本发明公开了一种供氢比例电磁阀,包括外壳,外壳内安装设有线圈,线圈外侧面上设有线圈骨架,线圈内设有极靴,极靴内安装设有弹簧座,弹簧座下面安装设有弹簧,外壳上面卡接设有盖于极靴上面的注塑接插件,注塑接插件内插接设有插针,插针的另一端穿过极靴与线圈相接触,通孔内插接设有动铁芯,弹簧的另一端与动铁芯相连接,动铁芯的下端上套接设有阀座,动铁芯的下端面内嵌有密封垫,阀座的下端内插接设有密封底座,密封垫与密封底座相接触,密封底座的下端处安装设有氢气喷头,阀座侧面上连通设有氢气入口。本发明的优点:密封较好、可兼顾高中低负荷。

技术领域
本发明涉及比例电磁阀技术领域,具体是指一种供氢比例电磁阀。
背景技术
现阶段氢气喷射比例电磁阀主要依赖进口,大多数比例电磁阀都是通过不规则接触面来调节流通截面,此方法加工复杂,一致性较差,密封性较差,尤其是氢气密度较小,更容易发生泄露,且极靴和阀套都是一体化加工,不利于内孔研磨,精度较差,尺寸检测和维修成本较高。
发明内容
本发明为了解决上述的各种问题,提供了一种供氢比例电磁阀。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案为:一种供氢比例电磁阀,包括外壳,所述外壳上面中间处设有凹槽,所述凹槽底面中间处设有与所述外壳底面相连通的通孔,所述凹槽内侧面上安装设有线圈,所述线圈外侧面上设有线圈骨架,所述凹槽内且插接于所述线圈内设有极靴,所述极靴内安装设有弹簧座,所述弹簧座下面安装设有弹簧,所述外壳上面卡接设有盖于所述极靴上面的注塑接插件,所述注塑接插件内插接设有插针,所述插针的另一端穿过所述极靴与所述线圈相接触,所述通孔内插接设有动铁芯,所述弹簧的另一端与所述动铁芯相连接,所述动铁芯的下端上套接设有阀座,所述动铁芯的下端面内嵌有密封垫,所述阀座的下端内插接设有密封底座,所述密封垫与所述密封底座相接触,所述密封底座的下端处安装设有氢气喷头,所述阀座侧面上连通设有氢气入口。
作为改进,所述动铁芯上套接设有导向套。
作为改进,所述导向套与所述动铁芯之间套接设有滑动轴承一。

本发明与现有技术相比的优点在于:本发明在使用时,主要用于精确控制燃料电池阳极的氢气流量,可以兼顾高中低负荷,同时能够实现双面密封,加长氢气喷头提高氢气流速,降低出口压强,配合氢气循环泵或引设器,利于阳极出口的氢气循环。目前燃料电池控制中,中低负荷氢气流量比较难控制,并且由于氢气密度很小,极易泄露,因此本发明利用比例电磁阀行程与电流成正比的特性,一方面设计了三角形流道孔来调节流通截面的大小,实现氢气流量的精确控制,另一方面通过横向和纵向的双面密封来避免氢气的泄露。

结合附图1、附图2和附图3,一种供氢比例电磁阀,包括外壳1,所述外壳1上面中间处设有凹槽,所述凹槽底面中间处设有与所述外壳1底面相连通的通孔,所述凹槽内侧面上安装设有线圈2,所述线圈2外侧面上设有线圈骨架8,所述凹槽内且插接于所述线圈2内设有极靴4,所述极靴4内安装设有弹簧座5,所述弹簧座5下面安装设有弹簧6,所述外壳1上面卡接设有盖于所述极靴4上面的注塑接插件3,所述注塑接插件3内插接设有插针7,所述插针7的另一端穿过所述极靴4与所述线圈2相接触,所述通孔内插接设有动铁芯9,所述弹簧6的另一端与所述动铁芯9相连接,所述动铁芯9的下端上套接设有阀座11,所述动铁芯9的下端面内嵌有密封垫13,所述阀座11的下端内插接设有密封底座14,所述密封垫13与所述密封底座14相接触,所述密封底座14的下端处安装设有氢气喷头15,所述阀座11侧面上连通设有氢气入口。
所述动铁芯9上套接设有导向套17。
所述导向套17与所述动铁芯9之间套接设有滑动轴承一10。
所述阀座11与所述动铁芯9之间且套接于所述动铁芯9上设有滑动轴承二12。
所述滑动轴承二12上设有三角形流道孔12.1。
所述阀座11与所述滑动轴承二12相接触的侧面为密封面一12.2。
所述密封垫13与所述密封底座14相接触的面为密封面二14.1。
所述极靴4的头部角度为65°。
所述动铁芯9的上端面上设有调整垫片16。
本发明的具体实施方式:本氢气喷射阀为比例流量阀,动铁芯9最大行程2mm,外壳1下部和阀座11压配,外壳1上部和极靴4压配,外壳1内孔下端面开槽装O型圈密封,阀座11上沿轴线均布四个流通圆孔,阀座11和滑动轴承二12进行压配,滑动轴承二12沿轴线均布四个三角流道孔12.1,阀座11上开槽装O型圈,极靴4内部开槽和弹簧座5压配,极靴4头部为楔形结构,极靴4上开有两个圆孔走插针7,极靴4和弹簧座5均开O型圈槽,弹簧6一端压在弹簧座5上,另一端压在调整垫片16上,调整垫片16安装在动铁芯9上部,动铁芯9内部加工长孔与底部喷射腔相连,动铁芯9下端棒料车削至通孔轴线下方行程流通区域,动铁芯9下端面装有密封垫13,密封垫13与密封底座14上端面接触,阀座11和密封底座14压配后周边激光焊接,密封底座14和氢气喷头15压配后周边激光焊接,外壳1内部上台阶面与导向套17压配,导向套17与滑动轴承一10压配,线圈骨架8下端开O型圈槽,整体装配完成后去注塑。
本发明的工作原理:线圈2在未通电的条件下,电磁阀保持常关,在弹簧力的作用下,通过密封面一12.2和密封面二14.1实现氢气的横向和纵向的双面密封。在线圈2通电时,极靴4和动铁芯9之间产生电磁力,导向套17也可以起到增强磁力的作用,另一方面还可以为滑动轴承一10提供装配和精度的保障,极靴4头部为楔形结构,在动铁芯9头部的调整垫片16可以补偿零件加工和装配误差导致的行程差异,提高产品的生产一致性,动铁芯9在内部纵向移动的过程中,由滑动轴承一10和滑动轴承二12来进行限位,由于轴承表面的粗糙度很小,可以有效地降低动铁芯9运动带来的摩擦力,在动铁芯9内部加工长孔和下端流通区域相连可以有效地平衡阀体内部气体压力,由于比例电磁阀的特性,在电流逐渐增大的过程中,动铁芯9向上移动,当动铁芯9下端通孔与滑动轴承二12上三角流道孔12.1连通时,形成气体流通截面,并且由于三角形头部向下,随着铁芯移动,流通截面从小到大呈指数增长,这种结构和控制方式有利于在中低负荷对小流量氢气的精确控制,氢气通过密封底座14和喷头将氢气输送至氢气循环泵或引射器。加长氢气喷头提高氢气流速,降低出口压强,配合氢气循环泵或引设器,利于阳极出口的氢气循环。

1.一种供氢比例电磁阀,包括外壳(1),其特征在于:所述外壳(1)上面中间处设有凹槽,所述凹槽底面中间处设有与所述外壳(1)底面相连通的通孔,所述凹槽内侧面上安装设有线圈(2),所述线圈(2)外侧面上设有线圈骨架(8),所述凹槽内且插接于所述线圈(2)内设有极靴(4),所述极靴(4)内安装设有弹簧座(5),所述弹簧座(5)下面安装设有弹簧(6),所述外壳(1)上面卡接设有盖于所述极靴(4)上面的注塑接插件(3),所述注塑接插件(3)内插接设有插针(7),所述插针(7)的另一端穿过所述极靴(4)与所述线圈(2)相接触,所述通孔内插接设有动铁芯(9),所述弹簧(6)的另一端与所述动铁芯(9)相连接,所述动铁芯(9)的下端上套接设有阀座(11),所述动铁芯(9)的下端面内嵌有密封垫(13),所述阀座(11)的下端内插接设有密封底座(14),所述密封垫(13)与所述密封底座(14)相接触,所述密封底座(14)的下端处安装设有氢气喷头(15),所述阀座(11)侧面上连通设有氢气入口。

3.根据权利要求2所述的一种供氢比例电磁阀,其特征在于:所述导向套(17)与所述动铁芯(9)之间套接设有滑动轴承一(10)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种供氢比例电磁阀,其特征在于:所述阀座(11)与所述动铁芯(9)之间且套接于所述动铁芯(9)上设有滑动轴承二(12)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种供氢比例电磁阀,其特征在于:所述滑动轴承二(12)上设有三角形流道孔(12.1)。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种供氢比例电磁阀,其特征在于:所述阀座(11)与所述滑动轴承二(12)相接触的侧面为密封面一(12.2)。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种供氢比例电磁阀,其特征在于:所述密封垫(13)与所述密封底座(14)相接触的面为密封面二(14.1)。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种供氢比例电磁阀,其特征在于:所述极靴(4)的头部角度为65°。
