Abstract
本发明公开了一种餐厨废水处理系统,包括隔油池、格栅池、混凝沉淀池、调节池、UASB反应池、反硝化池、硝化池、超滤膜池、污泥浓缩池和离心脱水机,所述离心脱水机与所述污泥浓缩池和所述隔油池连接,污泥浓缩池被构造为用于接收餐厨废水和絮凝剂,餐厨废水和絮凝剂与污泥浓缩池中的活性污泥混合,离心脱水机产生的混合废液流入至隔油池。本发明的餐厨废水处理系统,混合液体通过加絮凝剂进行絮凝沉淀,利用污泥活性和絮凝剂降低化学需氧量、总氮和悬浮物,从而可以降低污染物浓度,而且共用离心脱水机,减少投资,降低成本。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于餐厨垃圾处理技术领域,具体地说,本发明涉及一种餐厨废水处理系统。
背景技术
餐厨垃圾废水为对餐厨垃圾进行处理后形成的污水,餐厨垃圾废水中含有大量有机物和油脂,现有的餐厨废水处理系统需要设置多个离心脱水机,设备投资较多,而且处理效果不是很好,不能有效降低化学需氧量(COD)、总氮(TN)、悬浮物(SS)等污染物浓度,容易导致二次污染。
发明内容
本发明旨在至少解决现有技术中存在的技术问题之一。为此,本发明提供一种餐厨废水处理系统,目的是降低污染物浓度。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案为:餐厨废水处理系统,包括隔油池、格栅池、混凝沉淀池、调节池、UASB反应池、反硝化池、硝化池、超滤膜池、污泥浓缩池和离心脱水机,所述离心脱水机与所述污泥浓缩池和所述隔油池连接,污泥浓缩池被构造为用于接收餐厨废水和絮凝剂,餐厨废水和絮凝剂与污泥浓缩池中的活性污泥混合,离心脱水机产生的第一混合废液流入至隔油池。
所述隔油池、格栅池、混凝沉淀池、调节池、UASB反应池、反硝化池、硝化池、超滤膜池和污泥浓缩池为依次布置且依次连通。
所述污泥浓缩池中,活性污泥与所述餐厨废水的比例为3:1~10:1。
本发明的餐厨废水处理系统,混合液体通过加絮凝剂进行絮凝沉淀,利用污泥活性和絮凝剂降低化学需氧量、总氮和悬浮物,从而可以降低污染物浓度,而且共用离心脱水机,减少投资,降低成本。

具体实施方式
下面对照附图,通过对实施例的描述,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细的说明,目的是帮助本领域的技术人员对本发明的构思、技术方案有更完整、准确和深入的理解,并有助于其实施。
如图1所示,本发明提供了一种餐厨废水处理系统,包括隔油池、格栅池、混凝沉淀池、调节池、UASB反应池、反硝化池、硝化池、超滤膜池、污泥浓缩池和离心脱水机,离心脱水机与污泥浓缩池和隔油池连接,污泥浓缩池被构造为用于接收餐厨废水和絮凝剂,餐厨废水和絮凝剂与污泥浓缩池中的活性污泥混合后被输送至离心脱水机,离心脱水机产生的第一混合废液流入至隔油池。
具体地说,如图1所示,隔油池、格栅池、混凝沉淀池、调节池、UASB反应池、反硝化池、硝化池、超滤膜池和污泥浓缩池为依次布置且依次连通。隔油池与格栅池连通,格栅池与混凝沉淀池连通,混凝沉淀池与调节池连通,调节池与UASB反应池连通,UASB反应池与反硝化池连通,反硝化池与硝化池连通,硝化池与超滤膜池连通,超滤膜池与污泥浓缩池连通,污泥浓缩池与离心脱水机连通,离心脱水机与隔油池连通。餐厨废水直接送至渗滤液处理系统的污泥浓缩池中,与活性污泥和絮凝剂混合后,进入渗滤液处理系统的离心脱水机,离心脱水后形成的第一混合废液再进入前端的隔油池,减少投资。而且通过在污泥浓缩池加絮凝剂进行絮凝沉淀,可利用污泥活性和絮凝剂降低化学需氧量(COD)、总氮(TN)、悬浮物(SS)等污染物的浓度。污泥浓缩后进入离心脱水机脱水后形成泥饼,泥饼送至焚烧炉进行焚烧。
在污泥浓缩池中,活性污泥与餐厨废水的比例为3:1~10:1,优选为5:1。
位于污泥浓缩池中的活性污泥为由生活垃圾渗滤液处理后形成的。餐厨废水处理过程中,首先将待处理的餐厨废水加入到污泥浓缩池中,餐厨废水与位于污泥浓缩池中的活性污泥混合后形成第一混合污泥,再向污泥浓缩池中加入絮凝剂,絮凝剂与第一混合污泥混合后形成第二混合污泥,第一混合污泥与絮凝剂的比例为5:1,絮凝剂的质量浓度为1‰,絮凝剂为PAM。第二混合污泥被输送到离心脱水机,经离心脱水后形成第一混合废液,第一混合废液再被输送到隔油池进行处理;第一混合废液经隔油处理后,再进行气浮处理,经气浮处理后的第一混合废液再被输送到格栅池,然后将生活垃圾渗滤液加入到格栅池中,生活垃圾渗滤液与第一混合废液混合后形成第二混合废液,通过格栅池去除第二混合废液中较大的漂浮物;去除较大漂浮物后的第二混合废液再被输送到混凝沉淀池进行处理,混凝沉淀池出水进入调节池,调节池出水进入UASB反应器,UASB反应器出水进入反硝化池,反硝化池出水进入硝化池,硝化池出水进入超滤膜池,通过膜进行过滤,去除污染物。超滤膜池一部分出水进入渗滤液深度处理系统(该系统主要是由NF子系统、RO子系统和DTRO子系统组成),形成可以入炉焚烧的浓缩液和排放达标的清液,超滤膜池另一部分出水被输送至污泥浓缩池,形成活性污泥。
在处理过程中,通过调节池对混合废液的水量、水质进行调节,以利于后续处理工序的稳定运行,调节池的出水口与UASB反应池相通。通过UASB反应器中厌氧微生物的作用,去除混合废液中的大部分有机物,同时将有机氮转化为氨氮,用于后续硝化和反硝化反应;UASB反应器的出水口与反硝化池连接,反硝化池的出水口与硝化池连接,硝化池的出水口与超滤膜池连接。

1.餐厨废水处理系统,包括隔油池、格栅池、混凝沉淀池、调节池、UASB反应池、反硝化池、硝化池、超滤膜池、污泥浓缩池和离心脱水机,其特征在于:所述离心脱水机与所述污泥浓缩池和所述隔油池连接,污泥浓缩池被构造为用于接收餐厨废水和絮凝剂,餐厨废水和絮凝剂与污泥浓缩池中的活性污泥混合,离心脱水机产生的第一混合废液流入至隔油池。
2.根据权利要求1所述的餐厨废水处理系统,其特征在于:所述隔油池、格栅池、混凝沉淀池、调节池、UASB反应池、反硝化池、硝化池、超滤膜池和污泥浓缩池为依次布置且依次连通。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的餐厨废水处理系统,其特征在于:所述污泥浓缩池中,活性污泥与所述餐厨废水的比例为3:1~10:1。
