The LED lighting product has certain requirements on the light reflection rate and the surface hardness of the aluminum plate, but the light reflection rate of the common aluminum plate is low, the light reflection rate of the mirror aluminum substrate is high, but the mirror aluminum plate is greatly different from the common aluminum substrate in the manufacturing process, and the requirements on the quality and the manufacturing process of the mirror aluminum plate are high. and the solder mask performs solder mask on the other surface of the substrate relative to the PP sheet.

In some embodiments, after silver melting, the silver melting area on the substrate 3 is pasted by adhesive paper, so that the silver melting area in the subsequent process is prevented from being scratched; after the pressing, the exposed area of the mirror surface aluminum substrate 1 is stuck by the adhesive tape, so that the exposed area of the mirror surface aluminum substrate is prevented from being scratched in the subsequent post-process, and the adhesive tape is made of high-temperature adhesive tape.
Tests prove that the reflectivity of the finished product prepared from the mirror aluminum substrate with the reflectivity of 96-99% is more than 95%.
The manufacturing method of the mirror aluminum plate provided by the invention is simple in integral method, low in cost and suitable for batch production, the prepared mirror aluminum plate has a good light reflection effect, the using effect of an LED lamp product can be improved, the product quality is good, the machining process is easy to control, and the machining precision of the mirror aluminum plate is favorably improved.
