述重量份的改性环氧树脂、丙烯酸树脂和环己六醇六磷酸酯隔水加热融化,水温在40-60℃之间,以转速800-1000rpm的转速下不断搅拌,直至完全溶解混合均匀;
(2)在搅拌的条件下继续向步骤(1)中加入水、无机填料、分散剂和流平剂,调节转速至1000-2000rpm,继续搅拌1-2h,包装,得到渗透反应型带锈涂料。
本发明的有益效果:
(1)本发明的渗透反应型带锈涂料中的端羟基聚醚改性环氧树脂同时含有羟基和环氧基,对水性和油性物质均具有一定的助溶解作用,提高涂料的附着力,同时端羟基聚醚改性环氧树脂中的羟基基团和丙烯酸树脂中的羧基有助于与环己六醇六磷酸酯的结合,另外,环己六醇六磷酸酯中含有十二个配位键,是一种强络合物,同时也具有较强的渗透性,一方面与金属表面的锈层中的氧化物络合进一步渗透到锈层下的底层钢铁层,与钢铁层中的金属反应形成络合物薄膜,同时又与涂料中的无机填料组分反应形成复盐或络合物,从而增强了整个膜层在钢铁表面的附着力和防锈防腐的性能。
(2)本发明不含无机酸类的磷酸等锈转化剂,避免造成金属底层的二次腐蚀。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步详细说明。
实施例1
一种渗透反应型带锈涂料,包括如下重量份的原料:
改性环氧树脂34份;
丙烯酸树脂25份;
环己六醇六磷酸酯6份;
渗透剂3份;
无机填料8份;
分散剂6份;
流平剂6份;
水8份;
所述改性环氧树脂为端羟基聚醚改性环氧树脂;
所述无机填料为氧化铁红3份、氧化锌1份、氧化锆1份、钛白粉1份、碳酸钙0.5份和云母0.5份的混合物;
所述分散剂为3份分散剂BYK190和3份分散剂BYK194N的混合物;所述流平剂为TEGO4100。
通过如下制备方法制备所述渗透反应型带锈涂料:
(1)将所述重量份的改性环氧树脂、丙烯酸树脂和环己六醇六磷酸酯隔水加热融化,水温在50℃左右,以转速800-1000rpm的转速下不断搅拌,直至完全溶解混合均匀;
(2)在搅拌的条件下继续向步骤(1)中加入水、无机填料、分散剂和流平剂,调节转速至1500rpm,继续搅拌1.5h,包装,得到渗透反应型带锈涂料。
实施例2
一种渗透反应型带锈涂料,包括如下重量份的原料:
改性环氧树脂30份;
丙烯酸树脂30份;
环己六醇六磷酸酯2份;
渗透剂2份;
无机填料5份;
分散剂8份;
流平剂5份;
水5份;
所述改性环氧树脂为端羟基聚醚改性环氧树脂;
所述无机填料为氧化铁红2份、氧化锌1份、氧化锆1份、钛白粉1份;
所述分散剂为5份分散剂BYK190和3份分散剂BYK194N的混合物;所述流平剂为TEGO4100。
制备方法与实施例1基本相同,不同之处在于:
步骤(1)中水温为60℃,步骤(2)中转速为2000rpm,搅拌时间为2h。
实施例3
一种渗透反应型带锈涂料,包括如下重量份的原料:
改性环氧树脂40份;
丙烯酸树脂20份;
环己六醇六磷酸酯8份;
渗透剂5份;
无机填料10份;
分散剂8份;
流平剂8份;
水11份;
所述改性环氧树脂为端羟基聚醚改性环氧树脂;
所述无机填料为氧化铁红3份、氧化锌2.5份、氧化锆2.5份、钛白粉2份;
所述分散剂为5份分散剂BYK190和3份分散剂BYK194N的混合物;所述流平剂为TEGO4100。
制备方法与实施例1基本相同,不同之处在于:
步骤(1)中水温为40℃,步骤(2)中转速为1000rpm,搅拌时间为1h。

1.一种渗透反应型带锈涂料,其特征在于,包括如下重量份的原料:
改性环氧树脂30-40份;
丙烯酸树脂20-30份;
环己六醇六磷酸酯2-8份;
渗透剂2-5份;
无机填料5-10份;
分散剂6-8份;
流平剂5-8份;
水5-11份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种渗透反应型带锈涂料,其特征在于,所述改性环氧树脂为端羟基聚醚改性环氧树脂,为环氧树脂与异氰酸酯反应得到。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种渗透反应型带锈涂料,其特征在于,所述渗透剂为脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种渗透反应型带锈涂料,其特征在于,所述无机填料为氧化铁红、氧化锌、氧化锆、钛白粉、碳酸钙和云母中的一种或几种的混合物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种渗透反应型带锈涂料,其特征在于,其制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)将所述重量份的改性环氧树脂、丙烯酸树脂和环己六醇六磷酸酯隔水加热融化,水温在40-60℃之间,以转速800-1000rpm的转速下不断搅拌,直至完全溶解混合均匀;
(2)在搅拌的条件下继续向步骤(1)中加入水、无机填料、分散剂和流平剂,调节转速至1000-2000rpm,继续搅拌1-2h,包装,得到渗透反应型带锈涂料。
