The service control unit 330-1 of the bonus award device 330 transmits the device ID stored in the storage unit 330-2 to the cooperation server 122 in addition to the point service ID and the user ID in the point service input by the user (S432).
The cooperation server 122, which has received the user ID, the point service ID, and the device ID from the broadcast signal receiving apparatus 140, transmits the information to the management server 121 (S433). The management server 121 that has received the user ID, the point service ID, and the device ID from the cooperation server 122 registers that the user of the user ID among the received point service IDs owns the broadcast signal receiving apparatus 140 of the device ID and watches the broadcast program as registration information of the service for requesting the award.
The collaboration server 122 may arbitrarily determine the layout of the input screen displayed on the display unit 350 by the collaboration server 122 in S431. Therefore, the input screen displayed on the display means 350 in S431 may be a layout in which only the data of 410 shown in fig. 4B is input, or may be a layout in which data of 411 is input in addition to the data of 410, for example. The service control unit 330-1 transmits all information input from the input screen of the layout arbitrarily determined by the cooperation server 122 to the cooperation server 122.
Fig. 4D is a diagram showing an example of registration information (point service registration information) of a point service for requesting a reward awarded by the reward awarding device registered in the management server according to the embodiment of the present invention. The registration information includes information indicating, for each user of the device ID, a point service registered as a service for requesting awarding of a bonus. For example, 420 shows an example in which the user of the broadcast signal receiving apparatus 140 having the device ID a, that is, the user a, registers the V points and Rokuten as a service requesting the award.
In this way, the management server 121 can recognize that: the user of the broadcast signal receiving apparatus 140 registers a bonus award for which bonus point service.
Fig. 5 is a diagram schematically showing an example of a process in which a broadcast signal receiving apparatus including a bonus material providing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention requests a CM distribution server to distribute an addressable advertisement.
The broadcast signal receiving apparatus 140 transmits a CM request to the CM distribution server 120 in order to request distribution of an addressable advertisement (replacement CM). The CM requires information including the user of the broadcast signal receiving apparatus 140. The user information is, for example, the device ID of the broadcast signal receiving apparatus 140.
The CM distribution server 120 that has received the CM request transmits the received device ID to the management server 121 in order to acquire information necessary for determining the content (subject) of the addressable advertisement (replacement CM) to be distributed, and acquires information that is stored in the management server 121 and that associates the broadcast signal receiving apparatus 140 with the corresponding device ID.
The information that the broadcast signal receiving apparatus 140 of the corresponding device ID also establishes contact is personal information registered by the user of the broadcast signal receiving apparatus 140 with the management server 121, a viewing history of the user of the broadcast signal receiving apparatus 140 transmitted from the broadcast signal receiving apparatus 140, and the like.
The CM distribution server 120 creates an addressable advertisement (replacement CM) using the information associated with the acquired device ID, and distributes the addressable advertisement (replacement CM) to the broadcast signal receiving apparatus 140 that specifies the transmission CM request.
Fig. 6 is a diagram showing an example of a flow of a process in which a broadcast signal receiving apparatus including a bonus award device according to an embodiment of the present invention requests a CM distribution server to distribute an addressable advertisement. The example of fig. 6 is an example of a case where the CM distribution server 120 acquires point service registration information from the management server 121 to determine the content of an addressable advertisement (replacement CM).
The broadcast signal receiving apparatus 140 transmits a CM request to the CM distribution server 120 in order to request distribution of an addressable advertisement (replacement CM) (S601). The CM requires information including the user of the broadcast signal receiving apparatus 140. The user information is, for example, the device ID of the broadcast signal receiving apparatus required to transmit the CM.
The CM distribution server 120 that has received the CM request transmits the received device ID to the management server 121 in order to acquire information necessary for determining the content (subject) of the addressable advertisement (replacement CM) to be distributed (S602).
The management server 121 having received the device ID transmits information associated with the corresponding device ID, such as the viewing history of the broadcast signal receiving apparatus 140 corresponding to the device ID, the user' S characteristics or attributes of the corresponding device ID, and the registered point service registration information, to the CM distribution server 120 (S604). In the example of fig. 6, the management server 121 refers to the point service registration information (S603), and transmits information of the point service registered by the user of the corresponding device ID to the CM distribution service (S604).
The CM distribution server 120 that has received the point service information creates an addressable advertisement (replacement CM) associated with the received point service information (S605). The CM distribution server 120 distributes the prepared addressable advertisement (replacement CM) to the broadcast signal receiving apparatus 140 (S606).
The broadcast signal receiving apparatus 140 can replace the addressable advertisement (replacement CM) associated with the information of the service registered by the bonus material providing apparatus 330 with the inserted CM of the program from among the issued addressable advertisements (replacement CMs) and display the replaced addressable advertisement (replacement CM) on the display means 350.
In this way, the user registers the service requesting the award to the management server 121, and the CM distribution server 120 can distribute the addressable advertisement (replacement CM) associated with the spot service registered in the registered spot service registration information to the broadcast signal receiving apparatus 140. Thereby, the broadcast signal receiving apparatus 140 can provide the advertisement associated with the registered bonus service to the user.
The timing at which the user provided with the advertisement associated with the registered bonus service is awarded for the bonus service may be any timing. The timing at which the reward is given may be, for example, a timing at which the user ID or the service ID is input and transmitted on the function setting screen or the input screen of the cooperation server 122. Alternatively, it may be an opportunity for the user to view an addressable advertisement (replacement CM) associated with the point service and transmit its viewing history from the broadcast signal receiving apparatus 140 to the management server 121. Alternatively, the user may access a link destination set in an addressable advertisement (replacement CM) associated with the credit service displayed by the display means 350 of the broadcast signal receiving apparatus 140, and may answer a questionnaire survey, for example, of the link destination.
Although the drawings illustrate examples of the reward imparting means 330 and the addressable advertising system including the reward imparting means 330 according to the embodiment of the present invention, the present invention is not limited to the above examples.
In the configuration example of the addressable advertising system shown in fig. 1, the description has been given by taking as an example a case where the broadcast station (broadcast signal transmitting device) 100 transmits a broadcast wave multiplexed in the MMT/TLV system and the broadcast signal receiving device 140 receives a broadcast wave multiplexed in the MMT/TLV system, but the broadcast wave may be a broadcast wave multiplexed in the MPEG-2 system. Alternatively, in the configuration example of the addressable advertising system shown in fig. 1, the broadcast station (broadcast signal transmitting apparatus) 100 may distribute the program content to the broadcast signal receiving apparatus 140 via the network 130.
In the configuration example of the addressable advertising system shown in fig. 1, the broadcast signal receiving apparatus 140 includes only 1, but may include a plurality of apparatuses. In this case, the management server 121 can identify and manage a plurality of broadcast signal receiving apparatuses 140 using the device IDs of the broadcast signal receiving apparatuses 140.
As described above, the incentive granting means according to the embodiment of the present invention may grant an incentive to a service in which the user participates (joins) in order to allow the display of the addressable advertisement (replacement CM).
Thus, the user can easily view the advertisement given with the reward and conforming to the taste. Further, the advertiser 111 who produced the advertisement can also produce and distribute the advertisement to be viewed by the viewer, and the incentive granting device 330 according to the embodiment of the present invention is a device having a function very effective not only for the viewer who viewed the advertisement but also for the advertiser who distributed the advertisement.
Although the embodiments of the present invention have been described, these embodiments are presented as examples and do not limit the scope of the invention. These new embodiments can be implemented in other various ways, and various omissions, substitutions, and changes can be made without departing from the spirit of the invention. These embodiments and modifications thereof are included in the scope and gist of the invention, and are included in the invention described in the claims and the equivalent scope thereof. In addition, in the respective components of the claims, a case where the components are expressed in a divided manner, a case where a plurality of components are expressed in a lump, or a case where these components are expressed in a combination is also a scope of the present invention. The apparatus of the present invention is also applicable to a case where the claims are expressed as control logic, a case where the claims are expressed as a program including instructions to be executed by a computer, and a case where the claims are expressed as a computer-readable recording medium on which the instructions are recorded. The terms and expressions used are not limited, and other expressions are included in the present invention as long as they are substantially the same contents and the same meaning.

Claims (6)

  1. A broadcast signal receiving apparatus that receives a program transmitted by a broadcast signal and is connected to one or more servers via a network, the broadcast signal receiving apparatus comprising:
    a control mechanism that acquires one or more second advertisements from the one or more servers and replaces a first advertisement inserted in a broadcast slot of the program with the second advertisement;
    a storage unit that stores a device ID for identifying the broadcast signal receiving apparatus;
    a display unit that displays the program; and
    a service control unit that registers a service identifier for identifying a specific service, a user ID for identifying a user who uses the specific service, and the device ID with the one or more servers,
    the control means transmits a distribution request including the device ID to the one or more servers, receives the second advertisement associated with the specific service from the one or more servers, and displays the first advertisement on the display unit in place of the second advertisement.
  2. A broadcast signal receiving method which is a broadcast signal receiving method of a broadcast signal receiving apparatus that receives a program transmitted by a broadcast signal and is connected to one or more servers via a network, wherein,
    obtain one or more second advertisements from the one or more servers,
    registering a service identifier identifying a specific service, a user ID identifying a user using the specific service, and a device ID identifying the broadcast signal receiving apparatus with the one or more servers,
    transmitting a distribution request including the device ID to the one or more servers, receiving the second advertisement associated with the specific service from the one or more servers, and displaying a first advertisement inserted in a broadcast slot of the program on a display unit in place of the second advertisement.
  3. A broadcast signal transmitting/receiving system comprising a broadcast signal transmitting device for transmitting a program by a broadcast signal, and a broadcast signal receiving device for receiving the program transmitted by the broadcast signal and connecting to one or more servers via a network,
    the broadcast signal transmitting apparatus includes a transmitting unit that transmits the broadcast signal including a video stream and a voice stream,
    the broadcast signal receiving apparatus includes:
    a control mechanism that acquires one or more second advertisements from the one or more servers, and replaces a first advertisement inserted in a broadcast slot of the program with the second advertisement;
    a storage unit that stores a device ID for identifying the broadcast signal receiving apparatus;
    a display unit that displays the program; and
    a service control section for registering a service identifier for identifying a specific service, a user ID for identifying a user who utilizes the specific service, and the device ID with the one or more servers,
    the control means is configured to transmit a distribution request including the device ID to the one or more servers, receive the second advertisement associated with the specific service from the one or more servers, and display the first advertisement on the display unit in place of the second advertisement.
  4. A broadcast signal transmitting/receiving method of a broadcast signal transmitting/receiving system including a broadcast signal transmitting device for transmitting a program by a broadcast signal and a broadcast signal receiving device for receiving the program transmitted by the broadcast signal and connecting the program to one or more servers via a network,
    the broadcast signal transmitting device is used for transmitting the broadcast signal containing video stream and voice stream,
    the broadcast signal receiving means for obtaining one or more second advertisements from the one or more servers,
    the broadcast signal receiving means for registering a service identifier identifying a specific service, a user ID identifying a user using the specific service, and a device ID identifying the broadcast signal receiving means with the one or more servers,
    the broadcast signal receiving device is configured to transmit a distribution request including the device ID to the one or more servers, receive the second advertisement associated with the specific service from the one or more servers, and display a first advertisement inserted in a broadcast time slot of the program on a display unit in place of the second advertisement.
  5. A reward giving system comprising a first server, a second server, and a broadcast signal receiving device for receiving a program transmitted by a broadcast signal and connecting the first server and the second server via a network,
    the broadcast signal receiving apparatus includes:
    a control mechanism that acquires one or more second advertisements from the second server and replaces a first advertisement inserted in a broadcast slot of the program with the second advertisement;
    a storage unit that stores a device ID for identifying the broadcast signal receiving apparatus;
    a display unit that displays the program; and
    a service control unit that registers a service identifier for identifying a specific service, a user ID for identifying a user using the specific service, and the device ID with the first server,
    the first server includes a registration unit that registers the service identifier, the user ID, and the device ID transmitted from the broadcast signal receiving apparatus,
    the second server includes a distribution unit that distributes the second advertisement in response to a distribution request transmitted from the broadcast signal receiving apparatus,
    the control means transmits a distribution request including the device ID to the second server,
    the distribution unit is configured to acquire, when the distribution request is received, information of the service identifier corresponding to the device ID from the first server using the device ID, and distribute the second advertisement associated with the service identifier to the broadcast signal receiving apparatus.
  6. A bonus awarding method is a bonus awarding method of a bonus awarding system, which comprises a first server, a second server, and a broadcast signal receiving device for receiving a program transmitted by a broadcast signal and connecting with the first server and the second server through a network, wherein,
    the broadcast signal receiving means for acquiring one or more second advertisements from the second server,
    the broadcast signal receiving means for registering a service identifier identifying a specific service, a user ID identifying a user using the specific service, and a device ID identifying the broadcast signal receiving means with the first server,
    the first server for registering the service identifier, the user ID, and the device ID transmitted from the broadcast signal receiving apparatus,
    the broadcast signal receiving apparatus is configured to transmit an issue request including the device ID to the second server, and the second server acquires information of the service identifier corresponding to the device ID from the first server using the device ID when receiving the issue request, and issues the second advertisement associated with the service identifier to the broadcast signal receiving apparatus.
